技术领域
本发明涉及一种展会玻璃用液晶显示器固定装置。
背景技术
目前,一些展会上需要在玻璃屏风、幕墙或类似的玻璃构筑体上安装固定液晶显示器,以达到特殊的展示效果或者合理利用空间的需求。然而传统的液晶显示器安装存在如下问题:必须预先在玻璃上钻孔,通过螺栓定位液晶显示器的支架,进而再固定液晶显示器,过程繁琐,费时费力,而且还破坏了玻璃的完整性,安装不当甚至会导致玻璃报废,造成较大的损失。
发明内容
本发明目的是:提供一种展会玻璃用液晶显示器固定装置,该装置安装便捷,能够轻松实现液晶显示器在展会玻璃构筑体上的定位,且不会对玻璃造成破坏。
本发明的技术方案是:一种展会玻璃用液晶显示器固定装置,包括用于固定液晶显示器的支架,其特征在于所述支架上设有若干用于吸附于玻璃上的吸盘。
进一步,本发明中所述支架是由两根横杆和两根竖杆藉由十字套筒或十字扣件连接而成的“井”字形支架,所述每根横杆和每根竖杆上均设有至少一所述吸盘。十字套筒或十字扣件均为现有技术,其作用确保交叉连接后的竖杆和横杆之间仍然能移动,以此改变两根横杆或两根竖杆的间距,从而使得“井”字形支架在装配时可以随意“扩张”或“收缩”,以应对不同尺寸的液晶显示器。
进一步的,本发明中所述吸盘与支架之间柔性连接。柔性连接目的是便于安装时对于吸盘的操作,当然柔性连接的方式优选铰链或者软绳连接。
本发明一种具体实例中,所述支架上可以打出定位孔,从而通过螺栓与液晶显示器的背壳固定,这是较为常规的一种定位方式。
当然在一种优化的实例中,本发明可以在所述支架上通过螺栓固定用于嵌装液晶显示器的上、下、左、右四根弯有嵌槽的封条。采用封条来嵌装定位液晶显示器能够使装配更加便利。
更为优选的,本发明中所述封条为“U”形封条,并且“U”形封条的两平行边中贴靠液晶显示器背壳的边长于贴靠液晶显示器前壳的边。这样设计的目的是使得液晶显示器背壳能够更多的贴靠“U”形封条的内壁,增强定位稳固性。
本发明的优点是:
1)本发明提供的这种展会玻璃用液晶显示器固定装置,其结构简单,安装便捷,无需借助工具就能够轻松实现液晶显示器在展会玻璃构筑体上的定位,不仅大大提高了展会的布置效率,节省了工时,而且不会对玻璃造成破坏,有助于降低展会成本。
2)本发明提供的这种展会玻璃用液晶显示器固定装置,其优化的“井”字形支架能够随意“扩张”或“收缩”,以应对不同尺寸的液晶显示器,大大提高装配的便利性。

具体实施方式
实施例1:结合图1、图2所示为本发明展会玻璃用液晶显示器固定装置的一种具体实施方式,其具有支架,本实施例中该支架是由两根横杆2和两根竖杆3藉由十字套筒4连接而成的“井”字形支架(横杆2和竖杆3垂直交叉,交叉处通过套置十字套筒4连接)。同时本实施例中在所述每根横杆2和每根竖杆3上均设有两个吸盘1。需要指出:十字套筒4优选橡胶质地且能够套紧于横杆2和竖杆3上,能够有效防止杆体在装配时打滑。
本实施例中吸盘1与对应的横杆2和竖杆3之间均通过铰链5柔性连接,每个铰链5的一端通过螺栓固定于横杆2或竖杆3上,另一端则与相应的吸盘1固定。具体如图2所示,因横杆2和竖杆3是交叠布置,为确保实际操作时各吸盘1的吸附面均处于同一纵向面内,本例中连接横杆2及其吸盘1的铰链5要做的更长。
本实施例中横杆2和竖杆3上打有一些定位孔6(横杆2上是五个定位孔6,而竖杆3上是四个定位孔6),实际使用时,支架藉由这些定位孔6穿设螺栓从而与液晶显示器(图中未画出)的背壳固定,进而再藉由吸盘1将支架固定至展会的玻璃上。十字套筒4的作用是确保交叉连接后的竖杆3和横杆2之间仍然能移动,以此改变两根横杆2或两根竖杆3的间距,从而使得“井”字形支架在装配时可以随意“扩张”或“收缩”,以应对不同尺寸的液晶显示器。
实施例2:结合图3、图4所示为本发明的另一具体实施例,其整体支架及其上吸盘1的安装均可参见实施例1的描述,而不同在于:
本实施例中构成支架的两根横杆2和两根竖杆3上均通过螺栓固定有“U”形封条7。具体见图3所示,上下左右四根“U”形封条7围成矩形,每个“U”形封条7上的凹口作为嵌槽用于嵌装液晶显示器a(见图3、4中虚框)。并且具体见图4所示,本实施例中各“U”形封条7的两平行边中贴靠液晶显示器a背壳的为长边7a,而贴靠液晶显示器a前壳的短边7b,长边7a的长度长于短边7b。设计长短边的目的是使得液晶显示器a背壳能够更多的贴靠“U”形封条7的内壁,增强定位稳固性。
当然上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明主要技术方案的精神实质所做的修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种展会玻璃用液晶显示器固定装置,包括用于固定液晶显示器(a)的支架,其特征在于所述支架上设有若干用于吸附于玻璃上的吸盘(1)。

根据权利要求1所述的展会玻璃用液晶显示器固定装置,其特征在于所述支架是由两根横杆(2)和两根竖杆(3)藉由十字套筒(4)或十字扣件连接而成的“井”字形支架,所述每根横杆(2)和每根竖杆(3)上均设有至少一所述吸盘(1)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的展会玻璃用液晶显示器固定装置,其特征在于所述吸盘(1)与支架之间柔性连接。

根据权利要求3所述的展会玻璃用液晶显示器固定装置,其特征在于所述吸盘(1)与支架之间通过铰链(5)或者软绳连接。

根据权利要求1或2所述的展会玻璃用液晶显示器固定装置,其特征在于所述支架上打有定位孔(6),以通过螺栓与液晶显示器(a)的背壳固定。

根据权利要求1或2所述的展会玻璃用液晶显示器固定装置,其特征在于所述支架上固定有用于嵌装固定液晶显示器(a)的上、下、左、右四根弯有嵌槽的封条。

根据权利要求6所述的展会玻璃用液晶显示器固定装置,其特征在于所述封条为“U”形封条(7),并且“U”形封条(7)的两平行边中贴靠液晶显示器背壳的边长于贴靠液晶显示器前壳的边。
