Abstract

The invention relates to a safe provided with a plurality of security devices. The invention was designed as a solution to the problem of taxi drivers and carriers, gas station attendants, personnel working in commercial transport and transport of products, inter alia, who, at a given moment, may be the victim of theft by a delinquent. The safe can be built into the dashboard of the vehicle by means of welding or safety screws, and is the size of a standard car radio (ISO 7736). The contents thereof can be accessed by a door with a safety lock, using a copy-proof key. The invention also has a global geo-positioning device in order to trace the safe in the event that the perpetrator manages to remove it. It also has an indelible ink device for marking the notes and the hands of the perpetrator (by means of holes in the casing) in the event that said perpetrator manages to remove the safe from the vehicle or from the place wherein it is installed. As a result of this invention, the percentage of petty theft experienced by people working with money can be reduced.

Description

 SAFETY BOX AGAINST THEFT FOR USE IN AUTOMOBILES

DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY:

The anti-theft security box for use in automobiles is comprised of a metal box (A) of size ISO7736 (180x50mm) with a front door (B) that can be moved between two positions: open or closed; and the open position will give the user access to the contents of the box. The front door will have a lock with key (C). According to specifications IS07736, the box will have the option of being screwed to the internal chassis of the car as a radio unit, or (preferably) to be welded to it. The box will have an indelible security ink device (D), to dye the bills and hands of any unauthorized person who manages to remove the safety box of the car, thanks to holes located on the surface thereof (E) . There will also be a tracking device by means of GPS (Global Geo-positioning) (F). The security devices (ink and GPS) will be in an upper compartment (G), without being able to be accessed by the user. Said security devices can only be accessed through a door that will have two special locks, located at the rear of the box. In the front door of the box there will also be a security camera (H).

CLAIMS:

1. Theft security box for use in automobiles, characterized in that it comprises:

 A metal box according to specifications IS07736 capable of being embedded in a vehicle panel (A);

 A main compartment;

 A superior service compartment (G);

 An electronic device of global geo-positioning (F);

 A security ink device (D);

 Multiple holes on all sides of the safety box, except the front and back side (E);

 A security camera (H);

 A slot for depositing tickets or other valuable documents (I);

 2. Anti-theft security box for use in cars according to the first

claim, characterized in that the aforementioned main compartment comprises:

 A safety gate that can only be operated from the front of the safety box (B);

 A lock, located in said safety gate (C);

3. Anti-theft security box for use in cars according to the first

claim, characterized in that the aforesaid upper service compartment comprises:

 A safety gate that can only be operated from the back of the safety box;

 Two locks, located in said safety gate;

A series of holes that communicate the service compartment with the main compartment;

4. Theft security box for use in automobiles according to the first claim, characterized by the aforementioned security ink device (D), which includes a mechanical activation element, which will be activated when it has been removed from the vehicle, and this in turn will enable the output of the ink directed towards the main compartment.

 5. Theft security box for use in automobiles according to the first claim, characterized in that the mechanical activation element of the security ink device comprises:

 A chassis made from a non-specific material to keep all the other elements in place;

 A pressurized ink tank, made from a non-specific material;

An opening element that will open the aforementioned ink tank (J);

A thread of Kevlar or other related material that will be connected to the opening element, and in turn will be connected to the chassis of the car;

 6. Anti-theft security box for use in automobiles according to the first claim, characterized in that the opening element comprises:

 A sharp cutting instrument (K);

 A spring for storing energy necessary to open the ink tank (L);

A rail that will keep the sharp cutting instrument in a single range of movement (M);

 A metallic nail, located to stop the opening element during the installation of the safety box;
