在其中一个实施例中,所述第一升降杆243于两第一连接杆2431铰接处设置有第一支撑柱245,所述垂直升降装置200上固定垂直设置有第一滑轨250,所述第一滑轨250上开设有第一滑槽251,所述第一支撑柱245卡持在所述第一滑槽251内并沿所述第一滑槽251上下往复运作,所述第一滑槽251对第一支撑柱245的运动轨迹进行限位,使得第一升降杆243的升降轨迹沿着第一滑轨250方向上下运作,避免了第一升降杆243的位移偏移对产品的使用效果造成影响。
所述第二升降杆244于两第二连接杆2441铰接处设置有第二支撑柱246,所述电视显示屏300后端部固定设置有第二滑轨320,所述第二滑轨320相对于导轨310垂直设置;所述第二滑轨320上开设有第二滑槽321,所述第二支撑柱246卡持在所述第二滑槽321内并沿所述第二滑槽321上下往复运作,所述第二滑槽321对第二支撑柱246的运动轨迹进行限位,使得第二升降杆244的升降轨迹沿着第二滑轨320方向上下运作,避免了第二升降杆244的位移偏移对产品的使用效果造成影响。
本实用新型使用时,电机220驱动滑杆230转动,螺母件241带动第一连接杆2431相对运动,第一滑轨250沿着第一滑槽251上升运作,进而带动第二连接杆2441相对运动,第二滑轨320沿着第二滑座向下运作,同时,卡持在导轨310内的滑块242相对运作,电视显示屏300在支撑杆240的作用下缓慢从柜体100的开口110处凸伸出来,此时,电视显示屏300的下端面与柜体100的上端面持平,使得产品展示更为美观。
当不使用电视显示屏300时,用户可根据需要将电视显示屏300收容至柜 体100内,此时,电机220驱动滑杆230反方向转动,螺母件241带动第一连接杆2431相离运作,第一滑轨250沿着第一滑槽251下降运作,进而带动第二连接杆2441相离运动,第二滑轨320沿着第二滑座向上运作,同时,卡持在导轨310内的滑块242相离运作,电视显示屏300在支撑杆240的作用下缓慢从开口110处落入到柜体100内,此时,电视显示屏300的上端面与柜体100的上端面持平,使得产品展示更为美观,保证了灰尘不会从开口110处落入到柜体100内。
综上所述,本实用新型多功能电视音响柜通过在柜体100内设置可升降的电视显示屏300,需要时通过垂直升降装置200将电视显示屏300升起,看完后降下收入到柜体100内,使得产品更为隐蔽美观,大大提高了居室内的空间利用率;同时,将系统电路板设置在柜体内,使得电视显示屏300与系统电路板分离设置,减少了电视显示屏300内繁冗的元器件,降低了电视显示屏300的厚度,使得电视显示屏300的制作成本降低。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能电视音响柜,其特征在于:包括柜体(100)、垂直升降装置(200)及电视显示屏(300),所述垂直升降装置(200)设置在所述柜体(100)后侧部,所述电视显示屏(300)固定在所述垂直升降装置(200)上;所述柜体(100)上设置有喇叭装置(150),所述柜体(100)柜内安置有系统电路板,所述电视显示屏(300)及喇叭装置(150)分别与系统电路板电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能电视音响柜,其特征在于:所述柜体(100)包括主柜(120)、分别设置在主柜(120)两侧的左柜(130)及右柜(140),所述喇叭装置(150)分别设置在左柜(130)及右柜(140)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能电视音响柜,其特征在于:所述主柜(120)上端部设置有控制面板(160)。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能电视音响柜,其特征在于:所述主柜(120)下端部开设有收容槽,所述收容槽内容置有重低音装置(170),所述重低音装置(170)周侧附着有海绵体(180)。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能电视音响柜,其特征在于:所述柜体(100)顶部开设有开口(110),所述电视显示屏(300)匹配所述开口(110)设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能电视音响柜,其特征在于:所述垂直升降装置(200)包括基座(210)、电机(220)、滑杆(230)及支撑杆(240),所述基座(210)设置在所述柜体(100)后侧部,所述电机(220)固定设置在所述基座(210)一侧,所述电机(220)带动所述滑杆(230)转动;所述滑杆(230)上设置有螺纹部(232),所述支撑杆(240)一端固定设置有螺母件(241),所述螺母件(241)与所述螺纹部(232)螺纹连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能电视音响柜,其特征在于:所述电机(220)一端固定设置有第一齿轮(221),所述滑杆(230)一端固定设置有第二齿轮(231),所述第一齿轮(221)及第二齿轮(231)相互啮合。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能电视音响柜,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(240)包括第一升降杆(243)及第二升降杆(244),所述第一升降杆(243)及第二升降杆(244)为X形构造,所述第一升降杆(243)与第二升降杆(244) 铰接设置,所述螺母件(241)固定在所述第二升降杆(244)一端,所述滑块(242)固定设置在所述第一升降杆(243)一端;所述第一升降杆(243)为两第一连接杆(2431)在交叉点铰接而成,所述第二升降杆(244)为两第二连接杆(2441)在交叉点铰接而成。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的多功能电视音响柜,其特征在于:所述第一升降杆(243)于两第一连接杆(2431)铰接处设置有第一支撑柱(245),所述垂直升降装置(200)上固定垂直设置有第一滑轨(250),所述第一滑轨(250)上开设有第一滑槽(251),所述第一支撑柱(245)卡持在所述第一滑槽(251)内并沿所述第一滑槽(251)运作。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的多功能电视音响柜,其特征在于:所述第二升降杆(244)于两第二连接杆(2441)铰接处设置有第二支撑柱(246),所述电视显示屏(300)后端部固定设置有第二滑轨(320),所述第二滑轨(320)相对于导轨(310)垂直设置;所述第二滑轨(320)上开设有第二滑槽(321),所述第二支撑柱(246)卡持在所述第二滑槽(321)内并沿所述第二滑槽(321)运作。
