具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
请参阅图 1 ,本发明艺术平台管理系统以操作系统及标准程序语言如: HTML5 、 PHP 、 ASP 、 Java 、 Android 、 iOS 、 Windows 、 Linux 等编辑,包含:处理单元 1 、网络传输单元 2 、显像单元 3 、对比单元 5 、交易单元 6 以及分析比较单元 7 等,其中处理单元 1 包含一认证模块 100 及一内存 111 ,该认证模块 100 将每一位艺术家的亲自签名以高分辨率拍摄,并赋予该签名照相对应的认证码,该内存 111 将这些签名照及认证码数字扫描储存,因此能够对每一幅经数字扫描并由艺术家亲自签名的向真艺术品,进行防伪的认证,而为一向真艺术品 8( 参照图 3) ,进一步说,若有人持有该艺术家原作品经数字扫描形成印刷形式的向真艺术品 8 ,该向真艺术品 8 上即具有艺术家的签名 11 并赋予相对应的独一条形码 80 ,当防伪辨识时,藉该独一条形码 80 启动该内存 111 的认证码,令预储存的这些签名照与该独一条形码 80 所对应的签名进行比对辨识,假如该签名无法与所预存对应的签名照符合,即辨识为非源自于该艺术家,因此达到对该向真艺术品认证的效果。
再者, 该 认证模块 100 还包含一 DNA 笔 (deoxyribonucleic acid ;脱氧核醣核酸 ) ,提供每一位艺术家专属的签名工具,使对于伪签名笔迹进行辨识,以提高防伪辨识的正确性,实际实施时,该 DNA 笔统一保存管制,以避免随意被取用而丧失其专属辨识的效果,且在使用过程中若 DNA 笔有未用完者仍被统一保存,以为辨识时核对上所需。除此之外,该 认证模块 100 还在该向真艺术品 8 上设有防伪标示 ( 参照图 3 和图 4) ,该防伪标示采用:雷射卷标 10 、钢印 12 以及限量编号 13 等标记,其中,该钢印 12 还配合衬纸以骑缝盖章型式作认证,再者,该向真艺术品 8 设定每保留 20 年进行更换另一新的向真艺术品,并透过相同的认证方式,因此,能够于在未来将所保存的新、旧向真艺术品一起贩卖。该限量编号 13 则依实际发行的向真艺术品 8 数量进行编号,并附上该雷射卷标 10 。
另,为提供网站上共享,每一幅经数字扫描并由艺术家亲自签名的向真艺术品,以多个计算机程序码编辑依不同艺术家风格分类储存于该内存111,该多个计算机程序码使用操作系统厂商Apple与Google发展的开发工具与程序架构撰写,其中Apple主要开发语言为 Objective-C,是以采用C语言的为基础发展的开发语言,Google主要开发语言为 Java,是以采用Java语言的为基础发展的开发语言,藉上述开发语言而撰写编译成应用程序(Application;APP),形成可以透过Web应用程序下载的网页连接对象,即可透过手持电子装置下载。该网络传输单元2与该处理单元1连通,能够将该向真艺术品8藉Web应用程序透过路由器经因特网传输。该显像单元3连接于该网络传输单元2能显示由Web应用程序传输的讯息,并将该向真艺术品8转成影像文件显示,该显像单元3可以采用脸书(Facebook)界面,藉由该脸书界面作为显示平台将该向真艺术品8显示。另,该显像单元3也可以采用依不同操作系统可选择性兼容的界面,包含:iOS (iPhone Operating System)操作系统、Android 操作系统及Window Mobile操作系统,藉以可以提供采用 Apple、Google、Microsoft的电子装置可以选择性使用,换句话说,该显像单元3藉由具有显示功能的既有界面来显示该向真艺术品8。除此之外,配合该处理单元1的内存111预存艺术家或该艺术家的代表人的影像,及对该艺术家的向真艺术品的创作背景介绍的语音,我们即可由网络透过影音了解该位艺术家及其作品的相关背景的介绍。
补充说明的是,该认证模块100亦可由预设的专属网络路径及密码作为辨识,并搭配前述该显像单元3,若该显像单元3采用脸书界面,该认证模块100的专属网络的路径则为经脸书认证的电子邮件信箱账号,及由脸书所取得的密码;若该显像单元3采用依不同操作系统可选择性兼容的界面则为经该界面认证的电子邮件信箱账号,及由该界面所取得的密码的专属网络路径则为经脸书认证的电子邮件信箱账号,换言之,我们只要在脸书注册取得个人的电子邮件信箱账号及密码,或是经由特定的操作界面取得个人的电子邮件信箱账号及密码,皆可以与该显像单元3进行网页连接,于在线观赏经数字扫描的向真艺术品 8影音介绍、观赏,并可藉以加入网络社群,提出观赏后的看法喊'赞'。
该对比单元5使用操作系统厂商Apple与Google发展的开发工具与程序架构撰写编辑,与该认证模块100连接,该对比单元5至少包含选项界面50及统计储存界面51,其中该选项界面50提供对该向真艺术品8进行预定销售数量设定,并能够提供预购讯息;该统计储存界面51则与该选项界面50连接,其能够提供数量比对设定,将来自于该选项界面50的预购讯息,与所设定的比对数量进行数量比对,并提供比对结果讯息。请进一步配合图2可以看出,该对比单元5 可以对该向真艺术品8进行预定销售数量设定501,以便了解预购的实际情况,经预定销售数量设定501后,选购者即有购买的选项页面,一旦选择预购即能够提供预购讯息至该统计储存界面51,该统计储存界面51则提供数量比对设定,并将来自于该选项界面50的预购讯息,与所设定的比对数量进行数量比对,并提供比对结果讯息,若该比对结果讯息为预购未达到该预定销售数量,则对该向真艺术品8不发行;若该比对结果讯息预购达到该预定销售数量,则对该向真艺术品8发行,因此由在线反应实际上市场的需求使艺术家的发行成本不致浪费。
该交易单元6请再次参照图1,使用操作系统厂商Apple与Google发展的开发工具与程序架构撰写编辑,与该对比单元5连接,观赏者须透过该认证模块100的专属网络的路径及密码,再进入该交易单元6取得相关交易的讯息,该交易单元6包含接收界面60、付款界面61及流通界面62,以及价格分类界面63,其中该接收界面60分别与该统计储存界面51及该显像单元3连接,能接收该统计储存界面51的比对结果讯息,并发出提示讯息至该显像单元3,以提供在线观赏者参考。该付款界面61分别与该对比单元5的选项界面50以及该认证模块100连接,能够将来自于该选项界面50的预购讯息,与所预设「向真艺术品」的单价进行运算后的数值储存,并将该数值的讯息回馈该认证模块100进行通报。该流通界面62分别与交易单元6的付款界面61及该认证模块110连接,能够将单价进行运算后的数值转换为点数,以便能够透过该认证模块100的专属网络的路径及密码进行在线交易或再次交易,当然,该转换成的点数或该「向真艺术品」为经由法律认证视同为有效票劵,因此在在线的相互交易皆为被认证。该价格分类界面63与该接收界面60连接,能将比对结果讯息依所预设「向真艺术品」单价依价格高低分类,并形成价格讯息透过该显像单元显示,以便其他人由在线取得相关讯息来查询参考。
该分析比较单元7使用操作系统厂商Apple与Google发展的开发工具与程序架构撰写编辑,包含比较界面70及分析界面71,其中该比较界面70分别与该付款界面61与该认证模块100连接,能够将该付款界面61的数值相互比较后的最高数值的讯息,透过该认证模块100的专属网络的路径及密码进行通报。该分析界面71分别与该对比单元5的统计储存界面51与该认证模块100连接,能够将该统计储存界面51的比对结果讯息相互比较后,将数量较多的「向真艺术品」的艺术家姓名透过该认证模块的专属网络的路径及密码进行通报,通过这样的比较分析可以使得观赏者选购时了解各画家与画作间的行情变动,供他人查询参考,并结合社群功能让未购买者参考或喊'赞'。
请继续参照图3、图4,本发明经数字扫描并由艺术家亲自签名的向真艺术品 8,选购者一旦购买后,可以透过由认证模块100的认证,即由该独一条形码80启动该内存111的认证码,令预储存的这些签名照与该独一条形码80所对应的签名进行比对辨识,假如该签名与所预存对应的签名照符合,即辨识为源自于该艺术家。而对于一般大众则可以透过该脸书界面作为显示平台连接相关网页,将该数字扫描的向真艺术品8显示,并由在线以影音了解艺术家或其代表人介绍该向真艺术品8的相关背景资料,进行观赏、选购或表达看法喊'赞',换言之,我们只要在脸书注册取得个人的电子邮件信箱账号及密码,或是经由特定的操作界面取得个人的电子邮件信箱账号及密码,皆可以与该显像单元3进行网页连接在线听取有关该向真艺术品的介绍并观赏,若要选购则必须透过该交易单元6,否则,仅能够在在线了解艺术家的个人介绍与风格、贩卖行情、观赏及加入社群表达意见。一旦透过该交易单元6进入选购,才可以由该价格分类界面63所提供的价格讯息A,或是不同艺术家风格分类储存B来选择适合的选购对象,经由不同选购者依价格或艺术家风格所选定的向真艺术品,将透过该分析比较单元7使得选购者依各画家与画作间的行情变动来选购。因此,提供艺术家与收藏家或喜好艺术的消费者,能够在在线展示推广、查询、欣赏、订购或表达意见,达到艺术家能够不受时间及地点的限制推广其艺术品,并彰显艺术家个人的艺术风格,且不仅由价格反应艺术品的价值,也同时彰显艺术家所展示的艺术风格的市场性,并让艺术家在最有利的条件价格下卖出原作品等效果。
综上所述,本发明艺术平台管理系统确能达到发明目的符合专利要件,但是,以上所述者仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,举凡依据本发明的精神所作的各种修饰与变化仍应包含在本案的申请专利范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种艺术平台管理系统,是以操作系统及标准程序语言如:HTML5、PHP、ASP、Java、Android、iOS、Windows、Linux中的任意一种编辑,能够将艺术家原作品经数字扫描形成印刷形式并具有签名与相对应独一条形码的向真艺术品进行认证及共享讯息,所述艺术平台管理系统包括:
    处理单元,包含一认证模块及一内存,所述认证模块将每一位艺术家的亲自签名以高分辨率拍摄,并赋予签名照相对应的认证码,所述内存将所述签名照及认证码数字扫描储存;
    这样,能够对每一幅经数字扫描并由艺术家亲自签名的向真艺术品,进行防伪的认证,进一步说,若持有所述艺术家原作品经数字扫描形成印刷形式的向真艺术品,所述向真艺术品上便具有艺术家的签名并赋予相对应的独一条形码,当防伪辨识时,藉所述独一条形码启动所述内存的认证码,令预存于所述内存的所述签名照,与所述独一条形码所对应的签名进行比对辨识,若所述向真艺术品上的签名无法与所预存的对应签名照符合,即辨识为非源自于所述艺术家,达到对所述向真艺术品认证的效果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的艺术平台管理系统,其特征在于,其中所述认证模块还包含防伪标示,所述防伪标示采用:DNA笔、雷射卷标、钢印以及限量编号标记,所述DNA笔能够提供每一位艺术家专属的签名工具,使对于伪签名笔迹进行辨识,以提高防伪辨识的正确性,所述钢印配合衬纸以骑缝盖章型式作认证,所述限量编号则依实际发行的向真艺术品数量进行编号,并附上所述雷射卷标。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的艺术平台管理系统,其特征在于,其中所述内存进一步将所述艺术家原作品经数字扫描形成印刷形式并具有签名与相对应独一条形码的向真艺术品储存,并赋予所述认证模块一预设专属网络路径,以便藉Web应用程序透过网络传输单元传输,并能够在与所述网络传输单元连接的一显像单元上显示,藉以提供由在线即可取得艺术家的向真艺术品相关信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的艺术平台管理系统,其特征在于,其中所述显像单元为脸书界面或是依不同操作系统可选择性兼容的界面,若为脸书界面所述认证模块的专属网络路径则为经脸书认证的电子邮件信箱账号,及由脸书所取得的密码;若为依不同操作系统可选择性兼容的界面则为经所述界面认证的电子邮件信箱账号,及由所述界面所取得的密码。
  5. 一种艺术平台管理系统,以操作系统及标准程序语言如:HTML5、PHP、ASP、Java、Android、iOS、Windows、Linux中的任意一种编辑,能够将艺术家原作品经数字扫描形成印刷形式并具有签名与相对应独一条形码的向真艺术品在在线展示推广、欣赏或订购,所述艺术平台管理系统包括:
    处理单元,包含一认证模块及一内存,所述认证模块将所述艺术家原作品经数字扫描形成印刷形式并具有签名与相对应独一条形码的向真艺术品储存,并依不同艺术家风格分类储存于内存,且赋予所述认证模块一预设专属网络路径;
    网络传输单元,与所述处理单元连通,能够藉Web应用程序经路由器透过因特网传输;以及
    显像单元,连接于所述网络传输单元,能显示由Web应用程序传输的讯息,将所述向真艺术品转成图像文件显示,至少包含:iOS操作系统、Android 操作系统及Window Mobile操作系统,能够提供采用 Apple、Google、Microsoft的电子装置选择性使用;
    基于上述各单元,一旦通过专属网络路径及密码即能够进行在线展示推广、观赏或选购数字扫描的向真艺术品。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的艺术平台管理系统,其特征在于,其中所述显像单元为脸书界面或为依不同操作系统可选择性兼容的界面,若为脸书界面,所述认证模块的专属网络路径则为经脸书认证的电子邮件信箱账号,及由该脸书所取得的密码;若为依不同操作系统可选择性兼容的界面,所述认证模块的专属网络路径则为经所述界面认证的电子邮件信箱账号,及由所述界面所取得的密码。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的艺术平台管理系统,其特征在于,其中所述处理单元的内存进一步预存艺术家或所述艺术家的代表人的影像,及对所述艺术家的向真艺术品的创作背景介绍的语音,因此透过网络即可由在线透过影音了解所述艺术家及其作品的相关背景资料。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的艺术平台管理系统,其特征在于,其中还包括对比单元,与所述认证模块连接,所述对比单元使用操作系统厂商Apple与Google发展的开发工具与程序架构撰写的多个计算机程序码编辑,至少包含选项界面及统计储存界面,其中所述选项界面能够将数字扫描的向真艺术品依不同艺术家风格分类储存,并提供预定销售数量设定,且能够提供选购后的预购讯息;所述统计储存界面则与所述选项界面连接,其能够提供比对数量设定,将来自于所述选项界面的选购后的预购讯息,与所设定的比对数量进行数量比对,并提供比对结果讯息,供他人查询参考。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的艺术平台管理系统,其特征在于,其中还包括交易单元,与所述对比单元连接,所述交易单元使用操作系统厂商Apple与Google发展的开发工具与程序架构撰写的多个计算机程序码编辑,包含接收界面、付款界面及流通界面,以及价格分类界面,其中所述接收界面分别与所述统计储存界面及所述显像单元连接,能接收所述比对结果讯息,并发出提示讯息至所述显像单元;所述付款界面分别与所述对比单元的选项界面以及所述认证模块连接,能够将来自于所述选项界面的预购讯息,与所预设的所述向真艺术品单价进行运算后的数值储存,并将所述数值的讯息回馈所述认证模块,透过所述认证模块的专属网络的路径及密码进行通报;所述流通界面以多个计算机程序码编辑分别与交易单元的付款界面及所述认证模块连接,能够将单价进行运算后的数值转换为点数,以便能够透过所述认证模块的专属网络的路径及密码进行在线交易或再次交易;所述价格分类界面与所述接收界面连接,以多个计算机程序码编辑能将比对结果讯息依所预设的所述向真艺术品单价依价格高低分类,并形成价格讯息透过所述显像单元显示。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的艺术平台管理系统,其特征在于,其中还包括分析比较单元,使用操作系统厂商Apple与Google发展的开发工具与程序架构撰写的多个计算机程序码编辑,包含:比较界面及分析界面,其中所述比较界面分别与所述付款界面与所述认证模块连接,能够将所述付款界面的数值相互比较后的最高数值的讯息,透过所述认证模块的专属网络路径及密码进行通报,所述分析界面分别与所述处理单元的统计储存界面与所述认证模块连接,能够将所述统计储存界面的比对结果讯息相互比较后,将数量较多的向真艺术品的艺术家姓名透过所述认证模块的专属网络路径及密码进行通报,并结合社群功能让未购买者参考或喊“赞”。
