Description
本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及寻呼消息的控制方法及装置。
集群通信是一种移动调度系统,代表着通信体制之一的专用移动通信网发展方向。其所提供的集群业务具有信道共用和动态分配等技术特点,可为多个部门、单位等集团用户提供的专用指挥调度等通信服务。二十世纪末,随着数字通信系统的普及,基于数字通信技术的集群通信系统和业务也得到了广泛的应用。近年来,第三代乃至第四代无线通信技术飞速发展,对数字集群通信系统也提出了宽带化、高速化、平滑演进等多方面的需求。
基于长期演进(Long-Term Evolution,简称为LTE)的集群通信系统,便是为了能够满足集群通信业务的宽带化、高速化的需求而诞生的。
小区的无线、硬件、传输资源是有限的,随着用户数及业务数的增多,小区的负荷会逐渐增加,当小区负荷达到一定门限的时候,需要启动负荷控制,否则会影响用户业务的各项指标,并且会导致系统性能的急剧下降或系统崩溃。在处理小区负荷过载时,一般会采取主动释放用户的手段来降低服务小区的负荷。
对于集群组呼业务,在组呼存在的期间,组寻呼消息会周期下发。当负荷控制释放掉集群组呼非话语权用户后,由于组呼还存在,组寻呼还在不停下发,会导致被释放的组呼非话语权用户在被释放后又收到组寻呼而再次接入小区。到负荷控制的周期到来时,又会释放该组呼非话语权用户,导致组呼非话语权用户被反复的释放、接入。
针对相关技术的集群组呼业务进行过程中,当负荷控制释放掉集群组呼非话语权用户后,会导致组呼非话语权用户被反复的释放、接入的问题,还未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种寻呼消息的控制方法及装置,以至少解决相关技术的集群组呼业务进行过程中,当负荷控制释放掉集群组呼非话语权用户后,会导致组呼非话语权用户被反复的释放、接入的问题。
根据本发明实施例的一个方面,提供了一种寻呼消息的控制方法,包括:在指定服务小区的资源负荷过载时,所述指定服务小区所属的基站释放所述指定服务小区下参与指定集群组呼的非话语权用户;所述基站在所述指定服务小区暂停发送所述指定集群组呼的寻呼消息。
在本发明实施例中,所述基站在所述指定服务小区暂停发送所述指定集群组呼的寻呼消息之后,所述方法还包括:在所述指定服务小区的资源负荷恢复正常时,所述基站继续在所述指定服务小区发送所述寻呼消息。
在本发明实施例中,所述基站继续在所述指定服务小区发送所述寻呼消息包括:所述基站按照预设周期在所述指定服务小区发送所述寻呼消息。
在本发明实施例中,所述指定服务小区所属的基站释放所述指定服务小区下参与指定集群组呼的非话语权用户包括:所述基站根据所述非话语权用户的优先级顺序从低到高释放所述非话语权用户。
在本发明实施例中,所述基站在所述指定服务小区暂停发送所述指定集群组呼的寻呼消息,包括:所述基站在释放所述非话语权用户的同时,暂停发送所述指定集群组呼的寻呼消息。
根据本发明实施例的另一个方面,还提供了一种寻呼消息的控制装置,应用于基站,包括:释放模块,设置为在指定服务小区的资源负荷过载时,释放所述指定服务小区下参与指定集群组呼的非话语权用户;暂停模块,设置为在所述指定服务小区暂停发送所述指定集群组呼的寻呼消息。
在本发明实施例中,所述装置还包括:发送模块,设置为在所述指定服务小区的资源负荷恢复正常时,继续在所述指定服务小区发送所述寻呼消息。
在本发明实施例中,所述发送模块还设置为按照预设周期在所述指定服务小区发送所述寻呼消息。
在本发明实施例中,所述释放模块还设置为根据所述非话语权用户的优先级顺序从低到高释放所述非话语权用户。

通过本发明实施例,采用在指定服务小区的资源负荷过载时,指定服务小区所属的基站释放定服务小区下参与指定集群组呼的非话语权用户;基站在指定服务小区暂停发送指定集群组呼的寻呼消息的技术方案,解决了相关技术的集群组呼业务进行过程中,当负荷控制释放掉集群组呼非话语权用户后,会导致组呼非话语权用户被反复的释放、接入的问题,进而避免了组呼非话语权用户被反复的释放、接入的现象。

在本实施例中提供了一种寻呼消息的控制方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的寻呼消息的控制方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:

上述步骤S102涉及到基站释放指定服务小区下参与指定集群组呼的非话语权用户,在一个可选实施例中,基站根据非话语权用户的优先级顺序从低到高释放非话语权用户,例如先释放掉优先级低的非话语权用户,解决服务小区的资源负荷过载的问题。
在一个可选实施例中,基站在释放非话语权用户的同时,暂停发送指定集群组呼的寻呼消息,从而更加优的避免组呼非话语权用户被反复的释放、接入的现象。
在本实施例中还提供了一种寻呼消息的控制装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。

需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述各模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述各模块分别位于第一处理器、第二处理器和第三处理器…中。
针对相关技术中存在的上述问题,下面结合可选实施例进行说明,本可选实施例结合了上述实施例及其可选实施方式。
当小区负荷(包括无线、硬件、传输负荷)超过预定的门限值后,基站会对过载小区启动负荷控制处理,按小区下用户的优先级从低到高依次释放用户,直到小区负荷恢复正常。当负荷控制处理释放掉过载小区下的集群组呼非话语权用户后,需要暂停在此小区发送该组呼的寻呼消息,以防止组呼非话语权用户的反复释放、建立;在小区负荷过载恢复后,需要将小区下暂停的组寻呼恢复发送。
图4是根据本发明实施例的小区负荷过载时,释放集群组呼非话语权用户,并暂停该组呼的寻呼消息在过载小区下的发送过程的流程图,如图4所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S402,集群核心网下发组寻呼消息,基站周期下发此组寻呼消息,集群组呼非话权终端接收到组寻呼消息,回寻呼响应消息,接入服务小区。
步骤S404,服务小区资源负荷过载,基站释放该小区下某个集群组呼非话语权用户。

- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述基站在所述指定服务小区暂停发送所述指定集群组呼的寻呼消息之后,所述方法还包括:在所述指定服务小区的资源负荷恢复正常时,所述基站继续在所述指定服务小区发送所述寻呼消息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述基站继续在所述指定服务小区发送所述寻呼消息包括:所述基站按照预设周期在所述指定服务小区发送所述寻呼消息。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述指定服务小区所属的基站释放所述指定服务小区下参与指定集群组呼的非话语权用户包括:所述基站根据所述非话语权用户的优先级顺序从低到高释放所述非话语权用户。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述基站在所述指定服务小区暂停发送所述指定集群组呼的寻呼消息,包括:所述基站在释放所述非话语权用户的同时,暂停发送所述指定集群组呼的寻呼消息。
- 一种寻呼消息的控制装置,应用于基站,包括:释放模块,设置为在指定服务小区的资源负荷过载时,释放所述指定服务小区下参与指定集群组呼的非话语权用户;暂停模块,设置为在所述指定服务小区暂停发送所述指定集群组呼的寻呼消息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:发送模块,设置为在所述指定服务小区的资源负荷恢复正常时,继续在所述指定服务小区发送所述寻呼消息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述发送模块还设置为按照预设周期在所述指定服务小区发送所述寻呼消息。
- 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述释放模块还设置为根据所述非话语权用户的优先级顺序从低到高释放所述非话语权用户。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述暂停模块还设置为在所述释放模块释放所述非话语权用户的同时,暂停发送所述指定集群组呼的寻呼消息。
