为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明的实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
本发明第一实施方式涉及一种基于计算机系统的业务处理方法。图1是该基于计算机系统的业务处理方法的流程示意图。
如图1所示,该基于计算机系统的业务处理方法包括以下步骤:
在步骤101中,第二计算机系统接收来自第一计算机系统的第一类业务请求,其中,第一类业务请求包含订单信息。
此后进入步骤102,根据该第一类业务请求中携带的身份识别信息判断是否在第二计算机系统中有关联账户,其中,关联账户是指第一计算机系统的账户如果通过第二计算机系统进行过某一业务操作,则第二计算机系统会将该账户在第二计算机系统进行相关业务时所用的账户记录为其关联账户。
如果判断结果为是,则进入步骤103;否则,进入步骤104。
在步骤103中,使用已有的关联账户在第二计算机系统上完成第一类业务请求中包含的订单信息的第一类业务。
在步骤104中,第二计算机系统发起对身份识别信息有效性的认证请求。
此后进入步骤105,判断第二计算机系统是否接收到认证成功的信息。
如果判断结果为是,则进入步骤106;否则,返回执行上述步骤104。
在步骤106中,第二计算机系统通过与用户终端的通信交互生成在第二 计算机系统中的第一类账户,其中,第一类账户的生成过程中仅要求用户在用户终端上输入完成本次第一类业务所必须的信息,且第一类账户是指只能进行第一类业务操作的限制性账户。
此后进入步骤107,使用第一类账户在第二计算机系统上完成第一类业务请求中包含的订单信息的第一类业务。
此后结束本流程。
此外,在上述步骤106之后,本方法还包括以下步骤:
存储第一类账户的账户信息和身份识别信息与第一类账户之间的对应关系。
可以理解,在本发明中,身份识别信息是指用于识别发起第一类业务的用户身份的信息,例如其在第一计算机系统中的用户名和登录密码、手机号码或电子邮箱等信息。而身份识别信息有效性是指验证计算机系统接收到的身份识别信息是否是真实和有效的。例如,如果第二计算机系统接收到的身份识别信息用户在第一计算机系统中的用户名和登录密码,就需要将其发送给第一计算机系统进行验证,验证用户名是否存在以及用户名和登录密码是否匹配。如果身份识别信息为手机号码,则需要向该手机号码发送验证码,通过接收到的验证码验证该手机号码是否有效,对于邮箱,也是如此。
在本发明的一优选例中,上述第一类业务为支付业务,第二类业务为非支付业务。
此外,可以理解,在本发明中,完成本次第一类业务所必须的信息可以是手机号码、邮箱、用户在第一计算机系统中的用户名等。
在本发明中,对于选取第三方平台进行业务操作但是在第三方平台没有账户的用户,可通过简单的认证直接在第三方平台生成一个新的第一类账户信息,然后引导用户快速完成整个业务操作流程,期间无需中断业务流程进行注册,降低第三方平台的维护成本。对于使用移动终端完成业务操作的情况,因为第一类账户的创建很快,只需要完成第一类业务所必须的信息,并不需要额外的信息,所以大大减少了用户使用移动终端完成整个业务操作的时间,节约了移动终端的电能。
本发明第二实施方式涉及一种基于计算机系统的业务处理方法。图2是该基于计算机系统的业务处理方法的流程示意图。
第二实施方式在第一实施方式的基础上进行了改进,主要改进之处在于:对于需要更高安全保证的业务,引导客户完成身份认证和账户信息的补全,可提高这些业务执行的安全度。
具体地说,如图2所示,在上述步骤106之后,还包括以下步骤:
在步骤108中,判断第二计算机系统中的第一类账户是否发起第二类业务。其中,第二类业务是指除了第一类业务以外的第二计算机系统提供的其他交易业务,如转账、充值、提现、信用卡还款等业务。
如果判断结果为是,则进入步骤109;否则,结束本流程。
在步骤109中,第二计算机系统通过与用户终端的通信交互获取该第一类账户的补充信息,该补充信息中至少包括用户身份信息和登录密码。
此后进入步骤110,对获取的用户身份信息和登录密码进行验证。其中,对登录密码的验证包括第二计算机系统验证该登录密码是否符合密码格式要 求,和/或该登录密码是否和其他网站相同用户名的账户的登录密码一致等等,如果不符合要求或存在一致情况,则需要和用户终端交互进行登录密码的修改直至验证成功。
此后进入步骤111,判断用户身份信息和登录密码是否验证成功。
如果判断结果为是,则进入步骤112;否则,返回上述步骤110。
在步骤112中,将第一类账户升级为第二计算机系统中的第二类账户,其中第二类账户中包括补充信息。
此后进入步骤113,使用第二类账户在第二计算机系统上完成第二类业务。
此后结束本流程。
此外,在上述步骤112之后,本方法还包括以下步骤:
存储第二类账户的账户信息和上述身份识别信息与第二类账户之间的对应关系。
可以理解,在本发明中,对于国内用户,用户身份信息可包括姓名、身份证号码等,对于国外客户,用户身份信息可包括姓名、护照号码等,当然,也可以包括其他可确定用户身份的信息,如指纹等。
此外,可以理解,在本发明中,第一类账户是仅用于第一类业务的简易账户,第二类账户是可以用于各种业务的完整账户(包括第一类业务和第二类业务)。
本发明第三实施方式涉及一种基于计算机系统的业务处理方法。
第三实施方式在第一或第二实施方式的基础上进行了改进,主要改进之处在于:将第一类业务请求中的用户名作为身份识别信息并将其与该用户名在第一计算机系统中对应的登录密码在第一计算机系统中进行认证,认证成功后将该用户名和登录密码作为第二计算机系统中第一类账户的用户名和初始密码,以减少与用户终端的交互获取第一类账户的用户名和密码的过程,节省完成第一类业务所耗费的时间。
具体地,上述身份识别信息为第一类业务请求中的用户名,并且上述步骤104包括以下子步骤:
第二计算机系统与用户终端交互获取在第一计算机系统中与上述用户名对应的登录密码。
第二计算机系统将用户名和对应的登录密码发送给第一计算机系统进行认证。并且上述步骤106包括以下子步骤:
接收到来自第一计算机系统认证成功的信息后,第二计算机系统通过与用户终端的通信交互生成在第二计算机系统中的第一类账户,该第一类账户的用户名和初始密码分别与第一计算机系统认证成功的用户名和登录密码相同。在升级为第二类账户后,会通过与用户终端的交互将初始密码进行修改。
此外,在本发明的一优选例中,在生成在第二计算机系统中的第一类账户前,需查询认证成功的用户名是否已存在于第二计算机系统中,如果已经存在,则需确定是否可以抢夺使用该用户名,如果可以,则需与用户终端交互获取与已有用户名不一致的密码,如果不可以,则需与用户终端交互获取不同的用户名和密码。其中,用户名可以抢夺的条件是:用户为已有用户名 的手机或邮箱的持有人或控制人,可通过校验已有账户登录名的方式判断是否可以抢夺,比如,通过发送手机短信验证码校验或通过向邮箱发送邮件进行校验等。
此外,可以理解,在本发明的其他实施方式中,也可以以第二计算机系统随机生成的用户名作为用户在第二计算机系统中的第一类账户的用户名。
本发明第四实施方式涉及一种基于计算机系统的业务处理方法。

在本实施方式中,第一类账户的登陆名称可以是发送验证码的手机号码或电子邮箱。用户在下次登陆第二计算机系统时,如果其账户还是第一类账 户,则需输入手机号码或电子邮箱,同时通过验证后才能登陆。
此外,在本发明的一优选例中,在获取到用户的手机号码或电子邮箱后,需对其在第二计算机系统中是否有绑定的账户进行查询,如果已经绑定了账户,则需通过与用户终端交互获取其他手机号码或电子邮箱,以确保账户的安全性。
本发明的各方法实施方式均可以以软件、硬件、固件等方式实现。不管本发明是以软件、硬件、还是固件方式实现,指令代码都可以存储在任何类型的计算机可访问的存储器中(例如永久的或者可修改的,易失性的或者非易失性的,固态的或者非固态的,固定的或者可更换的介质等等)。同样,存储器可以例如是可编程阵列逻辑(Programmable Array Logic,简称“PAL”)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称“RAM”)、可编程只读存储器(Programmable Read Only Memory,简称“PROM”)、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称“ROM”)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM,简称“EEPROM”)、磁盘、光盘、数字通用光盘(Digital Versatile Disc,简称“DVD”)等等。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种基于计算机系统的业务处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    第二计算机系统接收到来自第一计算机系统的第一类业务请求后,根据该第一类业务请求中携带的身份识别信息判断是否在第二计算机系统中有关联账户,其中,所述第一类业务请求包含订单信息;
    如果判断结果为否,则第二计算机系统发起对所述身份识别信息有效性的认证请求;
    如果第二计算机系统接收到认证成功的信息,则第二计算机系统通过与用户终端的通信交互生成在第二计算机系统中的第一类账户,其中,第一类账户的生成过程中仅要求用户在用户终端上输入完成本次第一类业务所必须的信息;
    使用所述第一类账户在所述第二计算机系统上完成所述第一类业务请求中包含的订单信息的第一类业务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于计算机系统的业务处理方法,其特征在于,在所述第二计算机系统通过与用户终端的通信交互生成在第二计算机系统中的第一类账户的步骤之后,还包括以下步骤:
    判断第二计算机系统中的所述第一类账户是否发起第二类业务;
    如果判断结果为是,则第二计算机系统通过与用户终端的通信交互获取该第一类账户的补充信息,该补充信息中至少包括用户身份信息和登录密码;
    对获取的所述用户身份信息和登录密码进行验证;
    如果验证通过,则将该第一类账户升级为第二计算机系统中的第二类账户,其中第二类账户中包括所述补充信息;
    使用所述第二类账户在第二计算机系统上完成所述第二类业务。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的基于计算机系统的业务处理方法,其特征在于,所述身份识别信息为第一类业务请求中的用户名,并且
    所述第二计算机系统发起对所述身份识别信息有效性的认证请求的步骤包括以下子步骤:
    第二计算机系统与用户终端交互获取在第一计算机系统中与所述用户名对应的登录密码;
    第二计算机系统将所述用户名和对应的登录密码发送给第一计算机系统进行认证;并且
    所述第二计算机系统通过与用户终端的通信交互生成在第二计算机系统中的第一类账户的步骤包括以下子步骤:
    接收到来自第一计算机系统认证成功的信息后,第二计算机系统通过与用户终端的通信交互生成在第二计算机系统中的第一类账户,该第一类账户的用户名和初始密码分别与第一计算机系统认证成功的所述用户名和登录密码相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的基于计算机系统的业务处理方法,其特征在于,所述第二计算机系统发起对所述身份识别信息有效性的认证请求的步骤包括以下子步骤:
    第二计算机系统通过与用户终端的通信交互获取用户的手机号码或电子邮箱;
    向获取的所述手机号码或电子邮箱发送验证码;并且
    所述第二计算机系统通过与用户终端的通信交互生成在第二计算机系统中的第一类账户步骤包括以下子步骤:
    第二计算机系统判断接收到的验证码是否与发送的验证码相同;
    如果判断结果为相同,则第二计算机系统通过与用户终端的通信交互生 成在第二计算机系统中的第一类账户。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的基于计算机系统的业务处理方法,其特征在于,在所述第二计算机系统通过与用户终端的通信交互生成在第二计算机系统中的第一类账户的步骤之后,还包括以下步骤:
    存储第一类账户的账户信息和所述身份识别信息与第一类账户之间的对应关系。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的基于计算机系统的业务处理方法,其特征在于,所述第一类业务为支付业务,所述第二类业务为非支付业务。
  7. 一种基于计算机系统的业务处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一判断单元,用于在第二计算机系统接收到来自第一计算机系统的第一类业务请求后,根据该第一类业务请求中携带的身份识别信息判断是否在第二计算机系统中有关联账户,其中,所述第一类业务请求包含订单信息;

    第二判断单元,用于在生成单元生成所述第一类账户之后,判断第二计 算机系统中的所述第一类账户是否发起第二类业务;
    获取单元,用于在所述第二判断单元的判断结果为是时,控制第二计算机系统通过与用户终端的通信交互获取该第一类账户的补充信息,该补充信息中至少包括用户身份信息和登录密码;
    验证单元,用于对获取的所述用户身份信息和登录密码进行验证;
