若不存在,则第一终端设备可以不作处理,或是保持监听,以便能够及时通过PXP profile感知到在指定范围内出现了第二终端设备。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例所指的“第一终端设备”或“第二终端设备”等并不限定于网络系统中固定某一个或几个终端设备,网络系统中的任意一个终端设备可以称为“第一终端设备”,例如:在初始时刻,比如服务设备上电后,网络系统中的第一个向服务设备发出建立连接的请求,并执行服务设备提供的业务功能的终端设备可以称为“第一终端设备”;例如:服务设备也可以通过PXP profile获取指定范围内的各个终端设备状态信息,并根据本地存储的一种业务功能的优先级信息,确定优先权最大的终端设备,并主动发起连接,在该优先权最大的终端设备与服务设备建立连接,并执行这一种业务功能后,该优先权最大的终端设备可以称为“第一终端设备”。
在执行服务设备提供的第一业务功能时,在网络系统中优先权大于 “第一终端设备”的一个终端设备可以称为“第二终端设备”,若在网络系统中出现多个优先权大于“第一终端设备”的终端设备,则可以将优先权最高的终端设备称为“第二终端设备”。
本发明实施例提供的一种基于蓝牙的处理信息的方法,网络系统中的第一终端设备,检测在指定范围内是否存在第二终端设备,其中,第二终端设备执行服务设备提供的第一业务功能的优先级至少高于第一终端设备,若存在,则第一终端设备断开与服务设备建立的用于执行第一业务功能的连接,并向第二终端设备发送第一通知,使得第二终端设备与服务设备建立连接并执行第一业务功能。相对于现有技术,本发明实施例能够在车辆乘员执行车机设备的业务功能的过程中,自动控制乘员的终端设备与车机设备建立或断开连接,从而避免了乘员尤其是司机的手动操作,防止司机由于手动操作手机而影响司机开车时的注意力,提高了行车的安全性。

其中,检测列表中记录至少一种所述服务设备提供的业务功能。在检 测列表中所记录的可以是服务设备所能够提供的所有的业务功能,也可以是服务设备所能够提供的所有的业务功能中的一种或几种,例如:服务设备能够提供5种不同的业务功能供终端设备使用,则服务设备可以将这5种业务功能都记录在检测列表中,并在网络系统中广播;或者服务设备可以将其中的4种记录在检测列表中,并在网络系统中广播。需要说明的是,本发明实施例中并不限定终端设备获取检测列表的具体方式,比如:检测列表可以由服务设备生成并广播给网络系统中的终端设备,也可以由终端设备与服务设备建立连接后自动发送给所连接的终端设备,还可以由用户在终端设备上预先设定。
在不同应用场景中,服务设备所提供的业务功能的重要程度存在区别,第一终端设备可以依据不同业务功能的优先级检测是否存在第二终端设备。在本发明实施例中,可以设定多种检测列表,并依据不同业务功能的优先级在不同检测列表中检测是否存在第二终端设备。第一终端设备根据检测列表的不同,判定在当前正在执行的业务功能的优先级是否需要作为检测第二终端设备的存在的依据。第一终端设备可以向服务设备请求查询当前的检测列表,服务设备向第一终端设备反馈用于表示当前检测列表的信息;或者第一终端设备也可以根据当前时间获取检测列表,不同时间段对应不同的检测列表;或者由用户在第一终端设备设定检测列表,或是用户在服务设备设定检测列表,再由服务设备向第一终端设备反馈用于表示当前检测列表的信息。

需要说明的是,在实际的应用场景中,网络系统中往往会存在多个终端设备,其中一个终端设备在执行一项业务功能,可能会在指定范围内感知到优先级大于自己的终端设备或者也可能会内感知到优先级小于自己的终端设备。下面以车载场景为例,在车辆中,车机设备作为服务设备,乘员的智能手机都开启蓝牙功能,并建立了互信。智能手机之间通过PXP profile相互感知,并可以通过FMP profile相互通讯。车机设备开启蓝牙功能并可以与智能手机的建立连接,本发明实施例应用在车载场景中所需执行的流程可以包括:
1、智能手机A已与车机设备建立蓝牙连接,并正在执行蓝牙免提通话功能和蓝牙立体声功能。其中,智能手机A即可作为“第一终端设备”。
2、智能手机A判断用户是否主动断开智能手机A与车机设备的蓝牙连接。
2.1、若用户主动断开智能手机A与车机设备的蓝牙连接,则智能手机A查询存储在本地的蓝牙免提通话功能的优先级信息和蓝牙立体声功能的优先级信息,并通过PXP profile获取车内其他智能手机的状态信息。再依据蓝牙免提通话功能的优先级信息和蓝牙立体声功能的优先级信息,检测在车内是否存在其他智能手机的优先级低于智能手机A。其中,由于蓝牙为一种短距无线通信技术,且车辆的行驶速度较快,车内的智能手机和车机设备难以通过蓝牙与车外的其他终端设备建立连接,因此这里可以将车内空间作为指定范围。其中,智能手机A本地存储的优先级信息表示各个智能手机执行该业务功能的优先顺序。排列优先顺序所涉及的智能手机,可以从智能手机A与车载环境中其他智能手机建立互信时生成的互信列表中确定,该优先顺序的具体排列方式可以由用户预先设定;或是由车机设备根据车载环境中其他智能手机执行该业务功能的频率、使用时间等参数自动排列。
2.1.1、若智能手机A检测到智能手机B的优先级低于智能手机A,则智 能手机A发送第三通知给智能手机B,智能手机B接到第三通知后与车机设备建立连接,并执行蓝牙免提通话功能和/或蓝牙立体声功能。其中,智能手机B即可作为“第三终端设备”,车机设备可以根据智能手机B的请求为智能手机B提供蓝牙免提通话功能或者蓝牙立体声功能,或者为智能手机B同时提供蓝牙免提通话功能或者蓝牙立体声功能。
2.1.2、若智能手机A没有在车内检测到优先级低于智能手机A的其他智能手机,则不做处理。
2.2、若用户没有主动断开智能手机A与车机设备的蓝牙连接,智能手机A依然与车机设备保持连接。则智能手机A查询存储在本地的蓝牙免提通话功能的优先级信息和蓝牙立体声功能的优先级信息,并通过PXP profile获取车内其他智能手机的状态信息。再依据蓝牙免提通话功能的优先级信息和蓝牙立体声功能的优先级信息,检测在车内是否存在其他智能手机的优先级高于智能手机A。
2.2.1、若智能手机A检测到智能手机C,且智能手机C执行蓝牙免提通话功能和蓝牙立体声功能中的任意一项的优先级高于智能手机A,或者智能手机C执行蓝牙免提通话功能和蓝牙立体声功能中的优先级都高于智能手机A,则智能手机A断开与车机设备的蓝牙连接,并向智能手机C发送第一通知,智能手机C接到第一通知后与车机设备建立连接,并执行蓝牙免提通话功能和/或蓝牙立体声功能。其中,智能手机C即可作为“第二终端设备”。
智能手机C在使用完蓝牙免提通话功能和蓝牙立体声功能后,可以主动断开与车机设备的蓝牙连接,并向智能手机A发送第二通知,智能手机A收到第二通知后可以与车机设备重新建立蓝牙连接,并继续执行蓝牙免提通话功能和蓝牙立体声功能。
2.2.2、若智能手机A没有在车内检测到优先级高于智能手机A的其他智能手机,则智能手机A保持监听其他智能手机。
在本发明实施例提供的103-104中,针对第一业务功能,优先级大于 第一终端设备的第二终端设备在执行完业务功能后,能够自动释放蓝牙连接,并通知优先级小的第一终端设备继续执行第一业务功能。以及在201-203的方法流程中,针对第二业务功能,优先级大于第三终端设备的第一终端设备在执行完业务功能后,能够自动释放蓝牙连接,并通知优先级小的第三终端设备开始执行第二业务功能。相对于现有技术,本发明实施例在自动控制乘员的终端设备与车机设备建立或断开连接的过程中,不仅可以自动断开优先级较小的终端设备与服务设备的连接,以保证优先级较大的终端设备能够及时连接服务设备并执行业务功能,还能够在优先级较大的终端设备执行完毕该业务功能后,自动触发优先级较小的终端设备重新连接服务设备并继续执行该业务功能。使得乘员尤其是司机在执行完毕所需的业务功能后,不需要手动操作断开连接,从而更进一步防止司机由于手动操作手机而影响司机开车时的注意力,提高了行车的安全性。

本发明实施例提供的一种终端设备,网络系统中的第一终端设备,检测在指定范围内是否存在第二终端设备,其中,第二终端设备执行服务设备提供的第一业务功能的优先级至少高于第一终端设备,若存在,则第一终端设备断开与服务设备建立的用于执行第一业务功能的连接,并向第二终端设备发送第一通知,使得第二终端设备与服务设备建立连接并执行第一业务功能。相对于现有技术,本发明实施例能够在车辆乘员执行车机设备的业务功能的过程中,自动控制乘员的终端设备与车机设备建立或断开连接,从而避免了乘员尤其是司机的手动操作,防止司机由于手动操作手机而影响司机开车时的注意力,提高了行车的安全性。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于设备实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所述,仅为本发明实施例的具体实施方式,但本发明实施例的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明实施例揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明实施例的保护范围之内。因此,本发明实施例的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种基于蓝牙的处理信息的方法,其特征在于,所述方法用于一种网络系统,所述网络系统至少包括了服务设备和至少两个终端设备;所述网络系统中的终端设备用于与所述服务设备建立连接,并通过所建立的连接执行所述服务设备提供的业务功能;所述方法包括:
    所述网络系统中的第一终端设备检测在指定范围内是否存在第二终端设备,其中,所述第二终端设备执行所述服务设备提供的第一业务功能的优先级高于所述第一终端设备,所述第一终端设备与所述服务设备连接并执行所述第一业务功能;
    若存在,则所述第一终端设备断开与所述服务设备的用于执行所述第一业务功能的连接,并向所述第二终端设备发送第一通知,所述第一通知用于触发所述第二终端设备与所述服务设备建立连接并执行所述第一业务功能。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的处理信息的方法,其特征在于,在所述网络系统中的第一终端设备检测在指定范围内是否存在第二终端设备,包括:
    当所述第一终端设备与所述服务设备连接并执行所述第一业务功能,且所述第一终端设备在所述指定范围内感知到其他终端设备时,所述第一终端设备获取检测列表,所述检测列表中记录至少一种所述服务设备提供的业务功能;
    所述第一终端设备检测所述第一业务功能是否记录在所述检测列表,若是,则所述第一终端设备检测所述其他终端设备中是否存在所述第二终端设备。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的处理信息的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一终端设备断开与所述服务设备建立的用于执行所述第一业务功能的连接之后,还包括:
    所述第一终端设备检测是否接收到所述第二终端设备发送的第二通知,所述第二通知表示所述第二终端设备断开了与所述服务设备建立的用于执 行所述第一业务功能的连接;
    若是,则所述第一终端设备向所述服务设备请求建立连接,并执行所述第一业务功能。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的处理信息的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述第一终端设备与所述服务设备建立连接并执行所述服务设备提供的第二业务功能;
    当所述第一终端设备断开与所述服务设备建立的用于执行所述第二业务功能的连接时,检测在指定范围内是否存在第三终端设备,其中,所述第三终端设备执行所述第二业务功能的优先级低于所述第一终端设备;
    若存在,则所述第一终端设备向所述第三终端设备发送第三通知,所述第三通知用于触发所述第三终端设备与所述服务设备建立连接并执行所述第二业务功能。
  5. 一种基于蓝牙的处理信息的装置,其特征在于,所述装置用于一种网络系统,所述网络系统至少包括了服务设备和至少两个终端设备;所述网络系统中的终端设备用于与所述服务设备建立连接,并通过所建立的连接执行所述服务设备提供的业务功能;所述装置包括:
    第一检测模块,用于检测在指定范围内是否存在第二终端设备,其中,所述第二终端设备执行所述服务设备提供的第一业务功能的优先级高于所述第一终端设备,所述第一终端设备与所述服务设备连接并执行所述第一业务功能;
    第一处理模块,用于若存在第二终端设备,则断开与所述服务设备的用于执行所述第一业务功能的连接,并向所述第二终端设备发送第一通知,所述第一通知用于触发所述第二终端设备与所述服务设备建立连接并执行所述第一业务功能。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的处理信息的装置,其特征在于,第一检测模块包括:
    获取单元,用于获取检测列表,所述检测列表中记录至少一种所述服 务设备提供的业务功能,其中,所述第一终端设备当前与所述服务设备连接并执行所述第一业务功能,且所述第一终端设备在所述指定范围内感知到其他终端设备;
    检测单元,用于检测所述第一业务功能是否记录在所述检测列表,若是,则检测所述其他终端设备中是否存在所述第二终端设备。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的处理信息的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二检测模块,用于检测是否接收到所述第二终端设备发送的第二通知,所述第二通知表示所述第二终端设备断开了与所述服务设备建立的用于执行所述第一业务功能的连接;
    第二处理模块,用于若检测接收到所述第二终端设备发送的第二通知,则向所述服务设备请求建立连接,并执行所述第一业务功能。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的处理信息的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第三处理模块,用于与所述服务设备建立连接并执行所述服务设备提供的第二业务功能;
    第三检测模块,用于当断开与所述服务设备建立的用于执行所述第二业务功能的连接时,检测在指定范围内是否存在第三终端设备,其中,所述第三终端设备执行所述第二业务功能的优先级低于所述第一终端设备;
    第四处理模块,用于若存在第三终端设备,则向所述第三终端设备发送第三通知,所述第三通知用于触发所述第三终端设备与所述服务设备建立连接并执行所述第二业务功能。
  9. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,所述终端设备用于一种网络系统,所述网络系统至少包括了服务设备和至少两个终端设备;所述终端设备为第一终端设备,至少包括:处理器、无线网络接口、存储器和通信总线;所述通信总线用于实现所述处理器、所述无线网络接口和所述存储器之间的连接通信;所述存储器,用于存储所述终端设备在运行过程中所涉及的数据;
    所述处理器,用于向所述无线网络接口发送第一触发命令;
    所述无线网络接口,用于在接收到所述第一触发命令后,检测在指定范围内是否存在第二终端设备,其中,所述第二终端设备执行所述服务设备提供的第一业务功能的优先级高于所述第一终端设备,所述第一终端设备与所述服务设备通过所述无线网络接口连接并执行所述第一业务功能;
    所述处理器,还用于若存在所述第二终端设备,则断开与所述服务设备的用于执行所述第一业务功能的连接,并向所述第二终端设备发送第一通知,所述第一通知用于触发所述第二终端设备与所述服务设备建立连接并执行所述第一业务功能。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述无线网络接口,还用于在所述第一终端设备当前与所述服务设备连接并执行所述第一业务功能时,在所述指定范围内感知其他终端设备,并在感知到所述其他终端设备时,向所述处理器发送检测通知;
    所述处理器,还用于在收到所述检测通知后获取检测列表,并检测所述第一业务功能是否记录在所述检测列表,若是,则向所述无线网络接口发送所述第一触发命令,所述检测列表中记录至少一种所述服务设备提供的业务功能;
    所述无线网络接口,还用于检测所述其他终端设备中是否存在所述第二终端设备。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述处理器,还用于检测是否接收到所述第二终端设备发送的第二通知,所述第二通知表示所述第二终端设备断开了与所述服务设备建立的用于执行所述第一业务功能的连接;
    所述处理器,还用于若收到所述第二通知,则向所述服务设备请求建立连接,并执行所述第一业务功能。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的终端设备,其特征在于,所述无线网络接口,还用于与所述服务设备建立连接;
    所述处理器,还用于执行所述服务设备提供的第二业务功能;
    所述处理器,还用于当所述无线网络接口断开与所述服务设备建立的用于执行所述第二业务功能的连接时,向所述无线网络接口发送第二触发命令;
    所述无线网络接口,还用于在接收到所述第二触发命令后,检测在指定范围内是否存在第三终端设备,其中,所述第三终端设备执行所述第二业务功能的优先级低于所述第一终端设备;
    所述处理器,还用于若存在所述第三终端设备,则向所述第三终端设备发送第三通知,所述第三通知用于触发所述第三终端设备与所述服务设备建立连接并执行所述第二业务功能。
