Description

可开合的插头装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种插头装置,尤其涉及的是一种可收拢和使用时打开的便携插头装置。
背景技术
现有技术的插头装置中,尤其是三个插脚的插头装置,通常占用的体积比较大,不容易存放和携带,容易出现损坏插头的情况。现有技术中也有收拢的插头装置,但因其结构比较复杂,使用时不容易打开,而在市场上很难推广。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可开合的插头装置,在于使得插头结构更为简单,方便收折使用。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种可开合的插头装置,其包括固定有至少一个固定插脚的插脚模块,沿插接方向设置;在所述插脚模块底端设置有一第一铰轴,在所述插脚模块的两侧设置有可由所述第一铰轴转动的两个盒体:第一盒体与第二盒体,其中,在所述第一盒体上的中间部位设置有一槽道,在所述第二盒体上设置有一与所述固定插脚对应的活动插脚,所述活动插脚设置为采用以下结构:所述活动插脚在所述两个盒体收拢时位于所述槽道中,并在所述两个盒体打开时从所述槽道中翻转伸出与所述固定插脚对应形成插头。

因此,本发明较佳实施例的插头装置中,所述按钮190与所述弹性件180以及所述拉片170等结构的配合下,当所述弹性件180的弹性恢复力足够大时,可以在按压按钮190后,在所述弹性件180的足够弹性恢复力作用下,使本发明所述插头装置自动完成展开状态,其实用的效果非常惊人,单手即可将整个插头装置完成打开。

  1. 一种可开合的插头装置,其包括固定有至少一个固定插脚的插脚模块,沿插接方向设置;在所述插脚模块底端设置有第一铰轴,在所述插脚模块的两侧设置有可由所述第一铰轴转动的两个盒体:第一盒体与第二盒体,其特征在于,在所述第一盒体上的中间部位设置有槽道,在所述第二盒体上设置有与所述固定插脚对应的活动插脚,所述活动插脚设置为采用以下结构:所述活动插脚在所述两个盒体收拢时位于所述槽道中,并在所述两个盒体打开时从所述槽道中翻转伸出与所述固定插脚对应形成插头。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可开合的插头装置,其特征在于,所述活动插脚的底端设置为可转动的第二铰轴,与所述第二铰轴预定距离设置有第三铰轴,并在所述第二盒体的内侧壁上设置有与所述第三铰轴铰接的拉片;所述活动插脚呈L型,所述第二铰轴和所述第三铰轴位于所述L型底端端部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可开合的插头装置,其特征在于,所述拉片与所述第二盒体的内侧壁通过第四铰轴连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可开合的插头装置,其特征在于,所述固定插脚设置为两个,且,所述固定插脚和所述活动插脚设置为英制13A插脚。
  5. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的可开合的插头装置,其特征在于,在所述第一盒体和第二盒体之间,绕所述第一铰轴设置有用于打开所述第一盒体和第二盒体的弹性件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可开合的插头装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件设置为盘曲弹簧,并且其两个支脚分别固定在所述第一盒体和所述第二盒体上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可开合的插头装置,其特征在于,在所述第一盒体的侧壁上设置有按钮,用于按压时松脱所述第一盒体与所述第二盒体收拢时的卡合结构;所述卡合结构包括在所述第二盒体对应位置上的弹性卡凸以及在所述按钮底面、用于配合所述弹性卡凸的扣部。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的可开合的插头装置,其特征在于,所述插头装置还设置有直流电源输出电路及其接口。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的可开合的插头装置,其特征在于,所述插头装置还设置有电源存储单元以及与所述电源存储单元电联接的至少一个USB电源输出口。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的可开合的插头装置,其特征在于,所述插头装置还设置有至少一个USB电源输出口。
