Abstract

The invention solves the structural adjustment of the lock, in particular of the automobile, where the latch is not leaning on the ratchet in the open state, but on the new part of assembly - sprung stop of the latch, which is in the set with ratchet fixed to the pivot of the ratchet. This causes that in the open lock the latch is leaning on the sprung stop of the latch and when closing, or the rotation of the ratchet from the open state to the closed state, there is no friction between the ratchet and the latch.

Description

Structural adjustment assembly of the lock, in particular for the automobile
Technology area
The invention relates to structural adjustments of the automobile lock from the reason of the reduction of friction during the opening and closing of the lock and from the reason of the reduction of the dimension of the entire assembly of the lock.
Present condition of technology
At the present time the latch of the lock is leaning on the ratchet in the open position. The disadvantage of this solution is the fact that ratchet must be of such specific shape that allows the leaning of the latch in the open state and this has the effect on its size, and therefore also on the dimension of the whole assembly of the lock, in particular in the Y-axis of the lock. Another disadvantage of the current design construction is the fact that when closing, rotation of the ratchet from the open state to the closed state, thanks to the great friction areas there occurs the increased friction between the ratchet and the latch, and thereby the closing force increases by the friction and the mutual wear out of the latch and the ratchet.
Another disadvantage is the rapid wear out of the friction surfaces in a dusty environment.
Principle of technical solution
The above-mentioned disadvantages to a large extent eliminates the proposed technical solution, where the latch is not in the open state leaning on the ratchet, but on the new part of assembly - sprung stop of the latch, which is in the set with ratchet fixed to the pivot of the ratchet. This causes that in the open lock the latch is leaning on the sprung stop of the latch and when closing, or the rotation of the ratchet from the open state to the closed state, there is no friction between the ratchet and the latch.
Thereby the increase of closing force caused by the friction and the mutual wear out of the latch and the ratchet or by function in a dusty environment does not occur. Another advantage of this solution is the fact that the ratchet is in the Y-axis of the lock substantially shorter and thereby the smaller assembly dimensions of the lock are achieved.
List of pictures on the drawings The technical solution according to the invention will be closer explained using the drawing, where the figure 1 shows the ratchet, the latch and the stop of the latch in the closed state of the lock, figure 2 illustrates the ratchet, the latch and the stop of the latch in the open state of the lock, and figure 3 shows the three basic parts of the set in the break up.
Example of technical solution conduct
On the pin 2 of the ratchet 1 there is placed a sprung stop 3 of the latch 4. The latch 4 is to be pivotly fastened on the pin 5 of the latch 4. The release of lock occurs by the rotation of the latch 4 from the limit position "closed/locked" to the limit position "released/unlocked". This leads to the release of the sprung ratchet 1 and this ratchet is by the force of the spring moved to the limit position "open". At the same time, there occurs the rotation of the sprung stop 3 by the force of the spring to the limit position "supported by/underpinned", in which it forms the hard stop for the latch 4, so that the latch will remain in a limit position "released/unlocked". The locking of the lock happens by the rotation of the ratch 1 from the limit position "open" to the limit position "closed", usually by the stirrup 6, which is part of the counterpart of the seat. After the ratchet 1 reaches the limit position "closed", it will push by the functional parts to the sprung stop 3, and moves it to the limit position "non-supported by/non-underpinned". Then the sprung latch returned by the spring to the limit position "locked/closed".
Industrial applicability
This technical solution can be used especially for the automobile locks.
