洗手机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁设备,尤其涉及一种洗手机。
背景技术
随着人际交往增多,经手传播细菌致病,成为人们健康的威胁。
手皮肤表层有污垢及大量暂居菌,会引发疾病,需要通过机械磨擦方式去除,正确的洗手揉搓方式为“六步洗手法”:1、掌心相对揉搓;2、手指交叉,掌心对手背揉搓;3、手指交叉,掌心相对揉搓;4、弯曲手指关节在掌心揉搓;5、拇指在掌中揉搓;6、指尖在掌心揉搓。加上淋手,使用洗手液,冲水,干手,整个过程约50~60秒。现代生活节奏加快,人们很难做到。
而现有的洗手机也只是通过红外感应等实现对是否喷水进行控制,用户在洗手时,还需要自己涂洗手液,自己揉搓,然后再移步到干手机进行烘干,自动化程度低,用户体验差,满意度较低。手上多余的水,经常滴落到台面和地面,造成湿滑。
另外,单手残疾人很难做到搓洗手。

本发明的主要目的在于提供一种洗手机,旨在解决现有的洗手机自动化程度低,不能很好的满足用户需求的技术问题。

优选地,所述洗手机还包括设于所述外壳内的送风装置,所述洗手池靠近所述第一开口的一端设有与所述送风装置连接的出风口。

进一步地,所述驱动装置可为现有的任何能实现往复运动的驱动装置,如齿轮齿条传动、带传动、螺杆传动等。当驱动装置为齿轮齿条传动时(如图6、图7所示),其包括固定安装于所述外壳100上的电机(未图示)、与所述电机固定连接的齿轮101及固定安装于所述洗手池200上的与所述齿轮101相配合的齿条103。当驱动装置为带传动时(如图2、图3所示),其包括固定安装于所述外壳100上的电机(未图示)、与所述电机固定连接的带轮105、安装于所述带轮105上的传送带107及固定安装于所述传送带107与所述洗手池200上的连接块109。优选地,所述电机为步进电机或伺服电机,以保证洗手池200位移的准确度。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述洗手机还包括用于控制所述驱动装置进行驱动、喷液孔220进行喷液、喷水口280进行喷水帘、吹风装置400进行 吹风的控制系统。具体地,所述控制系统包括显示装置602及功能按键604,其可以设置在外壳100的外部。所述功能按键604包括开机按键、关机按键及功能选择按键。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述洗手机还包括安装于所述洗手池200上的传感器(未图示),所述传感器与所述控制系统通信连接,用于监测手的位置。具体地,所述传感器可以设置为两个,一个设置于洗手池200的第一开口240位置,以感知手掌的进入,进而通知控制系统控制喷液及控制驱动系统驱动洗手池200做往复运动。另一个设置于洗手池200靠近底部的位置,以感知手的具体位置,进而避免洗手池200在运动时碰触手掌。
进一步地,在本实施例中,所述洗手机还包括安装于所述洗手池200上用于对洗手池进行除菌的除菌装置(未图示),优选地,所述除菌装置为紫外线灯。具体地,其可以设置在洗手池200的中部或底部,在洗手机使用间隙,可对洗手池200的内部进行杀菌,以保证洗手池200内部的洁净度。优选地,可通过控制系统预设除菌时间及除菌间隔,当到达预设的除菌时间时,控制系统获取传感器的反馈信息,当传感器未检测到人手存在时,启动所述紫外线灯,紫外线灯对洗手池200的内壁进行照射,以杀死细菌,及通过喷液孔220喷出的消毒液体将洗手池200的内壁冲刷清洁干净。进一步地,还可以在外壳100上的第二开口120设置可收缩的遮挡部件,在对洗手池200进行除菌时,所述遮挡部件将所述第二开口120遮挡,以避免紫外光外泄。
综上所述,本发明的洗手机,通过驱动装置驱动洗手池运动,用户只需要将手掌放入洗手池内,不需要搓洗即可实现对手掌的全方位清洁,并干手,效率高,极大地提升了用户的满意度,同时,保持了环境整洁。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗手机,与外部供水管路连接,包括外壳及设于所述外壳内的洗手池与储液装置,所述洗手池上设有数个用于喷出液体的喷液孔,所述储液装置与所述喷液孔相连通,其特征在于,所述洗手机还包括用于驱动所述洗手池在外壳内做往复运动的驱动装置,所述洗手池具有用于插入手掌的第一开口,所述洗手池的底部相对所述第一开口倾斜设置,所述外壳上对应所述第一开口设有第二开口,所述第一开口与所述第二开口之间设有可伸缩的保护带,所述驱动装置驱动所述洗手池朝向或背向所述第二开口的方向运动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的洗手机,其特征在于,所述洗手机还包括设于所述外壳内的送风装置,所述洗手池靠近所述第一开口的一端设有与所述送风装置连接的出风口。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的洗手机,其特征在于,所述洗手池靠近所述第一开口的一端还设有用于喷出水帘的喷水口,所述喷水口设置于所述喷液孔与所述出风口之间。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的洗手机,其特征在于,所述吹风装置固定安装于所述外壳内,所述出风口通过可伸缩的风管与所述送风装置连接。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的洗手机,其特征在于,所述吹风装置固定安装于所述洗手池上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的洗手机,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括固定安装于所述外壳上的电机、与所述电机固定连接的齿轮及固定安装于所述洗手池上的与所述齿轮相配合的齿条。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的洗手机,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括固定安装于所述外壳上的电机、与所述电机固定连接的带轮、安装于所述带轮上的 传送带及固定安装于所述传送带与所述洗手池上的连接块。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的洗手机,其特征在于,所述洗手机还包括用于控制所述驱动装置进行驱动、喷液孔进行喷液、喷水口进行喷水帘、吹风装置进行吹风的控制系统。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的洗手机,其特征在于,所述洗手机还包括安装于所述洗手池上的传感器,所述传感器与所述控制系统通信连接,用于监测手的位置。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的洗手机,其特征在于,所述洗手机还包括安装于所述洗手池上用于对洗手池进行除菌的除菌装置;所述除菌装置为紫外线灯。
