具体实施方式
在当前终端设备内容非常丰富并且飞速增加的情况下,用户需要一种方便灵活的方式来管理这些内容。一种比较方便的方式就是设置标签。遇到需要标记的内容,贴上标签之后,这个内容就会显示标签所对应的显示风格并且被以标签所对应的个性化方式管理,而所有贴过标签的内容可以在一个统一的入口进行访问和管理。标签会给内容附加特殊的视效风格,也可以对其进行快速定位,而且用户可以通过对标签的操作来完成对所有此标签所标记内容的操作,这对数量较多,位置分散的内容来说非常便捷。
为了实现基于标签的个性化管理,本发明实施例提供一种内容管理方法如图1所示,该方法包括:

为了实现本发明,需要建立并维护标签数据库、标签记录数据库和应用状态表,其中,所述标签数据库用于存储可设置的标签,所述标签记录数据库用于存储已设置标签的记录,所述应用状态表用于保存应用支持所述内容管理的情况,需要说明的是,对基本类型的内容的操作,与标签数据库和/或标签记录数据库相关;对扩展类型的内容的操作,与标签数据库和/或标签记录数据库和/或应用状态表相关。
需要说明的是,本步骤中所述的内容可以是系统中的所有内容,也可以是系统中的部分内容,所述操作信息具体基于用户对所述内容的标签的操作生成。例如,对标签为“不好听”的音频内容执行删除操作、对标签为“发送xx”的图片内容进行复制操作等。

关于用户操作的内容,类型可以包括基本类型和/或扩展类型;具体的, 当内容的类型为基本类型时,直接对所述内容执行所述操作信息相应的操作;当内容的类型为扩展类型时,通知相应的应用对所述内容执行所述操作信息相应的操作,具体实施例中,可以将以单个文件在终端设备上存储的内容认为是基本类型的内容,在终端设备上存储的除基本类型内容以外的其他内容均认为是扩展类型的内容。
标签作为一个类别描述体,拥有文字描述和图标标记,需要一个专有数据库TLable(标签数据库)来描述,这个数据库可以预置“喜欢”,“讨厌”,“工作”,“情感”等几种常用标签,用户可以对这些标签的名称和图标进行编辑替换,用户也可以新建标签。在一具体实施例中,如图2所示,所述标签数据库的数据结构包括以下一项或多项:标签ID、标签描述和标签图标信息。其中,标签ID是一个数字标记,完全确定了一个标签,不可更改。标签描述是简洁的文字性描述,比如“喜欢”“学习”等,标签图标信息可以是简洁的图标资源,比如“学习”标签可以选择一本书的小图标,这个图标资源可以被应用使用,用来标记内容。
标签记录表也需要一个TRecord(标签记录数据库),该数据库在用户操作之前是空的,每当用户标记一个内容时,该数据库增加一项。在一具体实施例中,如图3所示,所述标签记录数据库的数据结构包括以下一项或多项:标签ID、内容类型、内容描述、相关应用、差异视效标记、内容移动描述。其中,标签ID决定了该内容所贴的标签;内容类型包含图片,视频,音频,文本和扩展类型,前面四种可以归为基本类型,共同特点是在终端设备存储上以单个文件的形式表现出来,*.jpg,*,txt等,他们都是一个File,区别是后缀名不同。扩展类型是针对特殊内容的,可以包含除基本类型之外的所有内容类型,比如短信,微信,它不是一个独立的文件,而是应用内部的存储数据,它以应用自身认可的方式存储并呈现,它的移动,删除等操作需要应用自身的配合;内容描述记录了内容所存储的位置, 针对扩展类型来说则保持了内容的完整描述;相关应用指的是支持本标签并加以呈现的应用,比如某个图片在图片浏览器内被贴“喜欢”的标签后,相关应用就是指图片浏览器;差异视效标记就是本应用对该标签所支持的视效ID,标签所标记的内容呈现差异视效是为了方便对内容的浏览以及操作,例如,在图片浏览器中对“喜欢”标签可以以放大,加边框等形式体现,每一种视效对应一个ID。内容移动描述针对扩展类型的内容类型,描述该内容是否支持删除,复制,和移动。
为了实现对扩展类型内容的操作,还需要存在一个应用状态表(TA),一般情况下,当系统启动或安卓安装包(APK)被安装时,会解析应用的APK文件,如果应用支持标签操作,则根据解析结果构成应用状态表,应用状态表的内容会显示给用户浏览,以便帮助用户了解在哪些应用里可以设置标签,在这些应用里如何操作可以修改跟标签相关的设置项(如果不能修改则不需添加这些内容)。
为了实现对应用的自动解析,可以由应用在自身的指定资源目录(如res/values/)下建立一个指定名称(如TagIntroduce.xml)的文件(如附图4所示),里面以树形标签app,appname,appicon,introduce,tagintroduce分别保存本应用的包名,名称,图标,简介和标签功能描述。当本应用的内容为自定义格式(比如短信会话,通话记录)时,需要对这些内容的拷贝,移动做出支持,例如,在TagIntroduce.xml添加相应的Intent,并且监听该Intent,以便处理来自系统的内容复制,移动和删除操作请求。还有intentintroduce标签,该标签是针对扩展类型的内容,这种内容的复制,移动删除操作需要应用自身来完成,其中intent为应用自定义的字符串,根据这个接收系统发来的内容操作请求。相应的,解析过程包括了res目录下的所有文件,当解析到TagIntroduce.xml时,就按照解析结果把应用信息和标签操作说明记录到应用状态表。
基于图4所示的描述文件,还可以定义针对扩展类型的内容的删除,复制,移动消息如图5所示,其中Intent来源于intentintroduce标签的解析,它是应用接收Intent的依据;Action有copy/move/del三种,表明该Intent是复制,移动还是删除操作;URL表明移动的目的地;content来源于TRecord中的内容描述(如图3中的内容描述)。
根据上述描述可以看出,本发明实施例中,对基本类型的内容的操作,与标签数据库和/或标签记录数据库相关;对扩展类型的内容的操作,与标签数据库和/或标签记录数据库和/或应用状态表相关。
用户对内容的操作包括以下一种或多种:设置标签、取消标签、基于标签的内容删除、基于标签的内容复制、基于标签的内容移动。
在一具体实施例中,该方法还包括:

本发明一实施例中,所述基本类型包括以下一种或多种:图片、视频、音频、文本。
本发明一实施例中,为了给用户展示当前终端内部应用对标签规范的支持状态和操作说明,可以在系统启动时检查当前已安装的APK信息,查看其指定资源目录(如res/value)下有没有指定名称(如ExComFunction.xml)的文件,如果有则说明其支持本系统的标签规范,然后将其解析,把应用描述,应用图标,标签使用说明记录在一个表TA里。如果应用的内容是自定义格式的话,还需解析intentintroduce标签。系统会监听应用的安装和卸载消息,当有应用被安装或删除时,系统会更新TA。TA的内容会在应用状态界面进行显示,用户可以在这浏览哪些应用支持标签,如何操作这些 标签以及相关内容。
本发明一实施例中,系统预置标签有“喜欢”“讨厌”“学习”等几种标签,预置在数据库TLable里。系统会给用户提供一个界面来浏览已有的标签,并让用户可以对已有的标签更改说明,更改图标,也可以新建标签。
本发明一实施例中,为了用户方便地管理已贴过标签的内容,需要对所有已贴过标签的内容有个浏览界面。它有两种浏览方式:应用浏览方式和标签浏览方式。每一种都是树形结构。应用浏览方式,第一级包含终端上支持标签规范并且已贴过标签的应用名称和图标,单击打开其中一个,可以看到下一级该应用贴过标签的内容列表。标签浏览方式,第一级是标签列表,单击打开可以看到下一级按照应用分类的标签内容。在查看设置标签内容时可以对其进行去标签操作,也可以对标签内容进行内容移动和删除操作。对视频,文本,音频,图片四种标签,这些操作在File里有android接口支持,对扩展类型的内容,需要根据应用状态表TA中记录的intentintroduce信息,结合标签记录里的内容描述,构建Intent,发给应用,让应用完成内容的删除,复制,移动操作。
一具体实施例中,应用可以对单个内容实现差异化视效,差异化视效首先是在浏览界面的单个内容的视图View上叠加一个图标显示区域,这样当用户贴上标签后,标签图标可以显示在这里。其次,应用可以自定义对单个内容做出其他差异化视效来提升用户体验,比如文件浏览器的差异化视效可以是在树形文件列表里对某一文件显示特殊图标;Launcher可以对某一个程序的图标添加边框背景;短信可以对某一个会话背景色加深等。
一具体实施例中,可以预先约定设置标签和取消标签的操作,例如双击,这样有利于用户操作统一,进而能够提高用户体验。例如,当用户对可选内容双击设置标签时,需要读取标签数据库TLable来向用户提供标签的选项。当用户选择标签之后,应用会在标签记录数据库TRecord中新增 一项内容,该内容里标签ID为刚才用户选择的标签;内容类型为五种类型之一;内容描述一般为文件完整路径,对扩展类型来说是自定义内容描述;相关应用则是用户设置标签时所处的应用;差异视效ID在应用支持多套视效情况下有用;内容移动描述说明了该内容是否可以复制,移动和删除,正常情况下是需要全部支持的。当用户对已贴过内容的标签再次双击时,应用需要在标签记录数据库TRecord中删除对应的项。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例描述的内容管理流程如图8所示,其中S101至S105是用户操作部分,S201至S204是本系统实现的部分,S301至S302是应用实现部分,该流程包括:
当用户选择打开服务时(S101),系统会进行初始化(S201)。初始化工作里系统会建立并维护一个标签数据库TLable(该数据库保存所有可贴的标签,初始时有几个预置标签,用户可以自行添加),还会建立一个标签记录数据库TRecord(该表保存所有已贴过标签的记录,初始为空)。除了这两个数据库,系统还解析应用目录下的TagIntroduce.xml文件并将该应用的名称,图标,标签说明,以及针对扩展类型的消息标记等信息记录在一个 表TA里,系统还会监听应用的安装和卸载以便更新该表。应用状态界面会显示TA的内容以便用户了解可以在哪些应用里使用标签。用户在该应用里浏览内容的时候双击来贴上标签(S103),应用会将标签记录保存在TRecord里,并实时对该内容显示效果做出更新(S302)。贴了标签之后,用户可以在应用里看出哪个内容被贴了标签,也可以在系统提供的记录浏览入口来查看贴过标签的内容,并对其做出复制移动删除操作(S104),当该操作是针对扩展类型时,需要发送一个Intent来使得应用自己处理(S302),该Intent的构造在标签规范中有说明。除了浏览标签内容,用户也可以在系统提供的标签浏览入口查看当前所有可用标签并对其做出编辑,也可以新增标签。
以图片浏览器为例阐释上述过程如下:
准备工作:图片浏览器支持标签规范,把自己的信息和标签操作描述写在在TagIntroduce.xml里。图片浏览器在自己的双击响应里进行设置标签响应。图片浏览器在构建自己的图片浏览界面时,对单个图片的视图构建有特殊布局,该布局需要包括左上角图标显示,其他的由图片浏览器自主决定,可以增加边框,也可以调整大小,不增加处理也可以(因为左上角的图标已经可以将设置标签的内容与未设置标签的区分出来)。例如,在menu菜单单击‘标签视效’会出现边框选择界面等说明信息。这些信息被系统解析后会在应用状态浏览界面显示,用户在这可以了解到图片浏览器支持贴标签操作,也能了解到如何去设置标签所对应的视效。
过程:本系统启动时检查到图片浏览器的res/value目录下有TagIntroduce.xml,随将其进行解析并加入应用状态表TA。这样,当用户打开系统的应用状态浏览界面时可以看到图片浏览器的描述,这样用户知道在图片浏览器可以使用标签。当用户在图片浏览器内双击某个图片P1给其贴上标签T1后,图片浏览器一方面更改P1的显示视效(包括将T1的图标显示到P1的左上方),另一方面在标签记录表TRecord里增加一项内容, 该内容格式参考附图3。标签ID是标签T的ID;内容类型是图片;内容路径就是该图标的存储路径;相关应用是图片浏览器;内容移动描述为支持复制移动删除。当用户退出图片浏览器进入系统的标签内容浏览界面时,也可以看到该图片的描述。用户可以对设置标签的图片进行复制,移动,删除,去标签操作,复制移动删除的操作按照文件的操作来进行,使用已有的文件操作接口实现。
进一步的,当用户在图片浏览器对某张图片双击贴上一个标签T时,图片浏览器在构建显示视图时会改变该图片的缩略图显示布局,该布局首先在左上角有一个图标显示,这个图标来源于标签数据库中标签T所对应的图标,其次会增加一个背景边框。这样被贴上标签的图片缩略图上会显示背景边框和标签图标。
实施例2
本实施例描述一种内容管理系统结构,如图9所示,该系统包括核心系统、应用和用户三部分。实现部分为应用和核心系统两部分,核心系统主要模块包括:存储模块M01,管理模块M03,用户交互模块M02。各模块功能描述如下:
应用作为浏览内容的主要窗口,需要支持标签规范,需要支持设置标签和去标签的操作响应,需要支持标签对应的单个内容视效差异的实现。当应用支持标签规范时,系统可以查到该应用的描述并显示给用户,用户可以在该应用里进行标签操作。应用每次加载内容前需要读取标签记录表TRecord跟本应用相关的记录,加载每一项内容时对比着看一下本内容是不是已经被贴过标签的,没有贴过的按照正常的显示方式来显示,被贴过的按照标签记录的视效方案ID来显示对应视效。当内容是扩展类型时,需要在TagIntroduce.xml里对添加intent描述,以便M03模块对其发送相应的消息来操作内容。
核心模块的存储模块M01主要是三个存储单位。第一个是标签数据库TLable,用来管理当前所有标签。第二个是标签记录数据库TRecord,用来记录已经被设置标签的内容。第三个是应用状态表TA,用来保存当前哪些应用支持标签规范及其描述。TLable通过用户交互模块M02跟用户打交道。TRecord主要是被应用所修改,可以被应用增加项和删除项(对应设置标签和去标签),也可以通过M02模块被用户修改(去标签)。应用状态表TA被管理模块M03维护。
应用交互模块M02主要作用是向用户提供三个入口。第一个入口是应用状态界面,帮助用户查看应用状态表TA,用户由此可知哪些应用可以设置标签以及相关操作。用户不可在该界面进行操作。第二个入口是标签浏览界面,用户可以在这里查看所有的标签,并对其进行编辑,编辑内容限于标签描述和标签图标。用户也可以在这里新增标签。第三个入口是标签记录浏览界面。用户可以在这里查看所有已贴过标签的内容,并对其复制,移动或删除。用户可以在这里对某个内容进行去标签操作。
管理模块M03用来查询并解析应用的TagIntroduce.xml,以此来维护应用状态表TA。当用户在M02模块上对内容进行复制移动时,管理模块需要利用平台的文件处理接口处理内容的复制和移动操作,遇到扩展类型的内容时,需要发送符合标签规范格式的intent通知应用对该内容做出复制,移动或删除操作。
本发明实施例所述的技术方案可以根据用户的意志更好地管理终端设备上的内容,在当前终端设备同质化现象严重的情况下具有较大的意义。该标签系统跟应用联合起作用的,具有平台属性,对产品的生态建设具有不可低估的意义。
上述各单元可以由电子设备中的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU)、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)或可编程逻辑阵 列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)实现。

  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,该装置还包括存储模块,
    所述存储模块,配置为存储标签数据库、标签记录数据库和应用状态表,其中,所述标签数据库用于存储可设置的标签,所述标签记录数据库用于存储已设置标签的记录,所述应用状态表用于保存应用支持所述内容管理的情况;
    所述管理模块,配置为根据标签数据库和/或标签记录数据库,对基本 类型的内容进行操作,以及在操作完成后对标签数据库和/或标签记录数据库进行更新;以及根据标签数据库和/或标签记录数据库和/或应用状态表,对基本类型的内容进行操作,以及在操作完成后对标签数据库和/或标签记录数据库进行更新。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,
    所述存储模块存储的标签数据库的数据结构包括以下一项或多项:标签ID、标签描述和标签图标信息;
    所述存储模块存储的标签记录数据库的数据结构包括以下一项或多项:标签ID、内容类型、内容描述、相关应用、差异视效标记、内容移动描述。
  12. 根据权利要求8至11任一项所述的装置,其中,
    所述用户交互模块获取的操作信息包括以下一种或多种:设置标签、取消标签、基于标签的内容删除、基于标签的内容复制、基于标签的内容移动。
  13. 根据权利要求8至11任一项所述的装置,其中,所述用户交互模块还用于展示以下一项或多项:
    应用状态表;
    可设置的标签;
    已设置标签的内容。
  14. 一种计算机存储介质,其中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行所述权利要求1至7任一项所述的方法。
