Abstract
一种可开合腹腔、观察腹腔内部情况的腹腔闭合装置。它包括第一固定圈(1)、第二固定圈(2)以及密封开关装置;第一固定圈(1)、第二固定圈(2)从上至下依序排列,且第一固定圈(1)、第二固定圈(2)之间环设有第一透明膜结构(8),第一透明膜结构(8)的上边缘与下边缘分别与第一固定圈(1)、第二固定圈(2)密封连接;在第一固定圈(1)的开孔上覆盖有第二透明膜结构(9),第二透明膜结构(9)与第一固定圈(1)密封连接,第二透明膜结构(9)上设有第一开口且第一开口的边缘与密封开关装置密封连接。该装置的优点为1、无需反复通过手术开闭腹腔口,减轻了手术操作难度、降低了患者的痛苦、并减少了感染风险;2、有效的缓冲腹腔内的压力;3、医疗人员透过透明膜结构观察到病患腹腔内部的情况。
Description
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别为一种腹腔开合装置。
在战时紧急情况下,由于条件有限,对于腹部受伤的战士,可以打开腹腔进行简单处理,但是对于腹腔的手术口,无有效的紧急处理救治办法,即无法保持战士的生命体征稳定,也就无法保证战士能够安全的送达后方进行进一步的治疗。现阶段在战场等紧急情况下,多半是采用若干把钳子夹将手术切口处暂时夹住,这样不但增加战士的痛苦,而且容易造成伤口感染,同时也不易观察腹腔内的情况。
在外科手术当中,常常会遇到不确定性手术需要反复对腹腔内进行多次手术的,例如重症胰腺炎手术。传统的做法就是将手术伤口反复缝合、或者是采用纱布等填塞,这样不但增加手术难度,而且也增加患者的痛苦,而且缝合后的伤口,医生无法观察病变的情况,往往在病人的生命体征发生变化后,才能发现,患者风险增大。
综上所述,现有的这些做法存在如下缺陷:
1.操作费时费力,且需要反复手术操作从而对病患造成极大的痛苦并且增加了患者感染的风险;
2.病患通常腹压较高,而传统的做法并未给予患者相应的释放腹压的空间,因而会对病患造成不适;
3.许多不确定性的手术需要时时监测病患腹腔内病情的发展情况,并根据时时的病情来把握二次手术的时机,传统的做法均无法做到随时随地地观察体内病情的变化情况,因而无法很好地把握手术的时机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种无需手术操作即可以随时开闭腹腔、可释放腹部压力且可以随时观察腹腔内部情况的腹腔开合装置。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现:一种腹腔开合装置,其特征在于:它包括第一固定圈、第二固定圈以及密封开关装置;
第一固定圈、第二固定圈从上至下依序排列,且第一固定圈、第二固定圈之间环设有第一透明膜结构,第一透明膜结构的上边缘与下边缘分别与第一固定圈、第二固定圈密封连接;
在第一固定圈的开孔上覆盖有第二透明膜结构,第二透明膜结构与第一固定圈密封连接,第二透明膜结构上设有第一开口且第一开口的边缘与密封开关装置密封连接。
较之前技术而言,本发明的有益效果为:
1、完全改变既往需要通过手术操作开闭腹腔切口的方式,利用了密封开关装置进行非手术性开闭,大大的减轻了手术操作难度、降低了病患的痛苦、并减少了感染风险;
2、在密封开关装置与第一固定圈之间设置有一定的密闭空间,由于该空间与手术
伤口处直接连通,因此可以有效的缓冲腹腔内的压力;
3、医疗人员透过透明膜结构可以时时观察到病患腹腔内部的情况。

实施例1:
如图1至图4所示,本发明它包括第一固定圈1、第二固定圈2以及密封开关装置;
第一固定圈1、第二固定圈2从上至下依序排列,且第一固定圈1、第二固定圈2之间环设有第一透明膜结构8,第一透明膜结构8的上边缘与下边缘分别与第一固定圈1、第二固定圈2密封连接;
在第一固定圈的开孔上覆盖有第二透明膜结构9,第二透明膜结构9与第一固定圈密封连接,第二透明膜结构9上设有第一开口且第一开口的边缘与密封开关装置密封连接。
进一步的,所述密封开关装置包括旋转密封圈4、固定密封圈6以及第三膜结构10;
固定密封圈6位于旋转密封圈4下方,第二透明膜结构9的第一开口的边缘密封连接在固定密封圈6上;
所述第三膜结构10环设在旋转密封圈4与固定密封圈6之间,第三膜结构10的上边缘与下边缘分别与旋转密封圈4、固定密封圈6密封连接;旋转密封圈4旋转后能够使得第三膜结构10的内壁相互贴合形成密封口。
这里,第一固定圈1、第二固定圈2以及它们之间的第一透明膜结构8共同构成了一个手术开口固定组件;安装时,第一固定圈1和第二固定圈2分别放置在腹腔内外的手术开口处,两固定圈以及之间的第一透明膜结构8形成对腹腔壁的夹持作用而固定在腹腔上并构建出一个形状、结构均稳定的手术开口。
同时,固定密封圈6位于第一固定圈1上方并通过第二透明膜结构9三者共同构建出一个密闭的减压空间。减压空间与下方的手术开口连通,因此当腹腔内的压力变大时腹腔内的组织或组织液就会释放到减压空间中来,这样既可以减轻患者的痛苦,同时也便
于医疗人员的观察;而既往的医疗办法存在偏见总是对腹压进行抑制,均是采用填、塞、堵或类似的手段来治疗,这样既增大了患者的痛苦,在腹压过大时腹腔内的组织或组织液还容易从手术开口处溢出体外造成感染。
旋转密封圈4通过旋转第三膜结构10实现连接膜通道的开和闭,在这里作为非手术式开闭手术伤口的开关使用,在进行手术期间容许医疗人员的手臂伸入到内部进行手术,同时手术结束后将旋转密封圈4顺着一个方向旋转使得第三膜结构10内壁相互贴合形成密封口后,再利用医疗上常见的固定件固定,使得开口完全闭合保证了手术开口处时时处于与外界隔离的状态,防止了手术后的伤口感染。例如夹子、医用胶带、卡条等均可作为固定件使用。
本实施例使用简单方便,操作时,直接将本实施例放置入手术开口处,并把第二固定圈2置入腹腔内部完成固定,手术开口附近的组织在自身弹性的作用下自动收紧在固定圈上达到密封的效果。同时,为了避免接触的地方感染,还能进一步在第一固定圈1的边缘处涂抹抗菌隔离药物,例如凡士林、生物凝胶等进一步达到抗感染的效果。
这里,第二透明膜结构9通常具备一定的弹性,这样能较好地容纳腹腔内溢出的脏体。
进一步的,它还包括综合监测感应器,综合监测感应器安装在第一固定圈1或第二固定圈2或第一透明膜结构8上。
综合监测感应器上集成了许多生命体征电子感应元件,例如血糖、血氧、腹压等的感应元件。从而进一步的辅助医疗人员监测病人时时的身体状况。
进一步的,所述第一固定圈1以及第二固定圈2的形状为椭圆形。
椭圆形的固定圈能更好的承受腹壁所带来的压力,维持手术开口形状的稳定。
进一步的,所述第一透明膜结构8以及第二透明膜结构9由防水雾材料制成。
由于腹腔内十分温热且潮湿因而在第一透明膜结构8以及第二透明膜结构9的内表面上容易产生水雾从而影响医疗人员对患者腹腔内部观察的视线,而采用防水雾材料制成的第一透明膜结构8以及第二透明膜结构能很好的克服这一缺陷。
实施例2:
如图5和图6所示,在实施例1的基础上,本实施例的区别在于所述密封开关装置包括开口固定圈3、密封拉链5以及第四膜结构11;
所述第二透明膜结构9上第一开口的边缘密封连接在开口固定圈3上,第四膜结构11上设有第二开口且第二开口的边缘与密封拉链5密封连接。
相较于实施例1,本实施例的生产成本较低,结构更为简单,可应用范围更广,可作为替代方案使用。
实施例3:
如图7所示,在实施例1的基础上,本实施例的区别在于所述密封开关装置为蓝蝶7。
这里,蓝蝶7是由强生公司生产的一种腹腔镜手助器,这里我们将其作为开关使用,具有密封性能好,开合方便的特点。可作为最优先的实施例实施。
