Description

语音回落的方法、装置及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种语音回落的方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
码分多址(Code Division Multiple Access,简称为CDMA)技术是第三代移动通信系统中的一种重要的技术标准。目前在北美、中国以及亚洲一些国家都建立了CDMA商用网络。
由于CDMA网络在全球的规模比全球移动通信系统/通用移动通信系统(System for Mobile Communication/Universal Mobile Telecommunications System,简称为GSM/UMTS)网络规模要小的多,当CDMA用户移动到国外时,如没有CDMA网络覆盖,因此就无法实现国际漫游业务。为了满足用户的国际漫游需求,CDMA网络运营商通常通过部署国际漫游网关(Foreign Location Register,简称为FLR),由FLR实现ANSI-41MAP(American National Standards Institute-41Mobile Application Part)和GSM MAP的协议间转换,提供CDMA双模(也可以是多模)终端用户在GSM网络和CDMA网络之间漫游的功能。在双模终端用户的业务过程中,FLR担当了GSM网络的移动交换中心/漫游位置寄存器(mobile switching center/visitor location register,简称MSC/VLR)、短消息中心(Short Message Center,简称为SMC)和归属位置寄存器(Home Location Register,简称为HLR)网元角色,以及CDMA网络的MSC/VLR、信息中心(Message Center,简称为MC)和HLR网元角色的方式实现用户到GSM/UMTS下的漫游。
演进到第四代无线数据网络(Long Term Evolution,简称为LTE)对运营商来说是大势所趋,当前已经有多个国家部署了LTE网络。使用具有LTE能力双模终端的CDMA用户在国际漫游时,在LTE网络覆盖区域,会附着在LTE网络上。因此,用户漫游在LTE网络时,如何使用语音业务的问题就应用而生。
CDMA运营商在开展国际漫游业务时,语音业务一般由传统的2G/3G网络提供。因此,要求FLR能够支持标准的电路域回落(Circuit Switched Fallback,简称为CSFB)的移动终端漫游重试(Mobile Terminating Roaming Retry,简称为MTRR)和移动终端漫游转发(Mobile Terminating Roaming Forwarding,简称MTRF)。
通过CSFB技术将具备CSFB能力的LTE终端回落到2G/3G网络,由传统的2G/3G网络提供语音业务,但是,这种语音回落的接通率不高,容易出现连接错误。
针对相关技术中,终端跨网络国际漫游过程中语音回落的接通率不高,容易出现连接错误的问题,目前还没有有效的解决方法。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种语音回落的方法、装置及系统,以至少解决相关技术中终端跨网络国际漫游过程中语音回落的接通率不高,容易出现连接错误的问题。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种语音回落的方法,包括:国际漫游网关接收归属位置寄存器HLRe的路由查询请求,其中,所述路由查询请求是由处于国际漫游状态的被叫多模终端向所述HLRe发起的位置查询请求引起的;所述国际漫游网关根据所述路由查询请求查询所述多模终端语音回落网络新旧移动交换中心/拜访位置寄存器MSC/VLR是否支持移动终端漫游重试MTRR;在所述多模终端回落到2G/3G网络和所述MSC/VLR支持MTRR情况下,所述国际漫游网关查询位置更新流程是否结束;在所述国际漫游网关收到检测位置更新流程结束的情况下,向新注册的MSC/VLR发起漫游号码请求PRN。
在本实施例中,在所述国际漫游网关查询位置更新流程是否结束之后,在所述国际漫游网关收到检测位置更新流程结束的情况下,向新注册的MSC/VLR发起漫游号码请求PRN之前,还包括:在所述国际漫游网关收到检测位置更新流程没有结束的情况下,等待所述位置更新流程结束。
在本实施例中,所述国际漫游网关查询位置更新流程是否结束包括:所述国际漫游网关收到所处网络MSC发送来的发送路由信息请求,检测所述多模终端所述新MSC/VLR的位置更新是否结束。
在本实施例中,该方法还包括:在所述PRN中携带接收漫游重试支持参数的情况下,所述国际漫游网关向网关移动交换中心GMSC的请求路由信息SRI响应携带漫游重试标志;在所述PRN透传的情况下,所述国际漫游网关向网关移动交换中心GMSC的请求路由信息SRI响应携带呼叫参考号码。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,还提供了一种语音回落的方法,包括:国际漫游网关接收HLRe的路由查询请求,其中,所述路由查询请求是由处于国际漫游状态的被叫多模终端向所述HLRe发起的位置查询请求引起的;所述国际漫游网关根据所述路 由查询请求查询所述多模终端语音回落网络新旧MSC/VLR是否支持移动终端漫游转发MTRF;所述多模终端回落到2G/3G网络和在所述MSC/VLR支持MTRF情况下,所述国际漫游网关向旧MSC/VLR发起取消位置请求;其中,所述取消位置请求中携带MTRF支持和授权标志和新MSC/VLR号码。

本优选实施例提供了一种实现CDMA用户国际漫游在LTE网络时语音回落的方法,该方法适设置为CDMA双模(也可以是多模)用户信息存放在CDMA归属位置寄存器(home location register emulation,简称为HLRe),CDMA用户国际漫游对应的GSM/UMTS信息保存在国际漫游网关FLR中。
所述的CDMA用户国际漫游在LTE网络时语音回落的方法中,当用户国际漫游在LTE网络且所在的MSC/VLR允许MTRR时,当用户在CDMA网络中做被叫时,FLR扮演CDMA MSC/VLR角色,向HLRe返回路由响应,路由响应的临时本地号码(Temporary Local Directory Number,简称为TLDN)中携带重定向标签(RedirectNum)。
当用户CSFB回落到2G/3G网络并在GSM/UMTS网络中重新选择MSC/VLR注册时,FLR扮演GSM/UMTS网络中的HLR角色。当新旧MSC/VLR都允许MTRR时,FLR记录位置更新的标示,直到位置更新流程结束,当此过程中收到GSM/UMTS的MSC发送来的SEND_ROUTING_INFORMATION(发送路由信息)请求时,检测当前用户在新MSC/VLR的位置更新是否结束,如位置更新流程未结束,则等待位置更新流程结束以后,再向新的MSC/VLR发送提供漫游号码(Provide Roaming Number,简称为PRN)请求,如果请求路由信息(Sending Routing Information,简称 为SRI),请求携带了漫游重试标志(Roaming Retry),则在PRN提供漫游号码。请求消息中携带接收漫游重试支持(mt RoamingRetrySupported)参数。
当用户CSFB回落到2G/3G网络并在GSM/UMTS网络中重新选择MSC/VLR注册时,FLR扮演GSM/UMTS网络中的HLR角色。当新旧MSC/VLR都允许MTRF,并且位置更新位置更新(UPDATE_LOCATION)携带了MTRF标志时,FLR向用户之前登记的MSC/VLR发送删除位置(CANCEL_LOCATION)消息中携带支持和授权标志(MTRFmtrf-SupportedAndAuthorized)、新MSC/VLR号码(newMSC-Number,newVLR-Number)。
图5是根据本发明优选实施例的语音回落已经成功取回漫游号码后的MTRR的第一实施例的流程图,如图5所示,在本发明所述的当用户注册在LTE网络时,如用户做被叫业务,触发CSFB已经取回漫游号码后实现MTRR的第一实施例中,本优选实施例提供了FLR和其他网元实体之间交互的方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤501:CDMA网关移动交换中心(Gateway Mobile Switching Center,简称为GMSC)收到用户的起呼请求,向被叫用户所在的HLRe发起位置查询请求;
步骤502:HLRe根据记录的用户位置,向FLR发起路由查询;
步骤503:本发明要求FLR判断当前用户如果处于国际漫游状态且用户所在的MSC/VLR允许MTRR时,则向HLRe返回路由信息,格式为路由码和移动用户号码簿号码(router code+Mobile Directory Number,简称为RN+MDN),其中RN为GSM/UMTS的GMSC的路由码。
步骤504:HLRe收到FLR返回的路由码后,向CDMA GMSC返回路由码;
步骤505:CDMA GMSC根据HLRe返回的路由信息,将呼叫重定向到GSM/UMTS的GMSC上。
步骤506:GMSC根据路由配置向FLR发起路由查询,请求中携带MT Roaming Retry Supported标示;
步骤507:FLR充当HLR的角色,向用户所在的MSC/VLR发送PRN,请求漫游号码;
步骤508:MSC/VLR收到漫游号码请求后,返回漫游号码;
步骤509:FLR通过SRI响应,向GMSC返回漫游号码;
步骤510:GMSC根据漫游号码,向用户所在的MSC/VLR发起初始地址信息(Initial address message,简称为IMA);
步骤511:MSC/VLR通过SGs接口,向移动管理实体(Mobile Managenment Entity,简称为MME)寻呼用户,并触发用户由LTE回落到2/3G网络;
步骤512:用户回落到2/3G网络后,重新选择MSC/VLR进行位置登记,并且选择的MSC/VLR与当前登记的MSC/VLR不同;
步骤513:新的MSC/VLR向FLR发起位置更新请求;
步骤514:FLR收到新MSC/VLR的位置更新请求后,向之前登记的MSC/VLR发送取消位置(cancel location),请求删除用户信息;
步骤515:旧MSC/VLR向FLR返回的cancel location响应;
步骤516:FLR模拟MSC/VLR向CDMA的HLRe发起位置更新请求;
步骤517:HLRe完成用户位置信息更新后,向FLR返回位置更新的响应;
步骤518:旧MSC/VLR向GMSC发送回复呼叫处理(Resume Call Handling,以下简称:RCH)指示用户已经发送漫游重试(Roamingretry),GMSC确认消息返回应答。
步骤519:GMSC向旧MSC/VLR发送REL(Release),Release释放和旧MSC/VLR之间的话路资源。
步骤520:FLR模拟HLR,向新MSC/VLR下插用户数据;
步骤521:GMSC重新向FLR发起路由请求;
步骤522:FLR继续向MSC/VLR下插数据;
步骤523:FLR完成数据下插后,向MSC/VLR发送位置更新响应,完成位置更新流程;
步骤524:本发明要求FLR等待位置更新流程结束,FLR检测位置更新流程已经结束后,则向新MSC/VLR请求漫游号码;
步骤525:新MSC/VLR向FLR返回漫游号码;
步骤526:FLR向GMSC返回请求路由信息(Sending Routing Information,简称为SRI)MAP请求路由信息响应,携带漫游号码。
步骤527:GMSC根据漫游号码,向用户所在的MSC/VLR发送IAM请求;
步骤528:新MSC/VLR向用户终端发送位置更新接受应答,完成用户在MSC/VLR的附着;
步骤529:用户终端完成临时识别码(Temporary Mobile Subscriber Identity,简称为TMSI);
步骤530:新MSC/VLR发起呼叫建立请求,要求发起呼叫;
步骤531:手机完成呼叫确认,完成呼叫的建立。
上述的第一实施例的步骤507时,有如下的说明:
可选说明一,上述步骤507中,如果SRI请求携带了呼叫参考号码(Call Reference Number)则PRN需要透传。
可选说明二,上述步骤507中,如果SRI请求携带了漫游重试(Roaming Retry)标志,则在PRN请求消息中携带接收漫游重试支持参数(mtRoamingRetrySupported)。
本实施例中所述的第一实施例的步骤524时,有如下的说明:
可选的说明一,上述步骤524中,FLR检测当前是否有未结束的位置更新流程,如果存在未结束的位置更新流程则等待位置更新流程结束以后再发起PRN请求。
实施所述的第一实施例的步骤516和步骤517,跟步骤518和步骤519、没有先后顺序关系。
图6是根据本发明优选实施例的语音回落已经成功取回漫游号码后的MTRR的第二实施例的流程图,如图6所示,在本发明所述的当用户注册在LTE网络时,如用户做被叫业务,触发CSFB在获取漫游号码过程中实现MTRR的第二实施例中,本发明提供了FLR和其他网元实体之间交互的方法,其包括如下步骤:
步骤601:CDMA GMSC收到用户的起呼请求,向被叫用户所在的HLRe发起位置查询请求;
步骤602:HLRe根据记录的用户位置,向FLR发起路由查询
步骤603:本发明要求FLR判断当前用户如果处于国际漫游状态且用户所在的MSC/VLR允许MTRR时,则向HLRe返回路由信息,格式为RN+MDN,其中RN为GSM/UMTS GMSC的路由码。
步骤604:HLRe收到FLR返回的路由码后,向CDMA GMSC返回路由码;
步骤605:CDMA GMSC根据HLRe返回的路由信息,将呼叫重定向到GSM/UMTS的GMSC上。
步骤606:GMSC根据路由配置向FLR发起路由查询,请求中携带MT Roaming Retry Supported标示;
步骤607:FLR充当HLR的角色,向用户所在的MSC/VLR发送PRN,请求漫游号码;
步骤608:MSC/VLR收到漫游号码请求后,发起预寻呼触发用户由LTE回落到2/3G网络;
步骤609:用户回落到2/3G网络后,重新选择MSC/VLR进行位置登记,并且选择的MSC/VLR与当前登记的MSC/VLR不同;
步骤610:新MSC/VLR与旧MSC/VLR通过Identification消息交换是否有进行中的呼叫;

图7是根据本发明优选实施例的语音回落已经语音回落重新选择MSC的MTRF的第三实施例的流程图,如图7所示,本发明所述的当用户在LTE网络,做被叫业务触发语音回落重新选择MSC的MTRF过程的实施例,包括以下步骤:
步骤701:CDMA GMSC收到用户的起呼请求,向被叫用户所在的HLRe发起位置查询请求;
步骤702:HLRe根据记录的用户位置,向FLR发起路由查询
步骤703:FLR充当HLR角色,向用户所在的MSC/VLR发送PRN,请求漫游号码。
步骤704:MSC/VLR收到漫游号码请求后,返回漫游号码;
步骤705:FLR收到MSC/VLR返回的路由号码,通过路由请求(routereq)响应消息向HLRe返回TLDN号码;
步骤706:HLRe向CDMA GMSC返回位置查询响应;
步骤707:CDMA GMSC根据位置查询的结果,向被叫所在的MSC/VLR发送IAM消息;
步骤708:MSC/VLR通过SGs接口,向MME寻呼用户,并触发用户由LTE回落到2/3G网络;
步骤709:用户回落到2/3G网络后,重新选择MSC/VLR进行位置登记,并且选择的MSC/VLR与当前的MSC/VLR不同;
步骤710:新的MSC/VLR向旧MSC/VLR发送Send Identification,携带支持MTRF的标示和新MSC/VLR号码;
步骤711:新MSC/VLR向FLR发起位置更新请求,请求中携带支持MTRF的标示;
步骤712:FLR收到新MSC/VLR的位置更新请求后,向之前登记的MSC/VLR发送cancel location,本发明特别要求请求中携带MTRF指示和新MSC/VLR号码;
步骤713:旧MSC/VLR向FLR返回的cancel location响应,并停止寻呼用户;
步骤714:FLR模拟MSC/VLR向CDMA的HLRe发起位置更新请求;
步骤715:HLRe完成用户位置信息更新后,向FLR返回位置更新的响应;
步骤716:FLR模拟HLR,向新MSC/VLR下插用户数据;
步骤717:旧MSC/VLR向新的MSC/VLR发起PRN请求,请求中携带MTRF指示和旧MSC/VLR号码;
步骤718:FLR继续向MSC/VLR下插数据。
步骤719:FLR完成数据下插后,向MSC/VLR发送位置更新响应,完成位置更新流程;
步骤720:新MSC/VLR向旧MSC/VLR返回PRN应答,携带路由号码;
步骤721:旧MSC/VLR向新MSC/VLR发送IAM请求消息;
步骤722:新MSC/VLR向用户终端发送位置更新接受应答,完成用户在MSC/VLR的附着;
步骤723:用户终端完成TMSI分配;
步骤724:新MSC/VLR发起呼叫建立请求,要求建立呼叫;
步骤725:手机完成呼叫确认,完成呼叫的建立。
上述实施例的步骤712时,有如下的说明:
可选说明一,上述步骤712中,FLR判断符合MTRF发放策略,则向MSC/VLR中发送的cancel location中携带MTRF Supported And Authorized flag and the new MSC/VLR numbers。
可选说明二,上述步骤712中,FLR判断不符合MTRF发放策略,则向MSC/VLR中发送的cancel location中携带MTRF Supported And not Authorized标志和新MSC/VLR号码。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

工业实用性
基于本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,通过采用国际漫游网关接收归属位置寄存器HLRe的路由查询请求,其中,该路由查询请求是由处于国际漫游状态的被叫多模终端向该HLRe发起的位置查询请求引起的;该国际漫游网关根据该路由查询请求查询该多模终端语音回落网络新旧移动交换中心/拜访位置寄存器MSC/VLR是否支持移动终端漫游重试MTRR;在该多模终端回落到2G/3G网络和该MSC/VLR支持MTRR情况下,该国际漫游网关查询位置更新流程是否结束;在该国际漫游网关收到检测位置更新流程结束的情况下,向新注册的MSC/VLR发起漫游号码请求PRN解决了相关技术中终端跨网络国际漫游过程中语音回落的接通率不高,容易出现连接错误的问题,提高了语音回落的接通率,减少了错误连接。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种语音回落的方法,包括:
    国际漫游网关接收归属位置寄存器HLRe的路由查询请求,其中,所述路由查询请求是由处于国际漫游状态的被叫多模终端向所述HLRe发起的位置查询请求引起的;
    所述国际漫游网关根据所述路由查询请求查询所述多模终端语音回落网络新旧移动交换中心/拜访位置寄存器MSC/VLR是否支持移动终端漫游重试MTRR;
    在所述多模终端回落到2G/3G网络和所述MSC/VLR支持MTRR情况下,所述国际漫游网关查询位置更新流程是否结束;
    在所述国际漫游网关收到检测位置更新流程结束的情况下,向新注册的MSC/VLR发起漫游号码请求PRN。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述国际漫游网关查询位置更新流程是否结束之后,在所述国际漫游网关收到检测位置更新流程结束的情况下,向新注册的MSC/VLR发起漫游号码请求PRN之前,还包括:
    在所述国际漫游网关收到检测位置更新流程没有结束的情况下,等待所述位置更新流程结束。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述国际漫游网关查询位置更新流程是否结束包括:
    所述国际漫游网关收到所处网络MSC发送来的发送路由信息请求,检测所述多模终端所述新MSC/VLR的位置更新是否结束。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    在所述PRN中携带接收漫游重试支持参数的情况下,所述国际漫游网关向网关移动交换中心GMSC的请求路由信息SRI响应携带漫游重试标志;
    在所述PRN透传的情况下,所述国际漫游网关向网关移动交换中心GMSC的请求路由信息SRI响应携带呼叫参考号码。
  5. 一种语音回落的方法,包括:
    国际漫游网关接收HLRe的路由查询请求,其中,所述路由查询请求是由处于国际漫游状态的被叫多模终端向所述HLRe发起的位置查询请求引起的;
    所述国际漫游网关根据所述路由查询请求查询所述多模终端语音回落网络新旧MSC/VLR是否支持移动终端漫游转发MTRF;
    所述多模终端回落到2G/3G网络和在所述MSC/VLR支持MTRF情况下,所述国际漫游网关向旧MSC/VLR发起取消位置请求;其中,所述取消位置请求中携带MTRF支持和授权标志和新MSC/VLR号码。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述国际漫游网关根据所述路由查询请求查询所述多模终端语音回落网络新旧MSC/VLR是否支持移动终端漫游转发MTRF之后,还包括:
    在所述多模终端回落到2G/3G网络和所述MSC/VLR不支持MTRF情况下,所述国际漫游网关向旧MSC/VLR发起取消位置请求;其中,所述取消位置请求中携带MTRF支持和不授权标志和新MSC/VLR号码。
  7. 一种语音回落的装置,位于国际漫游网关,包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为接收归属位置寄存器HLRe的路由查询请求,其中,所述路由查询请求是由处于国际漫游状态的被叫多模终端向所述HLRe发起的位置查询请求引起的;
    第一支持模块,设置为根据所述路由查询请求查询所述多模终端语音回落网络新旧移动交换中心/拜访位置寄存器MSC/VLR是否支持移动终端漫游重试MTRR;
    查询模块,设置为在所述多模终端回落到2G/3G网络和所述MSC/VLR支持MTRR情况下,查询位置更新流程是否结束;
    请求模块,设置为在所述国际漫游网关收到检测位置更新流程结束的情况下,向新注册的MSC/VLR发起漫游号码请求PRN。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    等待模块,设置为在所述国际漫游网关收到检测位置更新流程没有结束的情况下,等待所述位置更新流程结束。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述支持模块还设置为在收到所处网络MSC发送来的发送路由信息请求,检测所述多模终端所述新MSC/VLR的位置更新是否结束。
  10. 一种语音回落的装置,位于国际漫游网关,包括:
    第二接收模块,设置为接收HLRe的路由查询请求,其中,所述路由查询请求是由处于国际漫游状态的被叫多模终端向所述HLRe发起的位置查询请求引起的;
    第二支持模块,设置为根据所述路由查询请求查询所述多模终端语音回落网络新旧MSC/VLR是否支持移动终端漫游转发MTRF;
    取消模块,设置为所述多模终端回落到2G/3G网络和在所述MSC/VLR支持MTRF情况下,向旧MSC/VLR发起取消位置请求;其中,所述取消位置请求中携带MTRF支持和授权标志和新MSC/VLR号码。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,包括:
    所述取消模块还设置为在所述多模终端回落到2G/3G网络和所述MSC/VLR不支持MTRF情况下,向旧MSC/VLR发起取消位置请求;其中,所述取消位置请求中携带MTRF支持和不授权标志和新MSC/VLR号码。
  12. 一种语音回落的系统,包括:
    国际漫游网关,所述国际漫游网关包括,权利要求7到权利要求11的所述的语音回落装置。
