而且,本发明的图片特征信息还可以包括所述用户的用户相关信息,进一步地,根据所述用户相关信息,结合所述呈现信息所对应的关联用户信息,确定与所述图片特征信息相对应的第一优选呈现信息;从而本发明使得所提供的呈现信息更加符合用户的需求,便于用户更容易获取图片的信息,增强对图片的理解,提高了用户获取信息的效率,增强了用户体验。

图1示出根据本发明一个方面的一种用于提供图片的呈现信息的呈现设备示意图;其中,所述呈现设备包括用于获取一个或多个待浏览的图片的装置(以下简称“图片获取装置1”);用于根据所述待浏览的图片,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息的装置(以下简称“特征获取装置2”);用于根据所述图片特征信息,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息的装置(以下简称“呈现获取装置3”);用于提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息的装置(以下简称“呈现装置4”),其中,所述呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
在此,所述呈现设备包括但不限于网络设备、用户设备、或网络设备与用户设备通过网络相集成所构成的设备。其中,所述网络设备包括一种能够按照事先设定或存储的指令,自动进行数值计算和信息处理的电子设备,其硬件包括但不限于微处理器、专用集成电路(ASIC)、可编程门阵列(FPGA)、数字处理器(DSP)、嵌入式设备等。所述网络设备其包括但不限于计算机、网络主机、单个网络服务器、多个网络服务器集或多个服务器构成的云;在此,云由基于云计算(Cloud Computing)的大量计算机或网络服务器构成,其中,云计算是分布式计算的一种,由一群松散耦合的计算机集组成的一个虚拟超级计算机。所述用户设备其包括但不限于任何一种可与用户通过键盘、触摸板、或声控设备进行人机交互的移动电子产品,例如智能手机、PDA等,所述移动电子产品可以采用任意操作系统,如android操作系统、iOS操作系统等。所述网络包括但不限于互联网、广域网、城域网、局域网、VPN网络、无线自组织网络(Ad Hoc网络)等。本领域技术人员应能理解,其他的呈现设备同样适用于本发明,也应 包含在本发明保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
本领域技术人员应能理解,本发明可以在独立的用户设备或独立的服务设备上执行,由上述独立的设备进行待浏览图片的获取、图片特征信息的获取、呈现信息的获取以及呈现信息的展现;也可以由用户设备与服务设备配合以实现图片呈现信息的提供,例如由用户设备向服务设备提供待浏览图片,并由服务设备进行图片特征信息的获取、呈现信息的获取,最后由用户设备对呈现信息进行展现。上述配合方式仅为举例,其他由用户设备与服务设备相配合以实现呈现信息展现的方法均适用于本发明,并包含在本发明的保护范围内。
上述各装置之间是持续不断工作的,在此,本领域技术人员应理解“持续”是指上述各装置分别实时地或者按照设定的或实时调整的工作模式要求,进行待浏览图片的获取、图片特征信息的获取、呈现信息的获取、呈现信息的提供等,直至所述呈现设备停止获取一个或多个待浏览的图片。
所述图片获取装置1获取一个或多个待浏览的图片。
具体地,所述图片获取装置1通过各种通信协议,基于各类传输接口,通过直接与用户进行交互,获取用户通过上传或搜索等方式所提交的一个或多个待浏览图片,或者获取用户通过点击、触摸、文字输入、语音输入等多种方式所选择的一个或多个待浏览图片;或者,所述图片获取装置1通过各种通信协议,基于各类传输接口,与能够提供待浏览图片的其他设备相交互,以获取由其他设备所提供的一个或多个待浏览的图片。
所述特征获取装置2根据所述待浏览的图片,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息。
具体地,所述特征获取装置2根据所述待浏览的图片,可以直接获取与所述待浏览的图片相关联的图片信息,从而根据所述图片信息来得到与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息;或者,所述特征获取装置2根据例如图像处理或图片识别技术等,对所述待浏览的图片进行分析,从而获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信 息。
例如,所述特征获取装置2可根据所述待浏览的图片,查询与该图片相对应的数据库或能够提供所述图片的图片信息的装置,以获得所述图片的图片信息。其中,所述图片信息包括但不限于图片文件地址、图片描述信息/文字注释、一个或多个用户对该图片的评论信息等;优选地,所述图片信息还可以包括当前浏览该图片的用户的用户信息,如用户ID;进一步优选地,还可以获取该用户对该图片的评论信息等。在此,上述图片信息可以是用户或系统在图片上直接发布的信息,也可以是通过后台抓取与该图片相关联的网页来获取的。
然后,所述特征获取装置2根据上述一个或多个图片信息,对所述图片信息进行统计与分析,基于系统预设的方式或用户设定的方式,确定一个或多个图片特征信息。例如,可以将上述图片信息直接作为所述图片特征信息,也可以根据当前浏览图片的应用的需求或用户的需求,选择一个或多个图片信息以作为所述图片特征信息,例如,若为与地点相关联的应用(如旅游类应用),则提取包含地点关键词的图片信息作为图片特征信息;若为与搜索相关联的应用,则将图片文件地址作为图片特征信息以供进一步搜索等。
或者,例如,所述特征获取装置2基于图像处理或图片识别技术,对所述待浏览图片的图像特征进行分析与提取,以获得所述图片的图片内容、各个图片内容在图片上的位置等。其中,所述图片内容包括但不限于图片内包含的文字、数字、物体以及物体内的组件中的一项或多项;优选地,还可以对所述图片中的图像特征进行提取后,将其转换为具体的文字信息,如某图像化的组件进行图像识别后,存储为该组件的名称等。其中,所述图片内容在图片上的位置即为所述文字、数字、物体以及物体内的组件在图片上的具体位置(如坐标位置)或相对分布位置等。从而,所述特征获取装置2将所述图片内容与图片内容的位置作为所述图片特征信息。
从而,所获取的图片特征信息包括但不限于以下一项或多项的组合:所述图片的图片信息、所述图片的图片内容、各个图片内容在图 片上的位置等。
在此,本领域技术人员应能理解,所述图片特征信息的获取方式仅为举例,并非对本发明的限制,其他的图片特征信息的获取方式如能适用于本发明,同样包含在本发明的保护范围内。
优选地,所述特征获取装置2根据所述待浏览的图片,结合浏览所述图片的用户,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息,其中,所述图片特征信息包括所述用户的用户相关信息。
具体地,所述特征获取装置2根据所述待浏览的图片,若当前浏览该图片的用户处于登录状态,则还可以获取所述用户的用户相关信息以作为所述图片特征信息。其中,所述用户相关信息包括但不限于用户ID、用户兴趣爱好信息、用户的位置、该用户的评论等。
所述呈现获取装置3根据所述图片特征信息,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息。
具体地,所述呈现获取装置3根据所述图片特征信息,根据所述图片特征信息以进行搜索,或者,通过与存储有图片特征信息以及呈现信息的映射关系的设备或数据库相交互,以获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息。其中,所述呈现信息包括但不限于能够呈现在该图片上的任何信息,如对图片的评论信息、描述信息、推荐信息等。

优选地,所述呈现获取装置3根据所述图片特征信息,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息,其中,所述呈现信息与所述图片上的特定位置相对应。
在此,可在获取时直接获得该呈现信息在图片上的特定位置信息,也可以通过对呈现信息与图片的分析,确定所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置。
更优选地,所述呈现获取装置3用于获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息;根据所述呈现信息,结合所述图片特征信息,确定所 述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置。
具体地,所述呈现获取装置3根据所述图片特征信息,根据所述图片特征信息以进行搜索,或者,通过与存储有图片特征信息以及呈现信息的映射关系的设备或数据库相交互,以获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息;然后,所述呈现获取装置3通过对所述图片特征信息进行分析,通过根据所述呈现信息中的关键词、特定链接等,将所述呈现信息与当前图片的图片特征信息进行匹配,基于匹配关系,确定所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置。
例如,所述呈现获取装置3根据所述图片特征信息中所包含的对图片的评论信息,提取该评论信息中的关键字,基于所述关键字进行搜索,以获取与所述关键字相关联的一个或多个信息,如其他的评论、图片等,根据所述评论或图片中所包含的与该待浏览的图片上的位置信息,确定与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息。具体地,例如,所述图片特征信息为图片描述信息“王菲女儿与那英儿子聚餐被拍”,则所述呈现获取装置3通过搜索“王菲女儿与那英儿子聚餐被拍”或对该内容进行分词等方式进行处理后进行搜索,获取一个或多个与该描述相关联的评论,如获取到的某条评论是“小酒窝不错”。若该条评论已经包含其在图片上的位置信息,则将该位置信息直接作为所述呈现信息在图片上的特定位置;或者,若该评论所对应的原图片不等同于当前待浏览的图片,且为当前待浏览图片的等比例放大或缩小版本,则基于对应的比例关系,计算得到该评论在原图片上的位置在当前待浏览图片上的位置的映射,并将所述映射后的位置作为所述呈现信息在图片上的特定位置;或者,若未包含图片上的位置信息或该评论所对应的原图片不等同于当前待浏览的图片,则根据对“小酒窝不错”的分析,对待浏览的图片进行图像识别,当识别出人脸的位置后,将该位置作为所述呈现信息在图片上的特定位置(如图6所示)。
或者,更优选地,所述呈现获取装置3可以根据所述图片特征信息,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的一个或多个关联图片;获取与所述关联图片相对应的一个或多个关联呈现信息,其中,所述关联呈现信 息与所述关联图片上的特定位置相对应;根据所述图片特征信息,结合所述关联呈现信息以及所述关联呈现信息在所述关联图片上的特定位置,确定与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息,其中,所述呈现信息与所述图片上的特定位置相对应。
具体地,所述呈现获取装置3可以基于对所述图片特征信息进行搜索或查询等方式,获取与所述图片特征信息相同、相似或相应的一个或多个图片,以作为关联图片;例如,与所述待浏览图片的图片特征信息完全一致、部分一致的图片(如保存在其他网站上的与待浏览图片完全一致的图片、像素大小完全一致或等比调整后的该图片),或者与待浏览图片的图片特征信息属于同一类别或相似类别、或者具有关联性的图片。继上例,描述信息为“王菲女儿与那英儿子聚餐被拍”的图片的地点信息若为“广州”,该图片的分类属于“明星八卦”,则可搜索地点为“广州”、分类为“明星八卦”的图片以作为关联图片等。
然后,所述呈现获取装置3通过查询所述关联图片所对应的数据库,或者对所述关联图片的呈现信息进行网页爬取或抓取,或者通过对所述关联图片进行图片分析等方式,以获取与所述关联图片相对应的一个或多个关联呈现信息。在此,所述关联呈现信息包括但不限于呈现在该图片上的任何信息,如对图片的评论信息、描述信息、推荐信息等。所述关联呈现信息与所述关联图片上的特定位置相对应,所述特定位置可以在获取所述关联呈现信息时直接获得所述关联呈现信息在关联图片上的特定位置,也可以通过对所述关联呈现信息与关联图片的分析,确定所述关联呈现信息在所述关联图片上的特定位置。在此,获取所述关联呈现信息的特定位置与图1中所述呈现获取装置3获取所述呈现信息在图片上的特定位置的方式相同或相似,故在此不再赘述,并通过引用的方式包含于此。
然后,所述呈现获取装置3根据所述待浏览图片的图片特征信息,结合所述关联呈现信息以及所述关联呈现信息在所述关联图片上的特定位置,首先从所述关联呈现信息中选择一个或多个以作为与所述呈现信息,然后基于所述关联呈现信息的特定位置,确定其在当前待浏览的 图片中的特定位置。
例如,若关联图片与待浏览的图片属于完全一致的图片,且关联图片的一个关联呈现信息为在该关联图片的人眼处有一处描述信息“眼睛是丹凤眼”,则将该描述信息以及位置作为待浏览图片的呈现信息,展现在当前图片的人眼处,且标注“眼睛是丹凤眼”。
又或者,例如,若关联图片与待浏览的图片不属于完全一致的图片,则可根据关联图片与待浏览图片的相似程度(如是否是等比例调整后的、完全不同的)来确定是否将关联呈现信息作为呈现信息以及其位置。如若关联图片与待浏览图片属于等比例调整的两张图片,则将关联呈现信息的位置按照比例调整关系映射至当前待浏览的图片的位置;若关联图片与待浏览图片完全不同,则根据关联呈现信息的内容等确定其在当前待浏览的图片的位置。
所述呈现装置4提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息,其中,所述呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
具体地,若所述呈现信息未包含与所述图片相对应的特定位置,则所述呈现装置4基于默认的设定(如随机展现、或从图片的左上开始依次展现)、或基于所述呈现信息的发布时间、内容长度等一种或多种信息,根据预定的呈现规则,将所述呈现信息呈现在图片的特定位置上。
优选地,若所述呈现信息已经包含了与所述图片相对应的特定位置,则所述呈现装置4根据所述呈现信息以及所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息,其中,所述呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
具体地,所述呈现装置4根据所述呈现信息以及所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,将所述呈现信息呈现在该图片的特定位置上,并提供包含有一个或多个呈现信息的图片;若所述呈现设备为用户设备或其他需要直接显示该图片的设备,则所述呈现装置4直接显示上述包含有呈现信息的设备,若所述呈现设备为服务设备等非直接显示该图片的设备,则所述呈现装置4将包含有一个或多个呈现信息 的图片提供至显示该图片的设备。
例如,某张图片上包含有3条呈现信息,则所述呈现装置4依据每条呈现信息在该图片上的位置信息(如图片的中间、图片的右下角、图片的左下角),将所述呈现信息呈现在该图片的对应位置上;若某条呈现信息未包含位置信息,则可以依据预设的位置,如从图片的左上角开始依次对该呈现信息进行展现(如图5所示);优选地,若图片上所包含的呈现信息过多或基于其他设置,还可以将一个或多个呈现信息呈现在图片的侧边栏上。
在此,所述呈现信息可以直接嵌入该图片中而不可编辑,也可以作为可编辑的呈现信息被展现在该图片上,以供用户删除、修改内容、调整位置等。
优选地,所述特征获取装置2根据所述待浏览的图片,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息,其中,所述图片特征信息中包括与所述图片相对应的候选呈现信息。
具体地,所述特征获取装置2所获取的图片特征信息还可以包括一个或多个与该图片相对应的候选呈现信息。在此,所述特征获取装置2获取图片特征信息的方式与图1中所述特征获取装置2的获取方式相同或相似,故在此不再赘述,并通过引用的方式包含于此。
例如,若所述待浏览的图片上已经包含有一个或多个呈现信息,则可以将这些呈现信息作为本次浏览的候选呈现信息;或者,也可以将某些图片特征信息作为所述候选呈现信息,例如所述待浏览的图片上包含的评论、描述等信息。
更优选地,所述呈现获取装置3根据所述候选呈现信息,确定一个或多个呈现关键词;根据所述呈现关键词,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的一个或多个呈现信息。
具体地,所述呈现获取装置3根据一个或多个所述候选呈现信息,将所述候选呈现信息中出现频率最高的词、或者基于特定的符号(如双引号“”或双井号##)所设定的词作为呈现关键字。其中,所述特定的符号可以基于系统预设或用户的设定。例如,将双井号##所引用的词作为 呈现关键词,如若某张待浏览的图片的候选呈现信息为“#明星汇#明星们最终还是在一起了”,则将“明星汇”作为呈现关键词。
然后,所述呈现获取装置3根据所述呈现关键词,通过将所述呈现关键词在相应的数据库中进行搜索,将搜索结果中与所述图片特征信息相符合的作为所述呈现信息。
例如,继上例,当“明星汇”为所述呈现关键词时,则所述呈现获取装置3搜索所有包含“明星汇”或“#明星汇#”的呈现信息、候选呈现信息、图片特征信息中的一项或多项,然后,直接将所获取的搜索结果作为所述呈现信息;或者,进一步地,对所获取的搜索结果利用其它呈现关键词进行进一步搜索,并将所获取的进一步搜索结果作为所述呈现信息;或者,进一步地,对所获取的搜索结果的关联图片、图片地址、类别等进行分析,将上述信息中与所述待浏览的图片的对应信息相同或相近的搜索结果作为所述呈现信息。
优选地,所述呈现装置4根据所述呈现信息以及所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,确定与所述图片的每个位置区域相对应的第二优选呈现信息;根据所述第二优选呈现信息以及所述第二优选呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,提供所述图片的一个或多个第二优选呈现信息,其中,所述第二优选呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
具体地,当所述图片包含多个呈现信息时,由于每个呈现信息均对应于图片上的一个特定位置,若所述呈现信息很多,则在一个位置区域上可能包含多条呈现信息;因此,当所述呈现装置4获取所述一个或多个呈现信息时,所述呈现装置4根据所述呈现信息所包含的在图片上的特定位置,或者根据经由系统预设、用户设定等方式而为所述呈现信息所确定的特定位置,结合预先设定或用户设定的位置区域,为每个位置区域确定一条或多条第二优选呈现信息;例如,通过系统设定,将该图片划分为9个区域(如利用九宫格方式进行划分、根据图片的色度变化进行划分、根据图片所展示的内容进行划分),每个区域通过坐标点方式圈定一个范围,然后,对每个范围内所包含的多条呈现信息进行优选,例如,通过随机选择、根据呈现信息的用户与当前浏览用户的好友度进 行选择、根据每条呈现信息所对应的字数(如选择字数最少或字数适中的)进行选择等方式,为每个范围选择一条或多条第二优选呈现信息。
在此,可以根据所述呈现信息所对应的在图片内的坐标、所述呈现信息所对应的内容等确定所述呈现信息属于哪个位置区域。
在此,所述划分图片的方法以及在每个范围内选择第二优选呈现信息的方式仅为举例,并非对本发明的限制,其他方法如能够适用于本发明,同样包含在本发明的保护范围内。
然后,所述呈现装置4根据所述第二优选呈现信息以及所述第二优选呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,提供所述图片的一个或多个第二优选呈现信息,其中,所述第二优选呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。从而所述图片的每个位置区域内仅包含有限的第二优选呈现信息,整个图片上的呈现信息能够更适于用户的阅读。
在此,所述提供方式与图1中所述呈现装置4的提供方式相同或相似,故在此不再赘述,并通过引用的方式包含于此。
优选地,所述呈现装置4根据所述呈现信息以及所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,结合所述呈现信息在所述图片上的呈现范围,确定与所述图片相对应的第三优选呈现信息;根据所述第三优选呈现信息以及所述第三优选呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,提供所述图片的一个或多个第三优选呈现信息,其中,所述第三优选呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
具体地,每个呈现信息由于字数不同、字型字号不同、所包含的内容不同等多种原因,不同的呈现信息在图片上呈现时,所占用的呈现范围可能不同;例如,若第一条呈现信息包含的评论字数为50字,第二条呈现信息包含的评论字数为10个字,则第一条呈现信息所占用的呈现范围会更大。
因此,当所述呈现装置4获取所述一个或多个呈现信息时,所述呈现装置4根据所述呈现信息所包含的在图片上的特定位置,或者根据经由系统预设、用户设定等方式而为所述呈现信息所确定的特定位置,所述呈现装置4结合所述呈现范围,对所述呈现信息进行优选,例如,选 择呈现范围最小或最适中的一个或多个以作为所述第三优选呈现信息;或者,所述呈现装置4根据所述特定位置,结合所述呈现范围,若该特定位置上不适于呈现过短或过长的呈现信息,则选择适中或其他的呈现信息作为所述第三优选呈现信息。例如,对所述图片进行色调或色度分析,将相同或相似的圈定为一个区域,若所述呈现信息在呈现时未超过了其位置所处的区域,则将其作为所述第三优选呈现信息。
在此,本领域技术成员应能理解,本发明的呈现装置4可以对所述呈现信息进行调整,例如对字体、字号、行间距等的调整,以使得每条呈现信息所对应的呈现范围一致。优选地,所述呈现装置4还可以将呈现效果较差(如字体不清楚、字号过小、行间距太小)等的呈现信息进行筛除,以将呈现效果较好的作为所述第三优选呈现信息。
从而,所述呈现装置4在所述图片上仅显示少而精的呈现信息(如短评),其他呈现信息(如长评)可放在图片的侧边栏中显示。

所述第一优选装置5’根据所述用户相关信息,结合所述呈现信息所对应的关联用户信息,确定与所述图片特征信息相对应的第一优选呈现信息。
具体地,当所述图片特征信息包括所述用户的用户相关信息时,所述第一优选装置5’通过将所述用户相关信息与所述呈现信息所对应的关联用户信息进行比较或匹配,若所述用户相关信息与所述关联用户信息满足一定的条件,如该用户与关联用户是好友、该用户与关联用户处于同一地点、该用户与关联用户具有相同或相似的兴趣爱好,则将所述关联用户信息所对应的呈现信息作为所述第一优选呈现信息。
例如,若某个搜索到的评论的发表用户与当前浏览图片的用户是好友,则将该评论作为所述第一优选呈现信息。
其中,所述用户相关信息包括但不限于用户ID、用户兴趣爱好信息、用户的位置、该用户的评论等。

在另一优选实施例中,可将上述用于提供图片的呈现信息的呈现设备,与现有的搜索引擎相结合,构成一种新的搜索引擎,现有的搜索引擎可以是例如Google公司的Google搜索引擎、百度公司的baidu搜索引擎等。

在步骤S2中,所述呈现设备根据所述待浏览的图片,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息。
具体地,在步骤S2中,所述呈现设备根据所述待浏览的图片,可以直接获取与所述待浏览的图片相关联的图片信息,从而根据所述图片信息来得到与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息;或者,在步骤S2中,所述呈现设备根据例如图像处理或图片识别技术等,对所述待浏览的图片进行分析,从而获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息。
例如,在步骤S2中,所述呈现设备可根据所述待浏览的图片,查询与该图片相对应的数据库或能够提供所述图片的图片信息的装置,以获得所述图片的图片信息。其中,所述图片信息包括但不限于图片文件地址、图片描述信息/文字注释、一个或多个用户对该图片的评论信息等;优选地,所述图片信息还可以包括当前浏览该图片的用户的用户信息,如用户ID;进一步优选地,还可以获取该用户对该图片的评论信息等。在此,上述图片信息可以是用户或系统在图片上直接发布的信息,也可以是通过后台抓取与该图片相关联的网页来获取的。
然后,在步骤S2中,所述呈现设备根据上述一个或多个图片信息,对所述图片信息进行统计与分析,基于系统预设的方式或用户设定的方式,确定一个或多个图片特征信息。例如,可以将上述图片信息直接作为所述图片特征信息,也可以根据当前浏览图片的应用的需求或用户的需求,选择一个或多个图片信息以作为所述图片特征信息,例如,若为与地点相关联的应用(如旅游类应用),则提取包含地点关键词的图片信息作为图片特征信息;若为与搜索相关联的应用,则将图片文件地址作为图片特征信息以供进一步搜索等。
或者,例如,在步骤S2中,所述呈现设备基于图像处理或图片识别技术,对所述待浏览图片的图像特征进行分析与提取,以获得所述图片的图片内容、各个图片内容在图片上的位置等。其中,所述图片内容包括但不限于图片内包含的文字、数字、物体以及物体内的组 件中的一项或多项;优选地,还可以对所述图片中的图像特征进行提取后,将其转换为具体的文字信息,如某图像化的组件进行图像识别后,存储为该组件的名称等。其中,所述图片内容在图片上的位置即为所述文字、数字、物体以及物体内的组件在图片上的具体位置(如坐标位置)或相对分布位置等。从而,在步骤S2中,所述呈现设备将所述图片内容与图片内容的位置作为所述图片特征信息。
从而,所获取的图片特征信息包括但不限于以下一项或多项的组合:所述图片的图片信息、所述图片的图片内容、各个图片内容在图片上的位置等。
在此,本领域技术人员应能理解,所述图片特征信息的获取方式仅为举例,并非对本发明的限制,其他的图片特征信息的获取方式如能适用于本发明,同样包含在本发明的保护范围内。
优选地,在步骤S2中,所述呈现设备根据所述待浏览的图片,结合浏览所述图片的用户,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息,其中,所述图片特征信息包括所述用户的用户相关信息。
具体地,在步骤S2中,所述呈现设备根据所述待浏览的图片,若当前浏览该图片的用户处于登录状态,则还可以获取所述用户的用户相关信息以作为所述图片特征信息。其中,所述用户相关信息包括但不限于用户ID、用户兴趣爱好信息、用户的位置、该用户的评论等。
在步骤S3中,所述呈现设备根据所述图片特征信息,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息。

优选地,所述呈现获取装置3根据所述图片特征信息,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息,其中,所述呈现信息与所述图片上的特定位置相对应。
在此,可在获取时直接获得该呈现信息在图片上的特定位置信息,也可以通过对呈现信息与图片的分析,确定所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置。
更优选地,在步骤S3中,所述呈现设备用于获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息;根据所述呈现信息,结合所述图片特征信息,确定所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置。
具体地,在步骤S3中,所述呈现设备根据所述图片特征信息,根据所述图片特征信息以进行搜索,或者,通过与存储有图片特征信息以及呈现信息的映射关系的设备或数据库相交互,以获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息;然后,在步骤S3中,所述呈现设备通过对所述图片特征信息进行分析,通过根据所述呈现信息中的关键词、特定链接等,将所述呈现信息与当前图片的图片特征信息进行匹配,基于匹配关系,确定所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置。
例如,在步骤S3中,所述呈现设备根据所述图片特征信息中所包含的对图片的评论信息,提取该评论信息中的关键字,基于所述关键字进行搜索,以获取与所述关键字相关联的一个或多个信息,如其他的评论、图片等,根据所述评论或图片中所包含的与该待浏览的图片上的位置信息,确定与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息。具体地,例如,所述图片特征信息为图片描述信息“王菲女儿与那英儿子聚餐被拍”,则在步骤S3中,所述呈现设备通过搜索“王菲女儿与那英儿子聚餐被拍”或对该内容进行分词等方式进行处理后进行搜索,获取一个或多个与该描述相关联的评论,如获取到的某条评论是“小酒窝不错”。若该条评论已经包含其在图片上的位置信息,则将该位置信息直接作为所述呈现信息在图片上的特定位置;或者,若该评论 所对应的原图片不等同于当前待浏览的图片,且为当前待浏览图片的等比例放大或缩小版本,则基于对应的比例关系,计算得到该评论在原图片上的位置在当前待浏览图片上的位置的映射,并将所述映射后的位置作为所述呈现信息在图片上的特定位置;或者,若未包含图片上的位置信息或该评论所对应的原图片不等同于当前待浏览的图片,则根据对“小酒窝不错”的分析,对待浏览的图片进行图像识别,当识别出人脸的位置后,将该位置作为所述呈现信息在图片上的特定位置(如图6所示)。
或者,更优选地,在步骤S3中,所述呈现设备可以根据所述图片特征信息,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的一个或多个关联图片;获取与所述关联图片相对应的一个或多个关联呈现信息,其中,所述关联呈现信息与所述关联图片上的特定位置相对应;根据所述图片特征信息,结合所述关联呈现信息以及所述关联呈现信息在所述关联图片上的特定位置,确定与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息,其中,所述呈现信息与所述图片上的特定位置相对应。
具体地,在步骤S3中,所述呈现设备可以基于对所述图片特征信息进行搜索或查询等方式,获取与所述图片特征信息相同、相似或相应的一个或多个图片,以作为关联图片;例如,与所述待浏览图片的图片特征信息完全一致、部分一致的图片(如保存在其他网站上的与待浏览图片完全一致的图片、像素大小完全一致或等比调整后的该图片),或者与待浏览图片的图片特征信息属于同一类别或相似类别、或者具有关联性的图片。继上例,描述信息为“王菲女儿与那英儿子聚餐被拍”的图片的地点信息若为“广州”,该图片的分类属于“明星八卦”,则可搜索地点为“广州”、分类为“明星八卦”的图片以作为关联图片等。
然后,在步骤S3中,所述呈现设备通过查询所述关联图片所对应的数据库,或者对所述关联图片的呈现信息进行网页爬取或抓取,或者通过对所述关联图片进行图片分析等方式,以获取与所述关联图片相对应的一个或多个关联呈现信息。在此,所述关联呈现信息包括 但不限于呈现在该图片上的任何信息,如对图片的评论信息、描述信息、推荐信息等。所述关联呈现信息与所述关联图片上的特定位置相对应,所述特定位置可以在获取所述关联呈现信息时直接获得所述关联呈现信息在关联图片上的特定位置,也可以通过对所述关联呈现信息与关联图片的分析,确定所述关联呈现信息在所述关联图片上的特定位置。在此,获取所述关联呈现信息的特定位置与图3中所述步骤S3获取所述呈现信息在图片上的特定位置的方式相同或相似,故在此不再赘述,并通过引用的方式包含于此。
然后,在步骤S3中,所述呈现设备根据所述待浏览图片的图片特征信息,结合所述关联呈现信息以及所述关联呈现信息在所述关联图片上的特定位置,首先从所述关联呈现信息中选择一个或多个以作为与所述呈现信息,然后基于所述关联呈现信息的特定位置,确定其在当前待浏览的图片中的特定位置。
例如,若关联图片与待浏览的图片属于完全一致的图片,且关联图片的一个关联呈现信息为在该关联图片的人眼处有一处描述信息“眼睛是丹凤眼”,则将该描述信息以及位置作为待浏览图片的呈现信息,展现在当前图片的人眼处,且标注“眼睛是丹凤眼”。
又或者,例如,若关联图片与待浏览的图片不属于完全一致的图片,则可根据关联图片与待浏览图片的相似程度(如是否是等比例调整后的、完全不同的)来确定是否将关联呈现信息作为呈现信息以及其位置。如若关联图片与待浏览图片属于等比例调整的两张图片,则将关联呈现信息的位置按照比例调整关系映射至当前待浏览的图片的位置;若关联图片与待浏览图片完全不同,则根据关联呈现信息的内容等确定其在当前待浏览的图片的位置。
在步骤S4中,所述呈现设备提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息,其中,所述呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
具体地,若所述呈现信息未包含与所述图片相对应的特定位置,则所述呈现装置4基于默认的设定(如随机展现、或从图片的左上开始依次展现)、或基于所述呈现信息的发布时间、内容长度等一种或 多种信息,根据预定的呈现规则,将所述呈现信息呈现在图片的特定位置上。
优选地,若所述呈现信息已经包含了与所述图片相对应的特定位置,则所述呈现装置4根据所述呈现信息以及所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息,其中,所述呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
具体地,在步骤S4中,所述呈现设备根据所述呈现信息以及所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,将所述呈现信息呈现在该图片的特定位置上,并提供包含有一个或多个呈现信息的图片;若所述呈现设备为用户设备或其他需要直接显示该图片的设备,则在步骤S4中,所述呈现设备直接显示上述包含有呈现信息的设备,若所述呈现设备为服务设备等非直接显示该图片的设备,则在步骤S4中,所述呈现设备将包含有一个或多个呈现信息的图片提供至显示该图片的设备。
例如,某张图片上包含有3条呈现信息,则在步骤S4中,所述呈现设备依据每条呈现信息在该图片上的位置信息(如图片的中间、图片的右下角、图片的左下角),将所述呈现信息呈现在该图片的对应位置上;若某条呈现信息未包含位置信息,则可以依据预设的位置,如从图片的左上角开始依次对该呈现信息进行展现(如图5所示);优选地,若图片上所包含的呈现信息过多或基于其他设置,还可以将一个或多个呈现信息呈现在图片的侧边栏上。
在此,所述呈现信息可以直接嵌入该图片中而不可编辑,也可以作为可编辑的呈现信息被展现在该图片上,以供用户删除、修改内容、调整位置等。
优选地,在步骤S2中,所述呈现设备根据所述待浏览的图片,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息,其中,所述图片特征信息中包括与所述图片相对应的候选呈现信息。
具体地,在步骤S2中,所述呈现设备所获取的图片特征信息还可以包括一个或多个与该图片相对应的候选呈现信息。在此,所述步骤S2 获取图片特征信息的方式与图3中所述步骤S2的获取方式相同或相似,故在此不再赘述,并通过引用的方式包含于此。
例如,若所述待浏览的图片上已经包含有一个或多个呈现信息,则可以将这些呈现信息作为本次浏览的候选呈现信息;或者,也可以将某些图片特征信息作为所述候选呈现信息,例如所述待浏览的图片上包含的评论、描述等信息。
更优选地,在步骤S3中,所述呈现设备根据所述候选呈现信息,确定一个或多个呈现关键词;根据所述呈现关键词,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的一个或多个呈现信息。
具体地,在步骤S3中,所述呈现设备根据一个或多个所述候选呈现信息,将所述候选呈现信息中出现频率最高的词、或者基于特定的符号(如双引号“”或双井号##)所设定的词作为呈现关键字。其中,所述特定的符号可以基于系统预设或用户的设定。例如,将双井号##所引用的词作为呈现关键词,如若某张待浏览的图片的候选呈现信息为“#明星汇#明星们最终还是在一起了”,则将“明星汇”作为呈现关键词。
然后,在步骤S3中,所述呈现设备根据所述呈现关键词,通过将所述呈现关键词在相应的数据库中进行搜索,将搜索结果中与所述图片特征信息相符合的作为所述呈现信息。
例如,继上例,当“明星汇”为所述呈现关键词时,则所述呈现设备搜索所有包含“明星汇”或“#明星汇#”的呈现信息、候选呈现信息、图片特征信息中的一项或多项,然后,直接将所获取的搜索结果作为所述呈现信息;或者,进一步地,对所获取的搜索结果利用其它呈现关键词进行进一步搜索,并将所获取的进一步搜索结果作为所述呈现信息;或者,进一步地,对所获取的搜索结果的关联图片、图片地址、类别等进行分析,将上述信息中与所述待浏览的图片的对应信息相同或相近的搜索结果作为所述呈现信息。
优选地,在步骤S4中,所述呈现设备根据所述呈现信息以及所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,确定与所述图片的每个位置区域相对应的第二优选呈现信息;根据所述第二优选呈现信息以及所述第二优 选呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,提供所述图片的一个或多个第二优选呈现信息,其中,所述第二优选呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
具体地,当所述图片包含多个呈现信息时,由于每个呈现信息均对应于图片上的一个特定位置,若所述呈现信息很多,则在一个位置区域上可能包含多条呈现信息;因此,当所述呈现装置4获取所述一个或多个呈现信息时,所述呈现装置4根据所述呈现信息所包含的在图片上的特定位置,或者根据经由系统预设、用户设定等方式而为所述呈现信息所确定的特定位置,结合预先设定或用户设定的位置区域,为每个位置区域确定一条或多条第二优选呈现信息;例如,通过系统设定,将该图片划分为9个区域(如利用九宫格方式进行划分、根据图片的色度变化进行划分、根据图片所展示的内容进行划分),每个区域通过坐标点方式圈定一个范围,然后,对每个范围内所包含的多条呈现信息进行优选,例如,通过随机选择、根据呈现信息的用户与当前浏览用户的好友度进行选择、根据每条呈现信息所对应的字数(如选择字数最少或字数适中的)进行选择等方式,为每个范围选择一条或多条第二优选呈现信息。
在此,可以根据所述呈现信息所对应的在图片内的坐标、所述呈现信息所对应的内容等确定所述呈现信息属于哪个位置区域。
在此,所述划分图片的方法以及在每个范围内选择第二优选呈现信息的方式仅为举例,并非对本发明的限制,其他方法如能够适用于本发明,同样包含在本发明的保护范围内。
然后,在步骤S4中,所述呈现设备根据所述第二优选呈现信息以及所述第二优选呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,提供所述图片的一个或多个第二优选呈现信息,其中,所述第二优选呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。从而所述图片的每个位置区域内仅包含有限的第二优选呈现信息,整个图片上的呈现信息能够更适于用户的阅读。
在此,所述提供方式与图3中所述步骤S4的提供方式相同或相似,故在此不再赘述,并通过引用的方式包含于此。
优选地,在步骤S4中,所述呈现设备根据所述呈现信息以及所述 呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,结合所述呈现信息在所述图片上的呈现范围,确定与所述图片相对应的第三优选呈现信息;根据所述第三优选呈现信息以及所述第三优选呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,提供所述图片的一个或多个第三优选呈现信息,其中,所述第三优选呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
具体地,每个呈现信息由于字数不同、字型字号不同、所包含的内容不同等多种原因,不同的呈现信息在图片上呈现时,所占用的呈现范围可能不同;例如,若第一条呈现信息包含的评论字数为50字,第二条呈现信息包含的评论字数为10个字,则第一条呈现信息所占用的呈现范围会更大。
因此,当所述呈现装置4获取所述一个或多个呈现信息时,所述呈现装置4根据所述呈现信息所包含的在图片上的特定位置,或者根据经由系统预设、用户设定等方式而为所述呈现信息所确定的特定位置,在步骤S4中,所述呈现设备结合所述呈现范围,对所述呈现信息进行优选,例如,选择呈现范围最小或最适中的一个或多个以作为所述第三优选呈现信息;或者,在步骤S4中,所述呈现设备根据所述特定位置,结合所述呈现范围,若该特定位置上不适于呈现过短或过长的呈现信息,则选择适中或其他的呈现信息作为所述第三优选呈现信息。例如,对所述图片进行色调或色度分析,将相同或相似的圈定为一个区域,若所述呈现信息在呈现时未超过了其位置所处的区域,则将其作为所述第三优选呈现信息。
在此,本领域技术成员应能理解,本发明的呈现设备可以对所述呈现信息进行调整,例如对字体、字号、行间距等的调整,以使得每条呈现信息所对应的呈现范围一致。优选地,在步骤S4中,所述呈现设备还可以将呈现效果较差(如字体不清楚、字号过小、行间距太小)等的呈现信息进行筛除,以将呈现效果较好的作为所述第三优选呈现信息。

具体地,当所述图片特征信息包括所述用户的用户相关信息时,在步骤S5’中,所述呈现设备通过将所述用户相关信息与所述呈现信息所对应的关联用户信息进行比较或匹配,若所述用户相关信息与所述关联用户信息满足一定的条件,如该用户与关联用户是好友、该用户与关联用户处于同一地点、该用户与关联用户具有相同或相似的兴趣爱好,则将所述关联用户信息所对应的呈现信息作为所述第一优选呈现信息。
例如,若某个搜索到的评论的发表用户与当前浏览图片的用户是好友,则将该评论作为所述第一优选呈现信息。
其中,所述用户相关信息包括但不限于用户ID、用户兴趣爱好 信息、用户的位置、该用户的评论等。
在此,获取所述关联用户信息的方式与图1中获取所述用户信息的方式相同或相似,故在此不再赘述,并通过引用的方式包含于此。
在此,所述提供方式与图3中所述步骤S4的提供方式相同或相似,故在此不再赘述,并通过引用的方式包含于此。
需要注意的是,本发明可在软件和/或软件与硬件的组合体中被实施,例如,可采用专用集成电路(ASIC)、通用目的计算机或任何其他类似硬件设备来实现。在一个实施例中,本发明的软件程序可以通过处理器执行以实现上文所述步骤或功能。同样地,本发明的软件程序(包括相关的数据结构)可以被存储到计算机可读记录介质中,例如,RAM存储器,磁或光驱动器或软磁盘及类似设备。另外,本发明的一些步骤或功能可采用硬件来实现,例如,作为与处理器配合从而执行各个步骤或功能的电路。
另外,本发明的一部分可被应用为计算机程序产品,例如计算机程序指令,当其被计算机执行时,通过该计算机的操作,可以调用或提供根据本发明的方法和/或技术方案。而调用本发明的方法的程序指令,可能被存储在固定的或可移动的记录介质中,和/或通过广播或其他信号承载媒体中的数据流而被传输,和/或被存储在根据所述程序指令运行的计算机设备的工作存储器中。在此,根据本发明的一个实施例包括一个装置,该装置包括用于存储计算机程序指令的存储器和用于执行程序指令的处理器,其中,当该计算机程序指令被该处理器执行时,触发该装置运行基于前述根据本发明的多个实施例的方法和/或技术方案。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种用于提供图片的呈现信息的方法,其中,该方法包括:
    -获取一个或多个待浏览的图片;
    -根据所述待浏览的图片,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息;
    -根据所述图片特征信息,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息;
    -提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息,其中,所述呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息的步骤包括:
    -根据所述图片特征信息,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息,其中,所述呈现信息与所述图片上的特定位置相对应;
    其中,提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息的步骤包括:
    -根据所述呈现信息以及所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息的步骤包括:
    -获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息;
    -根据所述呈现信息,结合所述图片特征信息,确定所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息的步骤包括:
    -根据所述图片特征信息,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的一个或多个关联图片;
    -获取与所述关联图片相对应的一个或多个关联呈现信息,其中,所述关联呈现信息与所述关联图片上的特定位置相对应;
    -根据所述图片特征信息,结合所述关联呈现信息以及所述关联呈 现信息在所述关联图片上的特定位置,确定与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息,其中,所述呈现信息与所述图片上的特定位置相对应。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其中,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息的步骤包括:
    -根据所述待浏览的图片,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息,其中,所述图片特征信息中包括与所述图片相对应的候选呈现信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息的步骤包括:
    -根据所述候选呈现信息,确定一个或多个呈现关键词;
    -根据所述呈现关键词,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的一个或多个呈现信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其中,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息的步骤包括:
    -根据所述待浏览的图片,结合浏览所述图片的用户,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息,其中,所述图片特征信息包括所述用户的用户相关信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    -根据所述用户相关信息,结合所述呈现信息所对应的关联用户信息,确定与所述图片特征信息相对应的第一优选呈现信息;
    其中,提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息的步骤包括:
    -提供所述图片的一个或多个第一优选呈现信息,其中,所述第一优选呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法,其中,提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息的步骤包括:
    -根据所述呈现信息以及所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,确定与所述图片的每个位置区域相对应的第二优选呈现信息;
    -根据所述第二优选呈现信息以及所述第二优选呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,提供所述图片的一个或多个第二优选呈现信息,其中, 所述第二优选呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
  10. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法,其中,提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息的步骤包括:
    -根据所述呈现信息以及所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,结合所述呈现信息在所述图片上的呈现范围,确定与所述图片相对应的第三优选呈现信息;
    -根据所述第三优选呈现信息以及所述第三优选呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,提供所述图片的一个或多个第三优选呈现信息,其中,所述第三优选呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
  11. 一种用于提供图片的呈现信息的呈现设备,其中,该设备包括:
    用于获取一个或多个待浏览的图片的装置;
    用于根据所述待浏览的图片,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息的装置;
    用于根据所述图片特征信息,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息的装置;
    用于提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息的装置,其中,所述呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的呈现设备,其中,用于获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息的装置用于:
    -根据所述图片特征信息,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息,其中,所述呈现信息与所述图片上的特定位置相对应;
    其中,用于提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息的装置用于:
    -根据所述呈现信息以及所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的呈现设备,其中,用于获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息的装置用于:
    -获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息;
    -根据所述呈现信息,结合所述图片特征信息,确定所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的呈现设备,其中,用于获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息的装置用于:
    -根据所述图片特征信息,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的一个或多个关联图片;
    -获取与所述关联图片相对应的一个或多个关联呈现信息,其中,所述关联呈现信息与所述关联图片上的特定位置相对应;
    -根据所述图片特征信息,结合所述关联呈现信息以及所述关联呈现信息在所述关联图片上的特定位置,确定与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息,其中,所述呈现信息与所述图片上的特定位置相对应。
  15. 根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的呈现设备,其中,用于获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息的装置用于:
    -根据所述待浏览的图片,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息,其中,所述图片特征信息中包括与所述图片相对应的候选呈现信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的呈现设备,其中,用于获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的呈现信息的装置用于:
    -根据所述候选呈现信息,确定一个或多个呈现关键词;
    -根据所述呈现关键词,获取与所述图片特征信息相对应的一个或多个呈现信息。
  17. 根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的呈现设备,其中,用于获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息的装置用于:
    -根据所述待浏览的图片,结合浏览所述图片的用户,获取与所述图片相对应的一个或多个图片特征信息,其中,所述图片特征信息包括所述用户的用户相关信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的呈现设备,其中,该设备还包括:
    -用于根据所述用户相关信息,结合所述呈现信息所对应的关联用户信息,确定与所述图片特征信息相对应的第一优选呈现信息的装置;
    其中,用于提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息的装置用于:
    -提供所述图片的一个或多个第一优选呈现信息,其中,所述第一 优选呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
  19. 根据权利要求11至18中任一项所述的呈现设备,其中,用于提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息的装置用于:
    -根据所述呈现信息以及所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,确定与所述图片的每个位置区域相对应的第二优选呈现信息;
    -根据所述第二优选呈现信息以及所述第二优选呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,提供所述图片的一个或多个第二优选呈现信息,其中,所述第二优选呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
  20. 根据权利要求11至18中任一项所述的呈现设备,其中,用于提供所述图片的一个或多个呈现信息的装置用于:
    -根据所述呈现信息以及所述呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,结合所述呈现信息在所述图片上的呈现范围,确定与所述图片相对应的第三优选呈现信息;
    -根据所述第三优选呈现信息以及所述第三优选呈现信息在所述图片上的特定位置,提供所述图片的一个或多个第三优选呈现信息,其中,所述第三优选呈现信息被呈现在所述图片上的特定位置上。
  21. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质包括计算机指令,当所述计算机指令被执行时,如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法被执行。
  22. 一种计算机程序产品,当所述计算机程序产品被执行时,如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法被执行。
  23. 一种计算机设备,所述计算机设备包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机指令,所述处理器被配置来通过执行所述计算机指令以执行如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
