Abstract

The invention relates to a condom made from latex or other material with rubbery characteristics, the body (1) thereof being formed by a double layer (2) and (3), an inflatable chamber being defined between the two layers of the double layer. Said condom is characterised in that both the inner layer (3) and the outer layer (2) have cavities that, on inflation of the chamber (4), respectively form projections (6) and (5), both inside and outside, the body of the condom (1) comprising an autonomous inflation mechanism formed by a type of membrane (7) in the form of bellows, which communicates with the chamber (4), through non-return valves (11), in order to inflate same, said membrane (7) being located between two semi-rigid bases (8) and (9), the semi-rigid base (8) having projections (13) made of the same material, facing forwards, in order to increase the stimulation of the clitoris during sex.

MALE PROFILACTICO

DESCRIPTION OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a male prophylactic, which is preferably constituted primarily of natural and / or synthetic latex, without ruling out any other type of material with gummy characteristics. The prophylactic is double layer to determine between them an inflatable chamber.

The object of the invention is to provide the market and the public in general with a new male prophylactic with novel characteristics that make it much more effective in terms of pleasant sensations and protection provided by it.

The sector of application of the prophylactic of the invention is that of general male prophylactic accessories and products, both in purely contraceptive use and to prevent sexually transmitted diseases, as well as to facilitate relationships and increase sensitivity.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

There are many male prophylactic designs aimed at improving pleasure, increasing resistance and protection, as well as changing size, taste or simply design.

However, one of the biggest problems presented by current prophylactic designs is the loss of sensitivity that is more pronounced the more protection is sought. Additionally, prophylactics that incorporate dimensional supplements and / or artificial shapes are rigid, heavy and uncomfortable to use, which retracts the end user from use.

On the other hand, it is worth noting the fact that the designs presented in general by the known prophylactics do not usually increase the pleasant sensations in women and if they are reduced in men, so it is clear that the designs are mainly focused on protection, forgetting the design aspects related to the increase of pleasant sensations both in men and women. That is why there is currently a growing demand on the market by users and final consumers of new prophylactics that increase feelings, without this causing a reduction in protection. The possibility of offering users of new prophylactic products, with a high added value combined with an increase in sensations and protection, is presented as a tremendously attractive trend in the prophylactic market.

In this regard, the documents corresponding to the patent CN 202960879 U can be cited in which a prophylactic is described which is inflatable and has external protuberances to favor and increase pleasurable sensations in sexual relations.

However, this prophylactic is marketed already swollen, which leads to an increase in volume, with the consequent problems and inconveniences that result in its commercialization, transport, space occupation, etc. Likewise, the document corresponding to the patent CN 2439271 and in which another prophylactic is described, can be mentioned, in this case with two determining layers of a chamber with cavities that determine external protuberances in the inflation of the chamber, thereby increasing the sensations of pleasure in the sexual act. This prophylactic also presents a protuberance as a convex and also inflatable fin that says to be in correspondence with the woman's clitoris to increase pleasure in it.

In any case, neither the prophylactic described in this document 2439271 AND nor the one described in document 202960879 U referred to above, has internal protrusions and self-inflating means, since document 2439271 AND presents an inflation accessory, as a pear which is coupled in a plug-in cannula in an element established in the prophylactic itself, which obviously implies problems and inconveniences when carrying out the use of the prophylactic itself.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The prophylactic that is recommended has been conceived to solve the problem described above, based on a simple but effective solution.

More specifically, the prophylactic of the invention, being of the type that are constituted by a body with two layers, determinants of an inflation chamber, presents as a first characteristic of novelty the fact that the two layers have cavities in the inflation to determine bumps both in the outer layer and in the inner layer, which will increase pleasure, both in women and men in the use of prophylactics during sexual intercourse.

Another characteristic of novelty is that the inflation of the prophylactic chamber is carried out by means of an autonomous mechanism, formed by a kind of bellows membrane with holes, that membrane fixed by its ends between two semi-rigid bases, which form two rings, the former of which is attached to the two layers of the prophylactic, while the exterior is complemented by semi-rigid eyelashes that fulfill an anchoring function.

Another characteristic of novelty presented by the prophylactic of the invention is the communication between the membrane as a bellows established as a rear inflation mechanism and the chamber itself determined between the two layers of the body of the prophylactic, including non-return valves that enable or allow the passage of air in one direction, that is to say the aforementioned chamber, but they prevent the air from leaving said chamber.

Another characteristic of novelty is that in the semi-rigid base considered as interior, projections in the form of gout, which are intended to stimulate the clitoris of the woman, have been planned towards the front.

Another characteristic of novelty is that the prophylactic has the possibility of sliding from the rear fixed end, and offers a small initial size, which does not hinder the action in its early stages, which together with the autonomous self-inflation mechanism of the prophylactic, it derives in substantial and notable improvements with respect to conventional prophylactics, with the special feature that self-bloating is carried out from the natural movement of sexual intercourse.

Also noteworthy is the fact that the flexible compartment is at rest which determines the bellows or membrane, in its union with the two layers that form the body or prophylactic chamber, expands due to an elastic force that provides the shape and material of the flexible membrane itself, allowing it to fill with air outside by owning the small air inlet holes, included for that purpose.

Also noteworthy is the fact that the two semi-rigid bases of the inflation mechanism, that is to say between which the flexible membrane is included as a bellows, are made possible of a relative movement between them, causing the inflation cavity to compress the air when the outer base approaches relative to the inner base and encounters an obstacle, so that an amount of air is propelled in the space between the two layers when the non-return valves are opened and the small holes in the membranes are covered , filling in each cycle the cavities established for this purpose both in the inner layer and in the outer layer. The non-return valves are designed in such a way that they must comply with a set pressure defined by the manufacturer, and cannot vary depending on the shape and size of the prophylactic.

The advantages offered by the prophylactic described with respect to those currently known can be summarized in the following: - It provides greater protection than conventional ones, as it has a double layer and therefore a double barrier.

- The sensitivity is increased both in the carrier and in the receiver, due to the relative movement of the protuberances that form the swollen cavities and that intervene as a result of the air that is injected between both layers of the body of the prophylactic, being also increased the size of this and thereby increasing sensitivity.

- The process in the use, that is to say in the swelling and in the sliding, is progressive, not supposing an added dimensional difficulty in the beginning of the relation.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

To complement the description that is going to be carried out below and in order to to help a better understanding of the features of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical realization thereof, is accompanied as an integral part of said description, a set of drawings where, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented :

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

As can be seen in the aforementioned figures, the prophylactic of the invention is materialized by a body (1) of latex, of synthetic material, or any other type of material with rubbery characteristics. In any case, the body (1) of the prophylactic is formed by two layers, one external (2) and one internal (3), so that both the external layer (2) and the internal layer (3) have a series of cavities that when the chamber (4) determined between the two layers (2) and (3) swells, they form external protuberances (5) and internal protuberances (6), logically alternated with recesses or cavities, as clearly shown in the figures.

The chamber (4) is inflated by means of an autonomous inflation mechanism, constituted by a membrane (7) as a bellows, connected at both ends to semi-rigid bases (8) and (9), the first considered as internal and the second considered as external, so that the flexible membrane (7) is affected by small holes (10) that allow the entry of air for inflation, by compressing that kind of bellows that determines the flexible membrane (7), including for this in the communication between the membrane or bellows and the inner chamber (4) of the body (1) of the prophylactic non-return valves (1 1) that allow the passage of air into the chamber (4) but prevent the passage outward.

On the internal and semi-rigid base (8) of the autonomous inflation mechanism assembly, ring-shaped stops (12) are provided to prevent the pressure inside the bellows that determines the membrane (7) from being able to be greater than a preset value.

In addition, in correspondence with the outer face of the ring that forms the inner semi-rigid base (8), projections (13) of the same material are provided to stimulate the clitoris, whose projections (13) are preferably drop-shaped.

On the other hand, the semi-rigid and outer base (9) has an oval shaped hole (14), with semi-rigid tabs (15) that fulfill an anchoring function.

During the operation of the prophylactic by the user, it presses one of the semi-rigid bases (8) and (9), reducing the relative distance between the two and causing the flexible membrane (7) to compress, displacing the air inside it through the non-return valves (1 1) to the chamber (4) established between the two layers (2) and (3), thereby inflating the cavities and determining both external (5) and internal (6) bumps alternated with the recesses or cavities, thus providing the prophylactic with its definitive form. Once air has been introduced into the chamber (4) determined between the layers (2) and (3), said air cannot return to the flexible membrane (7) that forms the bellows or autonomous inflation mechanism, due to the non-return valves (1 1).

For its part, the flexible membrane (7) receives air from the outside through the small holes (10). Finally, say that the stops (12) established on the inner side of the inner and semi-rigid base (8) are provided to limit the displacement of the outer and semi-rigid base (9), with respect to said inner and semi-rigid base (8), and therefore the volume of air displaced from the flexible membrane itself (7) or bellows into the chamber (4) formed by the layers (2) and (3).

The outline of the passage or corresponding to the outer and semi-rigid base (9), is oval and has semi-rigid tabs (15) determining anchoring means for said outer base.
