Description

批头推拉式拆装工具
本发明要求本申请人的下述中国专利申请的优先权:申请日为2014-10-28,名称为“批头推拉式拆装工具”,申请号为201410581397.8。
技术领域
本发明属于机械设备技术领域,涉及拆装工具,尤其是涉及一种批头推拉式拆装工具。
背景技术
拆装工具在日常生活中的应用非常广泛,其主要是用于拆卸或安装紧固件类,例如常见的螺丝批就是一种螺钉松紧工具。对于螺丝批而言,因螺钉有多种,故对应的螺丝批头也需要多种,由此设计了多用螺丝批。现有的多用螺丝批是由批头、手柄组成,使用时分别把所需要的批头装入手柄固定使用,但更换批头时,又得卸下该批头,并重新装入另一种批头才能使用,这就使得每次更换批头都需要重复拆卸、放置、配型、安装这几个步骤,较为繁琐,降低了效率。另外,拆卸下来的批头存储不便,易丢失,这也就给螺丝批的使用造成了极大不便。
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,人们进行了长期的探索,提出了各式各样的解决方案。例如,现有技术公开了一种新型的组合螺丝刀,其手柄的前端固定有螺丝批头固定管,手柄的前侧凹槽内通过转轴可转动地设置有转轮,转轮上均匀设置有数个螺丝批头放置孔,且螺丝批头放置孔内均设置有螺丝批头,手柄内上部水平活动设置有与螺丝批头固定管同轴的推杆,螺丝批头的末端设置有与推杆前端相配合的磁铁。
上述方案在一定程度上改进了现有技术存在的部分问题,例如批头存储不便 的问题,即将批头设置在转轮内,通过转动转轮实现批头的更换,推杆将批头顶出至螺丝批头固定管从而实现更换过程,但是仍然方案中依然存在着:切换操作不便,放置孔与螺丝批头固定管不易对准,批头设置在螺丝批头固定管时定位不够牢固,易产生缩回现象等技术问题,因此有必要予以改进。
技术问题
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种设计合理、批头更换方便的批头推拉式拆装工具。
问题的解决方案
为达到上述目的,本发明的实施例采用了下列技术方案:本批头推拉式拆装工具,包括壳体,所述的壳体端部设有具有输送通道的棘轮座,所述的棘轮座上设有具有与输送通道相连通的批头安装孔的棘轮头,所述的棘轮头与棘轮座之间设有用于控制棘轮头周向转动方向和/或周向锁止棘轮头的棘轮控制机构,在壳体上设有容置槽,所述的容置槽内通过安装结构设有能周向转动的批头存储座,所述的批头存储座上周向具有若干沿批头存储座轴向设置且用于存储批头的存储孔,所述的批头存储座与容置槽之间设有当批头存储座周向转动时能将任意一个存储孔与输送通道对齐的定位结构,所述的壳体位于容置槽后端设有安装座,在安装座上通过导向结构轴向滑动设有端部具有第一永磁体且能将存储孔内的批头顶出至批头安装孔及将批头安装孔内的批头复位至存储孔内的推拉杆,所述的推拉杆与安装座之间设有用于带动推拉杆轴向滑动且当批头位于批头安装孔时将推拉杆轴向定位在安装座上的轴向定位机构。
该结构中,批头存储座可以放置多个批头且转动批头存储座时定位结构能将存储孔与输送通道对齐,通过推拉杆的轴向滑动来实现批头从存储孔内脱离直至 到达批头安装孔或通过第一永磁体将批头安装孔内的批头复位至存储孔内。当批头位于批头安装孔时,轴向定位机构将推拉杆轴向定位使得批头在使用时不易回缩,从而实现整个更换过程,批头更换方便;另外,批头在使用时通过棘轮控制机构能实现单向转动或周向锁定使得本拆装工具使用时更加方便。
在上述的批头推拉式拆装工具中,所述的轴向定位机构包括通过滑动导向结构设置在安装座上且能轴向滑动的滑动推块,所述的推拉杆端部设有若干定位槽,所述的滑动推块内侧设有若干与定位槽一一插接相连的定位脚,所述的安装座上铰接设有两个相对倾斜设置且分别位于推拉杆端部两侧的锁扣块,所述的锁扣块与安装座之间设有能驱动两个锁扣块相互靠近的弹性结构,所述的推拉杆端部两侧分别抵靠设置在两个锁扣块内侧的锁扣缺口内,所述的滑动推块上设有当滑动推块轴向滑动时能驱动两个锁扣块相互远离的推动结构。显然,锁扣块在弹性结构作用下相互靠近,推拉杆抵靠在锁扣缺口内实现轴向定位;滑动推块轴向滑动时推动结构带动两个锁扣块相互远离,从而使推拉杆脱离锁扣缺口,解除推拉杆的轴向定位。
在上述的批头推拉式拆装工具中,所述的推动结构包括分别设置在锁扣块外侧的锁扣板,所述的滑动推块内侧设有两个相互平行设置且分别位于定位脚两侧的导向板,两个导向板靠近定位脚的端部分别设有与锁扣板一一对应的倾斜推板且两个倾斜推板相对倾斜设置,所述的倾斜推板的端部外侧抵靠设置在锁扣板的端部内侧。即倾斜推板推动锁扣板实现两个锁扣块的远离,另外,当倾斜推板远离锁扣板后,导向板外侧抵靠设置在锁扣板内侧,从而使得两个锁扣块处于相互远离的状态,这样便于推拉杆的轴向滑动。
在上述的批头推拉式拆装工具中,所述的弹性结构包括两个设置在安装座内的限位槽,所述的锁扣块上设有滑动设置在限位槽内的滑动块,所述的限位槽内设有与滑动块相抵靠的顶压弹簧;所述的滑动导向结构包括两个轴向设置在安装 座外侧的导向槽,所述的滑动推块两侧分别设有导向卡板,且所述的导向卡板滑动设置在导向槽内。即当锁扣板分别导向板和倾斜推板脱离时,在顶压弹簧作用下,两个锁扣块可相互靠近。
在上述的批头推拉式拆装工具中,所述的导向结构包括设置在安装座上的导向座,所述的导向座轴向设有导向孔,且所述的推拉杆滑动设置在导向孔内,这样便于推拉杆的轴向滑动。
在上述的批头推拉式拆装工具中,所述的安装结构包括设置在安装座端部且向下延伸的固定座,所述的固定座与棘轮座形成上述的容置槽,所述的批头存储座一端的中心设有第一容置孔,所述的第一容置孔端部设有第一滚珠,所述的棘轮座上位于输送通道下方设有与第一滚珠相匹配的安装凹槽,且所述的第一容置孔内设有能使第一滚珠露出第一容置孔且抵靠设置在安装凹槽内的第一弹簧,在批头存储座的另一端中心设有第二永磁体,且所述的固定座上设有与第二永磁体相对应的配合铁块。由此,批头存储座一端通过第一滚珠抵靠在安装凹槽内实现定位,另一端通过第二永磁体与配合铁块相互吸引实现定位。另外,为了便于批头存储座转动,容置槽底部具有手孔,这样使得批头存储座易于周向转动且便于拆卸。
在上述的批头推拉式拆装工具中,所述的定位结构包括若干均匀设置在批头存储座端部周向边缘的定位凹槽,所述的定位凹槽的数量与存储孔的数量相等且所述的定位凹槽与存储孔一一交错设置,在固定座上设有两个第二容置孔,所述的第二容置孔内设有第二滚珠,所述的固定座上通过紧固件设有盖板,且所述的盖板上具有两个分别与第二容置孔一一对应设置的通孔,所述的第二容置孔内均设有能使第二滚珠露出通孔且抵靠设置在定位凹槽内的第二弹簧。优选地,这里的定位凹槽与存储孔的数量均为六个且一一交错均匀设置,其中两个相互设置的定位凹槽位于同一直线,当周向转动批头存储座时,第二滚珠进入定位凹槽内而 实现存储孔与输送通道的自动对齐。
在上述的批头推拉式拆装工具中,所述的棘轮控制机构包括周向转动套接于棘轮座上的调节圈,所述的棘轮座上位于调节圈外侧设有一枕状体,在棘轮座上设有两个位于枕状体下方的压簧孔,所述的压簧孔内分别设有与枕状体端部相抵靠的压簧,在调节圈上固定设有一压片,所述的压片端部压靠在枕状体的中部上方,所述的棘轮头通过连接结构与棘轮座相连且所述的棘轮头周向内侧设有若干棘齿,且所述的枕状体两端分别具有与棘齿相互啮合的配合部。该结构中,利用杠杆原理,通过转动调节圈实现压片对枕状体中部或任意一端进行压靠,当压片压靠在枕状体中部时,枕状体位于平衡状态且两端的配合部均与棘齿相互啮合,实现棘轮头的周向锁止,当压片压靠在枕状体任意一端时,枕状体的平衡被打破,其与压片抵靠的一端向下移动,另一端的配合部则继续与棘齿啮合,从而实现棘轮头的单向转动。
在上述的批头推拉式拆装工具中,所述的连接结构包括设置在棘轮座端部的环形槽,所述的棘轮头周向转动套接于棘轮座上且在环形槽内卡接有能将棘轮头轴向定位的开口卡圈。即通过开口卡圈将棘轮头与棘轮座相连,使两者不易相互脱离。
在上述的批头推拉式拆装工具中,所述的壳体呈手枪状且由两个半壳体拼合而成,所述的壳体下侧设有朝向棘轮头的LED灯,所述的LED灯连接有设置在壳体内的内置电源,且所述的内置电源与LED灯之间设有位于壳体上的开关。优选地,这里的开关设置在呈手枪状的壳体扳机的位置,即通过扣动扳机实现LED灯的开关,这样本拆装工具即使在黑暗的环境也能正常使用。
发明的有益效果
与现有的技术相比,本批头推拉式拆装工具较优实施例的优点在于:设计合 理,结构简单,便于存储批头,批头更换时方便简单,批头能自动对准安装孔,且批头使用时定位牢固,不易回缩,稳定性高,具有照明功能,即使在黑暗的环境下也能正常使用。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
如图1-4所示,本批头推拉式拆装工具,包括壳体1,该壳体1端部设有具 有输送通道21的棘轮座2,棘轮座2上设有具有与输送通道21相连通的批头安装孔31的棘轮头3,棘轮头3与棘轮座2之间设有用于控制棘轮头3周向转动方向和/或周向锁止棘轮头3的棘轮控制机构4;在壳体1上设有容置槽11,容置槽11内通过安装结构5设有能周向转动的批头存储座6,批头存储座6上周向具有若干沿批头存储座6轴向设置且用于存储批头的存储孔61,批头存储座6与容置槽11之间设有当批头存储座6周向转动时能将任意一个存储孔61与输送通道21对齐的定位结构7;壳体1位于容置槽11后端设有安装座8,在安装座8上通过导向结构轴向滑动设有推拉杆9,该推拉杆9的端部具有第一永磁体91且该推拉杆9能将存储孔61内的批头顶出至批头安装孔31或将批头安装孔31内的批头复位至存储孔61内,该推拉杆9与安装座8之间设有用于带动推拉杆9轴向滑动且当批头位于批头安装孔31时将推拉杆9轴向定位在安装座8上的轴向定位机构81。该结构中,批头存储座5可以放置多个批头,且转动批头存储座5时定位结构7能将存储孔61与输送通道21对齐,通过推拉杆9的轴向滑动实现批头从存储孔61内脱离直至到达批头安装孔31或通过第一永磁体91将批头安装孔31内的批头复位至存储孔61内。当批头位于批头安装孔31时,轴向定位机构81将推拉杆9轴向定位使得批头在使用时不易回缩,从而实现整个更换过程,使得批头更换起来十分方便,另外,批头在使用时通过棘轮控制机构4能实现单向转动或周向锁定,使得本拆装工具使用时更加方便。
如图2、图3所示,本实施例中的轴向定位机构81包括通过滑动导向结构设置在安装座8上且能轴向滑动的滑动推块811,推拉杆9端部设有若干定位槽812,滑动推块811内侧设有若干与定位槽812——插接相连的定位脚813,安装座8上铰接设有两个相对倾斜设置且分别位于推拉杆9端部两侧的锁扣块814,每侧锁扣块814与安装座8之间设有能驱动两个锁扣块814相互靠近的弹性结构,推拉杆9端部两侧分别抵靠设置在两个锁扣块814内侧的锁扣缺口815内,滑动 推块811上设有当滑动推块811轴向滑动时能驱动两个锁扣块814相互远离的推动结构这样,锁扣块814在弹性结构作用下相互靠近,推拉杆9抵靠在锁扣缺口815内实现轴向定位;滑动推块811轴向滑动时,推动结构带动两个锁扣块814相互远离从而使推拉杆9脱离锁扣缺口815,解除推拉杆9的轴向定位。
其中,这里的推动结构包括分别设置在锁扣块814外侧的锁扣板816,滑动推块811内侧设有两个相互平行设置且分别位于定位脚813两侧的导向板817,两个导向板817靠近定位脚813的端部分别设有与锁扣板816一一对应的倾斜推板818,且两个倾斜推板818相对倾斜设置,倾斜推板818的端部外侧抵靠设置在锁扣板816的端部内侧。这样,倾斜推板818推动锁扣板816实现两个锁扣块814的远离;另外,当倾斜推板818远离锁扣板816后,导向板817外侧抵靠设置在锁扣板816内侧,从而使得两个锁扣块814处于相互远离的状态,这样便于推拉杆9的轴向滑动。
这里的弹性结构包括两个设置在安装座8内的限位槽82,锁扣块814上设有滑动设置在限位槽82内的滑动块83,限位槽82内设有与滑动块83相抵靠的顶压弹簧84;滑动导向结构包括两个轴向设置在安装座8外侧的导向槽85,滑动推块811两侧分别设有导向卡板86,且导向卡板86滑动设置在导向槽85内,即当锁扣板816分别与导向板817和倾斜推板818脱离时,在顶压弹簧84作用下两个锁扣块814相互靠近。为了便于推拉杆9的轴向滑动,这里的导向结构包括设置在安装座8上的导向座87,该导向座87轴向设有导向孔88,且推拉杆9滑动设置在导向孔88内,以保证推拉杆9沿轴向滑动。
进一步地,本实施例中的安装结构5包括设置在安装座8端部且向下延伸的固定座51,该固定座51与棘轮座2形成上述的容置槽11;批头存储座6一端的中心设有第一容置孔52,第一容置孔52端部设有第一滚珠53,棘轮座2上位于输送通道21下方设有与第一滚珠53相匹配的安装凹槽54,且第一容置孔52内 设有能使第一滚珠53露出第一容置孔52且抵靠设置在安装凹槽54内的第一弹簧55;在批头存储座6的另一端中心设有第二永磁体56,且固定座51上设有与第二永磁体56相对应的配合铁块。由此,批头存储座6一端通过第一滚珠53抵靠在安装凹槽54内实现定位,另一端通过第二永磁体56与配合铁块相互吸引实现定位。另外,为了便于批头存储座6转动,容置槽11底部具有手孔,这样使得批头存储座6易于周向转动且便于拆卸。优选地,这里的定位结构7包括若干均匀设置在批头存储座6端部周向边缘的定位凹槽71,定位凹槽71的数量与存储孔61的数量相等且定位凹槽71与存储孔61一一交错设置。在固定座51上设有两个第二容置孔72,第二容置孔72内设有第二滚珠73;固定座51上通过紧固件设有盖板74,且盖板74上具有两个分别与第二容置孔72一一对应设置的通孔75,第二容置孔72内均设有能使第二滚珠73露出通孔75且抵靠设置在定位凹槽71内的第二弹簧76。优选地,这里的定位凹槽71与存储孔61的数量均为六个且一一交错均匀设置,两个相互设置的定位凹槽71位于同一直线,当周向转动批头存储座6时,第二滚珠73进入定位凹槽71内,由此实现存储孔61与输送通道21的自动对齐。
更一步地,这里的棘轮控制机构4包括周向转动套接于棘轮座2上的调节圈41,棘轮座2上位于调节圈41外侧设有一枕状体42,在棘轮座2上设有两个位于枕状体42下方的压簧孔43,该压簧孔43内分别设有与枕状体42端部相抵靠的压簧44。此外,在调节圈41上固定设有一压片45,压片45端部压靠在枕状体42的中部上方,棘轮头3通过连接结构与棘轮座2相连且棘轮头3周向内侧设有若干棘齿46,且枕状体42两端分别具有与棘齿46相互啮合的配合部。由此,利用杠杆原理,通过转动调节圈41实现压片45对枕状体42中部或任意一端进行压靠,当压片45压靠在枕状体42中部时,枕状体42位于平衡状态且两端的配合部均与棘齿46相互啮合,实现棘轮头3的周向锁止;当压片45压靠在枕状体42 任意一端时,枕状体42的平衡被打破,与压片45抵靠的一端向下移动,另一端的配合部继续与棘齿46啮合,从而实现棘轮头3的单向转动。
其中,这里的连接结构包括设置在棘轮座2端部的环形槽47,棘轮头3周向转动套接于棘轮座2上且在环形槽47内卡接有能将棘轮头3轴向定位的开口卡圈48,即通过开口卡圈48将棘轮头3与棘轮座2相连,由此使两者不易相互脱离。另外,这里的壳体1呈手枪状且由两个半壳体12拼合而成,壳体1下侧设有朝向棘轮头3的LED灯13,LED灯13连接有设置在壳体1内的内置电源14,且内置电源14与LED灯13之间设有位于壳体1上的开关15,优选地,这里的开关15设置在呈手枪状的壳体1扳机的位置,即通过扣动扳机实现LED灯13的开关,这样使得即使本拆装工具即使在黑暗的环境也能正常使用。

  1. 一种批头推拉式拆装工具,包括壳体(1),在壳体(1)上设有容置槽(11),所述的容置槽(11)内通过安装结构(5)设有能周向转动的批头存储座(6),所述的批头存储座(6)上周向具有若干沿批头存储座(6)轴向设置且用于存储批头的存储孔(61),所述的批头存储座(6)与容置槽(11)之间设有当批头存储座(6)周向转动时能将任意一个存储孔(61)与输送通道(21)对齐的定位结构(7),其特征在于,所述的壳体(1)位于容置槽(11)后端设有安装座(8),在安装座(8)上通过导向结构轴向滑动设有端部具有第一永磁体(91)且能将存储孔(61)内的批头顶出至批头安装孔(31)及将批头安装孔(31)内的批头复位至存储孔(61)内的推拉杆(9),所述的推拉杆(9)与安装座(8)之间设有用于带动推拉杆(9)轴向滑动且当批头位于批头安装孔(31)时将推拉杆(9)轴向定位在安装座(8)上的轴向定位机构(81)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的批头推拉式拆装工具,其特征在于,所述的轴向定位机构(81)包括通过滑动导向结构设置在安装座(8)上且能轴向滑动的滑动推块(811),所述的推拉杆(9)端部设有若干定位槽(812),所述的滑动推块(811)内侧设有若干与定位槽(812)一一插接相连的定位脚(813),所述的安装座(8)上铰接设有两个相对倾斜设置且分别位于推拉杆(9)端部两侧的锁扣块(814),所述的锁扣块(814)与安装座(8)之间设有能驱动两个锁扣块(814)相互靠近的弹性结构,所述的推拉杆(9)端部两侧分别抵靠设置在两个锁扣块(814)内侧的锁扣缺口(815)内,所述的滑动推块(811)上设有当滑动推块(811)轴向滑动时能驱动两个锁扣块(814)相互远离的推动结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的批头推拉式拆装工具,其特征在于,所述的推动结构包括分别设置在锁扣块(814)外侧的锁扣板(816),所述的滑动推块(811)内侧设有两个相互平行设置且分别位于定位脚(813)两侧的导向板(817),两个导向板(817)靠近定位脚(813)的端部分别设有与锁扣板(816)一一对应 的倾斜推板(818)且两个倾斜推板(818)相对倾斜设置,所述的倾斜推板(818)的端部外侧抵靠设置在锁扣板(816)的端部内侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的批头推拉式拆装工具,其特征在于,所述的弹性结构包括两个设置在安装座(8)内的限位槽(82),所述的锁扣块(814)上设有滑动设置在限位槽(82)内的滑动块(83),所述的限位槽(82)内设有与滑动块(83)相抵靠的顶压弹簧(84);所述的滑动导向结构包括两个轴向设置在安装座(8)外侧的导向槽(85),所述的滑动推块(811)两侧分别设有导向卡板(86),且所述的导向卡板(86)滑动设置在导向槽(85)内。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的批头推拉式拆装工具,其特征在于,所述的导向结构包括设置在安装座(8)上的导向座(87),所述的导向座(87)轴向设有导向孔(88),且所述的推拉杆(9)滑动设置在导向孔(88)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的批头推拉式拆装工具,其特征在于,所述的安装结构(5)包括设置在安装座(8)端部且向下延伸的固定座(51),所述的固定座(51)与棘轮座(2)形成上述的容置槽(11),所述的批头存储座(6)一端的中心设有第一容置孔(52),所述的第一容置孔(52)端部设有第一滚珠(53),所述的棘轮座(2)上位于输送通道(21)下方设有与第一滚珠(53)相匹配的安装凹槽(54),且所述的第一容置孔(52)内设有能使第一滚珠(53)露出第一容置孔(52)且抵靠设置在安装凹槽(54)内的第一弹簧(55),在批头存储座(6)的另一端中心设有第二永磁体(56),且所述的固定座(51)上设有与第二永磁体(56)相对应的配合铁块。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的批头推拉式拆装工具,其特征在于,所述的定位结构(7)包括若干均匀设置在批头存储座(6)端部周向边缘的定位凹槽(71),所述的定位凹槽(71)的数量与存储孔(61)的数量相等且所述的定位 凹槽(71)与存储孔(61)一一交错设置,在固定座(51)上设有两个第二容置孔(72),所述的第二容置孔(72)内设有第二滚珠(73),所述的固定座(51)上通过紧固件设有盖板(74),且所述的盖板(74)上具有两个分别与第二容置孔(72)一一对应设置的通孔(75),所述的第二容置孔(72)内均设有能使第二滚珠(73)露出通孔(75)且抵靠设置在定位凹槽(71)内的第二弹簧(76)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的批头推拉式拆装工具,其特征在于,所述的壳体(1)端部设有具有输送通道(21)的棘轮座(2),所述的棘轮座(2)上设有具有与输送通道(21)相连通的批头安装孔(31)的棘轮头(3),所述的棘轮头(3)与棘轮座(2)之间设有用于控制棘轮头(3)周向转动方向和/或周向锁止棘轮头(3)的棘轮控制机构(4),
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的批头推拉式拆装工具,其特征在于,所述的棘轮控制机构(4)包括周向转动套接于棘轮座(2)上的调节圈(41),所述的棘轮座(2)上位于调节圈(41)外侧设有一枕状体(42),在棘轮座(2)上设有两个位于枕状体(42)下方的压簧孔(43),所述的压簧孔(43)内分别设有与枕状体(42)端部相抵靠的压簧(44),在调节圈(41)上固定设有一压片(45),所述的压片(45)端部压靠在枕状体(42)的中部上方,所述的棘轮头(3)通过连接结构与棘轮座(2)相连且所述的棘轮头(3)周向内侧设有若干棘齿(46),且所述的枕状体(42)两端分别具有与棘齿(46)相互啮合的配合部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的批头推拉式拆装工具,其特征在于,所述的连接结构包括设置在棘轮座(2)端部的环形槽(47),所述的棘轮头(3)周向转动套接于棘轮座(2)上且在环形槽(47)内卡接有能将棘轮头(3)轴向定位的开口卡圈(48)。
