Abstract

La présente invention concerne un distributeur de fluide de colonne de chromatographie de type couplage de pression. Le distributeur de fluide comprend une première plaque de distribution (20) et une seconde plaque de distribution (30) La première plaque de distribution (20) et la seconde plaque de distribution (30) sont respectivement disposées sur deux extrémités d'un gel à but de séparation (40) dans une colonne de chromatographie (10). De multiples premières rainures pour fluide radial (21) sont réparties de façon espacée le long de la circonférence d'une surface latérale, opposée au gel (40), de la première plaque de distribution (20). Une première maille d'écran (51) est disposée sur le côté extérieur de la première rainure pour fluide correspondante (21). Un orifice de sortie/d'entrée de fluide (22) en communication avec la première rainure pour fluide correspondante (21) est disposé au centre de la première plaque de distribution (20). De multiples secondes rainures pour fluide radial (31) sont réparties de façon espacée le long de la circonférence d'une surface latérale, opposée au gel (40), de la seconde plaque de distribution (30). Une seconde maille d'écran (52) est disposée sur le côté extérieur de la seconde rainure pour fluide correspondante (31). Une rainure d'écoulement annulaire (32) est formée entre le bord de la seconde plaque de distribution (30) et l'extrémité de queue de la seconde rainure pour fluide correspondante (31). Un orifice d'entrée/de sortie de fluide (33) est disposé au centre de la seconde plaque de distribution. Plusieurs canaux d'écoulement radia (34) pour connecter les rainures d'écoulement annulaire (32) et l'orifice d'entrée/de sortie de fluide (33) sont répartis de manière régulière dans la surface latérale, opposée au gel, de la seconde plaque de distribution.
