착용감과 편리함을 개선한 남성용 팬티
본 발명은 기존 허리밴드로 착용하는 팬티 방식을 탈피하여 착용감과 사용상의 편리함을 개선한 남성용 팬티에 관한 것이다.
남성용 팬티는 현대사회의 필수 의류 중의 하나로 전방에 소변구가 형성되고 주로 면직물을 이용하여 삼각 또는 사각 형태의 밀폐형 구조로 착용시 허리밴드형 구조로 형성된다.
삼각 팬티는 착용시에 외부와의 통풍이 잘 이루어지지 않아 음경 및 음낭 부위가 습하게 되거나 불결한 냄새가 발생하여 비위생적이었다.
특히, 삼각 팬티를 착용할 경우 기온이 상승하는 하절기에는 음경 및 음낭에 땀이 많이 차서 습한 상태가 장시간 지속되어, 습진, 체부완선 등의 피부질환이 발생할 수 있다. 또한, 음낭의 온도 상승은 고환의 정자 생성 능력을 저하시킬 수 있다.
이러한 현상은 음낭에 땀이 심하게 차는 낭습증으로 발전하며, 특히 남성들이 삼각 팬티를 장기간 착용시 전립선염 및 불임의 원인이 되며 건강에 좋지 않은 영향을 끼친다.
요즘에는 편안함을 위해 T팬티도 착용하지만, T팬티는 좁은 면 부분이 항문에 꼭 끼이기 때문에, 위생적인 측면에서나 땀을 많이 흘리면 쓸려서 상처가 생길 위험도 있다. T팬티는 세탁시에 좁은 면 부분이 꼬이고 엉키는 등 내구성이 떨어지는 문제가 있다.
또한, 남성들은 팬티를 내리거나 전방의 소변구를 개방하여 소변을 보지만, 이러한 행위들이 때로는 불편할 수 있어 더욱 간편한 방법이 요구된다.

따라서, 본 발명은 상기 사정을 감안하여 발명한 것으로, 기존 허리밴드로 착용하는 팬티 방식을 탈피하여 음경과 음낭 밑 부분 쪽을 끈으로 조였다 풀었다 조절하여 입고 벗는 방식으로, 바지를 벗지 않고도 손쉽게 팬티를 입고 벗을 수 있으며, 통풍이 용이하고 편안한 착용감을 주면서, 음경과 음낭을 분리시킬 수 있고, 간편하게 소변을 볼 수 있는 남성용 팬티를 제공하고자 함에 목적이 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 목적을 구현하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 남성용 팬티는, 상부와 하부가 개방된 통형으로 형성되어 음경을 수용하기 위한 음경 수용부; 상기 음경 수용부의 상부에서 전반부에 일체로 연결되어 소정 길이만큼 상부로 연장되는 상부 연장부; 를 포함하고, 상기 음경 수용부의 후면에는 음낭을 음경과 분리하여 상기 음경 수용부의 외부로 배출하기 위한 음낭 개구가 형성된다.

본 발명에 따르면, 바지를 벗지 않고도 손쉽게 팬티를 입고 벗을 수 있고, 통풍이 용이하고 편안한 착용감을 주면서, 음경과 음낭을 분리시킬 수 있고, 간편하게 소변을 볼 수 있는 남성용 팬티를 제공할 수 있다.

이하 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대한 구성 및 작용을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 여기서 각 도면의 구성요소들에 대해 참조부호를 부가함에 있어서 동일한 구성요소들에 한해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호로 표기되었음에 유의하여야 한다.

본 발명의 남성용 팬티(100)는 남성의 허리를 전체적으로 감싸는 형태가 아니라 음경 부분만을 집중적으로 덮는 형태가 된다.
도 1 내지 도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 남성용 팬티(100)는 음경 수용부(110), 상부 연장부(120), 음경 조임부(130) 등을 포함한다.
음경 수용부(110)는 상부와 하부가 개방된 통형으로 형성되어 내부에 음경을 수용한다. 음경 수용부(110)의 상부에는 삽입 개구(115)가 형성된다.
음경 수용부(110)의 후면에는 음낭을 음경과 분리하여 음경 수용부(110)의 외부로 배출할 수 있도록 음낭 개구(112)가 형성된다.
상부 연장부(120)는 음경 수용부(110)의 상부에서 전반부에 일체로 연결되어 소정 길이만큼 상부로 연장된다. 상부 연장부(120)는 음경이 음경 수용부(110)에 수용된 상태에서 음경의 윗부분을 덮는 역할을 한다.
음경 조임부(130)는 음경 수용부(110)와 상부 연장부(120)의 사이에 형성된다.
음경 조임부(130)에는 외주를 따라 형성되는 통로와, 이러한 통로의 내부에 제1 탄력밴드(131)가 구비되고, 제1 탄력밴드(131)의 일부는 통로에 형성되는 개구를 통해 음경 조임부(130)의 외부로 노출된다. 제1 탄력밴드(131)가 외부로 노출되는 부분에는 제1 탄력밴드(131)가 음경의 외부에 밀접하도록 제1 탄력밴드(131)의 길이를 조절하기 위한 조절부(132)가 구비된다. 제1 탄력밴드(131)는 조절부(132)를 통과하여 외부로 노출되고, 제1 탄력밴드(131)의 길이를 조절할 수 있는 조절부(132)의 구성은 기술분야에 알려진 여러 형태로 실시될 수 있다.
음경 조임부(130)는 음경의 상부를 둘러싸도록 밀착되어 남성용 팬티(100)가 음경을 덮는 상태를 유지할 수 있게 한다.
음경 수용부(110)의 하단부에는 종방향으로 소정 길이만큼 절개되고 소정 간격으로 이격되는 절개부(111)가 복수 개 형성된다. 남성이 소변을 볼 때는 남성용 팬티(100)를 전체적으로 벗을 필요없이 절개부(111)의 절개된 부분을 뒤로 올리고 요도 입구를 노출시켜 소변을 볼 수 있다.
도 4를 참조하면, 남성용 팬티(100)의 착용감을 좋게 하기 위해 음경 조임부(130)의 내측면에는 음경 조임부(130)의 외부 표면을 따라 횡방향으로 소정 길이만큼 연장되는 실리콘부(133)가 부착된다. 바람직하게는, 음경 조임부(130)의 내측면의 전면과 후면에 각각 실리콘부(133)가 형성되어, 음경의 상부와 하부에 접촉하게 된다.
도 5를 참조하면, 남성용 팬티(100)는 남성의 허리(20)와 다리(10) 사이의 사타구니 부위에 위치하여 음경 부분만 집중적으로 덮게 된다.
상술한 바와 같은 본 발명의 남성용 팬티(100)는 음경과 엉덩이를 포함해서 덮는 기존 허리밴드로 착용하는 팬티 방식을 탈피하여 음경 부분만을 집중적으로 덮는 형태여서 통풍이 잘 이루어지고, 그에 따라 땀이 차서 발생되는 습진 등의 피부질환이나 불결한 냄새를 최대한 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 음경 수용부(110)에는 음낭 개구(112)가 형성되어 음낭을 음경과 분리하여 위치시킬 수 있다.
또한, 소변을 볼 때는 남성용 팬티(100)를 전체적으로 벗을 필요없이 절개부(111)의 절개된 부분을 뒤로 올리고 소변을 볼 수 있어 간편한 이점이 있다.
또한, 남성용 팬티(100)를 입고 벗을 때는 바지를 벗을 필요없이 제1 탄력밴드(131)를 조이고 푸는 방식으로 할 수 있어, 기존의 팬티에 비해 입고 벗는 것이 편리하다.
또한, T팬티의 편안한 이점을 갖고 있으면서, T팬티와 같이 좁은 면 부분이 항문에 끼여 발생하는 불편함이나 세탁시에 어려움을 해결할 수 있다.
도 6에는 도 1의 남성용 팬티에서 음경 수용부의 다른 실시예가 도시된다.
음경 수용부(110)의 내측면에는 내벽에 연결되어 콘 형태로 하향으로 경사지게 연장되는 망사부(140)가 형성되고, 망사부(140)의 단부에는 링형의 제2 탄력밴드(150)가 연결될 수 있다.
제2 탄력밴드(150)는 종방향으로 소정의 폭을 가지면서 링 형태로 형성되어 그 사이에 음경(30)이 삽입될 수 있다.
제2 탄력밴드(150)는 음경(30)에 끼워져 남성용 팬티(100)가 음경(30)을 덮는 상태를 잘 유지할 수 있게 한다. 또한, 음경(30)과 음경 수용부(110) 사이에 망사부(140)가 위치되게 하여 음경(30)이 음경 수용부(110)의 내벽과 직접 접촉되는 것을 최대한 방지하고 망사부(140)를 통한 원활한 통풍이 이루어지게 한다.

    상부와 하부가 개방된 통형으로 형성되어 음경을 수용하기 위한 음경 수용부;
    상기 음경 수용부의 상부에서 전반부에 일체로 연결되어 소정 길이만큼 상부로 연장되는 상부 연장부;
    를 포함하고,
    상기 음경 수용부의 후면에는 음낭을 음경과 분리하여 상기 음경 수용부의 외부로 배출하기 위한 음낭 개구가 형성되는 남성용 팬티.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 음경 수용부와 상기 상부 연장부의 사이에 형성되고, 외주를 따라 내부에 삽입되고 일부는 상기 음경 수용부 외부로 노출되는 제1 탄력밴드와, 상기 제1 탄력밴드의 길이를 조절할 수 있는 조절부를 구비하는 음경 조임부;
