所述定位处理模块包括:获取单元,设置为获取上次对所述终端当前位置信息进行计算时使用的预定算法;计算单元,设置为使用除上次使用的预定算法之外的预定算法对所述终端当前位置信息进行计算,针对所述定位请求反馈计算后的位置信息。
通过本发明实施例,采用接收定位请求,其中,所述定位请求设置为指示对终端进行定位;根据所述定位请求获取预先建立的定位服务规则,其中,所述定位服务规则设置为确定所述终端的位置信息为除所述终端当前位置信息之外的位置信息;根据所述定位服务规则对所述终端进行定位处理,解决了相关技术中对终端的定位单一且安全系数低的问题,进而达到了提高安全系数的效果。

具体实施方式
下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在本实施例中提供了一种定位处理方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的定位处理方法的流程图,如图1所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S102,接收定位请求,其中,该定位请求设置为指示对终端进行定位;
步骤S104,根据该定位请求获取预先建立的定位服务规则,其中,该定位服务规则设置为确定所述终端的位置信息为除该终端当前位置信息之外的位置信息;
步骤S106,根据该定位服务规则对该终端进行定位处理。
通过上述步骤,通过获取预先建立的定位服务规则,其中,该定位服务规则设置为确定所述终端的位置信息为除该终端当前位置信息之外的位置信息;根据该定位服务规则对该终端进行定位处理,解决了相关技术中对终端的定位单一且安全系数低的问题,进而达到了提高安全系数的效果。
在一种可选的实施例中,在根据该定位服务规则对该终端进行定位处理之后,还可以判断是否被授权为获取该终端当前位置信息;在判断结果为是的情况下,针对所述定位请求反馈该终端的该当前位置信息,即在得到授权的情况下,可以上报该终端当前真实的位置。
在另一可选的实施例中,根据该定位服务规则对该终端进行定位处理还可以包括以下至少之一:针对所述定位请求反馈一个固定位置信息;根据该终端当前位置信息,按照预定方向偏移预定距离得到偏移位置信息,针对所述定位请求反馈该偏移位置信息;根据设置的随机映射算法计算得到随机位置信息,针对所述定位请求反馈该随机位置信息;根据该终端过去预定时间内在某固定地理位置所停留的时间,加权计算得到加权位置信息,针对所述定位请求反馈该加权位置信息,通过上述的方式可以将经过计算之后的位置信息进行上报,从而不会暴露终端真实的位置信息,提高了终端的安全系数。
在一个可选的实施例中,上述通过加权的算法计算位置信息可以包括:记录该终端在过去预定时间内的地理位置信息,并记录该终端在该地理位置信息的停留时间,针对所述定位请求反馈该停留时间中最短时间对应的地理位置信息。
在另一个可选的实施例中,根据该定位服务规则对该终端进行定位处理还可以包括:获取上次对该终端当前位置信息进行计算时使用的预定算法,使用除上次使用的预定算法之外的预定算法对该终端当前位置信息进行计算,针对所述定位请求反馈计算后的位置信息。需要说明的是,使用除上次使用的预定算法之外的预定算法对该终端当前位置信息进行计算仅仅是一种优选的实施方式而已,还可以通过用户自主进行选择,根据用户选择的算法进行计算,也可以按照某种默认的规则进行算法,例如,比如类似的应用默认使用同一种算法。
本发明实施例还提供了一种定位处理装置,该装置设置为实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是根据本发明实施例的定位处理装置的框图,如图2所示,包括:接收模块22、获取模块24和定位处理模块26,下面对各个模块进行简要说明。
接收模块22,设置为接收定位请求,其中,该定位请求设置为指示对终端进行定位;
获取模块24,设置为根据该定位请求获取预先建立的定位服务规则,其中,该定位服务规则设置为确定所述终端的位置信息为除该终端当前位置信息之外的位置信息;
定位处理模块26,设置为根据该定位服务规则对该终端进行定位处理。
图3是根据本发明优选实施例的定位处理装置的框图一,如图3所示,该定位处理模块26包括:
判断模块32,设置为判断是否被授权为获取该终端当前位置信息;
反馈模块34,设置为在判断结果为是的情况下,针对所述定位请求反馈该终端的该当前位置信息。
图4是根据本发明优选实施例的定位处理装置的框图二,如图4所示,该定位处理模块包括以下至少之一:
反馈单元42,设置为针对所述定位请求反馈一个固定位置信息;
偏移单元44,设置为根据该终端当前位置信息,按照预定方向偏移预定距离得到偏移位置信息,针对所述定位请求反馈该偏移位置信息;
随机映射单元46,设置为根据设置的随机映射算法计算得到随机位置信息,针对所述定位请求反馈该随机位置信息;
加权单元48,用根据该终端过去预定时间内在某固定地理位置所停留的时间,加权计算得到加权位置信息,针对所述定位请求反馈该加权位置信息。
图5是根据本发明优选实施例的定位处理装置的框图三,如图5所示,该加权单元48包括:
记录子单元52,设置为记录该终端在过去预定时间内的地理位置信息,并记录该终端在该地理位置信息的停留时间;
反馈子单元54,设置为针对所述定位请求反馈该停留时间中最短时间对应的地理位置信息。
图6是根据本发明优选实施例的定位处理装置的框图四,如图6所示,该定位处理模块26包括:
获取单元62,设置为获取上次对该终端当前位置信息进行计算时使用的预定算法;
计算单元64,设置为使用除上次使用的预定算法之外的预定算法对该终端当前位置信息进行计算,针对所述定位请求反馈计算后的位置信息。
下面以应用程序Appx为例对本发明实施例进行进一步说明。
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本可选实施例提出的安全定位的方法和移动终端,能够根据用户的需求对需要定位的应用进行管理,包括管理应用进行标准定位、安全定位(包括虚拟定位和智能定位),进而达到安全定位控制的目的,在一定程度上提高用户的行踪安全,包括以下内容:
建立定位服务应用规则,所述定位服务指的是GPS或LBS等位置信息服务,该定位服务规则包括标准定位和安全定位。其中,标准定位是根据标准的GPS或LBS定位得到的真实位置,向上层应用程序提供的位置是当前标准位置。安全定位是根据特定的计算方法,隐藏用户的真实位置,向上层应用程序提供的位置是安全位置,所述的安全位置可以是虚拟的,也可以是根据当前真实位置演化而来的特定位置。
当某应用Appx试图使用定位服务时,查询当前此应用程序被授权的定位规则,即当前此应用被授权为标准定位或是安全定位。根据查询的结果进行判断,当该应用Appx被授权使用标准定位,使用标准定位规则,移动终端将自身的标准位置上报给Appx,否则当该应用Appx被授权使用安全定位,Appx被授权使用安全定位,移动终端启动安全定位算法,移动终端根据安全定位算法,将自身的安全位置上报给Appx。其中,安全定位算法是指移动终端根据用户提前设定的或是终端预置的固定算法,设置为将用户当前的标准位置计算而得到一个安全位置。
本可选实施例可以根据用户的需求,为用户提供安全定位服务,一定程度上保护用户的行踪安全。
图7是根据本发明优选实施例的安全定位方法的流程图,如图7所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤S702,建立定位服务规则;
步骤S704,Appx向定位模块请求移动终端的位置;
步骤S706,通过查询模块查询Appx定位服务规则;
步骤S708,判定Appx是否已经获得了定位授权,如果Appx已经获得了定位授权,转向步骤S712,否则系统未对Appx授权定位信息,转向步骤S710;
步骤S710,通过显示模块提示用户对Appx授权定位服务规则,并向设置模块发送用户的选项;
优选的,本实施例向用户提示“当前Appx试图获取您的地理位置,是否允许?”,并向用户提供可选选项“是,标准定位”/“是,安全定位”/“否,不允许”。同时为用户解释各选项的含义;
步骤S712,通过设置模块查询Appx是否被授权为标准定位;如果Appx被授权为标准定位,那么转向步骤S716;否则转向步骤S714;
步骤S714,转向安全定位的流程,查询当前最优的安全定位算法T;
步骤S716,启动定位服务,向Appx返回用户当前的实际地理位置Location_Standard。所述安全定位算法,是指移动终端根据用户提前设定的或是终端预置的固定算法,设置为将用户当前的标准位置计算而得到一个安全位置。
本可选实施例提供了以下几种安全定位算法:
1、固定位置法,即不考虑用户的实际地址位置,每次向应用程序返回的的地址位置为固定位置。也就是为安全位置预置一个固定地理位置Location_Fixed,当应用程序请求用户的地理位置时,如果用户授权给此应用程序Appx安全定位规则时,将Location_Fixed返回给Appx。
2、固定方向偏移法,即根据用户的实际地址位置,按照固定方向偏移一定的距离,获得一个安全位置Location_Offset。当应用程序请求用户的地理位置时,如果用户授权给此应用程序Appx安全定位规则时,将Location_Offset返回给Appx;
3、随机算法,即提供一个随机映射的算法,计算得到一个安全位置Location_Radom。当应用程序请求用户的地理位置时,如果用户授权给此应用程序Appx安全定位规则时,将Location_Radom返回给Appx。此处的随机映射算法,可以按照目前比较成熟的Hash算法等,也可以按照下面的详细规则进行计算:记录用户在过去72小时内的地理位置,建立数组形式的数据结构Location_past72hour_list,以小时为单位,每小时记录一个地理位置,存储在其中。当Appx请求用户的地理位置时,检测当前的时间并获取小时值(如13点15分的小时值为13),且本次是Appx第n次请求用户的地理位置,则将Location_past72hour_list中的第N(N=n*13)个值所代表的地理位置赋值给Location_Radom发送给Appx。当N溢出Location_past72hour_list的数组大小(72)时,N=N-72。
4、智能加权算法,即根据用户过去一段时间在某固定地理位置所停留的时间,加权计算得到一个安全位置Location_weighting。关于Location_weighting的计算方法,可按照下面的详细规则进行计算。例如,记录用户在过去某段时间内(如120小时)的地理位置Location_past120hour_list,并记录用户在此地理位置停留的时间Location_time_past120hour_list。选取其中用户停留时间最短的一个地理位置赋值给Location_weighting,并返回给Appx。这样选取的原则是,过去一段时间内用户停留时间最短的地理位置,是相对最安全的一个位置。
本可选实施例对于最优的安全定位算法的筛选遵循以下规则:获取上次任意App请求地理位置时时选取的安全定位算法是第T个安全定位算法,本次选取第T+1个安全定位算法。
步骤S718,向定位模块查询当前移动终端的标准位置Location_Standard;
步骤S720,结合算法T和移动终端的标准位置Location_Standard得到安全位置Location_Safty。
本可选实施例只是给出了几种简单的安全定位算法,其他技术人员可以在此基础上进行相应的扩展和变形。
图8是根据本发明实施例的具有安全定位功能的移动终端的框图,如图8所示,所述移动终端可以包括:设置模块82、定位模块84、显示模块86、查询模块88、通 信模块810,其功能可以由本发明实施例中的接收模块22、获取模块24和定位处理模块26来实现,下面对各个模块进行简要说明。
设置模块82,设置为设置用户设定的安全定位算法,及移动终端预置的安全定位算法,同时设置为保存定位服务规则;
定位模块84,设置为根据设置模块82的安全定位算法以及定位服务规则,计算当前移动终端的位置,包括标准位置和安全位置;
显示模块86:设置为向用户显示必要的信息;同时设置为提示用户输入定位服务规则及定位算法等信息;
查询模块88:设置为向定位模块84查询当前移动终端的标准位置;同时设置为向设置模块82查询某应用程序被授权的定位服务规则及安全定位算法;
通信模块810,设置为在设置模块82、查询模块88、定位模块84、显示模块86之间完成消息传输。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例所涉及的移动终端,除包括实施例中所涉及的模块及单元之外,还包括本领域技术人员所公知的其它元件,为了突出本发明的发明思想,在本发明的实施例中只对涉及本发明的发明思想的模块进行了描述,对移动终端中公知的其它元件不再赘述。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种定位处理方法及装置,具有以下有益效果:解决了相关技术中对终端的定位单一且安全系数低的问题,进而达到了提高安全系数的效果。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种定位处理方法,包括:
    接收定位请求,其中,所述定位请求设置为指示对终端进行定位;
    根据所述定位请求获取预先建立的定位服务规则,其中,所述定位服务规则设置为确定所述终端的位置信息为除所述终端当前位置信息之外的位置信息;
    根据所述定位服务规则对所述终端进行定位处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    判断是否被授权为获取所述终端当前位置信息;
    在判断结果为是的情况下,针对所述定位请求反馈所述终端的所述当前位置信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据所述定位服务规则对所述终端进行定位处理包括以下至少之一:
    针对所述定位请求反馈一个固定位置信息;
    根据所述终端当前位置信息,按照预定方向偏移预定距离得到偏移位置信息,针对所述定位请求反馈所述偏移位置信息;
    根据设置的随机映射算法计算得到随机位置信息,针对所述定位请求反馈所述随机位置信息;
    根据所述终端过去预定时间内在某固定地理位置所停留的时间,加权计算得到加权位置信息,针对所述定位请求反馈所述加权位置信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,根据所述终端过去预定时间内在某固定地理位置所停留的时间,加权计算得到加权位置信息,针对所述定位请求反馈所述加权位置信息包括:
    记录所述终端在过去预定时间内的地理位置信息,并记录所述终端在所述地理位置信息的停留时间;
    针对所述定位请求反馈所述停留时间中最短时间对应的地理位置信息。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其中,根据所述定位服务规则对所述终端进行定位处理包括:
    获取上次对所述终端当前位置信息进行计算时使用的预定算法;
    使用除上次使用的预定算法之外的预定算法对所述终端当前位置信息进行计算,针对所述定位请求反馈计算后的位置信息。
  6. 一种定位处理装置,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收定位请求,其中,所述定位请求设置为指示对终端进行定位;
    获取模块,设置为根据所述定位请求获取预先建立的定位服务规则,其中,所述定位服务规则设置为确定所述终端的位置信息为除所述终端当前位置信息之外的位置信息;
    定位处理模块,设置为根据所述定位服务规则对所述终端进行定位处理。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    判断模块,设置为判断是否被授权为获取所述终端当前位置信息;
    反馈模块,设置为在判断结果为是的情况下,针对所述定位请求反馈所述终端的所述当前位置信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述定位处理模块包括以下至少之一:
    反馈单元,设置为针对所述定位请求反馈一个固定位置信息;
    偏移单元,设置为根据所述终端当前位置信息,按照预定方向偏移预定距离得到偏移位置信息,针对所述定位请求反馈所述偏移位置信息;
    随机映射单元,设置为根据设置的随机映射算法计算得到随机位置信息,针对所述定位请求反馈所述随机位置信息;
    加权单元,用根据所述终端过去预定时间内在某固定地理位置所停留的时间,加权计算得到加权位置信息,针对所述定位请求反馈所述加权位置信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述加权单元包括:
    记录子单元,设置为记录所述终端在过去预定时间内的地理位置信息,并记录所述终端在所述地理位置信息的停留时间;
    反馈子单元,设置为针对所述定位请求反馈所述停留时间中最短时间对应的地理位置信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其中,所述定位处理模块包括:
    获取单元,设置为获取上次对所述终端当前位置信息进行计算时使用的预定算法;
    计算单元,设置为使用除上次使用的预定算法之外的预定算法对所述终端当前位置信息进行计算,针对所述定位请求反馈计算后的位置信息。
  11. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,用于存储实现权利要求1至5中任一项方法所对应的计算机程序。
