背景技术
通信终端的双系统模式是指手机等通信终端中可以安装有两套独立的操作系统,包括第一系统和第二系统,用户可在第二系统中进行重要数据的处理,而在第一系统中进行普通数据的处理。第二系统不同于私密应用,私密应用只是一种安全应用,而第二系统是采用系统级的区分和隔离,其安全性更好。第一系统和第二系统是同时运行的,用户可以选择进入一个操作系统,用户在哪个系统处理数据,该数据就直接存入该系统,例如用户在第二系统中处理某数据会自动保存到第二系统,在第一系统中无法查看和操作该数据。但是用户也有可能在第一系统中进行重要数据的处理,如果该重要数据一律自动保存到开放性的第一系统,容易泄露用户的隐私内容。
综上可知,现有技术在实际使用上显然存在不便与缺陷,所以有必要加以改进。
发明内容
针对上述的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种基于双系统的数据保存方法及系统,其能够在双系统环境下,将用户在第一系统中处理的重要数据快速方便地保存至第二系统中,进而充分保护用户的信息安全。所述双系统包括第一系统及第二系统,第二系统的安全级别高于第一系统的安全级别。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种基于双系统的数据保存方法,包括步骤有:
在第一系统中保存数据时,判断所述数据是否为重要数据;
若所述数据是重要数据,则将所述数据保存到第二系统中。

所述通信总线,用于实现所述收发装置、所述存储器以及所述处理器之间的连接通信;
所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,且处理器调用存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
所述处理器,在第一系统中保存数据时,用于判断所述数据是否为重要数据;
所述处理器,若所述数据是重要数据,还用于将所述数据保存到第二系统 中。
根据本发明所述的数据保存终端,所述处理器在第一系统中保存数据时,判断所述数据是否为重要数据的步骤之前,所述处理器还用于执行如下步骤:
在保存所述数据时,判断当前所处的系统环境;
若所述系统环境为所述第一系统时,根据所述预定规则判断所述数据是否为重要数据;
若所述系统环境为所述第二系统时,直接将所述数据保存到所述第二系统中。
根据本发明所述的数据保存终端,所述处理器判断所述数据是否为重要数据进一步包括:
分析所述数据中是否包括有预定关键词;
若所述数据中包括有所述预定关键词,则判定所述数据为重要数据。
根据本发明所述的数据保存终端,所述数据若是重要数据,则所述处理器将所述数据保存到第二系统中进一步包括:
若判断出所述数据是重要数据,则通过所述收发装置发出建议用户将所述数据保存到所述第二系统的保存提示;
在所述收发装置接收到将所述数据保存到所述第二系统的确认指令后,显示所述第二系统的鉴权界面;
在所述鉴权界面接收到正确的鉴权信息后,将所述数据保存到所述第二系统中。
本发明通信终端在双系统同时运行时,如果用户在第一系统中处理并保存数据时,若判断出所述数据为重要数据时,将所述数据保存到第二系统中;而如果用户在第二系统中处理并保存数据时,则可直接将所述数据保存到第二系统中。借此,本发明能够在双系统环境下,将用户在第一系统中处理的重要数据快速方便地保存至第二系统中,进而充分保护用户的信息安全。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是本发明基于双系统的数据保存系统的结构示意图,所述数据保存系统100可应用于手机、PDA(Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理)、平板电脑等通信终端中,所述通信终端同时安装有相互独立的第一系统和第二系统,所述第一系统优选为开放性操作系统,例如Android(安卓操作系统),IOS(苹果操作系统)等,用户可以在第一系统中进行普通数据的处理;所述第二系统优选为非开放性操作系统,例如终端制造商独立开发的操作系统,用户可在第二系统中进行私密数据等重要数据的处理。第一系统和第二系统各有切换入口,用户在第一系统中可输入密码进入第二系统,而在第二系统中不需要输入密码即可进入第一系统。并且,所述数据保存系统100包括有数据判断模块10和存储控制模块20,其中:
所述数据判断模块10,在第一系统中保存数据时,用于判断数据是否为重要数据。
优选的是,数据判断模块10分析数据中是否包括有预定关键词,优选扫描判断数据中是否涉及银行账号、密码、证件照、证书图片等信息,若数据中包括有预定关键词,则判定数据为重要数据;或者,数据判断模块10分析数据是否属于预定数据类型,所述预定数据类型可以是图片类型、视频类型、文档类型等,若数据属于预定数据类型,则判定数据为重要数据。
所述存储控制模块20,若数据是重要数据时,用于将数据保存到第二系统中。例如,双系统的通信终端在处理和保存短信、照片、日程、录音等数据时,首先判断当前用户所处的系统环境,若处于第二系统,则将第二系统中处 理的数据等直接存储至第二系统。若处于开放性的第一系统,则通过预定规则(如关键词设置)判定准备保存的数据是否为重要数据,若是重要数据则将其保存到第二系统中。一旦数据保存到第二系统中,用户在第一系统的系统环境下将无法查看或操作所述数据,从而保证重要数据的安全性。优选的是,第二系统下存储的数据可通过加密备份的形式导入到第一系统,用户需要知道正确的密码才能恢复数据。
本发明主要解决开放性的第一系统中数据安全存储问题,通过在双系统环境下,判断用户所处的系统环境,让用户快速的将隐私等重要数据保存至第二系统内,有效保障用户的隐私内容。
图2是本发明优选基于双系统的数据保存系统的结构示意图,所述数据保存系统100可应用于手机、PDA、平板电脑等通信终端中,所述通信终端同时安装有相互独立的第一系统和第二系统,所述第一系统优选为开放性操作系统,例如Android,IOS等,用户可以在第一系统中进行普通数据的处理;所述第二系统优选为非开放性操作系统,例如终端制造商独立开发的操作系统,用户可在第二系统中进行私密数据等重要数据的处理。并且,所述数据保存系统100包括有数据判断模块10、存储控制模块20和系统判断模块30,其中:
所述系统判断模块30,在保存数据时,用于判断当前所处的系统环境,所述系统环境可以是第一系统或者第二系统。若当前所处的系统环境为第二系统时,则就可以直接将所述数据保存到第二系统中。
所述数据判断模块10,若当前所处的系统环境为第一系统时,用于判断数据是否为重要数据。所述数据判断模块10进一步包括:
第一分析子模块11,用于分析数据中是否包括有预定关键词。优选扫描判断数据中是否涉及银行账号、密码、证件照、证书图片等信息。
第一判断子模块12,若数据中包括有预定关键词时,用于判定数据为重要数据。
第二分析子模块13,用于分析数据是否属于预定数据类型。所述预定数据类型可以预定为图片类型、视频类型、文档类型等。
第二判断子模块14,用于若数据属于预定数据类型时,用于判定数据为重要数据。
所述存储控制模块20,若系统环境为第二系统时,用于直接将所述数据 保存到第二系统中;以及若系统环境为第一系统且所述数据是重要数据时,用于将所述数据保存到第二系统中。所述存储控制模块20进一步包括:
保存提示子模块21,若判断出所述数据是重要数据时,用于发出建议用户将数据保存到第二系统的保存提示。所述保存提示可以采用文本、图片、音频/或视频等形式提示用户数据为重要数据,建议保存至第二系统。优选的是,所述保存提示上可以附带确认按钮和取消按钮,用户收到保存提示后,可以点击确认按钮来发出确认指令,也可以点击取消按钮来发出取消指令,若发出取消指令则数据直接保存到第一系统。
界面显示子模块22,在接收到将所述数据保存到第二系统的确认指令后,用于显示第二系统的鉴权界面。所述鉴权界面上可以显示密码输入框等,要求用户输入正确的鉴权密码。
存储控制子模块23,在鉴权界面接收到正确的鉴权信息后,用于将数据保存到第二系统中。优选的是,若用户在鉴权界面上输入正确的鉴权密码后,则鉴权成功并将数据保存到第二系统。当然用户也可以在鉴权界面上输入正确的鉴权手势来完成鉴权操作。
本发明在通信终端同时运行双系统时,可将用户的重要数据快速存储到第二系统内。如果当前处于第二系统中,用户处理的数据直接存储在第二系统内;如果当前处于第一系统中,通过判断数据是否涉及重要数据,若是则提示用户将该数据存储到第二系统内,从而快速实现重要数据的安全保存,保护个人的重要数据信息。
图3是本发明基于双系统的数据保存方法的流程图,其可通过如图1或图2所示的数据保存系统100实现,包括步骤有:
步骤S301,在第一系统中保存数据时,判断所述数据是否为重要数据。
优选的是,分析所述数据中是否包括有预定关键词,例如扫描判断数据中是否涉及银行账号、密码、证件照、证书图片等信息,若所述数据中包括有预定关键词,则判定所述数据为重要数据。或者,分析所述数据是否属于预定数据类型,所述预定数据类型可以预定为图片类型、视频类型、文档类型等,若所述数据属于预定数据类型,则判定所述数据为重要数据。
步骤S302,若所述数据是重要数据,则将所述数据保存到第二系统中。
例如,双系统的通信终端在处理和保存短信、照片、日程、录音等数据时, 首先判断当前用户所处的系统环境,若处于第二系统,则将第二系统中处理的数据等直接存储至第二系统。若处于开放性的第一系统,则通过预定规则(如关键词设置)判定准备保存的数据是否为重要数据,若是重要数据则将其保存到第二系统中。一旦数据保存到第二系统中,用户在第一系统的系统环境下将无法查看或操作所述数据,从而保证重要数据的安全性。优选的是,第二系统下存储的数据可通过加密备份的形式导入到第一系统,用户需要知道正确的密码才能恢复数据。
图4是本发明优选基于双系统的数据保存方法的流程图,其可通过如图2所示的数据保存系统100实现,包括步骤有:
步骤S400,在双系统同时运行下对某数据进行处理。
步骤S401,在保存所述数据时,判断当前所处的系统环境,所述系统环境可以是第一系统或者第二系统。
步骤S402,若系统环境为第二系统,则直接将所述数据保存到第二系统中。
步骤S403,若系统环境为第一系统,则判断所述数据是否为重要数据,若是重要数据则执行步骤S405,否则执行步骤S404。
优选的是,分析所述数据中是否包括有预定关键词,例如扫描判断数据中是否涉及银行账号、密码、证件照、证书图片等信息,若所述数据中包括有预定关键词,则判定所述数据为重要数据。或者,分析所述数据是否属于预定数据类型,所述预定数据类型可以是图片类型、视频类型、文档类型等,若所述数据属于预定数据类型,则判定所述数据为重要数据。
步骤S404,若判断出所述数据不是重要数据,将所述数据保存到第一系统中。
步骤S405,若判断出所述数据是重要数据,则发出建议用户将数据保存到第二系统的保存提示。
所述保存提示可以采用文本、图片、音频/或视频等形式提示用户数据为重要数据,建议保存至第二系统。
步骤S406,判断是否接收到将数据保存到第二系统的确认指令,若是则执行步骤S407,否则执行步骤S404。
优选的是,所述保存提示上可以附带确认按钮和取消按钮,用户收到保存 提示后,可以点击确认按钮来发出确认指令,也可以点击取消按钮来发出取消指令,若发出取消指令则数据直接保存到第一系统。
步骤S407,在接收到将数据保存到第二系统的确认指令后,显示第二系统的鉴权界面。
所述鉴权界面上可以显示密码输入框等,要求用户输入正确的鉴权密码。
步骤S408,判断鉴权界面是否接收到正确的鉴权信息,若是则执行步骤S409,否则执行步骤S410。
步骤S409,在鉴权界面接收到正确的鉴权信息后,将所述数据保存到第二系统中。
优选的是,若用户在鉴权界面上输入正确的鉴权密码,则鉴权成功并将数据保存到第二系统。当然用户也可以在鉴权界面上输入正确的鉴权手势来完成鉴权操作。
步骤S410,若鉴权界面未接收到正确的鉴权信息,则提示鉴权错误。此时,默认将数据保存到第一系统中。
图5A~图5C是本发明优选基于双系统的数据保存方法的界面操作图。用户在通信终端中对文档、录音、照片、短信、日程等数据进行保存时,判断用户用户当前所处的系统环境,若当前所处的系统环境是第二系统,则直接将文档、录音、照片、短信、日程等数据存储至第二系统,用户只能在第二系统下进行查看和处理该数据。若当前所处的系统环境是第一系统,则判断数据是否涉及银行账号、密码、证件照、证书图片等对应的预定关键词,若是则将数据判定为重要数据。如图5A所示,用户扫描身份证生成对应的身份证号扫描图片后,系统识别出该身份证号扫描图片中包含有身份证对应的身份证号等预定关键词,则提示用户该数据涉及证件等私密信息,建议将该数据保存至第二系统内,如图5B所示,若用户点击确认按钮则同意将数据保存到第二系统,若用户点击取消按钮则会将数据保存到第一系统。若用户点击确认按钮,则弹出第二系统的密码鉴权界面,如图5C所示,提示用户在密码输入框中输入第二系统的鉴权密码,若用户输入正确的鉴权密码,则将该数据自动保存到第二系统内。
图6是本发明基于双系统的数据保存终端的结构示意图。如图6所示,数据保存终端包括通信总线600、收发装置601、存储器602以及处理器603 (数据保存终端的处理器603的数量可以为一个或多个,图6中以一个处理器为例),其中:
所述通信总线600,用于实现所述收发装置601、所述存储器602以及所述处理器603之间的连接通信;
所述存储器602中存储一组程序代码,且处理器603调用存储器602中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
所述处理器603,在第一系统中保存数据时,用于判断所述数据是否为重要数据;
所述处理器603,若所述数据是重要数据,还用于将所述数据保存到第二系统中。
优选的,所述处理器603在第一系统中保存数据时,判断所述数据是否为重要数据的步骤之前,所述处理器603还用于执行如下步骤:
在保存所述数据时,判断当前所处的系统环境;
若所述系统环境为所述第一系统时,根据所述预定规则判断所述数据是否为重要数据;
若所述系统环境为所述第二系统时,直接将所述数据保存到所述第二系统中。
优选的,所述处理器603判断所述数据是否为重要数据进一步包括:
分析所述数据中是否包括有预定关键词;
若所述数据中包括有所述预定关键词,则判定所述数据为重要数据。
优选的,所述数据若是重要数据,则所述处理器603将所述数据保存到第二系统中进一步包括:
若判断出所述数据是重要数据,则通过所述收发装置601发出建议用户将所述数据保存到所述第二系统的保存提示;
在所述收发装置601接收到将所述数据保存到所述第二系统的确认指令后,显示所述第二系统的鉴权界面;
在所述鉴权界面接收到正确的鉴权信息后,将所述数据保存到所述第二系统中。
综上所述,本发明通信终端在双系统同时运行时,如果用户在第一系统中 处理并保存数据时,若判断出所述数据为重要数据时,将所述数据保存到第二系统中;而如果用户在第二系统中处理并保存数据时,则可直接将所述数据保存到第二系统中。借此,本发明能够在双系统环境下,将用户在第一系统中处理的重要数据快速方便地保存至第二系统中,进而充分保护用户的信息安全。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种基于双系统的数据保存方法,其特征在于,包括步骤有:
    在第一系统中保存数据时,判断所述数据是否为重要数据;
    若所述数据是重要数据,则将所述数据保存到第二系统中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的数据保存方法,其特征在于,所述在第一系统中保存数据时,判断所述数据是否为重要数据的步骤之前还包括:
    在保存所述数据时,判断当前所处的系统环境;
    若所述系统环境为所述第二系统,则直接将所述数据保存到所述第二系统中;
    若所述系统环境为所述第一系统,则执行所述判断所述数据是否为重要数据的步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的数据保存方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述数据是否为重要数据的步骤包括:
    分析所述数据中是否包括有预定关键词;
    若所述数据中包括有所述预定关键词,则判定所述数据为重要数据。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的数据保存方法,其特征在于,所述判断所述数据是否为重要数据的步骤包括:
    分析所述数据是否属于预定数据类型;
    若所述数据属于所述预定数据类型,则判定所述数据为重要数据。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的数据保存方法,其特征在于,所述数据若是重要数据,则将所述数据保存到第二系统中的步骤进一步包括:
    若判断出所述数据是重要数据,则发出建议用户将所述数据保存到所述第二系统的保存提示;
    在接收到将所述数据保存到所述第二系统的确认指令后,显示所述第二系统的鉴权界面;
    在所述鉴权界面接收到正确的鉴权信息后,将所述数据保存到所述第二系统中。
  6. 一种基于双系统的数据保存装置,其特征在于,包括有:
    数据判断模块,在第一系统中保存数据时,用于判断所述数据是否为重要 数据;
    存储控制模块,若所述数据是重要数据时,用于将所述数据保存到第二系统中。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的数据保存装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    系统判断模块,在保存所述数据时,用于判断当前所处的系统环境;
    所述数据判断模块,若所述系统环境为所述第一系统时,用于根据所述预定规则判断所述数据是否为重要数据;
    所述存储控制模块,若所述系统环境为所述第二系统时,用于直接将所述数据保存到所述第二系统中。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的数据保存装置,其特征在于,所述数据判断模块进一步包括:
    第一分析子模块,用于分析所述数据中是否包括有预定关键词;
    第一判断子模块,若所述数据中包括有所述预定关键词时,用于判定所述数据为重要数据。
  9. 根据权利要求6~8任一项所述的数据保存装置,其特征在于,所述存储控制模块进一步包括:
    保存提示子模块,若判断出所述数据是重要数据时,用于发出建议用户将所述数据保存到所述第二系统的保存提示;
    界面显示子模块,在接收到将所述数据保存到所述第二系统的确认指令后,用于显示所述第二系统的鉴权界面;
    存储控制子模块,在所述鉴权界面接收到正确的鉴权信息后,用于将所述数据保存到所述第二系统中。
  10. 一种基于双系统的数据保存终端,其特征在于:所述终端包括通信总线、收发装置、存储器以及处理器,其中:

    在保存所述数据时,判断当前所处的系统环境;
    若所述系统环境为所述第一系统时,根据所述预定规则判断所述数据是否为重要数据;
    若所述系统环境为所述第二系统时,直接将所述数据保存到所述第二系统中。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的数据保存终端,其特征在于,所述处理器判断所述数据是否为重要数据进一步包括:
    分析所述数据中是否包括有预定关键词;
    若所述数据中包括有所述预定关键词,则判定所述数据为重要数据。
  13. 根据权利要求10~12任一项所述的数据保存终端,其特征在于,所述数据若是重要数据,则所述处理器将所述数据保存到第二系统中进一步包括:
    若判断出所述数据是重要数据,则通过所述收发装置发出建议用户将所述数据保存到所述第二系统的保存提示;
    在所述收发装置接收到将所述数据保存到所述第二系统的确认指令后,显示所述第二系统的鉴权界面;
    在所述鉴权界面接收到正确的鉴权信息后,将所述数据保存到所述第二系统中。
