本公开涉及终端结构,尤其涉及终端中的SIM卡固定装置和移动终端。
背景技术
相关技术中,手机中的SIM卡的组装,通常采用卡托+顶针的方式,也就是说,将SIM卡放在卡托上,将卡托推入手机的卡座中;当取出卡托时,用顶针从手机壳体上设置的顶针孔插入,该顶针将推动一个转轴,利用杠杆原理,该转轴将推动卡托从手机中弹出。但是这种方式,用户需要随身携带顶针,否则将无法取出SIM卡,非常不方便。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种SIM卡固定装置和移动终端,以方便的实现SIM卡的装卸。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种SIM卡固定装置,所述装置设置在需要设置SIM卡的终端中,所述SIM卡固定装置包括:用于承载SIM卡的卡托、用于在卡托装入终端时承载所述卡托的卡座、以及用于固定所述卡托的锁托机构;
所述卡座上设置有第一弹性部件,所述第一弹性部件用于在SIM退出时对所述卡托施加朝向终端外部的推动力;
所述锁托机构包括:按压部件、锁杆和第二弹性部件;
所述锁杆上设置有锁扣,所述卡托上设置有锁件,在承载SIM卡的所述卡托装入终端时,所述锁扣与锁件形成配合抵顶,阻止所述卡托退出;
所述按压部件设置有与锁杆接触的第一施力面,所述第一施力面用于在所述按压部件被按压时推动所述锁杆移动,进而带动所述锁杆上的锁扣移动,消除与锁件的配合抵顶实现所述卡托的退出;
所述第二弹性部件,与所述锁杆连接,用于实现所述锁杆在卡托退出移动后的复位。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种移动终端,包括:机壳、以及本公开实施例所述的SIM卡固定装置,所述机壳上设置有用于供卡托装入的插槽,所述SIM卡固定装置设置在所述机壳上,且所述SIM卡固定装置中的锁杆上设置用于与所述插槽对应供卡托装入的槽位。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:通过设置包括按压部件和锁杆的锁托机构,只要按下该按压部件,就可以推动锁杆移动解除对卡托的锁定,并且通过 锁杆上的锁扣和卡托上的锁件配合,只要推动卡托,就可以使得该两个部件配合上阻止卡托的退出,从而方便的实现SIM卡的装卸。
应当理解的是,以上的一般描述和后文的细节描述仅是示例性和解释性的,并不能限制本公开。

具体实施方式
这里将详细地对示例性实施例进行说明,其示例表示在附图中。下面的描述涉及附图时,除非另有表示,不同附图中的相同数字表示相同或相似的要素。以下示例性实施例中所描述的实施方式并不代表与本发明相一致的所有实施方式。相反,它们仅是与如所附权利要求书中所详述的、本发明的一些方面相一致的装置和方法的例子。
本公开实施例提供了一种SIM卡固定装置,以通过该固定装置实现对SIM卡的方便的装入或卸下,而不需要使用顶针。参见图1,图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种SIM卡固定装置的结构示意图,该装置包括:卡托11、卡座12以及锁托机构13。
其中,卡托11的结构参见图2,该卡托11是用于承载SIM卡的,比如要将SIM卡装入手机中时,需要将SIM卡放置在该卡托11上,再将该卡托11装入手机中。如图2 所示,具体可以将SIM卡放置在卡托的卡槽21上,并且从图2中可以看到,该卡槽21为缺一角的形状,与SIM卡的形状相似,也用于指示了SIM卡在放置时的正确位置,需要与该卡槽的形状吻合才表明SIM卡放置到位。
卡座12是用于在卡托11装入终端时承载卡托,比如平时在将放置了SIM卡的卡托装入手机中时,该卡托实际上是放置在卡座12上。本实施例中,在卡座12上设置了第一弹性部件14,该第一弹性部件比如是弹簧,该弹簧的作用是在SIM卡退出时对卡托11施加朝向终端外部的推动力。本实施例的SIM卡固定装置,在将SIM卡退出对SIM卡的卡托不进行锁卡时,是需要借助该弹簧的推力将卡托推出终端的。
在图1中示例了一种弹簧的设置位置,卡托11包括两个侧面,一个是在装入终端时的外露侧面15,另一个侧面是沿着卡托装入或退出的方向(图1中箭头所示的方向)上与外露侧面15相对的侧面即后侧面16,而弹簧的设置位置可以是,设置在与该卡托的后侧面16相对的后壁17上。由图1中可以看到,当卡托11沿箭头所示的退出方向要退出时,第一弹性部件14即该弹簧可以对卡托施加将卡托往外推的推动力。当然具体实施中,对于弹簧的设置数量或者设置位置,本实施例不做限制,只要能起到推力作用即可。
本实施例中,锁托机构13在图1中仅给出了示意,该锁托结构13用于固定卡托11,比如在将承载了SIM卡的卡托装入手机中时,由该锁托机构13将卡托固定住,以使得卡托11不会从手机中弹出;当该锁托机构13对卡托11不再施加锁固力时,再借助上述的卡座12上设置的第一弹性部件14将卡托11由手机中弹出,实现退出SIM卡。
该锁托机构13的结构可以参见图3,包括:按压部件31、锁杆32和第二弹性部件33。其中,锁杆32上设置有锁扣34,图3中示例了四个锁扣;结合图2,在卡托上设置有锁件22,在承载了SIM卡的卡托装入终端时,该锁扣34与卡托上的锁件22可以形成配合抵顶,以阻止卡托的退出。该配合抵顶也就是说,锁扣34将位于卡托上对应的卡槽23的位置(参见图2中的椭圆圈所示),这样如果卡托要沿着图2中所示的箭头方向退出时,卡托上的锁件22将被位于卡槽23中的锁扣34所挡住,从而实现锁卡。该挡卡的状态还可以结合参见图4,图4示出了锁扣34与锁件22相抵顶的锁卡状态。
此外,由图2中还可以看到,卡托上的锁件22具有一斜面24,在将卡托装入终端时,可以在该斜面24的导引下将卡托逐步推进终端,并且该斜面也会对锁杆32上的锁扣34施加推力,打开该锁扣34,使得锁件22突破锁扣34的阻挡,最终锁件22进入到终端内,而锁扣34进入到卡托的卡槽的位置,达到图4所示的锁卡状态。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例在图3中示例的结构是,锁杆32上设置了四个锁扣34,卡托上对应设置了两个锁件22,其中两个锁扣34用于抵顶一个锁件,另两个锁扣34用于抵顶另一个锁件。参见图3中所示意的,在锁卡状态时,左边的两个锁扣34共同挡住一个锁件22,右边的两个锁扣34共同挡住另一个锁件22。但是具体实施中,并不局限于图3所示的锁扣的形状、数量和位置等,比如可以设置两个锁扣,也可以设置在其他的位置,还可以设置成其他形状的锁扣等,只要锁扣与卡托上的锁件实现配合锁卡即可。
在锁托机构13中,按压部件31例如是一按钮,其作用是,当将该按钮按下时,该按钮可以推动锁杆32移动,进而带动锁杆32上的锁扣34移动,消除与锁件22的配合抵顶实现卡托的退出。也就是说,当按下该按钮时,推动锁杆移动,进而锁扣34就会脱离卡托上的卡槽,不再对卡托上的锁件22进行阻挡,卡托就可以退出,实现SIM卡的退卡。而按压部件31能实现上述的推动作用,是由于该按压部件上设置有一与锁杆32接触的施力面,在按下按压部件31时,是通过该施力面对锁杆32施加推动力而移动锁扣。该施力面与锁杆的接触作用后续会通过图示说明。
在锁托机构13中,还包括第二弹性部件33,该第二弹性部件33例如是卷弹簧,与锁杆32连接,用于实现锁杆32在卡托退出移动后的复位。如图3所示,该锁杆32上还包括卡托槽35,该卡托槽35是用于卡托的装入或退出的,即装卸卡托就是从该卡托槽处进出。该锁杆32上的卡托槽对应于图1中的位于机壳18上的卡托槽,因此在上述的按压部件31被按压带动锁杆移位后,该锁杆还需要复位,以保证与机壳上的卡托槽对应,使得卡托能够顺利装入。例如借助卷弹簧的弹力作为推动力,将锁杆推回原位。
如图3所示,该SIM卡固定装置还可以包括数个定位件36,用于对锁杆32施加定位力。具体的,结合图3可以看到,该锁托机构可以是设置在机壳18,即借助于机壳18来设置该锁托机构,该锁托机构中的第一弹性部件、第二弹性部件可以是设置在机壳内部,定位件36可以是设置在机壳上,比如与机壳18作为一体式结构,而锁杆32是可以移动的,沿图3中所示的箭头方向移动,通过锁杆的移动来实现锁杆上的锁扣34对卡托上的锁件22的阻挡或者不阻挡,并且通过第二弹性部件33来带动锁杆移动复位,以保证锁杆上的卡托槽35的正确位置,使得卡托能够顺利装入。由于锁杆是移动的,比如是可以移动的类似于一张金属片的形式,所以需要设置多个定位件36来保证锁杆移动过程中的定位,使得锁杆能够顺利和稳固的实现移动。
图5示出了该锁托机构设置在机壳18上时的两个侧面图,分别是图1中沿箭头A所示方向看过去的侧面、以及沿箭头B所示方向看过去的侧面。其中,沿箭头A方向,相当于看到手机机壳外露的侧面,显示出位于机壳18上的卡托槽35和按压部件31,该按压部件31例如是个按钮。可以将承载了SIM卡的卡托从该卡托槽35装入手机,当想要卸下SIM卡时,可以用手按下上述的按钮,卡托就会借助卡座上的第一弹性部件被弹出。而沿箭头B的方向,这部分侧面相当于是位于手机机壳的内侧,是不外露的侧面,在机壳18上设置了第二弹性部件33、定位件36等,第二弹性部件33可以设置在机壳内部,定位件36可以设置成与机壳一体,而锁杆32可以是贴在机壳的内侧面51,沿着内侧面51移动,由定位件36提供锁杆移动中的稳固支持。
在另一个实施例中,该锁托机构还包括:与按压部件31配合的第三弹性部件,该第三弹性部件用于使得按压部件在被按压后在第三弹性部件的弹力作用下复位。参见图6,例如,该第三弹性部件61是固定在锁杆32上的压弹簧,该压弹簧的施力端62与按压部件31接触,以通过该施力端向按压部件施加复位力。
比如,结合参见图7,当用户沿箭头所示的方向按下该按压部件31的按钮端71时,该按压部件将沿图6所示箭头方向运动,而按压部件中有一个用于与锁杆接触的施力面72,包括两个施力面72,分别与压弹簧的受力面73接触,并且施力面会向受力棉施加推动力,相当于按压部件向压弹簧施加推动力。而压弹簧固定在锁杆上,则压弹簧将带动锁杆移动,结合图7,锁杆32将沿着虚线箭头方向移动,使得锁杆上的锁扣移动不再阻挡卡托的锁件,实现卡托的退出。当用户不再按下按钮时,压弹簧将通过施力端62与按压部件31接触,以通过该施力端62向按压部件31施加图6中所示的虚线箭头方向的复位力,以推动按钮复位。
当然,上述的通过压弹簧来使得按压部件复位的方式是可选的,只是一种示例结构,具体实施中,即使不设置该压弹簧也是可以的,比如使得按压部件通过施力面直接与锁杆接触,由于锁杆的另一侧还连接有第二弹性部件比如卷弹簧,在卡托退出后,卷弹簧将向锁杆施加复位力。同时,锁杆的移动将通过上述施力面向按压部件施加复位力,使得按压部件复位。此外,上述的压弹簧也可以不设置在锁杆上,比如设置在机壳上也是可以的。
在又一个实施例中,为了防止卡托在退出时,由于第一弹性部件的弹力作用导致卡托飞出去,还可以设置用于对卡托起到一定阻挡作用的卡位机构。如图8所示,该卡位机构包括:在卡托11的边侧面81设置的第一卡位部件82,在卡座12的与卡托边侧面同向的侧边83上设置的第二卡位部件84,该第二卡位部件84用于在卡托11退出时对第一卡位部件82施加阻力,如图8中的箭头所示的,当卡托退出时,第一卡位部件82将被第二卡位部件84挡住,从而对卡托施加一定的阻挡力,不会突然飞出,用户再用手拽一下卡托,卡托才会从终端中完全退出。
在上述对SIM卡固定装置的结构描述的基础上,如下结合几个附图分别对SIM卡装入和卸下的过程进行说明:
锁卡,即将承载有SIM卡的卡托装入终端中的过程:
结合图9、图10和图11所示,将放置有SIM卡的卡托11沿箭头所示的方向,向机壳中的卡托槽的槽位插入,以将卡托放置在卡座12上。在将卡托11插入的过程中,卡托11上的锁件22依靠其斜面对锁托机构中的锁扣34施加推力,也带动锁杆32移动,顶开锁扣34的阻挡,使得卡托进入终端中。而后依靠第二弹性部件33(比如卷弹簧)的推动,锁杆32复位,同时锁扣34进入到卡托11的卡槽23中,达到图11中所示的锁卡状态。
退卡,即将承载有SIM卡的卡托从终端中退出的过程:
结合图12、图13、图14和图15所示,用手按压图12中所示的机壳上的按压部件31,则按压部件31将推动锁杆32向图13中的左向移动,使得锁杆32上的锁扣34也一起向左移动,不再阻挡卡托11上的锁件22,可以称为锁扣打开的状态。参见图14,此时卡托11在卡座12上的第一弹性部件14(弹簧)的推动力作用下,卡托从机壳18的卡托槽35中退出。在卡托退出后,按压部件31在压弹簧的作用下复位,并且锁杆32在第二弹性部件33(卷弹簧)的作用下也复位,复位后,锁杆上的卡托槽与机壳上的卡托槽对应,等待 卡托的下一次装入。
在终端中使用本公开实施例的SIM卡固定装置,用户可以不用随身携带顶针(needle),手机本身携带启动按钮,不需要借助顶针,即可实现打开或者装入SIM卡,提高了手机操作的便利性。
图16是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种移动终端800的框图。例如,该移动终端800可以是移动电话。该移动终端包括:机壳、以及本公开实施例所述的SIM卡固定装置,该机壳上设置有用于供卡托装入的插槽,该插槽即上述的机壳上的卡托槽,所述SIM卡固定装置设置在所述机壳上,且所述SIM卡固定装置中的锁杆上设置用于与所述插槽对应供卡托装入的槽位,即锁杆上的卡托槽。其中,SIM卡固定装置中的压弹簧,可以固定在锁杆或者机壳上。
参照图16,移动终端800可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件802,存储器804,电源组件806,多媒体组件808,音频组件810,输入/输出(I/O)的接口812,传感器组件814,以及通信组件816。
处理组件802通常控制装置800的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理元件802可以包括一个或多个处理器820来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件802可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件802和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理部件802可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件808和处理组件802之间的交互。
存储器804被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在设备800的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置800上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器804可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电力组件806为装置800的各种组件提供电力。电力组件806可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置800生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件808包括在所述装置800和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件808包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当设备800处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件810被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件810包括一个麦克风,当装置800处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器804或经由通信组件816发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件810还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口812为处理组件802和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件814包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置800提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件814可以检测到设备800的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置800的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件814还可以检测装置800或装置800一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置800接触的存在或不存在,装置800方位或加速/减速和装置800的温度变化。传感器组件814可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件814还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件814还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件816被配置为便于装置800和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置800可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信部件816经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信部件816还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置800可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种SIM卡固定装置,其特征在于,所述装置设置在需要设置SIM卡的终端中,所述SIM卡固定装置包括:用于承载SIM卡的卡托、用于在卡托装入终端时承载所述卡托的卡座、以及用于固定所述卡托的锁托机构;
    所述卡座上设置有第一弹性部件,所述第一弹性部件用于在SIM卡退出时对所述卡托施加朝向终端外部的推动力;
    所述锁托机构包括:按压部件、锁杆和第二弹性部件;
    所述锁杆上设置有锁扣,所述卡托上设置有锁件,在承载SIM卡的所述卡托装入终端时,所述锁扣与锁件形成配合抵顶,阻止所述卡托退出;
    所述按压部件设置有与锁杆接触的施力面,所述施力面用于在所述按压部件被按压时推动所述锁杆移动,进而带动所述锁杆上的锁扣移动,消除与锁件的配合抵顶实现所述卡托的退出;
    所述第二弹性部件,与所述锁杆连接,用于实现所述锁杆在卡托退出移动后的复位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一弹性部件设置在所述卡座的与卡托后侧面相对的后壁上,所述后侧面是卡托在装入终端时外露侧面的相对面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述卡托上设置有两个锁件,所述锁杆上设置的锁扣的数量为四个,其中两个锁扣用于抵顶一个锁件,另两个锁扣用于抵顶另一个锁件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二弹性部件是卷弹簧。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述锁托机构还包括:与所述按压部件配合的第三弹性部件,所述第三弹性部件用于使得所述按压部件在被按压后在第三弹性部件的弹力作用下复位。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第三弹性部件是固定在所述锁杆上的压弹簧,所述压弹簧的施力端与按压部件接触。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述卡托的边侧面设置有第一卡位部件,所述卡座在与卡托边侧面同向的侧边上设置有第二卡位部件,所述第二卡位部件用于在卡托退出时对第一卡位部件施加阻力。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述锁托机构还包括定位件,所述定位件用于对所述锁杆施加定位力。
  9. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:机壳、以及权利要求1~8任一所述的SIM卡固定装置,所述机壳上设置有用于供卡托装入的插槽,所述SIM卡固定装置设置在所述机壳上,且所述SIM卡固定装置中的锁杆上设置用于与所述插槽对应供卡托装入的槽位。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述SIM卡固定装置中的压弹簧固定在所述锁杆或者机壳上。
