一种基站用户接入的方法与装置,涉及基站资源不足时优先级用户接入的方法及装置。其中,该方法包括:基站接收用户的接入请求;根据用户优先级与资源消耗情况,确定接入用户属性,接入用户。其中,该装置包括:资源消耗模块,判断模块,资源释放模块与建立模块。通过本发明提供的方法,避免了用户接入时基站与基站控制器多次信息交互引起的迟延,解决相关技术中优先级用户接入实时性得不到保证的问题。

Description

一种基站用户接入的方法与装置 技术领域
本文涉及用户接入的方法及装置,尤其涉及基站资源不足时优先级用户接入的方法及装置。
背景技术
目前在移动通讯领域,对优先级用户的实时接入要求越来越高,但如果采用预留资源的方法,势必导致大量资源的浪费,运营商一般不会采用该方案。解决这个问题最接近的相关技术是,预先设定用户优先级,在基站控制器进行控制,基站资源充分时按优先级进行接入,资源不够时从码道或功率入手强拆用户。
该方案的缺陷在基站控制器不对基站的无线资源进行任何管理,只负责基站和手机之间的连接,信令上采用基站的响应消息反馈手机需要的本基站的各种无线参数,然后基站控制器再把这些参数配置给手机。因此基站控制器和基站之间需多次信息的来回后,才能删除当前用户,建立新用户,实时性无法保证。
发明内容
鉴于以上技术背景,本发明实施例要解决的技术问题是,提供一种在基站接入优先级用户的方法及装置,解决相关技术中优先级用户接入实时性得不到保证的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种基站接入用户的方法,包括:基站接收用户的接入请求;根据用户优先等级与资源消耗情况,确定接入用户属性,接入用户。
在本发明实施例中,所述用户优先级由基站预先设定。
在本发明实施例中,所述基站根据小区参数与用户实际消耗确定出待接入用户的资源消耗量。
在本发明实施例中,按小区参数总量除以小区用户数得出各项参数的标准消耗量,再按用户实际消耗量与标准消耗量之比取最大值为当前用户的资源消耗量。
在本发明实施例中,在所述基站剩余资源能够满足所述待接入用户的接入时,接入所述待接入用户;在所述基站剩余资源不能满足所述待接入用户的接入时,释放低优先级且占用资源较多的所述基站内用户,接入所述待接入用户。
在本发明实施例中,所述小区参数包括小区的基带能力,功率,码道。
本发明实施例还提供了一种基站用户接入的装置,包括,资源消耗模块,判断模块,资源释放模块与建立模块;所述资源消耗模块设置为计算待接入用户的资源消耗量;所述判断模块设置为判断所述基站的剩余资源;所述资源释放模块设置为释放用户资源;所述建立模块设置为接入待接入用户。
资源消耗模块设置为在所述基站根据小区参数与用户实际的资源消耗计算出待接入用户的资源消耗量;
判断模块设置为判断所述基站的剩余资源是否能够满足所述待接入用户的接入;
资源释放模块设置为在所述基站的剩余资源不能满足待接入用户的接入时,释放低优先级且占用资源较多的当前用户的资源。
本发明实施例提供了一种基站用户接入的方法与装置,该方法包括:在基站接收用户接入请求,按用户优先等级与资源消耗算法,判断用户属性,接入用户。相较于相关技术,通过本发明实施例提供的方法,优先级用户的接入从接入请求的接收到优先级判断,资源消耗的计算,当前用户资源的释放到优先级用户的接入整个过程在基站上完成,避免了基站与基站控制器在信令交互过程中的延迟,保证了优先级用户接入的实时性。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图从WCDMA角度对技术方案的实施作详细说明。
实施例一:本实施例提供了一种基站用户接入的方法,请参见图2,图2为该方法的流程示意图,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:所述用户优先级由基站预先设定。
步骤2:由基站计算出待接入用户的资源消耗量。
步骤3:判断基站剩余资源是否能够满足所述待接入用户的接入。
步骤4:所述基站剩余资源能够满足所述待接入用户的接入时,直接接入所述待接入用户;所述基站剩余资源不能满足所述待接入用户时,转入步骤5。
步骤5:释放所述基站内优先级较低且占用资源较多用户,转入步骤3。
步骤6,完成待接入用户的接入。
上述步骤2中的用户资源消耗量的计算,包括按小区参数总量除以小区用户数得出对应参数的标准消耗量,再按用户实际消耗量与标准消耗量之比取最大值得出所述待接入用户的资源消耗量。所述小区参数包括小区的基带能力和/或功率和/或码道。
实施例二:本实施例提供一种基站用户接入的装置,请参见图3,图3为该装置的结构示意图,该装置包括资源消耗模块,判断模块,资源释放模块与建立模块;资源消耗模块设置为所述基站根据小区参数与用户实际的资源消耗计算出待接入用户的资源消耗量;判断模块设置为判断所述基站的剩余资源是否能够满足所述待接入用户的接入;所述资源释放模块设置为在所述基站的剩余资源不能满足待接入用户的接入时,释放低优先级且占用资源较多的当前用户的资源;所述建立模块设置为完成待接入用户的接入。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、设备、装置、器件等)执行,在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
上述实施例中的各装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的各装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
通过本发明实施例提供的方法,优先级用户的接入从接入请求的接收到优先级判断,资源消耗的计算,当前用户资源的释放到优先级用户的接入整个过程在基站上完成,避免了基站与基站控制器在信令交互过程中的延迟,保证了优先级用户接入的实时性。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种基站用户接入的方法,包括:基站接收用户的接入请求;根据用户优先级与资源消耗情况,确定出待接入用户属性,接入所述待接入用户。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种基站用户接入的方法,其中,所述用户优先级由基站预先设定。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种基站用户接入的方法,其中,所述基站根据小区参数与用户实际消耗确定出待接入用户的资源消耗量。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种基站用户接入的方法,其中,按小区参数总量除以小区用户数得出对应参数的标准消耗量,再按用户实际消耗量与标准消耗量之比取最大值得出所述待接入用户的资源消耗量。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种基站用户接入的方法,其中,在所述基站剩余资源能够满足所述待接入用户的接入时,接入所述待接入用户;在所述基站剩余资源不能满足所述待接入用户的接入时,释放低优先级且占用资源大于或者等于预设值的所述基站内用户,接入所述待接入用户。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种基站用户接入的方法,其中,所述小区参数包括小区的基带能力和/或功率和/或码道。
  7. 一种基站用户接入的装置,包括资源消耗模块,判断模块,资源释放模块与建立模块;
    所述资源消耗模块设置为计算待接入用户的资源消耗量;
    所述判断模块设置为判断所述基站的剩余资源;
    所述资源释放模块设置为释放用户资源;
    所述建立模块设置为接入所述待接入用户。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种基站用户接入的装置,其中,所述资源消耗模块设置为在所述基站根据小区参数与用户实际的资源消耗计算出待接入用户的资源消耗量。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的一种基站用户接入的装置,其中,所述判断模块设置为判断所述基站的剩余资源是否满足所述待接入用户的接入所需的资 源。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的一种基站用户接入的装置,其中,所述资源释放模块设置为在所述基站的剩余资源不能满足待接入用户的接入时,释放低优先级且占用资源较多的当前用户的资源。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有程序指令,当该程序指令被执行时可实现权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法。
