本发明还提供了一种智能眼镜,包括:获取模块,获取待显示的内容;检测模块,检测当前所处的环境信息和/或状态信息;判断模块,判断所述环境信息和/或状态信息是否符合预设的内容显示条件;显示模块,当所述判断模块的判断结果为是时,显示所述待显示的内容。
优选地,所述检测模块包括:图像采集单元,采集当前所处的环境图像;以及,所述判断模块判断所述图像采集单元采集到的所述环境图像中是否包含至少一个预设的特征标识。
优选地,所述检测模块包括:运动检测单元,检测所述智能眼镜的运动状态;以及,所述判断模块判断所述运动检测单元检测到的运动速度是否达到预设的速度阈值,或者判断所述运动检测单元检测到的运动加速度是否达到预设的加速度阈值。
优选地,该智能眼镜还包括:提示模块,在所述判断模块判断所述环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件时,提示存在待显示的内容;控制模块,在所述判断模块判断所述环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件时,接收外部控制指令,根据所述控制指令显示所述待显示的内容;以及,所述检测模块在所述判断模块判断出所述环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件时,以预设频度或预设次数持续检测所处的环境信息和/或状态信息。
优选地,该智能眼镜还包括:预读模块:在所述判断模块判断出所述环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件时,预读所述待显示的内容;以及,所述判断模块判断所述待显示的内容是否与预设的重要联系人相关,或所述待显示的内容是否与当前日程信息相关,或所述待显示的内容是否与当前位置信息相关。
与现有技术相比,本申请的实施例通过预先设定智能眼镜进行内容显示需要满足的条件,包括环境状态条件和运动状态条件,当智能眼镜存在待显示的内容时,首先判断智能眼镜当前所处环境状态或智能眼镜当前运动状态是否满足预设的内容显示条件,若是,则显示所述内容,否则不直接对所述内容进行显示,从而避免智能眼镜佩戴者在车辆驾驶等需要保持注意力专注的场景下,由于关注智能眼镜显示内容而导致的注意力分散,提高智能眼镜功能对于不同环境的主动适应性,有效地减少智能眼镜使用过程中的安全隐患。

为了能够更清楚地理解本发明所针对的技术问题、解决该问题所使用的技术特征以及技术方案所体现的优点,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互结合。
在下面的描述中,阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,这仅仅是本发明的一些实施例,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施。因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
图1示出了根据本发明实施例的智能眼镜控制方法的原理流程示意图。
如图1所示,根据本发明的实施例的智能眼镜控制方法,主要包括如下步骤。
步骤S101,获取待显示的内容。
步骤S102,检测获得智能眼镜当前的环境信息和/或状态信息。
步骤S103,判断所检测到的该环境信息和/或状态信息是否符合预设的内容显示条件,是则显示所述待显示的内容。
图2示出了根据本发明第一种实施例的智能眼镜控制方法的流程示意图。
如图2所示,根据本发明第一种实施例的智能眼镜控制方法,主要包括如下步骤。
步骤S201,获取待显示的内容。
步骤S202,采集获得智能眼镜当前所处环境的图像,获得智能眼镜的环境信息。
步骤S203,在所采集的图像中未包含预设的特征标识时,判断确定所述环境信息符合预设的内容显示条件,则显示所述待显示的内容。
在该技术方案中,当智能眼镜存在待显示的内容时,首先对智能眼镜当前所处的环境信息进行检测,包括通过图像采集装置获取当前环境的图像,通过图像解析处理判断环境图像中是否包含相关的特征标识,例如高速公路标识、道路指引或危险路段指示等道路交通指示标识。如果环境图像中包含上述特征标识,则确定当前环境信息不符合预设的内容显示条件,不直接显示所述待显示的内容;如果环境图像中未识别到上述相关的特征标识,则确定当前环境信息符合预设的内容显示条件,正常显示所述待显示的内容。
图3示出了根据本发明第二种实施例的智能眼镜控制方法的流程示意图。
如图3所示,根据本发明第二种实施例的智能眼镜控制方法,主要包括如下步骤。
步骤S301,获取待显示的内容。
步骤S302,检测智能眼镜的运动状态,获得智能眼镜的状态信息。
步骤S303,判断所检测到的智能眼镜的运动速度是否低于预设的速度阈值。
步骤S304,判断出所检测到的智能眼镜的运动速度低于预设的速度阈值时,确定智能眼镜的状态信息符合预设的内容显示条件,并显示所述待显示的内容。
在该技术方案中,当智能眼镜存在待显示的内容时,首先对智能眼镜的状态信息进行检测,包括通过传感器检测智能眼镜当前是否正在被佩戴,若是,则进一步获取当前智能眼镜的运动的速度或加速度信息,判断智能眼镜的速度是否达到或超过预设的速度阈值,或者判断智能眼镜的加速度是否达到或超过预设的加速度阈值。由于如果佩戴者当前的移动速度较快,包括速度较快或者加速度较快,极短时间的注意力分散,也有可能导致原有运动状态的极大改变,同时快速运动状态也一定程度上增加了佩戴者在短时间内对突发状况进行准确判断的难度,从而存在安全隐患。因此,如果判断智能眼镜的运动速度达到预设的速度阈值,则确定智能眼镜当前的状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件,不直接显示所述待显示的内容。如果智能眼镜的运动速度未达到预设的速度阈值,则确定智能眼镜当前的状态信息符合预设的内容显示条件,正常显示所述待显示的内容。
需要说明的是,在上述任一实施例中,所述环境信息和状态信息可以作为单独条件进行择一检测,判断其中任一项的检测结果符合预设条件,即可确定符合预设的内容显 示条件,正常显示所述待显示的内容。也可以将所述环境信息和状态信息作为组合条件分别进行检测,判断两项检测结果均符合预设条件,才确定符合预设的内容显示条件,正常显示所述待显示的内容。
图4示出了根据本发明第三种实施例的智能眼镜控制方法的流程示意图。
如图4所示,根据本发明第三种实施例的智能眼镜控制方法,主要包括如下步骤。
步骤S401,获取待显示的内容。
步骤S402,检测智能眼镜当前的环境信息和/或状态信息。
步骤S403,判断所述环境信息和/或状态信息是否符合预设的内容显示条件,若是,则转入步骤S404;若否,则转入步骤S405。
步骤S404,显示所述待显示的内容。
步骤S405,提示存在待显示的内容,或者以预设频度或预设次数检测环境信息和/或状态信息,若符合预设的内容显示条件,则显示所述内容,或者接收外部控制指令,根据所述控制指令显示所述内容。
在该技术方案中,当智能眼镜存在待显示的内容时,若判断智能眼镜当前所处的环境信息和/或当前的状态信息符合预设的内容显示条件,则正常显示所述待显示的内容。若判断当前环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件,则不直接显示所述待显示的内容,并进一步进行如下操作之一或组合:
1)以声音、振动或光电效果等方式提示存在待显示的内容,提醒智能眼镜的佩戴者。以利于智能眼镜的佩戴者可以在当前环境信息和/或状态信息改变后,选择查看所述内容;
2)智能眼镜以预设的频度或预设次数持续地检测环境信息和/或状态信息,当检测到环境信息和/或状态信息改变至符合预设内容显示条件时,例如,检测到智能眼镜的佩戴者驾车驶离高速公路进入停车场,或检测到车速降至安全车速范围以内,则显示所述待显示的内容;
3)根据智能眼镜的佩戴者的操控指令,包括手势指令、语音指令、视觉指令或脑电波指令等,控制所述智能眼镜显示所述待显示的内容。
图5示出了根据本发明第四种实施例的智能眼镜控制方法的流程示意图。
如图5所示,根据本发明第四种实施例的智能眼镜控制方法,主要包括如下步骤。
步骤S501,获取待显示的内容。
步骤S502,检测智能眼镜当前的环境信息和/或状态信息。
步骤S503,判断所述环境信息和/或状态信息是否符合预设的内容显示条件,若是,则转入步骤S506;若否,则转入步骤S504。
步骤S504,预读所述待显示的内容,然后转步骤S505继续执行。
步骤S505,判断所述待显示的内容是否与智能眼镜中存储预设的重要联系人相关,或者是否与智能眼镜中存储的当前的日程信息相关,或者是否与智能眼镜当前的位置信息相关,是则转步骤S506继续执行。
步骤S506,显示所述待显示的内容。
在该技术方案中,具体地,当智能眼镜存在待显示的内容时,若判断出当前的环境信息和/或状态信息符合预设的内容显示条件时,则正常显示所述待显示的内容。若判断出当前的环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件,则进一步进行如下操作之一或组合:
1)预读所述待显示的内容,判断所述待显示的内容是否与预设的重要联系人相关,若是,则显示所述内容。具体地,智能眼镜中预先通过重要联系人列表或联系人白名单存储有重要联系人的信息,如果待显示的内容中包含有与重要联系人列表或联系人白名单中的重要联系人相关的信息,则对待显示的内容进行显示。
2)预读所述待显示的内容,判断所述待显示的内容是否与当前日程信息相关,若是,则显示所述内容。具体地,根据智能眼镜中预先存储的日程信息获取当前时间范围内的日程安排,如果待显示的内容与该日程安排相关,例如,待显示的内容中包含与会议日程相关的会议取消或变更的通知信息,或者包含与行程相关的航班延误或取消的通知信息等,则对待显示的内容进行显示。
3)预读所述待显示的内容,判断所述待显示的内容是否与智能眼镜当前的位置信息相关,若是,则显示所述内容。具体地,根据智能眼镜当前所处位置的周边信息、导航路线或目的地等,如果待显示的内容与该位置信息相关,例如,待显示的内容中包含与当前位置周边范围内的相关信息、与导航目的地相关的入口信息或者包含有与导航路线相关的道路交通管制信息等,则对待显示的内容进行显示。
通过以上技术方案,在智能眼镜的佩戴者进行驾车等要求注意力集中专注的场景下,当智能眼镜中存在待显示的内容时,通过判断得出当前环境信息和/或状态信息符合预设的内容显示条件的情况下,正常显示所述待显示的内容,有效地避免智能眼镜的佩戴者在某些场景下因关注智能眼镜显示的内容导致短暂的注意力分散,从而减少了安全 隐患,降低佩戴智能眼镜时的安全风险。
同时,当判断得出当前环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件时,还可以提示佩戴者存在待显示的内容,通过持续的环境信息或状态信息检测,当符合预设的内容显示条件时,再显示所述待显示的内容;或者根据佩戴者的控制指令,显示所述待显示的内容;或者通过预读所述待显示的内容,判断该内容是否为重要的或是与当前行为密切相关的,若是,则显示所述待显示的内容,从而保证智能眼镜对重要内容与实时内容的及时显示。
图6示出了根据本发明实施例的智能眼镜结构示意图。
如图6所示,根据本发明实施例的智能眼镜600,主要包括有获取模块602、检测模块604、判断模块606以及显示模块608。
获取模块602,获取待显示的内容。
检测模块604,检测智能眼镜当前的环境信息和/或状态信息。
判断模块606,与检测模块604相连,判断所述环境信息和/或状态信息是否符合预设的内容显示条件。
显示模块608,与获取模块602及判断模块606相连,当所述判断模块606的判断结果为是时,显示所述待显示的内容。
在该技术方案中,当智能眼镜600中存在待显示的内容时,首先是获取模块602获取所述待显示的内容,然后检测模块604对智能眼镜当前的环境信息和/或状态信息进行检测,再然后是判断模块606判断所述环境信息和/或状态信息是否符合预设的内容显示条件,最后显示模块608在所述判断模块的判断结果为是时,正常显示所述待显示的内容。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图7所示,所述检测模块604包括图像采集单元6042,与判断模块606相连,该图像采集单元6042采集智能眼镜当前所处环境的环境图像;所述判断模块606用于判断所述图像采集单元6042采集到的环境图像中是否包含至少一个预设的特征标识。
在该技术方案中,当智能眼镜600中存在待显示的内容时,通过获取模块602获取待显示的内容,图像采集单元6042获取当前环境的图像,所述判断模块606解析判断所述环境图像中是否包含相关的特征标识,例如高速公路标识、道路指引或危险路段指示等道路交通指示标识。如果所述环境图像中包含上述特征标识信息,则确定当前环境信息 不符合预设的内容显示条件,不直接显示所述待显示的内容;如果未在所述环境图像中识别到上述特征标识信息,则确定当前环境信息符合预设的内容显示条件,显示模块608正常显示所述待显示的内容。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图7所示,所述检测模块604包括运动检测单元6044,与判断模块606相连,该运动检测单元6044检测所述智能眼镜当前的运动速度;所述判断模块606用于判断所述运动检测单元6044检测到的运动速度是否达到预设的速度阈值。智能眼镜的运动速度,为智能眼镜的一种状态信息。
在该技术方案中,当智能眼镜600存在待显示的内容时,通过获取模块602获取待显示的内容,运动检测单元6044对智能眼镜的状态信息进行检测,包括通过传感器检测智能眼镜当前是否正在被佩戴,若是,则进一步获取当前智能眼镜的速度信息,该速度信息包括智能眼镜的运动速度或加速度,判断模块606判断智能眼镜的速度是否达到或超过预设的速度阈值,或者判断加速度是否达到或超过预设的加速度阈值。由于如果佩戴者当前的移动速度较快,包括速度较快或者加速度较快,极短时间的注意力分散,也有可能导致原有的运动状态的极大改变,同时快速的运动状态也一定程度上增加了佩戴者在短时间内对突发状况进行准确判断的难度,从而存在安全隐患。因此,如果智能眼镜的运动速度或者加速度达到或超过预设的相应阈值,则确定智能眼镜当前状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件,不直接显示所述待显示的内容;如果智能眼镜的运动速度或者加速度未达到预设的相应阈值,则确定智能眼镜当前的状态信息符合预设的内容显示条件,显示模块608正常显示所述待显示的内容。
图8示出了本发明另一种实施例的智能眼镜结构示意图。
根据上述任一实施例的智能眼镜,如图8所示,所述智能眼镜600还包括提示模块610、控制模块612以及预读模块614等。
提示模块610与判断模块606相连,在所述判断模块606判断出所述环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件时,提示存在待显示的内容。
控制模块612与判断模块606及显示模块608相连,在所述判断模块606判断出所述环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件时,接收外部控制指令,控制显示模块608显示所述待显示的内容。
预读模块614与获取模块602及判断模块606相连,用于在所述判断模块606判断所述环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件时,预读所述待显示的内容。
其中,提示模块610在智能眼镜600中存在待显示的内容时,以声音、振动或光电效 果等方式提示智能眼镜佩戴者当前存在待显示的内容。
控制模块612接收并响应智能眼镜佩戴者的操控指令,包括手势指令、语音指令、视觉指令或脑电波指令等,控制显示模块608显示所述待显示的内容。
预读模块614预读获取模块602获取的待显示内容,判断模块606判断出确定所述待显示内容是否包含与预设的重要联系人、当前日程信息或者当前位置信息相关的内容,若是,则控制显示模块608显示所述待显示内容。
综上所述,本发明提供一种智能眼镜及智能眼镜控制方法,智能眼镜在获取待显示的内容之后,通过判断当前环境信息和/或状态信息是否符合预设的内容显示条件,若是,则正常显示所述待显示的内容。同时,若不符合预设的内容显示条件,则提示存在待显示内容,或根据接收到的外部控制指令显示所述待显示的内容,或判断待显示的内容与重要联系人或智能眼镜佩戴者当前行为相关时,显示所述待显示的内容。通过本发明,能够提高佩戴智能眼镜的安全性,增强智能眼镜功能对不同应用场景的适用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能眼镜控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取待显示的内容;
    检测所述智能眼镜当前的环境信息和/或状态信息,在判断出所述环境信息和/或状态信息符合预设的内容显示条件时,显示所述待显示的内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能眼镜控制方法,其特征在于,检测所述智能眼镜当前的环境信息和/或状态信息,在判断出所述环境信息和/或状态信息符合预设的内容显示条件时,显示所述待显示的内容,包括:
    采集所述智能眼镜当前的环境图像,判断出所述环境图像中未包含预设的特征标识时,确定所述环境信息符合预设的内容显示条件,显示所述待显示的内容。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的智能眼镜控制方法,其特征在于,检测所述智能眼镜当前的环境信息和/或状态信息,在判断出所述环境信息和/或状态信息符合预设的内容显示条件时,显示所述待显示的内容,包括:
    检测所述智能眼镜的运动状态,判断出所述智能眼镜的运动速度低于预设的速度阈值或者所述智能眼镜的运动加速度低于预设的加速度阈值时,确定所述状态信息符合预设的内容显示条件,显示所述待显示的内容。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的智能眼镜控制方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    在判断出所述环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件时,执行如下操作之一或组合:
    提示存在待显示的内容;
    以预设频度或预设次数持续检测环境信息和/或状态信息,在检测到的环境信息和/或状态信息符合所述内容显示条件时,则显示所述待显示的内容;
    接收外部控制指令,根据所述控制指令显示所述待显示的内容。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的智能眼镜控制方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:
    在判断出所述环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件时,执行如下操作 之一或组合:
    预读所述待显示的内容,判断所述待显示的内容是否与预设的重要联系人相关,若是,则显示所述内容;
    预读所述待显示的内容,判断所述待显示的内容是否与当前日程信息相关,若是,则显示所述内容;
    预读所述待显示的内容,判断所述待显示的内容是否与当前位置信息相关,若是,则显示所述内容。
  6. 一种智能眼镜,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,获取待显示的内容;
    检测模块,检测当前所处的环境信息和/或状态信息;
    判断模块,判断所述环境信息和/或状态信息是否符合预设的内容显示条件;
    显示模块,当所述判断模块的判断结果为是时,显示所述待显示的内容。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能眼镜,其特征在于,所述检测模块包括:
    图像采集单元,采集当前所处的环境图像;以及,
    所述判断模块判断所述图像采集单元采集到的所述环境图像中是否包含至少一个预设的特征标识。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的智能眼镜,其特征在于,所述检测模块包括:
    运动检测单元,检测所述智能眼镜的运动状态;以及,
    所述判断模块判断所述运动检测单元检测到的运动速度是否达到预设的速度阈值,或者判断所述运动检测单元检测到的运动加速度是否达到预设的加速度阈值。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的智能眼镜,其特征在于,该智能眼镜还包括:
    提示模块,在所述判断模块判断所述环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件时,提示存在待显示的内容;
    控制模块,在所述判断模块判断所述环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件时,接收外部控制指令,根据所述控制指令显示所述待显示的内容;以及,
    所述检测模块在所述判断模块判断出所述环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件时,以预设频度或预设次数持续检测所处的环境信息和/或状态信息。
  10. 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的智能眼镜,其特征在于,该智能眼镜还包括:
    预读模块:在所述判断模块判断出所述环境信息和/或状态信息不符合预设的内容显示条件时,预读所述待显示的内容;以及,
    所述判断模块判断所述待显示的内容是否与预设的重要联系人相关,或所述待显示的内容是否与当前日程信息相关,或所述待显示的内容是否与当前位置信息相关。
