Abstract

[Problem] To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet which has fewer limitations during adhesion by virtue of maintaining, over an arbitrary period of time after being brought into contact with the adherend, the function of facilitating removal of fluids such as gases or liquids that enter into gaps between the adherend and the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet during adhesion. [Solution] This pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet has a convexo-concave shape provided on the support layer or release separator, the height of the convex portions being 45-250μm, the shortest base length of the convex portions being 7-50μm, the shortest base length of the concave portions being 150-5000μm, and the concavity/convexity ratio being greater than 1.00 and no greater than 2.00. Thereby, said shape is transferred to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer surface to achieve the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet having an easy-stick function and comprising grooves for facilitating removal of fluids such as gases or liquids that enter into gaps between the adherend and the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet during adhesion.

Description

Easy adhesive tape or sheet
The present invention provides a groove for facilitating the escape of a fluid such as a gas or liquid that has entered the gap with the adherend when the support layer or release separator is transferred to the surface of the adhesive layer and applied. The present invention relates to an adhesive tape or sheet having an easy pasting function.
An adhesive tape or sheet generally has a structure in which an adhesive layer (called pressure sensitive adhesives in the world, called pressure sensitive adhesive) is laminated with a support, and the tape or sheet is brought into contact with the adherend. After that, pressure is applied from the support side to deform the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is filled between the support and the adherend to reduce the gap (generally referred to as pressure bonding). Is something
However, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may not be sufficiently filled in the gap depending on conditions such as the strength of pressure and the time for which it is applied, and there may be many gaps remaining between the adherend and the adherend. In this case, the adhesive area is insufficient due to the reduced contact area, swelling occurs in the portion where the fluid such as gas or liquid remains, and the residual portion is conspicuous in the transparent adhesive tape or sheet. The appearance may be impaired.
In order to prevent this, by interposing a liquid such as water, surfactant, alcohol, etc. between the adhesive tape or sheet to be adhered and the adherend in advance, and pasting so as to extrude these liquids at the time of pressure bonding, In some cases, a device for reducing the gap may be devised, but even in this case, a fluid such as gas or the liquid may remain in the gap, or the device may not be used depending on a situation in which an adhesive tape or sheet is applied.
Furthermore, a proposal for an adhesive tape or sheet in which a groove is arranged from the surface of the adhesive layer that contacts the adherend surface to facilitate fluid removal during crimping to reduce the gap (Patent Document 1). There is also.
However, even with this technology, the ease of fluid removal is insufficient, and any device has problems substantially as described above.

<< Configuration of Adhesive Tape or Sheet According to the Present Invention >>
<Overall configuration>
The easily sticky pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet of the present invention comprises at least a support layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Or the easily sticky adhesive tape or sheet | seat of this invention consists of a support body layer, an adhesive layer, and a peeling separator at least.
In addition, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet of the present invention is provided with a primer layer having good adhesion between both layers in order to improve the adhesion between both layers between the support layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Here, FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a support layer or a release separator according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the support layer or the release separator of the present invention is formed between an uneven shape (in the figure, a trapezoidal convex portion having a lower bottom larger than the upper bottom and adjacent trapezoids). Recesses) are provided. In addition, although not shown in figure, in the adhesive tape or sheet | seat which concerns on this invention, the adhesive layer is closely_contact | adhered to the said support body layer or the said peeling separator. FIG. 2 is a top view of the support layer or release separator according to the present invention. As can be seen from the figure, the concavo-convex convex portion is continuous from the inside to the side surface (outside) of the adhesive tape or sheet. As a result, the convex portion is transferred to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer that comes into contact therewith, and a groove is formed from the inside of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet to the side surface (outside). When the protrusions provided on the support layer or release separator are not continuous to the side (outside) of the adhesive tape or sheet, the groove transferred to the adhesive layer does not lead to the outside of the adhesive tape or sheet. In addition, a fluid such as gas or liquid that has entered the gap with the adherend during crimping cannot escape out of the adhesive tape or sheet. In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, it is suitable for the convex part formed on the support body layer or the peeling separator that the whole area | region continues to the whole surface (namely, 4 side surfaces). For example, the convex portion a (for easy understanding, black line) is directly continuous to the side surface S1, and the other side surfaces (S2 to S4) are continuously connected indirectly via other convex portions. . By comprising in this way, when sticking, the fluid remaining on the adhesive tape or sheet | seat can be discharged | emitted now from any side surface.

It is also possible to carry out the treatment or to arrange a primer layer having good adhesion with both layers as described above.
(Concavity and convexity structure)
In the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet of the present invention, the height of the convex part is 45 to 250 μm, the shortest distance of the bottom of the convex part is 7 to 50 μm, and the shortest distance of the bottom of the concave part is 150 to 5000 μm. And the concavo-convex ratio is over 1.00 and within 2.00 times.
-Height of convex part The height of a convex part is the height of the perpendicular part of a convex part, and means the length of B shown in FIG. The height of the convex portion of the support layer or release separator of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet of the present invention is 45 to 250 μm. The thickness is preferably 50 μm to 150 μm, and more preferably 50 μm to 80 μm. When the height of the convex portion is less than 45 μm, the fluid may not be easily removed, and in a high temperature environment such as in summer, the pressure is immediately pressed when contacting the adherend. If the fluid is not expelled, it may not function. Further, when the height of the convex portion exceeds 250 μm, the filling of the groove due to the deformation of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer becomes insufficient even after the pressure bonding, and particularly in a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet, the residual portion is It may stand out and impair the appearance.
The shortest bottom side distance of the convex portion The shortest bottom side distance of the convex portion is the width at the bottom of the convex portion, and is the length of C shown in FIG. The shortest distance between the bottoms of the convex portions of the support layer or release separator of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet of the present invention is 7 to 50 μm. The thickness is preferably 10 μm to 40 μm, more preferably 15 μm to 30 μm. When the shortest bottom distance of the convex portion is less than 7 μm, the fluid may not be easily removed, and in a high temperature environment such as in summer, the pressure is immediately applied when contacting the adherend. If the fluid is not expelled, it may not function. Further, when the shortest bottom side distance of the convex part exceeds 50 μm, the filling of the groove due to the deformation of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer becomes insufficient even after the pressure bonding, particularly in the case of a transparent pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet. May stand out and the appearance may be impaired.
The shortest bottom side distance of the concave portion The shortest bottom side distance of the concave portion is the width at the bottom of the concave portion, which is the length of F shown in FIG. The shortest distance of the bottom of the concave portion of the support layer or release separator of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet of the present invention is 150 to 5000 μm. The thickness is preferably 200 μm to 3000 μm, more preferably 400 μm to 2000 μm. When the shortest bottom side distance of the recess is less than 150 μm, the contact area between the back surface of the support layer or the release functional surface of the release separator and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer increases, and the force (peeling force) when peeling off the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer ) Increases, and the peeling workability may deteriorate. On the other hand, if the bottom shortest distance of the recess is greater than 5000 μm, the groove is reduced, the ease of fluid removal is insufficient, and swelling occurs due to the residual fluid, especially in transparent adhesive tapes or sheets In the case of the residual portion, the appearance may be impaired.
Roughness ratio Furthermore, the unevenness ratio is the ratio of the shortest repeated unevenness distance between parallel adjacent convex parts to the shortest repeated straight line distance between parallel adjacent convex parts, and each length shown in FIG. 1 is represented by (A + D + F + D) It is a numerical value calculated by / G. The uneven | corrugated ratio of the support body layer or peeling separator of the adhesive tape or sheet | seat of this invention exceeds 1.00, and is less than 2.00 times. Preferably, it is 1.10 times to 1.50 times, and more preferably 1.15 times to 1.45 times. If the concavo-convex ratio does not exceed 1, the grooves cannot be formed, the fluid is not easily removed, and the swell is generated due to the influence of the remaining fluid, especially in the case of a transparent adhesive tape or sheet. The remaining part may be noticeable and the appearance may be impaired. When the concavo-convex ratio exceeds 2.00 times, the contact area between the support layer or the release separator and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is increased, and the release force on the back surface of the support layer or the release functional surface of the release separator is increased. Workability may deteriorate.

〔Evaluation methods〕
The evaluation method of an Example and a comparative example is as follows.
(1) Peelability from the back of the release separator or support For the adhesive tapes or sheets of 50 mm in length and 25 mm in width and comparative examples, peel 10 mm from the release separator or back of the support and the longitudinal edge of the adhesive sheet. The remaining 40 mm was chucked, and the T-type peeling force was measured at a speed of 300 mm / min. Table 2 shows “good” when the peel force is 5 N / 25 mm or less, and “bad” when it exceeds 5 N / 25 mm.
(2) Appearance To a panel of bright annealed stainless steel 304 (hereinafter referred to as BASUS), a square example having a side length of 50 mm and an adhesive tape or sheet of a comparative example were applied, followed by a weight of 2 kg. The pressure was reciprocated at a speed of 300 mm / min. Eight hours after the pressure bonding, whether or not the swelling caused by bubbles remaining between the BASUS panel and the groove provided on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer was visible was visually confirmed from a distance of 500 mm from the test panel. This evaluation was conducted by a tester with a corrected visual acuity of 1.2. Table 2 shows “good” when not visible and “bad” when visible.
(3) Short-term fluid removability The surface of the same BASUS panel used in the appearance evaluation was provided with a hollow with a diameter of 10 mm and a depth of 1 mm, similar to a spherical cap. Next, a square example having a side length of 50 mm, the adhesive tape or sheet of the comparative example, the dent is located at the center, and the bulge is caused by bubbles except between the dent and the BASUS panel, and the bubble marks are visually observed. It was stuck so that it could not be seen. Subsequently, the roller was reciprocated once at a speed of 300 mm / min with a roller having a weight of 2 kg, and was subjected to pressure bonding. 5 minutes after crimping, press the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet with your finger to follow the dent, then slide it to the edge of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet with your finger still pressed, and remain between the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet and the dent. Expelled the gas. Whether the gas was expelled to a level where it could not be seen or whether swelling or bubbles due to bubbles could be seen was visually confirmed from a distance of 500 mm from the test panel. This evaluation was conducted by a tester with a corrected visual acuity of 1.2. Table 2 shows “good” when not visible and “bad” when visible.
(4) Fluid removability after aging By the same method as short-term fluid removability, the adhesive tapes or sheets of Examples and Comparative Examples were attached to BASUS panels provided with depressions and left at 40 ° C. Eight hours after crimping, the gas remaining between the adhesive tape or sheet and the depression is driven out in the same manner as short-term fluid removability, and the gas can be driven out to an invisible level, or bulge and residual due to bubbles can be seen. Whether or not was confirmed visually. Table 2 shows “good” when not visible and “bad” when visible.

Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-T000002
As is apparent from the results of Examples 1 to 5 in Table 2, the present invention easily removes fluids such as gas and liquid that have entered the gap with the adherend when affixing, and this function is applied to the adherend. After contacting the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet, it was a good pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or sheet that lasted for an arbitrary period and had few restrictions when applied. In addition, even a transparent adhesive tape or sheet had such an easy pasting function and had good appearance after pasting.
On the other hand, as in Comparative Example 1, when the height of the convex portion is less than 45 μm, or when the shortest base distance is less than 7 μm, the unevenness ratio is 1.00, the fluid is not easily removed and the residual In some cases, swelling may occur due to the influence of the fluid, and in particular, in the case of a transparent adhesive tape or sheet, the residual portion may be noticeable and the appearance may be impaired.
As in Comparative Example 2 and Comparative Example 3, when the height of the convex portion is less than 45 μm, or the shortest distance on the bottom side is less than 7 μm, the fluid may not be easily removed, It may not function unless it is immediately pressed to expel the fluid when it comes into contact with the body.
As in Comparative Example 4 and Comparative Example 5, when the bottom shortest distance of the recess is less than 150 μm or the unevenness ratio exceeds 2.00 times, the contact area between the support layer or the release separator and the adhesive layer is large. Thus, the peeling force on the back surface of the support layer or the peeling functional surface of the peeling separator is increased, and the peeling workability may be deteriorated.
When the height of the convex part exceeds 250 μm or the shortest bottom side exceeds 50 μm as in Comparative Example 6 and Comparative Example 7, the filling of the groove due to the deformation of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is insufficient even after pressure bonding In particular, in the case of a transparent adhesive tape or sheet, the residual portion is noticeable and the appearance may be impaired.
Although not listed in the table, the height of the convex portion is in the order of 45 to 250 μm, 50 μm to 150 μm, and 50 μm to 80 μm, and the shortest distance on the bottom of the convex portion is 7 to 50 μm, 10 μm to In the order of 40 μm, 15 μm to 30 μm, and with respect to the shortest distance at the bottom of the recess, the order of 150 to 5000 μm, 200 μm to 3000 μm, 400 μm to 2000 μm, and the unevenness ratio exceeds 1.00 and exceeds 2.00. Within the order of 1.times., 1.10 times to 1.50 times, 1.15 times to 1.45 times, the effects of the present invention (for example, gas, liquid, etc. that have entered the gap with the adherend when affixed) The ease of fluid removal) was improved stepwise.
