本发明实施例的蓝牙耳机有两种使用状态,即挂耳状态和夹持状态,蓝牙耳机处于挂耳状态时,第一固定柱300固定安装于固定孔101中,蓝牙耳机处于夹持状态时,第二固定柱500固定安装于固定孔101中,且固定夹400夹紧 夹持物,该夹持物可以为衣领、衣襟、领带等。由于第一固定柱300和第二固定柱500均相对于固定孔101可拆装,该蓝牙耳机切换使用状态时,可以很方便将第一固定柱300或第二固定柱500从固定孔101中取出。
该蓝牙耳机具有多种使用方式,该蓝牙耳机通过第一固定柱300可挂耳使用,通过第二固定柱500可以夹持使用,该蓝牙耳机可以在不同的应用场景下选择相应的使用方式,使得该蓝牙耳机的应用场景更为广泛。
进一步参照图4至图8,机体100内设有一与固定孔101相连通的容纳空间102,且容纳空间102连通至机体外壁。蓝牙耳机还包括容纳于容纳空间102内的卡持机构600,卡持机构600包括弹性元件610和滑动设置于容纳空间102内的卡持片620,弹性元件610一端抵靠于容纳空间102内壁、另一端沿卡持片620的滑动方向弹性抵靠于卡持片620,卡持片620开设有卡持槽621,第一固定柱300或第二固定柱500套装于卡持槽621中,第一固定柱300环设有与卡持槽壁621a相匹配的第一固定槽301,第二固定柱500环设有与卡持槽壁621a相匹配的第二固定槽501。
进一步而言,蓝牙耳机处于挂耳状态时,卡持槽壁621a卡持于第一固定柱300的第一固定槽301中,蓝牙耳机处于夹持状态时,卡持槽壁621a卡持于第二固定柱500的第二固定槽302中。
为了方便第一固定柱300/第二固定柱500的安装或拆卸,卡持片620凸设有一按压凸起622,按压凸起622延伸至机体100外。通过按压凸起622即可来回拨动卡持片620,卡持片620朝向卡持槽壁621a运动,使得卡持槽壁621卡持于第一固定槽301/第二固定槽501,从而将第一固定柱300/第二固定柱500安装固定于固定孔101中;卡持片620远离卡持槽壁621a运动,使得卡持槽壁621退出第一固定槽301/第二固定槽501,从而可以将第一固定柱300/第二固定柱500从固定孔101中拆出。
进一步参照图9至图16,机体100内设有锁紧空间103,锁紧空间103连通至机体100外壁,由锁紧空间103内壁朝向其开口方向凸设有固定套110,固定套110包绕形成固定孔101,固定套110包括至少2个呈张开状设置的瓣片111,固定套110外壁设置有外螺纹112、内壁设置有第一锁紧部113,蓝牙耳机还包括一与外螺纹112相匹配的锁定螺母800。
第一固定柱300设置有与第一锁紧部113匹配的第二锁紧部310,第二固 定柱500设置有与第一锁紧部113匹配的第三锁紧部510。
蓝牙耳机处于挂耳状态时,第一固定柱300套装于固定套110中,锁定螺母800紧固固定套110,第一锁紧部113与第二锁紧部310相互锁紧。蓝牙耳机处于夹持状态时,第二固定柱500套装于固定套110中,锁定螺母800紧固固定套110,第一锁紧部113与第三锁紧部510相互锁紧。
进一步参照图9至图12,第一锁紧部113为设于固定套110内壁的凹槽,第二锁紧部310为设于第一固定柱300外壁的凸起,第三锁紧部510为设于第二固定柱500外壁的凸起。
进一步参照图13至图16,第一锁紧部113为设于固定套110内壁的凸起,第二锁紧部310为设于第一固定柱300外壁的凹槽,第三锁紧部510为设于第一固定柱300外壁的凹槽。
参照图17,为了方便锁紧或松开,锁定螺母800的外沿可部分凸出于机体100。为了方便拧动锁定螺母800,锁定螺母800的外沿设置有防滑纹810,防滑纹810的纹路方向沿锁定螺母800的轴线方向,且锁定螺母800延伸凸出于机体外壁。
进一步参照图18,蓝牙耳机还包括一紧固螺钉900,机体100开设有一与紧固螺钉900匹配的螺孔104,第一固定柱300开设有与紧固螺钉900端部相匹配的第一紧固槽303,第二固定柱500开设有与紧固螺钉900端部相匹配的第二紧固槽503。蓝牙耳机处于挂耳状态时,紧固螺钉900紧固于螺孔104中,且紧固螺钉900的端部抵压于第一固定柱300的第一紧固槽303中;蓝牙耳机处于夹持状态时,紧固螺钉900紧固于螺孔104中,且紧固螺钉900的端部抵压于第二固定柱500的第二紧固槽503中。
参照图1,机体100周沿环设有用于缠绕传输线700的绕线槽105。进一步参照图19,蓝牙耳机还包括用于固定传输线700的扣盖120,扣盖120一端转动连接于机体100的前盖、另一端扣合于机体100的后盖,扣盖120盖合绕线槽105。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,包括机体(100)、耳塞(200)、第一固定柱(300)、固定夹(400)和第二固定柱(500);
    所述机体(100)开设有固定孔(101);所述耳塞(200)通过一传输线(700)与所述机体(100)电性连接,所述耳塞(200)固定连接于所述第一固定柱(300);所述第一固定柱(300)相对于所述固定孔(101)可拆装;所述固定夹(400)固定连接于所述第二固定柱(500);所述第二固定柱(500)相对于所述固定孔(101)可拆装;
    所述蓝牙耳机处于挂耳状态时,所述第一固定柱(300)固定安装于所述固定孔(101)中,所述蓝牙耳机处于夹持状态时,所述第二固定柱(500)固定安装于所述固定孔(101)中,且所述固定夹(400)夹紧夹持物。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述机体(100)周沿环设有用于缠绕所述传输线的绕线槽(105)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述机体(100)内设有一与所述固定孔(101)相连通的容纳空间(102),且所述容纳空间(102)连通至所述机体(100)外壁;
    所述蓝牙耳机还包括容纳于所述容纳空间(102)内的卡持机构(600),所述卡持机构(600)包括弹性元件(610)和滑动设置于所述容纳空间内的卡持片(620),所述弹性元件(610)沿所述卡持片(620)的滑动方向弹性抵靠于所述卡持片(620),所述卡持片(620)开设有卡持槽(621),所述第一固定柱(300)或所述第二固定柱(500)套装于所述卡持槽(621)中,所述第一固定柱(300)环设有与所述卡持槽壁(621a)相匹配的第一固定槽(301),所述第二固定柱(500)环设有与所述卡持槽壁(621a)相匹配的第二固定槽(501);
    所述蓝牙耳机处于挂耳状态时,所述卡持槽壁(621a)卡持于所述第一固定柱(300)的第一固定槽(301)中,所述蓝牙耳机处于夹持状态时,所述卡持槽壁(621a)卡持于所述第二固定柱(500)的第二固定槽(501)中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述卡持片(620)凸设有一按压凸起(622),所述按压凸起(622)延伸至所述机体(100)外。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述机体(100)内设有 锁紧空间(103),所述锁紧空间(103)连通至所述机体(100)外壁,由所述锁紧空间(103)内壁朝向其开口方向凸设有固定套(110),所述固定套(110)包绕形成所述固定孔(101),所述固定套(110)包括至少2个呈张开状设置的瓣片(111),所述固定套(110)外壁设置有外螺纹(112)、内壁设置有第一锁紧部(113),所述蓝牙耳机还包括一与所述外螺纹(112)相匹配的锁定螺母(800);
    所述第一固定柱(300)设置有与所述第一锁紧部(113)匹配的第二锁紧部(310),所述第二固定柱(500)设置有与所述第一锁紧部(113)匹配的第三锁紧部(510);
    所述蓝牙耳机处于挂耳状态时,所述第一固定柱(300)套装于所述固定套(110)中,所述锁定螺母(800)紧固所述固定套(110),所述第一锁紧部(113)与所述第二锁紧部(310)相互锁紧;
    所述蓝牙耳机处于夹持状态时,所述第二固定柱(500)套装于所述固定套(110)中,所述锁定螺母(800)紧固所述固定套(110),所述第一锁紧部(113)与所述第三锁紧部(510)相互锁紧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述第一锁紧部(113)为设于所述固定套(110)内壁的凹槽,所述第二锁紧部(310)为设于所述第一固定柱(300)外壁的凸起,所述第三锁紧部(510)为设于所述第二固定柱(500)外壁的凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述第一锁紧部(113)为设于所述固定套(110)内壁的凸起,所述第二锁紧部(310)为设于所述第一固定柱(300)外壁的凹槽,所述第三锁紧部(510)为设于所述第二固定柱(500)外壁的凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述锁定螺母(800)的外沿设置有防滑纹(810),且所述锁定螺母(810)延伸凸出于所述机体(100)外壁。
  9. 跟权利要求1所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述蓝牙耳机还包括一紧固螺钉(900),所述机体(100)开设有一与所述紧固螺钉(900)匹配的螺孔(104),所述第一固定柱(300)开设有与所述紧固螺钉(900)端部相匹配的第一紧固槽(303),所述第二固定柱(500)开设有与所述紧固螺钉(900) 端部相匹配的第二紧固槽(503);
    所述蓝牙耳机处于挂耳状态时,所述紧固螺钉(900)紧固于所述螺孔(104)中,且所述紧固螺钉(900)的端部抵压于所述第一固定柱(300)的第一紧固槽(303)中;
    所述蓝牙耳机处于夹持状态时,所述紧固螺钉(900)紧固于所述螺孔(104)中,且所述紧固螺钉(900)的端部抵压于所述第二固定柱(500)的第二紧固槽(503)中。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项权利要求所述的蓝牙耳机,其特征在于,所述蓝牙耳机包括用于固定传输线(700)的扣盖(120),所述扣盖(102)一端转动连接于所述机体(100)的前盖、另一端扣接于所述机体(100)的后盖,所述扣盖(120)盖合所述绕线槽(105)。
