背景技术
传统伞珠是在柱形本体上打一对通孔，将与伞面边沿缝合的缝线绕紧在环形柱体上。这种伞珠必须人工缝合，制伞麻烦、效率低下、占用大量人力，生产成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种无需缝线缝合，组装更加安全，提高制伞工效的免缝安全伞珠。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术解决方案是：免缝安全伞珠包括柱体、弯钩和夹子，所述柱体设有轴向套孔，所述夹子开有横向夹缝，所述夹子抵于柱体尾部并由弯钩围箍，所述柱体与弯钩相连接。
优选的，所述柱体与弯钩是一体成型连接的。
优选的，所述柱体与弯钩连接的端面两侧各有一个纵向凹进的限位面，所述夹子端面两侧各有一个纵向凸出的凸块，所述凸块嵌卡于限位面。
优选的，所述夹子与柱体是一体成型连接的，所述柱体上底面设有两个凸出的凸块，所述弯钩一底面开有两个限位孔，弯钩卡入柱体时，所述凸块嵌入限位孔实现柱体与弯钩连接。
优选的，所述凸块为倒梯形。
优选的，所述柱体、弯钩和夹子可采用塑料或金属材料制成。
通过采用上述的技术方案，本发明的有益效果是：本发明增加一个用于夹布的夹子，夹子抵于柱体尾部并由弯钩围箍，实现了伞珠与伞布的连接，无需人工缝合，无需借助任何工具直接手工完成组装，大大提供了制伞工作效率和工作安全性，同时该伞珠还适合普通消费者自行随意更换自己喜爱颜色和形状的伞珠，伞珠损坏可自行更换.非常简单便捷，具有广阔市场前景，能够为企业创造巨大的经济效益。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例来进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
如图1和3所示，免缝安全伞珠包括柱体1、夹子2和弯钩3，所述柱体1设有轴向套孔11，套孔11用于穿套伞架5。所述柱体1和弯钩3一体成型(图2)，夹子2上设有横向的夹缝21，所示夹子2端面两侧各有一个总向凸出的凸块22，在柱体1与弯钩3连接的端面两侧各有一个纵向凹进的限位面12。具体组装(图1和图3)，将边角缝合的伞布4夹入夹子2的夹缝21中，然后180°旋转夹子2，再将夹子2从弯钩3侧面嵌入，且凸块22刚好卡嵌在相应的限位面12，即可保证夹子2不会脱离。拆卸时，只需下压凸块22外拉夹子2，就可直接取出夹子2。
实施例2
如图4所示，免缝安全伞珠包括柱体1’、夹子2’和弯钩3’，所述柱体1’设有轴向套孔11’，套孔11’用于穿套伞架5’。所述柱体1’与夹子2’是一体成型的，夹子2’上设有横向的夹缝21’，所述夹子2’底面设有两个凸出的凸块22’，所述凸块22’是倒梯形，所述弯钩3’底面开有两个限位孔31’。具体组装(图4)，将边角缝合的伞布4，夹入夹子2’的夹缝21’中，然后180°旋转夹子2’，再将夹子2’插入弯钩3’，同时凸块22’刚好由限位孔31’伸出，实现弯钩3’围箍夹子2’且两种固定连接。拆卸时，先把夹子2，向弯钩3’内压紧，再将弯钩3’有两个限位孔31’的一侧扳开一点，就可以拉出弯钩3，取出夹子2’。
以上实施例中的柱体、夹子和弯钩可以采用塑料或金属制成，最好采用塑料，可以有效降低生产成本。当然，伞珠的整体形状可以设计成不同的形状如卡通人物等，以配合伞的整体造型及样式及满足消费者的需求。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述免缝安全伞珠，其特征在于：所述柱体与弯钩是一体成型连接的。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述免缝安全伞珠，其特征在于：所述柱体与弯钩连接的端面两侧各有一个纵向凹进的限位面，所述夹子端面两侧各有一个纵向凸出的凸块，所述凸块嵌卡于限位面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述免缝安全伞珠，其特征在于：所述夹子与柱体是一体成型连接的，所述夹子底面设有两个凸出的凸块，所述弯钩底面开有两个限位孔，弯钩卡入柱体时，所述凸块嵌入限位孔实现柱体与弯钩连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述免缝安全伞珠，其特征在于：所述凸块为倒梯形。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项免缝安全伞珠，其特征在于：所述柱体、弯钩和夹子采用塑料或金属材料制成。
