The massage device can massage the part of the human body to relax and relax the muscle tissue and eliminate fatigue. For example, the neck, waist and shoulders of the human body can be massaged. In some massage devices, the massage device can be provided with an air bag, the body part of a user is propped against by the air bag, so as to support the body part of the user, the body part of the user is massaged by the air bag, the air bag can bulge around in the process of inflating, on one hand, the propping force of the air bag to the body part of the user can be partially released, on the other hand, other components in the massage device are also easily ejected to one side deviating from the body part of the user, the problem of poor contact and the like is caused when the massage device is used for a long time, the whole appearance in the use process of the massage element is influenced, and the market competitiveness of products is reduced. Therefore, the embodiment of the application provides a massage air bag and massage equipment, which can determine the swelling direction of the massage air bag so as to stably support or support the body part of a user and improve the use experience of the user.
Some embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a massage airbag 10 according to an embodiment of the present application includes a hard portion 11 and a flexible supporting portion 12.
The flexible holding portion 12 is configured to be disposed toward or for holding against a body part of a user, the hard portion 11 is disposed on a side of the massage air bag 10 opposite to the flexible holding portion 12, an inflation cavity is provided in the massage air bag, the hard portion 11 and the flexible holding portion 12 are configured to form at least part of a cavity wall of the inflation cavity, and the inflation cavity can be filled with gas so that the flexible holding portion 12 protrudes in a direction away from the hard portion 11.
It will be appreciated that the flexible abutment 12 may be directly against the body part of the user or may be used as a support to indirectly against the body part of the user, for example, with other abutment structures being provided between the flexible abutment 12 and the body part of the user.
It will be appreciated that the rigid portion 11 is configured to be rigid and will not bulge or deform when the bladder is inflated, and the flexible abutment portion 12 is configured to be flexible and will bulge or deform when the bladder is inflated.
It will be appreciated that, since the rigid portion 11 and the flexible abutment portion 12 are configured to form at least part of the cavity wall of the inflatable cavity, there is no buffering of structural components like intermediate layers, so that the inflated air flow can flow more rapidly and intensively towards the side away from the rigid portion 11, thereby allowing the massage airbag 10 to more intensively and rapidly protrude towards the side away from the rigid portion 11 through the flexible abutment portion 12, and improving the massage experience.
The massage airbag 10 that this application provided installs on massage equipment 100, the user is when using, the inflatable chamber can fill gas, the atmospheric pressure can directly act on stereoplasm portion 11 and flexible portion 12 of supporting, the one side that massage airbag 10 was equipped with stereoplasm portion 11 does not change, flexible portion 12 then is in the back of inflating towards the direction protrusion of keeping away from stereoplasm portion 11, in order to support or support user's health position, massage airbag 10's bulge direction is determined, therefore can support or support user's health position steadily forcefully, satisfy the requirement of user to the massage dynamics, user's use is comfortable, user's use experience has been improved.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the massage airbag 10 includes at least a first sheet 101 and a second sheet 102, edges of the first sheet 101 and the second sheet 102 are fixed to form an inflatable chamber, one of the first sheet 101 and the second sheet 102 is a hard sheet and is at least partially configured to form a hard portion 11, and the other is a flexible sheet and is at least partially configured to form a flexible supporting portion 12. The massage airbag 10 formed in this way is formed by directly connecting the first sheet 101 and the second sheet 102 with different hardness to form an inflatable cavity, the structure is simple, the two sheets are directly fixed at the edges after being aligned, and the process is convenient to realize. When the massage airbag 10 is inflated, the air pressure pushes the flexible sheet layer to bulge towards the direction far away from the hard sheet layer, the hard sheet layer hardly bulges or deforms, and particularly, the hardness of the hard sheet layer is higher, the hard sheet layer is not influenced by the air pressure and is driven, so that the bulge direction of the massage airbag 10 is determined to stably support or support the body part of a user. And in this process, the atmospheric pressure directly acts on the stereoplasm lamina, does not have the buffering of similar intermediate level and other structural component for the inflated air current is concentrated more fast and is flowed towards the one side that keeps away from the stereoplasm lamina, thereby lets massage gasbag 10 more concentrate and passes through flexible lamina more fast to the one side protrusion that keeps away from the stereoplasm lamina, has improved massage experience.
It will be appreciated that the at least partial construction of the hard sheet layer forms the hard portion 11, meaning that the hard sheet layer may partially act as the hard portion 11, that is to say that part of the hard sheet layer 11 may act in a gas flow reversal to cause the abutment 12 to bulge in a particular direction, or that the hard sheet layer may entirely act as the hard portion 11, that is to say that all of the hard sheet layer 11 may act in a gas flow reversal to cause the abutment 12 to bulge in a particular direction; the flexible sheet is at least partially constructed to form the flexible abutment 12, meaning that the flexible sheet may be partially configured as the flexible abutment 12, that is, the portion of the flexible sheet may be raised and abut against the body part of the user when inflated, or the flexible sheet may be entirely configured as the flexible abutment 12, that is, the entire flexible sheet may be raised and abut against the body part of the user when inflated.
Referring to fig. 1, the first sheet 101 is illustratively a hard sheet, the first sheet 101 is entirely constructed to form the hard portion 11, the second sheet 102 is a flexible sheet, and the second sheet 102 is entirely constructed to form the flexible abutment 12. When the massage airbag 10 is inflated, the first sheet 101 does not bulge or deform, and the second sheet 102 bulges away from the hard sheet, so that the bulge direction of the massage airbag 10 is determined to stably support or hold the body part of the user.
In some embodiments, the edges of the first sheet 101 and the edges of the second sheet 102 are secured by a heat fusion process. In this way, the first sheet 101 and the second sheet 102 are tightly connected without air leakage.
Illustratively, the first sheet 101 and the second sheet 102 are made of the same or similar materials, so that the massage airbag 10 can be integrally integrated when fixedly connected by a hot-melt process, and the first sheet 101 and the second sheet 102 are tightly connected. For example, the first sheet 101 and the second sheet 102 are both TPU, wherein the hard sheet is a hard TPU and the soft sheet is a soft TPU.
In other embodiments, the edges of the first sheet 101 and the edges of the second sheet 102 may be fixed by gluing.
In other embodiments, the massage airbag 10 comprises a first sheet 101 and a second sheet 102, the edges of the first sheet 101 and the second sheet 102 being secured to form an inflatable chamber, the massage airbag 10 further comprising a rigid member disposed against an inner sidewall of either of the first sheet 101 and the second sheet 102 to form the rigid portion 11.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the massage airbag 10 includes a plurality of sub-airbags 13, and at least some of the sub-airbags 13 are stacked. Because at least part of the sub-air bags 13 are stacked, the thickness of the massage air bag 10 after the massage air bag is raised is higher, so that the massage air bag can be stably attached to the body part of a user, and the comfort level of the user when the user is propped against the massage air bag is improved. It will be appreciated that the plurality of sub-bladders 13 may be in communication with one another, with inflation or deflation. Of course, the plurality of sub-air bags 13 may be isolated from each other, and may be inflated and deflated separately so as to adjust the bulge thickness of the massage air bag 10.
It will be appreciated that the plurality of air-dividing bags 13 may be stacked in different directions, for example, may be stacked in a direction from the flexible holding portion 12 to the hard portion 11, or may be stacked in parallel in a direction perpendicular to the direction from the flexible holding portion 12 to the hard portion 11.
It will be appreciated that since the massage airbag 10 includes the sub-airbags 13, the hard portion 11 is provided at least in the sub-airbags 13 located on the most distal side of the flexible holding portion 12 of the plurality of sub-airbags 13, so that the direction of inflation of the massage airbag 10 can be determined and the body part of the user can be stably held or supported.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, at least a part of the sub-air bags 13 is configured as a hard portion 11 with respect to one side of the flexible supporting portion 12. It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, one of the sub-air bags 13 may be provided with the hard portion 11, for example, the sub-air bag 13 located on the furthest side of the flexible supporting portion 12 of the plurality of sub-air bags 13, so that the structure is simple to manufacture; the hard part 11 is arranged on one side of the flexible supporting part 12 corresponding to the plurality of sub-air bags 13, so that the swelling direction of the massage air bag 10 can be further determined, and the body part of a user can be stably supported or supported. It can be understood that, in the present embodiment, in the vicinity of the stacking position, the hard portion 11 of the upper partial bladder 13 may form a certain limit on the bulge height of the flexible supporting portion 12 of the lower partial bladder 13, and the form of the whole deployment of the massage bladder may be flexibly designed by using such limit, without limitation, so as to improve the market competitiveness of the product; in addition, in the massage air bag in which some of the air bags 13 rotate at a certain angle, the hard part 11 can play a role in stabilizing the support at different angles in the final inflation state of the massage air bag, thereby improving the massage experience.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the plurality of sub-air bags 13 are uniform in size and are stacked along the direction from the flexible supporting portion 12 to the hard portion 11. After the massage airbag 10 bulges, the thickness of the bulge is high, so that the massage airbag can be stably attached to the body part of a user, and the comfort level of the user when the user is propped against the massage airbag is improved.
Illustratively, the number of air-dividing pockets 13 each have a sheet configured for disposition toward a body part of a user, the sheet being a flexible sheet, wherein at least a portion of the formations form the aforementioned flexible abutments 12, e.g., all of the formations form the aforementioned flexible abutments 12. In addition, the several air-dividing bags 13 each have a sheet configured to be disposed away from the body part of the user, the sheet being a hard sheet, wherein at least part of the structures form the aforementioned hard portion 11, for example, all of the structures form the aforementioned hard portion 11.
In some embodiments, the plurality of sub-air bags 13 include a support sub-air bag and a supporting sub-air bag superimposed on the support sub-air bag, the end surface area of the support sub-air bag is larger than the end surface area of the supporting sub-air bag, and one or more supporting sub-air bags are arranged on the support sub-air bag. After the massage airbag 10 bulges, the supporting sub-airbags are used for supporting a plurality of supporting sub-airbags, one or more supporting sub-airbags can be attached to the body part of the user, so that the bulge thickness of the massage airbag 10 can be increased on the one hand, and on the other hand, when the supporting sub-airbags are arranged to support the body part of the user, the supporting sub-airbags can adapt to the curve of the body part of the user, so that the supporting sub-airbags can be attached to the body part of the user better, and the comfort level of the user during supporting is further improved.
Illustratively, the support and abutment airbags each have a sheet configured for disposition toward a body part of a user, the sheet being a flexible sheet, wherein at least a portion of the support and abutment airbags are configured to form the aforementioned flexible abutment 12, e.g., all of the support and abutment airbags are configured to form the aforementioned flexible abutment 12. In addition, the support airbag and the holding airbag each have a sheet configured to be disposed away from a body part of a user, the sheet being a hard sheet, wherein the hard portion 11 is formed at least in part by a structure, for example, the hard portion 11 is formed by all structures.
