本发明属于家用电器技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用在冰箱中的储藏盒及具有其的冰箱。
背景技术
在电冰箱中,通常会在其柜体内设置单独的储藏盒以确保储藏在其内食物的新鲜,如用于储藏水果、蔬菜、茶叶等的果蔬盒。为保持果蔬新鲜,需要对果蔬盒功能进行设计,通过在果蔬盒至少一个面上添加某种功能膜,提高果蔬盒内湿度、减少盒内凝露、气调保鲜等。
现有的功能性果蔬盒上,功能膜添加的形式为在某一个面上插入或覆盖带有功能膜的塑料件。由于各种果蔬盒结构不同,在模具制造过程中,需要针对每种果蔬盒的盒体、盒盖、功能膜塑料件分别开模,制造成本较高。同时由于功能膜强度较低,在使用过程中较易损坏,如果功能膜与果蔬盒一体成型,一旦功能膜损坏,则需要更换整个果蔬盒盖或果蔬盒;如果功能膜模块为插入式的塑料件,则需要更换模块塑料件,维护成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种多孔通用型的冰箱用储藏盒,其可通过替换功能单元实现储藏盒的不同功能,减少制造成本和维护成本。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种冰箱。
为实现上述发明目的之一,本发明提供一种冰箱用储藏盒,其包括:
储藏盒;
多个功能单元孔,设置在所述储藏盒本体的至少一个壁上;
保鲜功能单元,可拆卸地装配在部分或全部所述功能单元孔内。

本发明的有益效果是:通过在储藏盒的功能单元孔中可拆卸地装配相应的功能单元,可实现具有不同功能、及具有不同面积功能膜的储藏盒,无需针对不同功能、不同膜面积分别开模,节省制造加工费用,同时,将功能单元按压填充到孔内,即可完成装配,相比传统插入、卡扣等结构更加便于装配。

在本实施方式中,功能单元按其是否具有保鲜功能分为两种,即保鲜功能单元和密封功能单元(未图示),两种功能单元的形状都与功能单元孔11相匹配。一般地,保鲜功能单元可拆卸地装配在部分功能单元孔11内;密封功能单元可拆卸地装配在剩余的功能单元孔11内。保鲜功能单元根据功能膜的成分不同,又可分为透湿功能单元、气调功能单元、杀菌功能单元等,每个保鲜功能单元可为对应的某一种功能的功能单元,也可以是集成了多种功能的功能单。其中,气调功能单元中设置有气调功能膜,气调功能膜为硅橡胶膜、或高透气性微孔薄膜、或普通塑料膜上刺孔的刺孔薄膜。硅橡胶膜是一种有机硅高分子化合物,对CO2透气率是聚乙烯薄膜的两百至三百倍,且硅橡胶膜就选择透过性,对CO2的透过率是O2的5~6倍,是N2的8~12倍。在果蔬呼吸过程中所需的O2可由硅橡胶膜缓慢透入,而CO2和乙烯可自动扩散出去,为果品储藏提供有利条件。高透气性微孔薄膜式在薄膜加工中加入瓷、碳酸钙、二氧化硅细粉末的填充物,控制薄膜透气率;普通塑料袋上刺孔的刺孔薄膜是在普通薄膜上穿刺6~15微米孔径的孔;以上膜均具有高透气性,实现对CO2透气率大于O2透气率。杀菌功能单元中含有缓释杀菌成分的膏体、胶体、粉体等,通过缓慢的释放杀菌成分,抑制储藏盒10内细菌的生长和繁殖,达到更好的保鲜效果。透湿功能单元中设置透湿功能膜,透湿功能膜是一种新型的高分子膜,通过透湿膜的控制,可以保证储藏盒10内保持一定的湿度,避免储藏盒10内湿度过大,过量的水汽在低温下凝结成液态水,同时在储物盒10内湿度低时阻止水汽透出储物盒10,从而避免盒内水分过快散发造成果菜风干;密封功能单元则不设置保鲜功能膜,起到阻挡水汽和其它气体分子进入储藏盒的作用,实则为封闭功能单元孔11。
以下均以保鲜功能单元内含有透湿膜为例进行说明,参图2至图3b所示的一具体实施方式。该透湿功能单元20包括壳体,该壳体内形成有一容置空间,所述容置空间内设有透湿功能膜23,在壳体上还设有固定架25。具体地,壳体包括第一部件21和第二部件22,进一步地,第一部件21内包括第一栅栏结构241,第二部件22内包括第二栅栏结构242,当第一部件21和第二部件22组合后,第一栅栏结构241和所述第二栅栏结构242之间形成所述容置空间,透湿功能膜23置于该容置空间内,该容置空间足够小,以至于透湿功能膜23在此空间内是覆盖在第二栅栏结构242和第一栅栏结构241相对的表面的。
参图3a-3b,第一部件21和第二部件22是独立成形并可拆装组合的,以便在透湿功能膜 23损坏的情况下更换透湿功能膜23。当储藏盒内湿度高时,透湿功能膜23的透湿能力提高,当储藏盒内湿度低时,透湿功能膜23的透湿能力降低。透湿功能膜23会随着其透湿能力的变化产生收缩或伸展,在本发明中,采用第一栅栏结构241和所述第二栅栏结构242来固定透湿功能膜23,以防止透湿功能膜23由于长时间的形变而脱落,为透湿功能膜23提供支撑和保护。当透湿功能膜23伸展时,第一栅栏结构241和所述第二栅栏结构242夹持透湿功能膜23使其难以松弛;当透湿功能膜23收缩时,第一栅栏结构241和第二栅栏结构242可分散其收缩作用力。第一栅栏结构241和所述第二栅栏结构242上都具有网孔,可以有效地发挥透湿功能膜23的透湿功能。
在本实施方式中,第一部件21和第二部件22都为圆柱形,当然,在本发明的其他实施方式中也可为椭圆柱体或方形柱体或其他合适的形状。第一部件21还包括设在第一栅栏结构241外围的扣件211,在第一部件21和第二部件22组合后,扣件211与第二栅栏结构242配合可固定第一部件21和第二部件22的相对位置。第二部件22还包括由第二栅栏结构242向背离第一栅栏结构241方向延伸的延伸壁221,固定件25设置于延伸壁221的外表面,优选地,固定件25为从延伸壁外221表面向外延伸的卡持部,并且,该卡持部设置于延伸壁221的末端。卡持部设有一平行于盒壁12内表面的端面251,当透湿功能单元20装配在所述储藏盒10上时,端面251与盒壁12内表面相接触。
优选地,第一部件21与第二部件22为硬质材料制成,透湿功能膜23置于其中,这种结构的透湿功能单元20相较于大面积保湿模块,结构强度更高,寿命更长且更耐损。
参图4a至4c,透湿功能单元20与储藏盒10的盒壁12有三种安装固定方式,即第一部件21可凸出于储藏盒10的盒壁12(图4a)或半嵌入储藏盒10的盒壁12(图4b)或全嵌入储藏盒10的盒壁12(图4c),需要哪种安装固定方式,只需将储藏盒10的盒壁12开孔形状与透湿功能单元20相匹配即可。例如:如需将第一部件21凸出于储藏盒10的盒壁安装,只需在储藏盒10的盒壁12上开一个通孔11,其内壁的形状与第二部件22的延伸壁221适配,安装时第一部件21与储藏盒10的盒壁12的外表面接触,卡持部平行于盒壁12内表面的端面与盒壁12内表面相接触即可;如需将第一部件21半嵌入或全嵌入储藏盒10的盒壁12安装,则在储藏盒10的盒壁12上的通孔11内壁的上开与第一部件21适配的凹槽13,安装时第一部件21卡持在储藏盒10的盒壁12通孔11的凹槽13内,卡持部平行于盒壁12内表面的端面与盒壁12内表面相接触即可。
进一步地,在透湿功能单元20和密封功能单元(未图示)上均裹有弹性垫圈(图中未示出),或者也可以在功能单元孔11内设置弹性垫圈,在从而使得与储藏盒10的盒壁12通孔 11相配合后可达到较好密封性。透湿功能单元20和密封单元模块可通过按压的方式与储藏盒本体10完成装配,相比传统插入、卡扣等结构更加便于装配,清洗时只需拆除清洗再安装复原即可,在部分透湿功能单元20损坏时,替换掉损坏的单元即可,无需报废整个储藏盒,大大降低损坏后的维护成本。
在本实施方式中,储藏盒10为立方体结构,其包括六个壁,可根据实际需要在至少一个壁上开多个功能单元孔11,透湿功能单元20和密封功能单元可按需选择性地填充到功能单元孔11中。由于冰箱进风位置不同、直冷冰箱储藏盒与蒸发器相对位置不同,储藏盒中各处的温度、相对湿度也不同。总体来说,透湿功能单元20相对密封功能单元装配于靠近蒸发器(未图示)的功能单元孔11中。储藏盒10是放置在冰箱的柜体(未图示)中,其必定有一部分是靠近蒸发器(未图示)或进风口(未图示)的,靠近蒸发器或进风口(未示出)的地方湿度较大,极容易结露,故在靠近蒸发器或进风口处的储藏盒本体10盒壁12上开孔,填充透湿功能单元20;在距离蒸发器或进风口一段距离处,会发生少量结露,此区域孔内间隔填充透湿膜单元20;在距离蒸发器或进风口较远处的盒体区域内基本不会结露,故,不在此区域内的储藏盒本体10盒壁上开孔或者直接填充密封功能单元,使该区域不具有透湿功能。透湿功能单元20和密封功能单元是可拆装地填充于功能单元孔11中,即无论储藏盒处于哪种冰箱中,无需考虑冰箱中蒸发器或进风口的位置,只需按照当前所在冰箱中蒸发器或进风口的位置调整透湿功能单元和密封功能单元的填充位置即可,做到通用型的储藏盒。透湿功能单元位置和排列能按照实际需求分布,提高了透湿功能单元20的针对性和有效性,同时,其能应用于储藏盒本体10的任意面和位置,灵活性更强,替代当前所使用的大面积的保湿模块,应用于冰箱等产品能得到更好的保湿效果且抑制结露产生。这样,即可实现具有不同功能、及具有不同面积功能膜的储藏盒,无需针对不同功能、不同膜面积分别开模,节省制造加工费用。各功能单元分布在相应孔内,减少了传统塑料件覆盖整张功能膜时造成的膜面积浪费。
此外,储藏盒10上所开功能单元孔11的个数结合储藏盒的容积、功能性、美观性考虑考虑,储藏盒10容积越大,实现功能越多,则所需功能单元孔11个数越多,但过于密集的功能单元孔11影响储藏盒的美观性,因此,功能单元孔11的个数在1个~500个范围内。
此外,单个功能单元的面积结合功能单元的加工/安装/使用便利性、功能性、结构强度等综合考虑,若单个功能单元的面积过小,则加工/安装/使用过程中不便于操作、功能发挥不充分、开孔过多;单个保鲜功能单元的面积过大,则损坏后更换成本提高、承重能力下降、易损坏。因此,单个功能单元的面积应在1cm2~800cm2
此外,储藏盒上功能单元总面积与储藏盒容积呈一定比值,功能单元总面积储藏盒容积比值过大,则大量功能单元将被密封单元填充,造成浪费;若所述比值过小,则保鲜功能较低。因此,功能单元总面积(S,单位:cm2)与储藏盒容积(V,单位:L)的比值(k,k=S/V)范围为k=S/V=0.02~100。
此外,功能单元孔11还可以设置有限位结构111,限位结构111配合保鲜功能单元和密封功能单元的形状,对保鲜功能单元和密封功能单元在储藏盒10外向储藏盒内方向进行限位。
参图5a-5c所示,功能单元孔11的限位结构111为功能单元孔11的内孔壁向内凸伸的限位部,在保鲜功能单元和/或密封功能单元装配入功能单元孔内后,限位部在功能单元孔的轴向上支承所述保鲜功能单元和/或所述密封功能单元。具体地,带有限位结构111的功能单元孔11的剖面结构可以是漏斗形(图5a)或L形(图5b);限位结构111也可由功能单元孔11的内孔壁凹陷形成,具体地,带有限位结构111的功能单元孔11的剖面结构可以是弧形(图5c)。当然,在其他实施方式中,功能单元孔11的剖面结构也可以开模成其它合适的形状。
在此值得一提的是,保鲜功能单元和密封功能单元的轴向长度与功能单元孔11的轴向长度相同,即当保鲜功能单元和/或密封功能单元装配在功能单元孔内后,保鲜功能单元和/或密封功能单元靠近储藏盒10外部的端面与储藏盒10相应壁的外表面平齐,无突出物,不会影响到储藏盒10在冰箱柜体内的滑移。
本发明还提供一种冰箱(未图示),该冰箱通过采用上述各实施方式中介绍的储藏盒及保鲜功能单元,可以取得上述各实施方式中储藏盒及保鲜功能单元具有的有益效果,并且,由于对该冰箱的其他结构或功能并未做出改进,故在此对该冰箱的其它结构也不再赘述。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种冰箱用储藏盒,其特征在于,包括:
    储藏盒;
    多个功能单元孔,设置在所述储藏盒本体的至少一个壁上;
    保鲜功能单元,可拆卸地装配在部分或全部所述功能单元孔内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱用储藏盒,其特征在于,所述储藏盒还包括密封功能单元,所述保鲜功能单元可拆卸地装配在部分所述功能单元孔内;所述密封功能单元可拆卸地装配在剩余的所述功能单元孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱用储藏盒,其特征在于,所述功能单元孔设置有限位结构,所述限位结构配合所述保鲜功能单元和所述密封功能单元的形状,对所述保鲜功能单元和所述密封功能单元在储藏盒外向储藏盒内方向进行限位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱用储藏盒,其特征在于,所述限位结构为所述功能单元孔的内孔壁向内凸伸的限位部,在所述保鲜功能单元和/或所述密封功能单元装配入所述功能单元孔内后,所述限位部在所述功能单元孔的轴向上支承所述保鲜功能单元和/或所述密封功能单元。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱用储藏盒,其特征在于,所述限位结构由所述功能单元孔的内孔壁凹陷形成。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱用储藏盒,其特征在于,当所述保鲜功能单元和/或所述保鲜功能单元装配在所述功能单元孔内后,所述保鲜功能单元和/或所述密封功能单元靠近储藏盒外部的端面与所述储藏盒相应壁的外表面平齐。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱用储藏盒,其特征在于,所述保鲜功能单元和所述密封功能单元的轴向长度与所述功能单元孔的轴向长度相同。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱用储藏盒,其特征在于,所述保鲜功能单元和所述密封功能单元被设置为可通过按压方式装配至所述功能单元孔内。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的冰箱用储藏盒,其特征在于,所述保鲜功能单元相对所述密封功能单元装配于靠近蒸发器的所述功能单元孔中。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱用储藏盒,其特征在于,所述保鲜功能单元总面积与所述储藏盒容积的比值范围为:0.02~100。
  11. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括如上任一项权利要求所述的储藏盒。
