본 발명은 기능성 팬티에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 청결을 유지함과 아울러, 남성의 음경을 음낭과 구분하여 음경의 귀두 부분에 적절한 자극을 제공하여 성기능 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있는 사타구니 악취 및 낭습 예방과 음경의 자극을 통하여 남성기능을 향상 시킬수 있도록 고안된 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티에 관한 것이다.
최근, 남성들은 스포츠, 등산 등의 한꺼번에 많은 땀을 배출하는 다양한 레저문화생활의 활성화로 여성들에 못지않게 팬티 등의 기능성 속옷에 대한 관심이 지대하게 높아지고 있다.
특히, 남성은 남성호르몬이 왕성해야 건강하고 활동적인데 기존의 삼각팬티나 사각팬티를 올려 입을 경우, 음경과 음낭사이 공간 때문에 음경이 곧 다시 내려옴으로서, 음경이 고환과 접촉하여 열이 발생하고, 땀이 차게 되면 각종 병균이 발생하여 악취가 발생할 뿐만 아니라, 남성의 음경이 불결하면 곧바로 여성의 자궁 건강과 직결된다.
따라서, 남성용 팬티는 인체공학적인 설계를 통해 음경과 음낭이 접촉하지 못하도록 분리할 필요성이 있고, 그간 많은 연구자들에 의해 기능성 갖는 팬티가 연구 개발되어 왔다.
그 예로, 대한민국 등록실용신안공보 제20-0248176호(이하 "발명 "라 한다)호에는 남성용 팬티가 제안된 바 있다.
종래 기술에 따른 상기 발명은, 팬티(1)의 전면 중앙 및 좌우측에 유선형으로 소정부분의 좌, 우측을 상호 밀착 재봉하여 주름부(3)가 각각 형성되고, 상기 주름부(3)를 경계로 상측에 음경(A)이 위치될 수 있는 제 1돌출부(3-1)와 하측에 음낭(B)이 위치될 수 있는 제 2돌출부(3-2)가 형성시킴으로써, 음경이 음낭부위 또는 사타구니부위로 쏠리는 점을 방지하여 직접적인 피부접촉에 따른 땀 고임을 방지하여 습진 등 피부염증을 예방할 수 있도록 되어 있다.
그러나, 종래 기술에 따른 상기 발명의 복수개의 주름부(3) 및 제1 돌출부(3-1)의 기술적 구성수단은, 음경(A)이 적당하게 발기된 상태에서는 배꼽아래 단전부위를 향하도록 잡아주는 역할을 충분히 수행할 수 있으나, 그렇지 못할 경우는 팬티 착용 시 격렬한 운동이나 움직임이 많은 몸동작에 의해 좌우로 쏠리거나 사타구니 쪽으로 음경이 곧 다시 내려오는 문제점이 발생하였다.
이에 따라서, 통기성과 위생상태를 유지시킴으로써, 성기능 향상에도 도움을 줄 수 있는 남성용 기능성 팬티가 요구된다.
본 발명의 목적은, 남성의 음경 단부가 접촉되는 팬티의 내측 부분을 수시로 교체 가능하게 함과 아울러 통풍을 시켜 항상 청결을 유지할 수 있도록 한 사타구니 악취 및 낭습 예방과 음경의 자극을 통하여 남성기능을 향상 시킬수 있도록 고안된 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은, 남성의 성기 중 음낭 부분과 음경 부분을 구분하여 수납되도록 하여 음낭을 항상 쾌적한 환경에서 유지시킬 수 있는 사타구니 악취 및 낭습 예방과 음경의 자극을 통하여 남성기능을 향상 시킬수 있도록 고안된 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은, 남성의 성기 중 음경 단부의 귀두를 별도로 그립하고, 이 그립된 귀두에 적절한 자극을 주어 성기능 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있는 사타구니 악취 및 낭습 예방과 음경의 자극을 통하여 남성기능을 향상 시킬수 있도록 고안된 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명은 다리가 관통되는 한 쌍의 관통홀이 형성되고, 상단 테두리에 탄성의 조임부를 갖고, 전면부에 절개부가 형성되는 팬티 몸체와; 상기 절개부의 후방에 위치되도록 상기 팬티 몸체의 내측 공간에 배치되며, 상기 팬티 몸체의 다수 위치에 탄성적으로 고정되며, 남성 성기에서 음낭을 수납하는 음낭 수납부; 및 상기 절개부와 상기 음낭 수납부의 사이에 배치되며, 남성의 성기에서 음경을 수납하는 음경 수납부를 포함하는 사타구니 악취 및 낭습 예방과 음경의 자극을 통하여 남성기능을 향상 시킬수 있도록 고안된 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티를 제공한다.
상기 음낭 수납부는, 천으로 형성되며, 중앙홀이 형성되는 메쉬 부재와, 상기 중앙홀에 설치되며, 상기 음경이 관통되어 상기 음경과 상기 음낭을 구획하는 제 1링 부재와, 상기 메쉬 부재의 상단 다수 위치와 상기 조임부의 양측부를 연결하고, 탄성을 갖는 제 1연결 부재와, 상기 메쉬 부재의 하단 다수 위치와 상기 관통홀들의 사이 영역의 팬티 몸체를 연결하고, 탄성을 갖는 제 2연결 부재를 구비하는 것이 바람직하다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 사타구니 악취 및 낭습 예방과 음경의 자극을 통하여 남성기능을 향상 시킬수 있도록 고안된 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티를 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 기능성 팬티를 보여주는 정면도이다. 도 2는 본 발명의 기능성 팬티를 보여주는 평면도이다. 도 3은 도 1의 선 I-I'를 따르는 단면도이다.
팬티 몸체(100)
도 1 내지 도 3을 참조 하면, 본 발명의 기능성 팬티는 크게 팬티 몸체(100)와, 음낭 수납부(200)와, 음경 수납부(300)로 구성된다.
상기 팬티 몸체(100)는 통풍이 원활한 천 소재로 형성되는 것이 좋다.
상기 팬티 몸체(100)의 중앙을 기준으로 양측부에는 한 쌍의 관통홀(120)이 형성된다. 상기 한 쌍의 관통홀(120)은 사용자의 다리가 관통됨에 사용되는 홀이다.
상기 팬티 몸체(100)의 전면부에는 상하를 따라 절개되는 절개부(110)가 형성된다. 상기 절개부(110)를 통해 팬티 몸체(100)의 내부는 외부로 노출될 수 있다.
상기 팬티 몸체(100)의 상단 테두리에는 조임부(140)가 형성된다.
상기 조임부(140)는 사용자가 팬티 몸체(100)를 착용하는 경우, 사용자의 허리 부위를 감싸 조이면서 착용을 안내하는 역할을 한다.
상기 조임부(140)는 탄성의 재질로 형성되는 고무줄과 소재로 형성될 수 있다.
음낭 수납부(200)
도 4는 본 발명에 따르는 음낭 수납부를 보여주는 사시도이다. 도 5는 본 발명에 따르는 메쉬 부재에 고정링이 더 설치되는 것을 보여주는 단면도이다.
도 4를 참조 하면, 상기 음낭 수납부(200)는 절개부(110)의 후방에 위치되도록 팬티 몸체(100)의 내측 공간에 배치된다.
상기 음낭 수납부(200)는 메쉬 부재(210)와, 제 1링 부재(220)와, 제 1연결 부재(230)와, 제 2연결 부재(240)로 구성된다.
상기 메쉬 부재(210)는 천으로 형성되는 것이 좋고, 통풍이 용이할 수 있도록 격자 상을 이루도록 직물로 헝성되는 것이 좋다.
상기 메쉬 부재(210)는 팬티 몸체(100)의 내부에서 사용자의 생식기(10)의 전방에 위치되는 것이 좋다. 여기서, 도 9를 참조 하면, 남성의 생식기(10)는 음낭(1)과, 음경(2)과, 음경(2)의 단부에 형성되는 귀두(3)로 구성된다.
상기 메쉬 부재(210)의 상단은 제 1연결 부재(230)에 의해 고정된다.
상기 제 1연결 부재(230)는 한 쌍으로 구성되고, 각각의 일단은 메쉬 부재(210)의 상단 양측 모서리에 연결되고, 각각의 타단은 팬티 몸체(100)의 상단 테두리에 고정되는 것이 좋다.
여기서, 상기 제 1연결 부재(230)는 탄성을 갖는 고무줄로 형성된다.
그리고, 한 쌍의 제 1연결 부재(230) 각각의 타단은 서로 벌어지는 상태를 이루도록 팬티 몸체(100)의 상단 테두리 또는 조임부(140)에 고정된다.
또한, 상기 메쉬 부재(210)의 하단은 제 2연결 부재(240)에 의해 고정된다.
상기 제 2연결 부재(240) 역시 한 쌍으로 형성될 수 있고, 이들 각각의 일단은 메쉬 부재(210)의 하단 양측 모서리에 연결되고, 각각의 타단은 한 쌍의 관통홀(210) 사이 영역의 팬티 몸체(100)에 연결된다.
상기 제 2연결 부재들(240) 역시 탄성을 갖는 고무줄로 형성될 수 있다.
이에 더하여,상기에 언급된 제 제 2연결 부재들(240)이 설치되지 않는 경우, 상기 메쉬 부재(210)의 하단은 한 쌍의 관통홀들(110) 사이 영역에 연결되도록 박음질을 통해 고정될 수도 있다.
도면에 도시되지는 않았지만, 상기 메쉬 부재(210)의 외면에는 은나노 코팅이 이루어지거나 광촉매가 코팅되어 항균 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
여기서, 상기 메쉬 부재(210)의 중앙부에는 중앙홀(211)이 관통 형성된다. 상기 중앙홀(211)을 통해 남성 성기에서 음경(2)이 관통될 수 있다.
이와 같은 중앙홀(211)에 제 1링 부재(220)가 설치된다. 상기 제 1링 부재(220)는 자성을 갖는 자석 링으로 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 자석 링은 탄성을 가질 수 있고, 이러한 경우 탄성으로 인해, 음경(2)과 음낭(1) 사이에 일정의 탄성력을 가할 수 있다. 이는 성기가 발기되는 경우 발기력을 유지하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있다.
이에 더하여, 도 5를 참조 하면, 상기 메쉬 부재(210)의 중앙홀(211)에는 고정링(212)이 더 설치될 수 있다.
상기 고정링(212)은 외측 둘레에 고정홈(212a)이 형성된다. 상기 고정홈(212a)에는 제 1링부재(220)가 끼워져 고정될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 고정링(212)을 통해 상기 제 1링 부재(220)를 다른 자성을 갖는 링 부재로 교체 설치 가능할 수 있다.
음경 수납부(300)
도 6은 본 발명에 따르는 음경 수납부를 보여주는 사시도이다. 도 7은 본 발명에 따르는 수납 부재를 보여주는 사시도이다.
도 6 및 도 7을 참조 하면, 본 발명에 따르는 음경 수납부(300)는 음낭 수납부(200)와 절개부(110)의 사이에 배치된다.
상기 음경 수납부(300)는 수납 부재(310)와, 제 2링 부재(320)로 구성된다.
상기 수납 부재(310)는 상술한 메쉬 부재(210)와 마찬가지로 격자 상으로 형성되는 천으로 형성되어 통풍을 용이하게 이룰 수 있다.
다만, 상기 수납 부재(310)는 주머니와 같이 내부에 공간을 형성하고, 일단에 노출홀(311)이 형성되고, 타단에 끼움홀(312)이 형성된다.
그리고, 상기 끼움홀(312)에는 제 2링 부재(320)가 설치된다.
상기 제 2링 부재(320)의 경우 탄성을 갖는 고무링으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하고, 자체가 자성을 형성할 수도 있다.
본 발명에서 제 1,2링 부재(220,320)가 탄성을 형성하는 경우에, 탄성력은 제 2링 부재(320)가 제 1링 부재(220) 보다 크도록 형성되어 잘 늘어나도록 설정하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 제 2링 부재(320)의 경우, 남성 성기 중, 귀두(3)에 형성되는 귀두관에 걸치는 부재로 사용되기 때문이다.
또한, 노출홀(311)은 수납 부재(310)의 내부에 수납된 귀두(3)의 전단에 형성되는 요도(3a)가 외부로 노출되도록 하는 역할을 한다.
이 노출홀(311)을 통해, 소변을 보는 경우 귀두(3) 전단을 외부로 쉽게 노출시킬 수 있다.
이에 더하여, 본 발명에 따르는 수납 부재(310)는 격자 상을 이루는 천으로 형성되며, 여기에는 격자 형성으로 인한 교차 부분들이 형성된다.
도 8은 본 발명에 따르는 수납 부재에 자석체들이 설치된 상태를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 8을 참조 하면, 교차 부분에는 수납 부재(310)의 내부 공간에 노출되는 다수의 자석체들(340)이 더 설치될 수 있다.
상기 자석체들(340)은 실질적으로 수납 부재(310)의 내부 공간에 수납된 귀두(3)의 표면에 물리적으로 접촉되는 부재로서, 귀두(3)의 표면에 자장을 형성하면서 적절한 자극을 가할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 자석체들(340)의 외면에 추가적으로 스크레치(341)를 형성함으로써, 이 스크레치(341)로 인해 귀두(3)의 표면을 지속적으로 자극함으로써 조루 현상을 방지하도록 할 수도 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르는 수납 부재(310)에 은나노 코팅 또는 광촉매 코팅을 추가함으로써, 착용에 따라 발생되는 세균을 박멸하는 효과도 가질 수 있다.
도 10은 본 발명에 따르는 보조 커버를 보여주는 사시도이다. 도 11은 도 10의 선 Ⅱ-Ⅱ'를 따르는 단면도이다.
도 10 및 도 11을 참조 하면, 본 발명에 따르는 팬티 몸체(100)의 내측면에서 절개부(110)를 덮도록 다층을 이루는 천으로 형성되는 보조 커버들(140)이 더 배치될 수 있다.
상기 보조 커버들(140)은 소취 처리가 완료되고 수분을 일정량 흡수할 수 있는 흡수천으로 형성된다.
여기서, 상기 보조 커버들(140)은 서로 이형지(141)에 의해 부착되어 탈착 가능하고, 상기 이형지(141)에 의해 상기 팬티 몸체(100)의 내측면에 부착될 수 있다.
상기 보조 커버들(140)은 휴대용으로 사용하는 커버인 것이 좋다.
수납 부재(310)에 에워싸인 귀두(3)의 요도(3a)는 실질적으로 최외곽의 보조 커버(140)에 물리적으로 접촉되고, 소변 후 잔류되는 소변이 일부 묻을 수 있다.
그리고, 장시간 이와 같은 현상이 반복되면 악취가 발생될 수 있으므로, 최외곽의 보조 커버(140)를 제거하고, 다른 층의 보조 커버(140)를 사용할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
이와 같은 방법으로 모든 보조 커버(140)를 사용한 이후에는, 다층을 이루는 다른 보조 커버(140)를 팬티 몸체(100)의 내측면부에 부착하여 다시 사용할 수 있도록 할 수 있다.
도 9는 본 발명에 따르는 팬티 몸체에 고정 금속판들이 설치되는 예를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 9를 참조 하면, 본 발명에 따르는 팬티 몸체(100)의 내측면부, 특히 음경 수납부(300)의 전방측의 내측면부에는 상하를 따라 다수의 고정 금속판(250)이 설치될 수 있다.
즉, 귀두(3)를 수납하고 있는 수납 부재(310)에 다수의 자석체들(340)이 설 고정될 수 있다.
즉, 팬티 착용자에 따라 귀두(3)의 고정 위치를 고정 금속판들(250)의 고정 위치를 사용하여 조절할 수 있다.
따라서, 음경(2)을 팬티 몸체(100) 내부에서 항상 상방으로 일정 각도를 이루도록 세워진 상태를 유지하도록 하고, 이는 발기 상태를 유지하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있다.
하기의 표1은 본 발명의 팬티를 착용한 경우와 착용하지 않은 경우의 비교를 보여주는 표이다.

상기의 표 1은 실시예와 비교예들 사이에서 강직도와 기울기의 비교 결과를 보여준다.
실시예의 경우, 본 발명에 따르는 팬티를 2달 착용한 이후, 음경의 강직도 및 기울기를 측정한 결과이고, 비교예1,2는 본 발명의 팬티 이외의 일반 팬티를 2달 착용한 이후, 강직도와 기울기를 측정한 결과이다.
상기 강직도의 경우, 해당 남성(40대)의 연령 평균 강직도를 100%로 설정한 상태에서, 측정한 결과이다.
또한, 기울기의 경우, 발기전의 음경 위치를 기준으로 하여 상방으로 측정한 각도값이다.
상기 표1의 결과에서 보여지는 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따르는 팬티를 장기간 착용하는 경우, 일반 팬티를 착용하는 경우에 비해, 음경의 강직도와 발기 기울기가 상승됨을 확인할 수 있다.
이상 상기와 같은 구성 및 작용을 통해, 본 발명에 따르는 실시예는 남성의 음경 단부가 접촉되는 팬티의 내측 부분을 수시로 교체 가능하게 함과 아울러 통풍을 시켜 항상 청결을 유지할 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르는 실시예는 남성의 성기 중 음낭 부분과 음경 부분을 구분하여 수납되도록 하여 음낭을 항상 쾌적한 환경에서 유지시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따르는 실시예는 남성의 성기 중 음경 단부의 귀두를 별도로 그립하고, 이 그립된 귀두에 적절한 자극을 주어 성기능 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있다.
이상 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예들을 설명하였으나, 본 발명은 상기 실시예들에 한정되는 것이 아니라 서로 다른 다양한 형태로 제조될 수 있으며, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징으로 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.

Claims (9)

  1. 다리가 관통되는 한 쌍의 관통홀이 형성되고, 상단 테두리에 탄성의 조임부를 갖고, 전면부에 절개부가 형성되는 팬티 몸체;
    상기 절개부의 후방에 위치되도록 상기 팬티 몸체의 내측 공간에 배치되며, 상기 팬티 몸체의 다수 위치에 탄성적으로 고정되며, 남성 성기에서 음낭을 수납하는 음낭 수납부; 및
    상기 절개부와 상기 음낭 수납부의 사이에 배치되며, 남성의 성기에서 음경을 수납하는 음경 수납부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사타구니 악취 및 낭습 예방과 음경의 자극을 통하여 남성기능을 향상 시킬수 있도록 고안된 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 음낭 수납부는,
    천으로 형성되며, 중앙홀이 형성되는 메쉬 부재와,
    상기 중앙홀에 설치되며, 상기 음경이 관통되어 상기 음경과 상기 음낭을 구획하는 제 1링 부재와,
    상기 메쉬 부재의 상단 다수 위치와 상기 조임부의 양측부를 연결하고, 탄성을 갖는 제 1연결 부재와,
    상기 메쉬 부재의 하단 다수 위치와 상기 관통홀들의 사이 영역의 팬티 몸체를 연결하고, 탄성을 갖는 제 2연결 부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1링 부재는,
    자기력을 형성하는 탄성의 자석 링인 것을 특징으로 하는 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 중앙홀에는,
    외측 둘레에 상기 제 1링 부재가 끼워져 고정될 수 있는 고정홈이 형성되는 링 형상의 고정링이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 음경 수납부는,
    일단에 노출홀이 형성되고, 타단에 끼움홀이 형성되며, 내부에 공간이 형성되는 신축성의 수납 부재와,
    상기 끼움홀에 설치되며, 남성 성기에서 귀두의 귀두관이 걸쳐지도록 링 형상으로 형성되는 탄성의 제 2링 부재를 구비하되,
    상기 수납 부재의 내부 공간에는 상기 귀두가 수납되어 에워싸여지며,
    상기 노출홀을 통해 상기 귀두의 단부에 형성되는 요도가 외부에 노출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 수납 부재는,
    격자 상으로 형성되는 메쉬 소재로 형성되고,
    상기 격자 상의 다수의 교차되는 부분에는 상기 귀두의 외면에 물리적으로 접촉되도록 자석체들이 각각 고정 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 자석체들의 외면에는,
    스크레치가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티.
  8. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 수납 부재의 전방에 위치되는 상기 팬티 몸체의 내측면에는,
    금속 재질로 형성되며, 상기 자석체들과 자력으로 부착되는 다수의 고정 금속판이 상하를 따라 간격을 이루어 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 팬티 몸체의 내측면에서 상기 절개부를 덮도록 다층을 이루는 천으로 형성되는 보조 커버들이 더 배치되고,
    상기 보조 커버들은 소취 처리가 완료되고 수분을 일정량 흡수할 수 있는 흡수천으로 형성되고,
    상기 보조 커버들은 서로 이형지에 의해 부착되어 탈착 가능하고,
    상기 이형지에 의해 상기 팬티 몸체의 내측면에 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음경과 음낭 분리형 기능성 팬티.
