Abstract

본 개시는 LTE와 같은 4G 통신 시스템 이후 보다 높은 데이터 전송률을 지원하기 제공될 5G 또는 pre-5G 통신 시스템에 관련된 것이다. 본 발명은 이동 통신 시스템에서 기지국의 방법에 있어서, 비면허 대역에서 채널의 상태를 확인하는 단계, 상기 채널의 상태에 따라 채널 점유 여부를 확인하기 위한 파라미터를 결정하는 단계, 상기 결정된 파라미터를 단말에 전송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
