Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système de compétition pour le droit d'utilisation d'une porteuse sans licence, et un procédé de repli de compétition, comprenant les étapes suivantes : des nœuds d'émission génèrent chacun de façon aléatoire un numéro de série d'un premier point de temps de repli de premières fenêtres de repli de compétition respectives ; les nœuds d'émission respectifs surveillent simultanément une porteuse sans licence à l'intérieur des premières fenêtres de repli de compétition respectives ; avant que le numéro de série du premier point de temps de repli ne soit atteint, si la porteuse sans licence surveillée est continuellement inactive, les nœuds d'émission continuent leur compétition pour obtenir le droit d'utiliser la porteuse sans licence à l'intérieur d'une deuxième fenêtre de repli de compétition ; si la porteuse sans licence surveillée est continuellement occupée, les nœuds d'émission cessent leur compétition pour obtenir le droit d'utiliser la porteuse sans licence ; un nœud d'émission qui réussit à obtenir le droit d'utiliser la porteuse sans licence par compétition à l'intérieur de la deuxième fenêtre de repli de compétition émet des données sur la porteuse sans licence.
