Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation d'une capsule de boisson, où au moins une bride de la capsule de boisson est fabriquée dans un matériau stratifié comprenant au moins une couche d'aluminium et une ou plusieurs couches polymères. Un couvercle est appliqué à la bride en prenant en sandwich le couvercle et la bride entre un premier outil et un second outil et en comprimant le premier outil et le second outil ensemble afin de presser le couvercle et la bride. Le fait de presser le couvercle et la bride entre le premier outil et le second outil provoque un déplacement d'au moins une partie de la ou des couches polymères pour former au moins une section épaissie de bride et, de préférence, au moins une section amincie de bride. La présente invention concerne également une capsule de boisson associée, un système associé et un ensemble d'outils associé.
