本文涉及通信领域,特别涉及一种弹性连接部件、印刷电路板PCB和终端。
背景技术
随着移动通信领域的不断发展,电子设备的智能化越来越搞,功能越来越全面,其中集成的电子器件也越来越多,比如显示屏,主板以及传感器等。
在人们日常使用电子设备的过程中,不可避免会发生脱手,跌落等情况,因此对电子设备进行跌落保护显得尤为重要。
如图1,为相关技术中PCB结构壳示意图,其中101、102、103、104、105、106为结构壳上的卡扣,107为PCB,108为PCB上的器件。在终端组装时,卡扣是直接卡在PCB上,当手机终端跌落时,手机外壳的作用力直接作用在PCB上,从而导致PCB突然受力,导致形变、PCB上器件虚焊损坏等问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供弹性连接部件、PCB和终端,解决相关技术中终端在跌落碰撞时导致PCB上的器件受损的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种弹性连接部件,所述弹性连接部件包括:
连接部和抵压部;
所述连接部与所述抵压部设置为彼此在弹力方向;
所述连接部和所述抵压部设置为在所述弹性连接部件受力时,其中一个接触印刷电路板PCB,另外一个接触壳体。

本实施例中的弹性连接部件,弹性连接部件包括连接部和抵压部,连接部 与抵压部在弹力方向;弹性部件受力时,连接部和抵压部中的其中一个接触PCB,另外一个接触壳体。可选的,这里的连接部与抵压部在弹力方向为,当受力时,他们在同一个方向上,即他们之间会进行力的传递。值得注意的是,这里的连接部指的是与PCB或壳体固定的部分,可以是指直接与PCB或壳体连接的部分,也可以指设置一个固定部件来连接PCB或壳体,该连接部与固定部件连接的部分。所述弹性部件在受力的情况下会产生形变,对力进行缓冲。弹性连接部件可以为至少一个弹片,弹片一端固定连接固定部,另一端为自由开口端。可选的,该弹片可以为圆条形或者长条形;该弹片可以形成一个圆弧,也可呈一定角度倾斜等。弹片的自由开口端凸出固定部,形成抵压部。当然,任何的形状都可以,只要具有弹性能对力进行缓冲就行。弹性部件还可以为一个弹片,弹片两端固定连接固定部,与固定部形成一个封闭的空间。可选的,弹片的封闭形成的部分形成抵压部。弹片弹性部件还可以为弹簧或橡胶块,弹簧或橡胶块的弹力方向一端固定连接固定部,另一端为抵压部。
本发明还提供一种PCB,包括至少一对上述的弹性连接部件;在PCB的两个相对的侧面上分别设置弹性连接部件使PCB侧面在弹力方向。可选的,弹性连接部件的固定部可以固定连接在PCB的侧面、正面和反面中的至少一个面。可选的,这里的相对侧面是指两个可以将PCB固定在的终端壳体的两个面。以长方形的PCB为例,可以选择在其两个宽方向上设置至少一个弹性连接部件,也可以在其两个长方向上设置至少一个弹性连接部件,当然可以同时在长和宽方向设置弹性连接部件,具体的设置可以根据具体情况进行设置。值得注意的是,这里的弹性部件是指具有弹性材料构成的部件,该弹性材质可以使弹性塑胶或弹性金属,以及其他具体弹性的材质都可用来做该弹性部件。
本发明还提供一种终端,包括如上述的PCB,PCB固定在中的壳体上。可选的,壳体包括容置腔,容置腔设置为收容弹性连接部件。
本发明还提供一种终端,包括壳体和至少一对如上述的弹性连接部件,在壳体的两个相对的侧面上分别设置弹性连接部件使壳体侧面在弹力方向。可选的,还包括PCB,PCB固定在中的壳体上。
值得注意的是,本实施例中的终端包括手机,平板等。
实施例二:
本实施例以弹性连接部件的固定部直接固定连接在PCB上的为例进行详细说明。具体参见图2-6进行详细说明。
弹片的一端固定时,如图2所示,该图中包括6个弹性连接部件。图中201、202、203、204、205和206为弹性连接部件,207为PCB,208为PCB上的器件。该弹性连接部件为圆弧的弹片,一端固定在PCB207上,另一端为开口自由端。圆弧的一端固定在PCB侧面,另一端伸出PCB207侧面向PCB207内弯曲回到PCB207内。当有力作用在弹性连接部件上时,弹性连接部件201-206对力进行缓冲,避免直接作用在PCB207上,导致PCB207上的器件208虚焊、损坏等问题。
同样,如图3所示,该图中包括的6个弹性连接部件。图中301、302、303、304、305和306为弹性连接部件,307为PCB,308为PCB上的器件。该弹性连接部件为圆弧的弹片,一端固定在PCB307上,另一端为开口自由端。圆弧的一端固定在PCB侧面,另一端伸出PCB307侧面向PCB307侧面弯曲回到PCB307侧面。当有力作用在弹性连接部件上时,弹性连接部件301-306对力进行缓冲,避免直接作用在PCB307上,导致PCB307上的器件308虚焊、损坏等问题。
当弹片两端固定时,如图4所示,该图中包括6个弹性连接部件。图中401、402、403、404、405和406为弹性连接部件,407为PCB,408为PCB上的器件。该弹性连接部件为圆弧的弹片,一端固定在PCB407上,另一端也固定PCB407。圆弧的一端固定在PCB407侧面,另一端伸出PCB407侧面向PCB407侧面弯曲回到PCB407侧面,形成一个闭合的M形状。当有力作用在弹性连接部件上时,弹性连接部件401-406对力进行缓冲,避免直接作用在PCB407上,导致PCB407上的器件408虚焊、损坏等问题。
当为弹簧时,如图5所示,该图中包括的6个弹性连接部件。图中501、502、503、504、505和506为弹性连接部件,507为PCB,508为PCB上的 器件。该弹性连接部件为弹簧,弹簧一端固定在PCB507上,弹簧的一端固定在PCB侧面,另一端伸出PCB侧面。当有力作用在弹性连接部件上时,弹性连接部件501-506对力进行缓冲,避免直接作用在PCB507上,导致PCB507上的器件508虚焊、损坏等问题。
可选的,图6为两个开口弹片构成的弹性连接部件,如图6所示,图中601、602、603、604、605和606为弹性连接部件,607为PCB,608为PCB上的器件。该弹性连接部件为两个弹片,弹片的一端固定在PCB607的侧面,另一端与PCB607的侧面呈一定倾斜角度伸出PCB607的侧面;另一个弹片与一端固定在PCB607的侧面,另一端与PCB607侧面呈一定倾斜角度伸出PCB侧面,两个模块相对成开口八字形。当然,也可以形成闭口八字形。当有力作用在弹性连接部件上时,弹性连接部件601-606对力进行缓冲,避免直接作用在PCB607上,导致PCB607上的器件608虚焊、损坏等问题。
实施例三:
本实施例为弹性连接部件的固定部是固定连接在固定部件上的,然后固定部件固定连接到PCB上的为例进行详细说明。具体参见图7-12进行详细说明。
弹片的一端固定时,如图7所示,该图中包括6个弹性连接部件。图中701、702、703、704、705和706为弹性连接部件,707为PCB,708为PCB上的器件。其中,7011、7012、7013、7014、7015和7016为弹性连接部件对应的固定部件。该弹性连接部件为圆弧的弹片,一端固定在与PCB707固定连接的固定部件上,另一端为开口自由端。圆弧的一端固定在PCB固定连接的固定部件上,另一端伸出PCB707侧面向PCB707内弯曲回到PCB707内。当有力作用在弹性连接部件上时,弹性连接部件701-706对力进行缓冲,避免直接作用在PCB707上,导致PCB707上的器件708虚焊、损坏等问题。
同样,如图8所示,该图中包括6个弹性连接部件。图中801、802、803、804、805和806为弹性连接部件,807为PCB,808为PCB上的器件。其中,8011、8012、8013、8014、8015和8016为弹性连接部件对应的固定部件。该弹性连接部件为圆弧的弹片,一端固定在与PCB807固定连接的固定部件 上,另一端为开口自由端。圆弧的一端固定在PCB807连接的固定部件上,另一端伸出PCB807侧面向PCB807侧面弯曲回到PCB807侧面。当有力作用在弹性连接部件上时,弹性连接部件801-806对力进行缓冲,避免直接作用在PCB807上,导致PCB807上的器件808虚焊、损坏等问题。
当弹片两端固定时,如图9所示,该图中包括6个弹性连接部件。图中901、902、903、904、905和906为弹性连接部件,907为PCB,908为PCB上的器件。其中,9011、9012、9013、9014、9015和9016为弹性连接部件对应的固定部件。该弹性连接部件为圆弧的弹片,一端固定在与PCB固定连接的固定部件上,另一端也固定在固定部件上。圆弧的一端固定在与PCB907连接的固定部件上,另一端伸出PCB907侧面向PCB907侧面弯曲回到PCB907侧面,形成一个闭合的M形状。当有力作用在弹性连接部件上时,弹性连接部件901-906对力进行缓冲,避免直接作用在PCB907上,导致PCB907上的器件908虚焊、损坏等问题。
当为弹簧时,如图10所示,该图中包括6个弹性连接部件。图中1001、1002、1003、1004、1005和1006为弹性连接部件,1007为PCB,1008为PCB上的器件。其中,10011、10012、10013、10014、10015和10016为弹性连接部件对应的固定部件。该弹性连接部件为弹簧,弹簧一端固定在与PCB1007连接的固定部件上,弹簧的一端固定在与PCB1007连接的固定部件上,另一端伸出PCB1007侧面。当有力作用在弹性连接部件上时,弹性连接部件1001-1006对力进行缓冲,避免直接作用在PCB1007上,导致PCB1007上的器件1008虚焊、损坏等问题。
可选的,图11为两个开口弹片构成的弹性连接部件,如图11所示,图中1101、1102、1103、1104、1105和1106为弹性连接部件,1107为PCB,1108为PCB上的器件。其中,11011、11012、11013、11014、11015和11016为弹性连接部件对应的固定部件。该弹性连接部件为两个长条弹片,弹片的一端固定在与PCB1107固定连接的固定部件上,另一端与PCB1107的侧面呈一定倾斜角度伸出PCB1107的侧面;另一个弹片也固定在该固定部件上,与PCB1107侧面呈一定倾斜角度伸出PCB侧面,两个模块相对成开口八字形。当然,也可以形成闭口八字形。当有力作用在弹性连接部件上时,弹性 连接部件1101-1106对力进行缓冲,避免直接作用在PCB1107上,导致PCB1107上的器件1108虚焊、损坏等问题。
可选的,如图12所示,图中1201、1202、1203、1204、1205和1206为弹性连接部件,1207为PCB,1208为PCB上的器件。其中,12012、12012、12013、12014、12015和12016为弹性连接部件对应的固定部件。该弹性连接部件为两个圆弧弹片,弹片的一端固定在与PCB1207固定连接的固定部件上,另一端与PCB1207的侧面呈一定倾斜角度弯曲伸出PCB1207的侧面;另一个弹片也固定在该固定部件上,与PCB1207侧面呈一定倾斜角度弯曲伸出PCB侧面,两个模块相对成开口八字形。当然,也可以形成闭口八字形。
实施例四:
本实施例为弹性连接部件的固定部连接在终端的壳体的卡扣的卡槽内的,具体结合图13至14进行详细说明。
在终端壳体的中设置弹性连接部件,例如设置在终端壳体的卡扣中,卡扣将PCB固定在壳体上。当终端不小心摔落时,壳体上的力传给卡扣中的弹性连接部件,然后再给PCB,弹性连接部件对力有缓冲作用,这样不是直接将力传给PCB,对PCB起到很大的保护作用。如13所示,该图为卡扣1301的立体图,卡扣1301的卡槽内设置有一个由两个弹片成开口八字组成的弹性连接部件1302;
同样,如图14所示,该图为卡扣1401的立体图,卡扣1401的卡槽内设置有一个由两个弹片成开口八字组成的弹性连接部件1402。弹性连接部件1302和1402都能对力进行缓冲,避免终端摔落时,直接将力作用在PCB上,避免终端摔落对PCB损坏。
值得注意的是,上述各实施例中的固定连接包括粘贴、螺钉、卡合以及一体成型等的连接方式。

工业实用性
上述技术方案通过连接PCB的弹性部件的弹力,缓冲了施加在PCB上的力,避免了PCB因受力产生形变而导致PCB上器件虚焊、损坏等问题的出现。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种弹性连接部件,所述弹性连接部件包括:
    连接部和抵压部;
    所述连接部与所述抵压部设置为彼此在弹力方向;
    所述连接部和所述抵压部设置为在所述弹性连接部件受力时,其中一个接触印刷电路板PCB,另外一个接触壳体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的弹性连接部件,其中,
    所述弹性连接部件包括一个弹片,所述弹片一端固定连接所述PCB,所述另一端为自由开口端。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的弹性连接部件,其中,
    所述弹性部件包括一个弹片,所述弹片两端固定连接所述PCB,与所述PCB形成一个封闭的空间。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的弹性连接部件,其中,
    所述弹性部件包括弹簧或橡胶块,所述弹簧或所述橡胶块的弹力方向一端固定连接所述PCB,另一端为所述抵压部。
  5. 一种印刷电路板PCB,包括:
    一对如权利要求1-4任一项所述的弹性连接部件;
    在所述PCB的两个相对的侧面上分别设置所述弹性连接部件使所述PCB侧面在弹力方向。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的PCB,其中,所述弹性连接部件的连接部固定连接在所述PCB的侧面、正面和反面中的至少一个面。
  7. 一种终端,包括如权利要求5或6所述的印刷电路板PCB,所述PCB固定在终端的壳体上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述终端,其中,所述壳体包括容置腔,所述容置腔设置为收容所述弹性连接部件。
  9. 一种终端,包括壳体和至少一对如权利要求1-4任一项所述的弹性连 接部件,在所述壳体的两个相对的侧面上分别设置所述弹性连接部件使所述壳体侧面在弹力方向。
  10. 如权利要求9所述终端,还包括印刷电路板PCB,所述PCB固定在所述壳体上。
