一种用于修枝机的集成一体式新型动力源装置,包括:电机(1)、电机转接头(2)、控制板(3)、电池包(4)和外壳(5),所述电机(1)与所述电机转接头(2)连接形成电机组件,所述控制板(3)连接所述电机(1)与所述电池包(4)并控制所述电机(1)与所述电池包(4)的通断,所述电机(1)、电机转接头(2)、控制板(3)、电池包(4)均内置在所述外壳(5)的内部。通过上述方式,该用于修枝机的集成一体式新型动力源装置具有设计优化、结构新颖、性能稳定、拆卸方便、可任意组合、成本降低、效率提高等优点。
Description
本实用新型涉及动力源领域,特别是涉及一种用于修枝机的集成一体式新型动力源装置。
动力源是机械设备的重要组件,其中修枝机、剪草机、绿篱机等大型绿化机械设备的动力源采用不可分别式结构的动力源,各种型号的设备之间的动力源兼容度低、匹配度低,极大增加了维修、更换的难度和成本,不利于使用者的便利。

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种用于修枝机的集成一体式新型动力源装置,包括:电机、电机转接头、控制板、电池包和外壳,所述电机与所述电机转接头连接形成电机组件,所述控制板连接所述电机与所述电池包并控制所述电机与所述电池包的通断,所述电机、电机转接头、控制板、电池包均内置在所述外壳的内部。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述电机转接头或者所述外壳外接有驱动装置。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述电池包采用可拆卸结构。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述电池包的底部设置有插片座和弹簧,所述插片座与所述弹簧均电性连接所述控制板。
在本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,所述控制板为PCB控制板。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型用于修枝机的集成一体式新型动力源装置具有设计优化、结构新颖、性能稳定、拆卸方便、可任意组合、成本降低、效率提高等优点,在用于修枝机的集成一体式新型动力源装置的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。

所述电机1与所述电机转接头2连接形成电机组件,所述控制板3连接所述电机1与所述电池包4并控制所述电机1与所述电池包4的通断,所述电机1、电机转接头2、控制板3、电池包4均内置在所述外壳5的内部,外壳5起到固定和保护的作用。由于本发明的集成一体式结构,使得其可应用于多种产品的使用,提高了产品开发的利用率和通用性,也极大提高了产品生产效率高,这使得产品成本降低,对于产品竞争力的提升带来极大帮助,也为消费者的选用提供便利。
优选地,所述电机转接头2或者所述外壳5外接有驱动装置,通过电机转接头2或者外壳5可以与不同规格的工作头连接工作。
优选地,所述电池包4采用可拆卸结构,用于供电,方便拆卸、更换和充电。
优选地,所述电池包4的底部设置有插片座和弹簧,所述插片座与所述弹簧均电性连接所述控制板3,通过控制板3上的按钮来控制插片座与弹簧的工作,
能够快速弹起将电池包4顶出,方便实用。
优选地,所述控制板3为PCB控制板。
本实用新型用于修枝机的集成一体式新型动力源装置的有益效果是:
一、通过采用集成一体式结构的动力源,使得动力源与机械设备独立分开,通用性广、兼容性高、匹配度高;
二、通过采用可拆卸的电池包方便拆卸和安装,大大降低了拆卸的难度和成本、提高了工作效率;
三,相对一般的动力源装置,本发明用于修枝机的集成一体式新型动力源装置的电池包的底部设置有插片座和弹簧,能够快速弹起将电池包顶出,方便实用。

- 一种用于修枝机的集成一体式新型动力源装置,其特征在于,包括:电机、电机转接头、控制板、电池包和外壳,所述电机与所述电机转接头连接形成电机组件,所述控制板连接所述电机与所述电池包并控制所述电机与所述电池包的通断,所述电机、电机转接头、控制板、电池包均内置在所述外壳的内部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于修枝机的集成一体式新型动力源装置,其特征在于,所述电机转接头或者所述外壳外接有驱动装置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于修枝机的集成一体式新型动力源装置,其特征在于,所述电池包采用可拆卸结构。
- 根据权利要求3所述的用于修枝机的集成一体式新型动力源装置,其特征在于,所述电池包的底部设置有插片座和弹簧,所述插片座与所述弹簧均电性连接所述控制板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于修枝机的集成一体式新型动力源装置,其特征在于,所述控制板为PCB控制板。
