Abstract
一种液晶面板注塑箱,包括侧壁(100)和底面板(200),侧壁(100)围绕在底面板(200)的四周,其中,底面板(200)包括内底板(210)和外底板(230),内底板(210)与外底板(230)之间设置有加强结构(220)。该液晶面板注塑箱,承载能力大大提高,不易变形,避免了注塑箱相互叠置影响液晶面板品质的问题,增加注塑箱回收次数,降低包装成本,解决了大尺寸注塑箱较重的问题。
Description
本发明涉及液晶面板制造包装领域,尤其涉及一种液晶面板注塑箱。
在电子行业中,电子产品的生产装配需要复杂的供应链支持。通常,电子产品的零部件在不同地方批量生产、制造,经过运输,统一运送至装配工厂进行组装。在液晶显示设备领域,液晶面板作为液晶显示设备的核心部件,在运输中需要考虑包装的可靠性。但是,在装载、运输过程中通常将装有液晶面板的包装箱相互堆叠,下层包装箱受到了多层堆叠后包装箱的挤压,由于传统的包装方式不能较好地承受外部压力,导致液晶面板产生变形,给企业带来不必要的损失。
传统注塑箱的底面板采用T型加强筋结构,底面板和加强筋壁较厚,在包装箱注塑成型时,由于收缩不均匀造成底面板下凹,随着注塑箱承载产品的时间增加,底面板下凹越来越严重,底面板下凹的存在导致了注塑箱体在堆叠时压迫箱内液晶面板,而这种底面板下凹的现象在包装箱注塑工艺上较难避免,同时,底面板下凹的注塑箱不利于回收使用,增加了包装成本。另外,在承载大尺寸液晶面板时,该种包装箱往往设计成大结构尺寸,增加了注塑箱的重量,不方便作业人员的工作,影响工作效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种液晶面板注塑箱,加强注塑箱底部结构强度,提高注塑箱底部平面度,节省材料,实现一种尺寸大、重量轻的注塑箱。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种液晶面板注塑箱,包括侧壁和底面板,所述侧壁围绕在所述底面板的四周,其中,所述底面板包括内底板和外底板,所述内底板与外底板之间设置有加强结构。
进一步地,所述加强结构由若干个单元组成,呈栅格状。
更进一步地,每一个所述单元均包括边框,所述边框连接所述内底板与外底板。
更进一步地,所述边框为多边形结构,与所述内底板和外底板围合形成的空间为中空。
更进一步地,所述边框为四边形,若干个所述四边形单元之间相互连接,使底面板的截面呈连续口字形结构。
更进一步地,所述边框为六边形,前后所述六边形单元依次连接,左右所述六边形单元交错连接,使所述加强结构呈蜂巢状。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的一种液晶面板注塑箱,具有结构简单、节省材料、平面度高、结构紧凑、受力均匀的特点,使注塑箱的承载能力大大提高,不易变形,避免了注塑箱相互叠置而影响液晶面板品质的问题,增加注塑箱回收次数,降低包
装成本,解决了大尺寸注塑箱较重的问题。

为了更好地阐述本发明的技术特点和结构,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
实施例1
参阅图1至图3,一种液晶面板注塑箱,包括侧壁100和底面板200,该侧壁100围绕在底面板200的四周,其中,该底面板200包括内底板210和外底板230,该内底板210与外底板230之间设置有加强结构220,该加强结构220用于提高注塑箱的结构强度和减轻重量。
该加强结构220由若干个单元221组成,呈栅格状。其中,每一个单元221均包括边框21,该边框21位于底面板200的内部,连接底面板200的内底板210与外底板230,与内底板210和外底板230形成空心区域,该空心区域用于减轻注塑箱的重量。加强结构220设计成栅格状结构,使注塑箱平面度高,结构紧凑,受力均匀,极大地提高注塑箱的承载能力,不易变形,同时,栅格中每一单元221的内部为中空结构,有助于节省底面板材料,减少重量,解决了
大尺寸注塑箱较重的问题。
该加强结构220为多边形栅格,每一个单元221的边框21为多边形结构。在设计制造过程中,可根据承载液晶面板的数量和重量,选择边框21的类型、壁厚和直径的大小。本实施例选取加强结构220中每一个单元221的边框21为四边形,若干个所述四边形单元221之间相互连接,使底面板200的截面呈连续口字形结构,口字形的中间区域为空心,有助于减轻注塑箱的重量。
实施例2
参阅图4,本实施例选取加强结构220中每一个单元221的边框21为六边形,前后的六边形单元221依次连接,左右的六边形单元221交错连接,使该加强结构220呈蜂巢状,位于底面板200的内底板210和外底板230之间。由基础物理知识可知,箱体的抗压强度由四面侧壁提供,且两面侧壁相交形成的楞所产生的抗压强度最大,经合理推断,当楞的数量增多,箱体所产生的抗压强度越大,因此,六边形的加强结构220有助于提高注塑箱的结构强度和承载能力。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种液晶面板注塑箱,具有结构简单、节省材料、平面度高、结构紧凑、受力均匀的特点,使注塑箱的承载能力大大提高,不易变形,避免了注塑箱相互叠置而影响液晶面板品质的问题,增加注塑箱回收次数,降低包装成本,解决了大尺寸注塑箱较重的问题。

- 一种液晶面板注塑箱,包括侧壁和底面板,所述侧壁围绕在所述底面板的四周,其中,所述底面板包括内底板和外底板,所述内底板与外底板之间设置有加强结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液晶面板注塑箱,其中,所述加强结构由若干个单元组成,呈栅格状。
- 根据权利要求2所述的液晶面板注塑箱,其中,每一个所述单元均包括边框,所述边框连接所述内底板与外底板。
- 根据权利要求3所述的液晶面板注塑箱,其中,所述边框为多边形结构,与所述与内底板和外底板围合形成的空间为中空。
- 根据权利要求4所述的液晶面板注塑箱,其中,所述边框为四边形,若干个所述四边形单元之间相互连接,使底面板的截面呈连续口字形结构。
- 根据权利要求4所述的液晶面板注塑箱,其中,所述边框为六边形,前后所述六边形单元依次连接,左右所述六边形单元交错连接,使所述加强结构呈蜂巢状。
