Description

穿戴式电子装置及使用其之电话设备 技术领域
本发明是有关于一种电子装置,尤其是有关于一种穿戴式电子装置及使用其之电话设备。
背景技术
随着行动电话的普及,原先广泛设置的公用电话在数量上已大幅减少,且为使用公用电话,使用者通常需自备零钱或储值卡片,导致使用不便。因此,为了满足通话需求,民众出门在外大多选择携带行动电话。
近年来,随着智能型行动电话的问世,行动电话的功能不断增加,荧幕也不断朝大尺寸的需求发展,导致行动电话的体积渐增,而有携带不易的缺点。尤其是,对于只需通话功能的使用者而言,购买到许多超出使用需求的配备及功能不仅浪费金钱,也造成资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明提供一种穿戴式电子装置,其可与主机连结,以进行语音通话。
本发明另提供一种电话设备,可藉由穿戴式电子装置与主机连结,以建立语音通话。
本发明所提供的穿戴式电子装置包括无线讯号传输模块、辨识模块以及语音讯号收发模块,其中无线讯号传输模块用于与主机之间传输讯号。辨识模块储存有储值金额资料,以供主机进行验证。当验证成功后,穿戴式电子装置才能通过主机建立语音通话。语音讯号收发模块电性连接至无线讯号传输模块。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的辨识模块包括无线射频辨识(radio frequency identification,RFID)标签或条形码标签。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的无线讯号传输模块包括蓝牙(bluetooth)模块、ANT模块、ZigBee模块、近场通讯(near field communication)模块、超宽带(ultra-wideband,UWB)模块、TransferJet模块、红外线通讯(infrared data association,IrDA)模块或Li-Fi模块。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的语音讯号收发模块包括麦克风与扬声器。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的穿戴式电子装置还包括无线电接收模块, 用于接收来电讯号。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的穿戴式电子装置为无线耳机。
本发明另提供一种电话设备,包括主机及如上述的穿戴式电子装置,其中主机用于连线至通话网络,主机包括通讯模块、验证模块、控制单元以及显示面板,控制单元电性连接至通讯模块、验证模块与显示面板。穿戴式电子装置的辨识模块储存有储值金额资料,以供验证模块进行验证,当验证成功后,穿戴式电子装置才能通过主机建立语音通话。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的显示面板为触控显示面板。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的主机为交互式多媒体终端机(KIOSK)。
在本发明的一实施例中,上述的验证模块包括无线射频辨识模块或条形码扫描模块。
本发明提供的穿戴式电子装置以及使用穿戴式电子装置的电话设备,可藉由穿戴式电子装置与主机连结,而穿戴式电子装置包括辨识模块,并储存有储值金额资料,以供主机中的验证模块进行验证。当验证成功后,穿戴式电子装置即可通过主机建立语音通话。由于主机可为广泛设置于便利商店的交互式多媒体终端机,所以能有效解决公用电话寻找不易的问题。而且,穿戴式电子装置因体积小且可穿戴于使用者身上,故具有携带方便的优点。另外,由于使用者可先储值金额于穿戴式电子装置,因此不需自备零钱或电话储值卡即可进行语音通话。
为让本发明之上述和其他目的、特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举较佳实施例,并配合所附图式,作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明一实施例的电话设备的立体示意图,而图2是本发明一实施例的电话设备的方块示意图。请参照图1与图2。本实施例中,电话设备100包括主机110以及穿戴式电子装置120,其中主机110适用于有线或无线的方式连线至通话网络200。主机110包括通讯模块111、验证模块112、控制单元113以及显示面板114,控制单元113电性连接至通讯模块111、验证模块112 以及显示面板114。
本实施例中,主机110例如为在公共场所常见的交互式多媒体终端机,例如在台湾便利商店常见的ibon终端机、Life-ET终端机或FamiPort终端机,或是其他设置于公共场所的信息导览终端机等。此外,主机110也可以是能通过各种方式连接至通话网络200的计算机或其他电子装置,并不以此为限。另外,通讯模块111可用于与穿戴式电子装置120之间传输语音讯号,验证模块112可用于对穿戴式电子装置120进行验证,而控制模块113可用于控制通讯模块111、验证模块112及显示面板114的运作。显示面板114例如为触控显示面板,使用者要拨打电话时,可直接藉由触控式显示面板拨打电话。显示面板114可显示有多个图形界面,其中图形界面包括通话界面,当使用者要使用主机110拨打电话时,可点选通话界面以拨打电话。在其他实施例中,显示面板114例如也可不具触控功能,而主机110可还包括实体键盘或指标操控装置等输入装置,让使用者可藉由实体键盘或指标操控装置输入资料。
如图2所示,穿戴式电子装置120用于通过主机110进行语音通话。穿戴式电子装置120包括无线讯号传输模块121、辨识模块122以及语音讯号收发模块123。图1的穿戴式电子装置120例如为无线耳机,但亦可为其他穿戴式电子装置,如智能型手表,本发明不以此为限。无线讯号传输模块121适于与主机110的通讯模块111彼此传输讯号。无线讯号传输模块121包括蓝牙模块、ANT模块、ZigBee模块、近场通讯模块、超宽带模块、TransferJet模块、红外线通讯模块或Li-Fi模块等,但不以此为限。通讯模块111与无线讯号传输模块121采用兼容的无线讯号传输技术,以使无线讯号传输模块121与通讯模块111能彼此互相传输讯号,建立连线。
本实施例中,辨识模块122储存有储值金额资料,以供主机110进行验证。辨识模块122包括无线射频辨识标签或条形码标签等,但不以此为限,而主机110的验证模块112包括用于对辨识模块122进行验证的元件。举例来说,当辨识模块122包括无线射频辨识标签时,验证模块112包括无线射频辨识模块,以对无线射频辨识标签进行验证。当辨识模块122包括条形码标签时,验证模块112包括条形码扫描模块,以对条形码标签进行验证。
本实施例中,语音讯号收发模块123例如包括麦克风1231与扬声器1232。语音讯号收发模块123电性连接至无线讯号传输模块121,以通过无线讯号传 输模块121传递语音讯号。在验证成功后,穿戴式电子装置120藉由无线讯号传输模块121与主机110建立连线,则使用者可使用麦克风1231发话并藉由扬声器1232受话。
在本实施例中,当使用穿戴式电子装置120进行语音通话时,使用者可点选主机110的显示面板114显示的通话界面,接着将穿戴式电子装置120移动至可供主机110内的验证模块112对穿戴式电子装置120的辨识模块122进行验证的位置,以供验证模块112进行验证。当验证成功后,穿戴式电子装置120才能通过主机110建立语音通话。此时,控制单元113可控制显示面板114显示拨号画面,以让使用者进行拨号,进而透过穿戴式电子装置120的语音讯号收发模块123进行语音通讯。
在一实施例中,为了防止穿戴式电子装置120被盗用,当验证成功后,显示面板114可显示使用者登入画面,以供使用者输入验证信息。验证信息例如为使用者的账号及密码,或仅为使用者的密码等,并不以此为限。
另一方面,当验证失败时(例如储值金额资料中的余额不足时),控制单元113会使显示面板114显示验证失败讯息,而使用者即无法通过主机110建立语音通讯。
另外,为了让穿戴式电子装置120能具有接收来电讯号的功能,穿戴式电子装置120可更包括无线电接收模块124,用于接收来电讯号。无线电接收模块124接收到来电讯号时会发出警示音提醒使用者,让使用者可及时回电。在穿戴式电子装置120具有显示面板的实施例中,也可透过显示面板显示来电信息。
综上所述,本发明提供的穿戴式电子装置以及电话设备中,由于穿戴式电子装置的辨识模块储存有储值金额资料,以供主机中的验证模块进行验证,所以可藉由穿戴式电子装置与主机建立语音通话。由于使用者可先储值金额,因此不需自备零钱或电话储值卡即可进行语音通话。此外,由于主机可为广泛设置于便利商店的交互式多媒体终端机,所以能有效解决公用电话寻找不易的问题。而且,穿戴式电子装置因体积小且可穿戴于使用者身上,故具有携带方便的优点。相较于习知公用电话的公用话筒,使用穿戴式电子装置进行语音通话较为卫生,可避免疾病传染。另外,相较于行动电话,穿戴式电子装置功能简单,不仅较为省电,生产成本也较低,并可解决现有技术所造成资源浪费的问 题。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟习此技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视本发明的权利要求书所限定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,适用于通过一主机进行语音通话,所述穿戴式电子装置包括:
    一无线讯号传输模块,用于与所述主机之间传输讯号;
    一辨识模块,储存有储值金额资料,以供所述主机进行验证,当验证成功后,所述穿戴式电子装置才能通过所述主机建立语音通话;以及
    一语音讯号收发模块,电性连接至所述无线讯号传输模块。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,其中,所述辨识模块包括无线射频辨识标签或条形码标签。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,其中,所述无线讯号传输模块包括蓝牙模块、ANT模块、ZigBee模块、近场通讯模块、超宽带模块、TransferJet模块、红外线通讯模块或Li-Fi模块。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,其中,所述语音讯号收发模块包括一麦克风与一扬声器。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,还包括一无线电接收模块,用以接收来电讯号。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的穿戴式电子装置,其特征在于,所述穿戴式电子装置为一无线耳机。
  7. 一种电话设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一主机,用于连线至一通话网络,所述主机包括一通讯模块、一验证模块、一控制单元以及一显示面板,所述控制单元电性连接至所述通讯模块、所述验证模块与所述显示面板;以及
    如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的穿戴式电子装置,其中,所述穿戴式电子装置的所述无线讯号传输模块用于与所述通讯模块之间传输讯号,所述穿戴 式电子装置的所述辨识模块储存有储值金额资料,以供所述验证模块进行验证,当验证成功后,该穿戴式电子装置才能通过所述主机建立语音通话。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电话设备,其特征在于,其中,所述显示面板为一触控显示面板。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的电话设备,其特征在于,其中,所述主机为一交互式多媒体终端机。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的电话设备,其特征在于,其中,所述验证模块包括无线射频辨识模块或条形码扫描模块。
