Description
The present invention relates to a cover device disposed inside a vehicle.
Conventionally, a configuration in which a cover device such as a tonneau cover device or a shade device is arranged inside a vehicle is known. For example, a tonneau cover device for preventing a cargo room, so-called luggage room (luggage space) from being visible from the outside, includes a flexible sheet-like tonneau cover and a main body case having a slit-like opening through which the tonneau cover can enter and exit. ing. A winding device including a winding shaft to which one end of the tonneau cover is fixed is disposed inside the main body case. The tonneau cover wound around the winding shaft in the main body case can be pulled out of the main body case through the opening as necessary, and the upper opening of the luggage room can be covered with the tonneau cover that is pulled out. When the tonneau cover is not used, most of the tonneau cover can be taken up by the take-up device and accommodated inside the main body case.
The main body case is an elongated cylindrical hollow container extending along the width direction of the luggage room, and the slit-shaped opening extends along the width direction of the luggage room and the longitudinal direction of the main body case. The winding shaft disposed in the main body case also extends along the width direction of the luggage room and the longitudinal direction of the main body case. In order to rotatably hold the winding shaft in the main body case, inner holders having recesses for rotatably supporting the end portions of the winding shaft are attached to both end portions of the main body case.
For example, when the user of the vehicle wants to use the space around the luggage room widely, it may be desired to temporarily remove the tonneau cover device. Therefore, the tonneau cover device is preferably removable from the vehicle. Therefore, there is a configuration in which an attachment portion is formed on the inner wall of the passenger compartment and the tonneau cover device is detachably attached to the attachment portion. Specifically, as shown in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-264627), an outer holder is provided outside the inner holder that rotatably supports the winding shaft at the end in the longitudinal direction of the main body case. There is a configuration in which the main body case is slidably fitted in the longitudinal direction, and an elastic member such as a spring is interposed between the outer holder and the inner holder. On the inner wall of the passenger compartment, a pair of attachment portions facing each other with a space is formed, and a tonneau cover device is arranged between these attachment portions, and outer holders at both ends of the tonneau cover device are respectively engaged with the attachment portions. Put them together. In such a configuration, when the spring is compressed by applying a force to the outer holder and sliding it toward the inside (the center side in the longitudinal direction of the main body holder), the entire length of the tonneau cover device is shortened, and the inner wall of the passenger compartment The abutment and engagement between the attachment portion and the outer holder are released, and the tonneau cover device can be removed. At the time of re-attachment, the outer holder is attached by releasing the external force applied to the outer holder at a position facing the attachment part and spreading the outer holder outward by spring force from a state where the entire length of the tonneau cover device is shortened. The tonneau cover device is mounted in the vehicle interior by abutting and engaging the part. A cover device other than the tonneau cover device, such as a shade device, may be similarly configured to be detachably mounted in the vehicle interior.
In the case of a removable cover device such as the tonneau cover device described in Patent Document 1, there is a risk of accidental dropping when the tonneau cover device is removed or after being removed. When the tonneau cover device is dropped, the outer holder often comes into contact with the floor surface or the ground. In this case, the impact applied to the outer holder contracts the spring, and the impact is transmitted to the inner holder via this spring. If such an impact not only damages the outer holder but also the inner holder, there is a possibility that the winding shaft cannot be stably and rotatably supported. Further, an impact applied to the outer holder may damage the take-up shaft through the spring and the inner holder. When the inner holder and the take-up shaft are damaged in this manner, the function as the cover device cannot be performed.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a cover device that can prevent the function from being impaired even if it is accidentally dropped.

Further, at least the end surface of the outer holder located at the outermost end in the longitudinal direction of the main body case is a soft portion having a lower hardness than the rubbing portion of the outer holder that slides when sliding with respect to the inner holder and the main body case. is there.
According to this configuration, even when the cover device is accidentally dropped, the soft part of the outer holder absorbs the impact, so that the inner holder and the take-up shaft do not receive a very large impact and are less likely to be damaged. . Therefore, it is suppressed that the function as a cover apparatus is impaired. In addition, the sliding portion that slides on the inner holder and the main body case when the outer holder slides is composed of a hard portion, so it is difficult to deform, and the outer holder can be stably slid relative to the inner holder and the main body case without any trouble. .
According to the cover device of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the function from being impaired even if it is accidentally dropped.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a tonneau cover device 1 as an embodiment of the cover device of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side sectional view thereof. The tonneau cover device 1 includes atonneau cover 2 that is a flexible sheet-like cover member, a winding device 4 that includes a winding shaft 6 that can wind up the tonneau cover 2, and a hollow cylindrical shape that houses the winding device 4. Main body case 3. The main body case 3 is provided with a slit-shaped opening 5 having a width equal to or larger than the width of the tonneau cover 2. The winding device 4 in the main body case 3 is provided with a winding shaft 6 and a rotation control mechanism that controls the rotation of the winding shaft 6 (not shown). A rotation control mechanism (not shown) includes a biasing member such as a coil spring that biases the winding shaft 6 so as to rotate in the winding direction, and a known structure including a stop mechanism that can stop the winding shaft 6. It is.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a tonneau cover device 1 as an embodiment of the cover device of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side sectional view thereof. The tonneau cover device 1 includes a
One end of the tonneau cover 2 is fixed to the winding shaft 6 in the main body case 3. The other end of the tonneau cover 2 is pulled out to the outside of the main body case 3 through the opening 5, and a stopper 7 that protrudes outward in the width direction of the opening 5 is attached. Since the stopper 7 cannot pass through the opening 5, a part of the other end side of the tonneau cover 2 cannot enter the main body case 3 and is always held outside the main body case 3.
The main body case 3 has a hollow cylindrical or rectangular tube shape having an opening 5 and is open at both ends, and an inner holder 8 is attached to both ends in the longitudinal direction to close the end of the main body case 3. As shown in FIGS. 3a to 4b, the inner holder 8 has a bearing portion 8a that rotatably supports the winding shaft 6 and a spring receiving portion 8b, and is fixed to the main body case 3 by screwing or the like.
As shown in FIGS. 3 a and 3 b, an outer holder 9 is arranged on the outer side of the inner holder 8 in the longitudinal direction of the main body case 3. The outer holder 9 is not fixed with respect to the main body case 3 and the inner holder 8, and can slide in the longitudinal direction of the main body case 3 with respect to the main body case 3 and the inner holder 8. Specifically, the outer holder 9 is slightly larger than the inner holder 8 and has a cap shape that can accommodate the inner holder 8 therein. An elastic member such as a spring 10 is disposed between the inner holder 8 and the outer holder 9.
And the outer holder 9 of the tonneau cover apparatus 1 of this embodiment includes a hard part 11 and a soft part 12 as shown in FIGS. 3a, 3b, 5a to 5d. Specifically, at least an end surface (end surface portion) 12 a of the outer holder 9 positioned at the outer outer end in the longitudinal direction of the main body case 3 is the soft portion 12. At least the rubbing portion 11 a of the outer holder 9 that rubs directly with the inner holder 8 or indirectly through a cushioning material such as the nonwoven fabric 14 (see FIGS. 3 a and 3 b) is the hard portion 11. Furthermore, the bottom surface (bottom surface portion) 11b, which is the surface opposite to the end surface 12a (the surface facing the inner holder 8) of the outer holder 9, is also preferably a hard portion. Thus, the outer holder 9 of the present embodiment is a composite member that is at least partially a two-layer structure.
Such a tonneau cover device 1 is generally configured so that the width direction of the tonneau cover 2, that is, the longitudinal direction of the main body case 3 substantially follows the vehicle width direction, and the opening 5 of the main body case 3 at the rear of the rear seat of the vehicle. Is facing the rear of the vehicle, and the tonneau cover 2 is arranged so that it can be pulled out in the direction perpendicular to the vehicle width direction. According to the tonneau cover device 1 of the present embodiment, the tonneau cover 2 is rotated while the take-up shaft 6 is rotated in the feeding direction opposite to the take-up direction by pulling the portion of the tonneau cover 2 including the stopper 7 located outside the main body case 3. 2 can be pulled out. The drawn tonneau cover 2 can be held in a state of covering, for example, the luggage room 13 (see FIG. 2) by a fixing mechanism of a known rotation control mechanism (not shown). And when the fixing by the fixing mechanism is released, the winding shaft 6 is rotated in the winding direction by a biasing force of a biasing member (not shown) until the stopper 7 contacts the edge of the opening 5 of the main body case 3. The tonneau cover 2 is drawn into the main body case 3 and is taken up by the take-up shaft 6.
When removing the tonneau cover device 1, the outer holder 9 is pushed inward toward the longitudinal center of the main body case 3 by the user's hand and the outer holder 9 is pressed and shrunk while the spring 10 is compressed. Slide against the inner holder 8. As a result, the entire width of the tonneau cover device 1 (the distance from the end surface 12a of one outer holder 9 to the end surface 12a of the other outer holder 9) is shortened. Thereby, the contact and engagement between the outer holder 9 and a mounting portion (not shown) in the vehicle compartment can be released, and the tonneau cover device 1 can be removed from the vehicle compartment.
If the tonneau cover device 1 removed in this way is accidentally dropped, it is highly possible that the outer holder 9 will first hit the floor or ground of the passenger compartment. In the present embodiment, the soft portion 12 (particularly the end surface 12a) of the outer holder 9 absorbs an impact when it hits the floor surface or the ground, and the inner holder 8 or the winding device 4 positioned inside the outer holder 9 or the like. No significant impact is transmitted to this member. Therefore, even if the outer holder 9 may be slightly damaged, the inner holder 8 and the winding device 4 inside thereof are not damaged, and the function as the tonneau cover device 1 is not impaired.
Theouter holder 9 slides relative to the inner holder 8 and the main body case 3 when the tonneau cover device 1 is attached and removed. If the rubbing portion 11a of the outer holder 9 that directly or indirectly rubs against the inner holder 8 and the body case 3 is deformed by an external impact or the like, smooth sliding cannot be performed, and attachment and removal are possible. It will cause trouble. In the present invention, at least the rubbing portion 11a of the outer holder 9 with respect to the inner holder 8 and the main body case 3 is the hard portion 11, so that deformation is unlikely to occur and smooth sliding can be performed stably. There will be no hindrance to removal.
Furthermore, when thebottom surface 11 b, which is the surface opposite to the end surface of the outer holder 9 (the surface facing the inner holder 8), is a hard member, the spring 10 can be firmly held with the inner holder 8.
The
Furthermore, when the
Thus, according to the present embodiment, in the removable cover device 1, even if the cover device 1 is accidentally dropped when removed from the passenger compartment, the winding device 4 that assumes the function of the cover device 1 and the inner holder 8 that supports it. The impact on the can be kept small. That is, it is possible to prevent the cover device 1 from being unusable so that the cover device 1 can exert its action due to the influence of dropping or the like. Further, since the outer holder 9 can be smoothly slid with respect to the inner holder 8 and the main body case 3 and the spring 10 can be stably held and the urging force can be applied, the attachment and removal of the tonneau cover device 1 is excellent. Yes.
The detail of each member of the tonneau cover apparatus 1 demonstrated above is demonstrated.
Themain body cover 3 is a housing made of a relatively soft metal such as aluminum, and is often formed by extrusion using the plasticity of the metal that is the material. The main body case 3 of the present embodiment has a cylindrical shape with a substantially rectangular cross section, and the thickness of each side surface is about 1 to 5 mm. In the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 3b, an aluminum alloy A6063S, which has been anodized and painted, is extruded and formed into a rectangular tube having a thickness of about 1.2 mm on each side. Case 3 is used.
The detail of each member of the tonneau cover apparatus 1 demonstrated above is demonstrated.
The
The tonneau cover 2 is a flexible sheet that can be partially wound and accommodated in the main body case 3, and is made of vinyl chloride (PVC) or the like. In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a tonneau cover 2 made of a gold leather 0.5 t (PVC: 0.3 t + base fabric: 0.2 t) is used.
The inner holders 8 respectively disposed at both ends of the main body case 3 to close the ends are plate-like members made of resin such as polyamide, polypropylene, polyester, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). 1, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b, the inner holder 8 made of PBT is fixed to the main body case 3 by screwing. And the bearing part 8a provided in the inner surface of the inner holder 8 is supporting the end part of the winding shaft 6 rotatably. A spring receiving portion 8 b provided on the outer surface of the inner holder 8 supports one end of the spring 10.
The outer holder 9 in the example shown in FIGS. 1, 3a, 3b, and 5a to 5d has a short cylindrical shape with one end opened and the other end closed, and the inner holder 8 is inserted into the cylindrical portion. Yes. That is, the outer holder 9 covers the inner holder 8 from the outside, and is supported from the inside by the inner holder 8 and the main body case 3 to which the inner holder 8 is fixed. However, the outer holder 9 is not fixed to the inner holder 8 and the main body case 3, and can slide in the longitudinal direction of the main body case 3 with respect to the inner holder 8 and the main body case 3. As an example, as shown in FIG. 5d, a long hole 9a extending along the longitudinal direction of the main body case 3 is formed in the outer holder 9, and a screw (not shown) attached to the main body case 3 is a long hole. 9a is inserted. That is, the outer holder 9 is connected to the inner holder 8 and the main body case within the range in which the screw attached to the main body case is located in the long hole 9a and the screw moves between one end and the other end of the long hole 9a. 3 is slidable. When the screw head of this screw is located outside the outer surface of the outer holder 9 and the outer diameter of the screw head is larger than the width of the long hole 9a, the long hole 9a and the screw are connected to the outer holder 9 and the inner holder 8 and the main body. This is more preferable because it functions as a drop-off prevention mechanism that prevents the case 3 from coming off. A spring receiving portion 11c is provided on the surface of the outer holder 9 facing the inner holder (bottom surface 11b of the cylindrical portion). An elastic member such as a spring 10 is disposed between the spring receiving portion 8 b of the inner holder 8 and the spring receiving portion 11 c of the outer holder 9. The outer holder 9 may be provided with a slit 9b so as to be opposed to the opening 5 so that the opening 5 of the main body case 3 is not narrowed when sliding.
The outer holder 9 includes a hard portion 11 and a soft portion 12 shown in FIG. As an example, the hard portion 11 is made of a hard resin such as polyacetal (POM), and the soft portion 12 is made of a soft resin such as an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer (TPO) having a Shore A hardness of 85. The hard portion 11 and the soft portion 12 are integrally formed by two-color molding. The hard portion 11 constitutes at least a rubbing portion (mainly the inner surface of the outer holder 9) of the outer holder 9 that may slide against the inner holder 8 and the main body case. The soft portion 12 constitutes at least an end surface 12 a of the outer holder 9 positioned at the outermost end in the longitudinal direction of the main body case 3. The soft portion 12 has a lower hardness than at least the hard portion 11. Further, the soft portion 12 has a lower hardness than the inner holder 8. The surface of the outer holder 9 that faces the inner holder (bottom surface 11 b of the cylindrical portion) is preferably a hard portion 11. The bottom surface 11 b of the outer holder 9 is formed by laminating the hard portion 11 on the surface of the soft portion 12 constituting the end surface 12 a of the outer holder 9 on the inner holder 8 side. In addition to the polyacetal described above, a hard resin that does not have rubber elasticity, such as nylon or PBT (polybutylene terephthalate), is suitable for the hard portion 11. In addition to the TPO described above, a soft resin having rubber elasticity, such as a styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, is suitable for the soft portion 12.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 5a to 5d, 6, an engaging protrusion 12b is provided on the inner surface of the soft portion 12, and an engaging recess 11d in which the engaging protrusion 12b of the soft portion 12 is fitted on the outer surface of the hard portion 11. Is provided, the hard portion 11 and the soft portion 12 are more firmly fixed to each other by these engagements. However, a configuration in which the engagement protrusion is provided on the hard portion 11 and the engagement recess is provided on the soft portion 12 may be adopted. Further, the engagement protrusion and the engagement recess are not necessarily essential constituent elements, and a configuration without the engagement protrusion and the engagement recess can be employed.
It is preferable that a through hole 11e is provided in the bottom surface 11b which is the hard portion 11 of the outer holder 9, and a part of the soft portion 12 protrudes inward from the inside of the end surface 12a through the through hole 11e of the bottom surface 11b. The protruding portion is a soft portion 12 partially provided on the bottom surface 11b made of the hard portion 11, and is referred to as a wrap-around portion 12c. This turning-in part 12c can be easily formed by forming the outer holder 9 by two-color molding which is a kind of injection molding.
Since the outer holder 9 has such a configuration, even if the outer holder 9 hits the floor surface or the ground when the tonneau cover device 1 is accidentally dropped, the soft portion 12 of the outer holder 9 is not affected. The impact is absorbed, and a very large impact is not transmitted to the inner holder 8 and the take-up shaft 6. Therefore, the winding shaft 6 held by the inner holder 8 is maintained in a rotatable state, and the function as the tonneau cover device 1 is not impaired. In particular, when the turning-in part 12 c is provided, even if the spring 10 contracts due to an impact, the inner holder 8 comes into contact with the turning-in part 12 c that is the soft part 12 without contacting the hard part 11. So the risk of breakage is very small. In addition, absorption of the impact by the expansion and contraction of the spring greatly contributes to the prevention of the damage of the inner holder 8. Furthermore, when the outer diameter of the turning-in part 12c is larger than the inner diameter of the through-hole 11e, the turning-in part 12c also exerts an effect of preventing the separation of the hard part 11 and the soft part 12 and falling off and increasing the engagement force.
Further, since the rubbing portion of the outer holder 9 that rubs against the inner holder 8 and the main body case 3 when being slid is composed of the hard portion 11, it is difficult to be deformed, and scratches and traces are less likely to occur. Therefore, sliding of the outer holder 9 with respect to the inner holder 8 and the main body case 3 can be performed stably without any trouble. Moreover, since the surface (bottom surface 11b of a cylindrical part) which faces the inner holder of the outer holder 9 is the hard part 11, the spring 10 can be stably hold | maintained by the spring receiving part 11c.

In the present invention, the present invention can be adopted.
