Description

一种用于坐便器的节水型进排水阀 技术领域
本发明属于坐便器技术领域,具体是涉及一种用于坐便器的节水型进排水阀。
背景技术
参看图1,现有技术的坐便器进排水阀中,进水阀的上部设有补水管,补水管连接到排水阀一侧的溢水管上,溢水管底部连通到排水阀的底部,排水时进水阀打开进水,同时补水管始终补水到排水阀一侧的溢水管内,以便在排水后形成虹吸。由于坐便器排水技术的改进,现今需要很少的水量就可以满足虹吸的需要,但虹吸补水的结构形式未被重视,进水过程中补水管始终向溢水管内补水,伴随整个进水进程的补水大部分都白白排放掉,造成水资源浪费。本申请人于2014年4月16日申请过“一种坐便器上的节水型进排水阀”(专利号:201420191821.3),对虹吸补水的结构进行了改进,溢水管中的补水只是伴随了进水停止前的部分进程,可以满足进水水位和虹吸补水量两者之间的要求,有利于节约水资源,但是该虹吸补水的结构中,利用横杆的前端端头配合补水管接口的下端口实现补水管接口的启闭,启闭动作尚欠稳定;再就是溢水管浮筒上缺少导向柱,上下移动时溢水管浮筒会晃动,也加剧了补水管接口启闭动作的欠稳定。本申请人对上述技术进行了进一步的改进,发明了本申请。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,提供了一种用于坐便器的节水型进排水阀。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:一种用于坐便器的节水型进排水阀,设置在坐便器水箱里,包括进水阀和排水阀,进水阀上部的补水管连接到排水阀一侧的溢水管上,溢水管底部连通到排水阀的底部,所述溢水管的端口上设有溢水管端盖,溢水管端盖上设有补水管接口,进水阀上部的补水管连接到补水管接口;所述溢水管端盖由端盖筒部和端盖插接部构成,其中溢水管端盖经由端盖插接部插接在溢水管端口上,端盖筒部内设有补水阀,补水管接口连通到补水阀的进口端,端盖筒部外侧设有导柱,导柱上滑设有溢水管浮筒,溢水管浮筒固定在吊杆上,吊杆上端的吊杆横臂上连接有摇臂,摇臂的另一端连接到补水阀,并藉此控制补水阀的启闭:溢水管浮筒向上移动时,摇臂向上摆动,补水阀开启,排水后的虹吸补水经补水管进入溢水管;溢水管浮筒向下移动时,摇臂向下摆动,补水阀关闭,排水后的虹吸补水停止。
作为优选,所述补水阀包括设置在端盖筒部内的阀座,阀座的型腔底部连通到补水管接口,阀座的型腔内设有动阀芯和静阀芯,摇臂带动动阀芯相对静阀芯转动,实现补水阀的启闭,其中动阀芯和静阀芯由陶瓷或石墨材料制作。
作为优选,所述端盖筒部的侧壁上设有若干个溢水口,溢水管经由溢水口连通到坐便器水箱,发生溢水时水流流经溢水管端盖即可直接溢出,而将溢水口设置在端盖筒部的侧壁上,可以节约上下空间,容易满足坐便器水箱蓄水的高度要求。
作为优选,所述溢水管浮筒经由其上端的卡扣固定在吊杆上,卡扣设置在溢水管浮筒一侧缺口的上端,并且吊杆上设置有用于设置补水量的刻度,方便人们调整溢水管浮筒在吊杆上的位置,操作方便,且更加灵活。

本发明工作过程如下:需要排水时,按动排水按钮,开始排水,排水过程中进水阀打开开始进水,排水完毕后排水关闭,进水阀继续进水,此时水箱水位较低,溢水管浮筒由于自重而下坠,带动摇臂向下摆动,摇臂叉部的摆头绕阀座轴心顺时针转动,由于转轴一端的扁头设置在摆头内侧的扁孔内,另一端的扁头设置在动阀芯内侧的扁孔内,摆头绕阀座轴心顺时针转动时经由转轴也带动动阀芯顺时针转动,动静阀芯呈密封状态,补水管不会补水到溢水管内;同时由于动阀芯设置在补水阀阀座的型腔底部,进水阀进水时补水管里面有一定的水压,将动阀芯推顶压牢在静阀芯上,两者密封效果良好。待坐便器水箱的水位上升浮起溢水管浮筒时,溢水管浮筒经吊杆和吊杆横臂带动摇臂向上摆动,摇臂叉部的摆头绕阀座轴心逆时针转动,经由转轴也带动动阀芯逆时针转动,动静阀芯呈开通状态,此时补水管开始补水到溢水管内,直到水箱水位继续上升浮起进水阀浮筒将进水阀关闭,补水管也就停止补水到溢水管内,进水完毕后等待下一次排水。本发明溢水管中的补水只是伴随了进水停止前的部分进程,通过调整溢水管浮筒在吊杆上的位置,即溢水管浮筒在水箱内的上下位置,可以满足进水水位和虹吸补水量两者之间的要求,有利于节约水资源。
本发明进一步改进了虹吸补水的结构,溢水管浮筒上下移动的动作稳定,溢水管浮筒上下移动时经由摇臂控制补水阀启闭的动作稳定,具有结构简单、设计合理等特点。

实施例:参看图2、图3和图4,本发明设置在坐便器水箱里,包括进水阀和排水阀,进水阀上部的补水管连接到排水阀一侧的溢水管上,溢水管底部连通到排水阀的底部,所述溢水管的端口上设有溢水管端盖,溢水管端盖上设有补水管接口,进水阀上部的补水管连接到补水管接口;所述溢水管端盖由端盖筒部和端盖插接部构成,其中溢水管端盖经由端盖插接部插接在溢水管端口上,端盖筒部内设有补水阀,补水管接口连通到补水阀的进口端,端盖筒部外侧设有导柱,导柱上滑设有溢水管浮筒,溢水管浮筒固定在吊杆上,吊杆上端的吊杆横臂上连接有摇臂,摇臂的另一端连接到补水阀,并藉此控制补水阀的启闭:溢水管浮筒向上移动时,摇臂向上摆动,补水阀开启,排水后的虹吸补水经补水管进入溢水管;溢水管浮筒向下移动时,摇臂向下摆动,补水阀关闭,排水后的虹吸补水停止。其中所述补水阀包括设置在端盖筒部内的阀座,阀座的型腔底部连通到补水管接口,阀座的型腔内设有动阀芯和静阀芯,摇臂带动动阀芯相对静阀芯转动,实现补水阀的启闭,其中动阀芯和静阀芯由陶瓷或石墨材料制作。补水阀的具体结构形式为所述补水阀阀座的型腔底部设置动阀芯,动阀芯外侧设有静阀芯,静阀芯外侧设有定位套筒,最后由阀座端部螺接的螺母将定位套筒、静阀芯和动阀芯限位在阀座的型腔内,阀座型腔经由定位套筒侧壁上的连通孔和阀座侧壁上的连通孔连通到端盖筒部的内腔,所述摇臂经由阀座内的转轴带动动阀芯相对静阀芯转动,实现补水阀的启闭;所述摇臂的下端连接有滑块,滑块滑设在吊杆横臂上的长形孔内,所述摇臂的上端设置成叉部,其中外侧叉头处设有摆头,内侧叉头处设有压片,压片经其通孔套设在阀座的外端并由螺母限位在阀座的外端,使得所述摇臂可绕阀座轴心转动地设置在阀座的外端上;所述转轴的杆部穿过螺母、定位套筒和静阀芯,并且其中一端的扁头设置在摆头内侧的扁孔内,另一端的扁头设置在动阀芯内侧的扁孔内。所述端盖筒部的侧壁上设有若干个溢水口,溢水管经由溢水口连通到坐便器水箱,发生溢水时水流流经溢水管端盖即可直接溢出,而将溢水口设置在端盖筒部的侧壁上,可以节约上下空间,容易满足坐便器水箱蓄水的高度要求。所述溢水管浮筒经由其上端的卡扣固定在吊杆上,卡扣设置在溢水管浮筒一侧缺口的上端,并且吊杆上设置有用于设置补水量的刻度,方便人们调整溢水管浮筒在吊杆上的位置,操作方便,且更加灵活。
本发明工作过程如下:需要排水时,按动排水按钮,开始排水,排水过程中进水阀打开开始进水,排水完毕后排水关闭,进水阀继续进水,此时水箱水位较低,溢水管浮筒由于自重而下坠,带动摇臂向下摆动,摇臂叉部的摆头绕阀座轴心顺时针转动,由于转轴一端的扁头设置在摆头内侧的扁孔内,另一端的扁头设置在动阀芯内侧的扁孔内,摆头绕阀座轴心顺时针转动时经由转轴也带动动阀芯顺时针转动,动静阀芯呈密封状态,补水管不会补水到溢水管内;同时由于动阀芯设置在补水阀阀座的型腔底部,进水阀进水时补水管里面有一定的水压,将动阀芯推顶压牢在静阀芯上,两者密封效果良好。待坐便器水箱的 水位上升浮起溢水管浮筒时,溢水管浮筒经吊杆和吊杆横臂带动摇臂向上摆动,摇臂叉部的摆头绕阀座轴心逆时针转动,经由转轴也带动动阀芯逆时针转动,动静阀芯呈开通状态,此时补水管开始补水到溢水管内,直到水箱水位继续上升浮起进水阀浮筒将进水阀关闭,补水管也就停止补水到溢水管内,进水完毕后等待下一次排水。本发明溢水管中的补水只是伴随了进水停止前的部分进程,通过调整溢水管浮筒在吊杆上的位置,即溢水管浮筒在水箱内的上下位置,可以满足进水水位和虹吸补水量两者之间的要求,有利于节约水资源。
本发明进一步改进了虹吸补水的结构,溢水管浮筒上下移动的动作稳定,溢水管浮筒上下移动时经由摇臂控制补水阀启闭的动作稳定,具有结构简单、设计合理等特点。
最后,应当指出,以上实施例仅是本发明较有代表性的例子。显然,本发明的技术方案并不限于上述实施例,还可以有许多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种用于坐便器的节水型进排水阀,设置在坐便器水箱里,包括进水阀和排水阀,进水阀上部的补水管连接到排水阀一侧的溢水管上,溢水管底部连通到排水阀的底部,其特征在于所述溢水管的端口上设有溢水管端盖,溢水管端盖上设有补水管接口,进水阀上部的补水管连接到补水管接口;所述溢水管端盖由端盖筒部和端盖插接部构成,其中溢水管端盖经由端盖插接部插接在溢水管端口上,端盖筒部内设有补水阀,补水管接口连通到补水阀的进口端,端盖筒部外侧设有导柱,导柱上滑设有溢水管浮筒,溢水管浮筒固定在吊杆上,吊杆上端的吊杆横臂上连接有摇臂,摇臂的另一端连接到补水阀,并藉此控制补水阀的启闭:溢水管浮筒向上移动时,摇臂向上摆动,补水阀开启,排水后的虹吸补水经补水管进入溢水管;溢水管浮筒向下移动时,摇臂向下摆动,补水阀关闭,排水后的虹吸补水停止。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种用于坐便器的节水型进排水阀,其特征在于所述补水阀包括设置在端盖筒部内的阀座,阀座的型腔底部连通到补水管接口,阀座的型腔内设有动阀芯和静阀芯,摇臂带动动阀芯相对静阀芯转动,实现补水阀的启闭。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述一种用于坐便器的节水型进排水阀,其特征在于所述端盖筒部的侧壁上设有若干个溢水口,溢水管经由溢水口连通到坐便器水箱。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述一种用于坐便器的节水型进排水阀,其特征在于所述溢水管浮筒经由其上端的卡扣固定在吊杆上,卡扣设置在溢水管浮筒一侧缺口的上端,并且吊杆上设置有用于设置补水量的刻度。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述一种用于坐便器的节水型进排水阀,其特征在于所述动阀芯和静阀芯由陶瓷或石墨材料制作。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述一种用于坐便器的节水型进排水阀,其特征在于所述补水阀阀座的型腔底部设置动阀芯,动阀芯外侧设有静阀芯,静阀芯外侧设有定位套筒,最后由阀座端部螺接的螺母将定位套筒、静阀芯和动阀芯限位在阀座的型腔内,阀座型腔经由定位套筒侧壁上的连通孔和阀座侧壁上的连通孔连通到端盖筒部的内腔,所述摇臂经由阀座内的转轴带动动阀芯相对静阀芯转动,实现补水阀的启闭。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述一种用于坐便器的节水型进排水阀,其特征在于所述摇臂的下端连接有滑块,滑块滑设在吊杆横臂上的长形孔内,所述摇臂的上端设置成叉部,其中外侧叉头处设有摆头,内侧叉头处设有压片,压片经其通孔套设在阀座的外端并由螺母限位在阀座的外端,使得所述摇臂可绕阀座轴心转动地设置在阀座的外端上;所述转轴的杆部穿过螺母、定位套筒和静阀芯,并且其中一端的扁头设置在摆头内侧的扁孔内,另一端的扁头设置在动阀芯内侧的扁孔内。
