Description

一种调整透镜聚焦的LED型聚光灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及照相、摄像或专业照明用的聚光灯,具体是一种调整透镜聚焦的LED型聚光灯。
背景技术
目前已有照相、摄像或专业照明用的聚光灯,从聚焦调整方式上可分为调整光源聚焦的聚光灯和调整透镜聚焦的聚光灯二类。与本实用新型同类的聚光灯属于后者。
本申请人在先申请的中国专利第201420164642.0号的一种调整透镜聚焦的LED型聚光灯,结构包括灯壳以及设置在灯壳上的LED光源、散热器、聚光透镜、伸缩前筒、焦距调节器,其中散热器安装固定在灯壳内,LED光源安装固定在散热器的前端面上,聚光透镜安装固定在伸缩前筒上,伸缩前筒配合在灯体前端上,其特征是焦距调节器由安装固定在灯壳前端的壳前座、转动配合在壳前座上的转动调节筒和滑动配合在转动调节筒上的伸缩前筒构成,其中转动调节筒的筒壁上设有螺线通槽,壳前座上设有前后方向的直线沟槽,伸缩前筒后部外侧上设有穿过转动调节筒的螺线通槽并配合在壳前座的直线沟槽上的突起钉头。这一技术方案所存在的缺点:一是伸缩前筒的伸缩行程较短,调焦范围较小;二是转动调节筒与伸缩前筒的配合结构较复杂,且伸缩调节的精细度不高。
发明内容
为了克服现有同类技术存在的调焦范围较小、伸缩前筒的伸缩调节精细度不高等缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种调整透镜聚焦的LED型聚光灯,可以克服现有技术的缺陷。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种调整透镜聚焦的LED型聚光灯,包括灯主体、透镜聚焦器和灯安装架,透镜聚焦器安装固定在灯主体前侧部,灯安装架连接在灯主体上,其特征是:透镜聚焦器包括固定筒、后转动调节筒、前转动调节筒和聚光透镜,其中固定筒安装固定在灯主体前侧部、其内筒壁设有内螺纹,后转动调节筒的内、外筒壁分别设有内、外螺纹,后转动调节筒由其外螺纹与固定筒的内螺纹进行螺纹配合,前转动调节筒的外筒壁设有外螺纹,并由其外螺纹与后转动调节筒的内螺纹进行螺纹配合,聚光透镜 安装固定在前转动调节筒的前端部上。
上述技术方案所述的灯主体可以包括散热器、散热器前盖、散热器后盖、LED光源、电路板,其中LED光源安装固定在散热器的前端面上,散热器前盖安装固定在散热器的前端部,散热器后盖安装固定在散热器的后端部,所述灯安装架与散热器连接,所述固定筒安装固定在散热器前盖的前端部上,电路板安装固定在散热器后盖内侧。这个灯主体方案的优点是不设灯壳,而是由散热器来作为灯的承载主体,这样可以使灯的体积缩小,且灯的结构和装配变得简单。
上述技术方案所述的前转动调节筒的前端部可以是一个可分离的前圈座,所述聚光透镜安装固定在前圈座上。
上述技术方案所述的前转动调节筒的前圈座的前端部可以安装固定有座圈,座圈前端部上可以铰接有开合式遮光板。
上述技术方案所述的前转动调节筒的前圈座的前端部可以安装固定有蜂窝板及其板圈。
上述技术方案所述散热器前盖和散热器后盖上可以安装固定有一处于散热器上方的防烫罩,使得在调焦或调整其他功能时供人手放在上面,以免放在烫手的的散热器上。
本实用新型的有益效果:由于透镜聚焦器包括固定筒、后转动调节筒、前转动调节筒和聚光透镜,其中固定筒安装固定在灯主体前侧部、其内筒壁设有内螺纹,后转动调节筒的内、外筒壁分别设有内、外螺纹,后转动调节筒由其外螺纹与固定筒的内螺纹进行螺纹配合,前转动调节筒的外筒壁设有外螺纹,并由其外螺纹与后转动调节筒的内螺纹进行螺纹配合,聚光透镜安装固定在前转动调节筒的前端部上,所以后转动调节筒和前转动调节筒加起来的伸缩行程较长,可有效扩大调焦范围,同时单纯的螺纹调节的伸缩结构较简单,调节的精细度也可以较高。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图2,本调整透镜聚焦的LED型聚光灯,包括灯主体1、透镜聚焦器2和灯安装架3,透镜聚焦器2安装固定在灯主体1前侧部,灯安装架3连接在灯主体1上,其特征是:透镜聚焦器2包括固定筒4、后转动调节筒5、前转动调节筒6和聚光透镜7,其中固定筒4安装固定在灯主体1前侧部、其内筒壁设有内螺纹8,后转动调节筒5的内、外筒壁分别设有内螺纹9和外螺纹10,后转动调节筒5由其外螺纹10与固定筒4的内螺纹8进行螺纹配合,前转动调节筒6的外筒壁设有外螺纹11、并由其外螺纹11与后转动调节筒5的内螺纹9进行螺纹配合,聚光透镜7安装固定在前转动调节筒6的前端部上。
另外,灯主体1包括散热器12、散热器前盖13、散热器后盖14、LED光源15、电路板16,其中LED光源15安装固定在散热器12的前端面上,散热器前盖13安装固定在散热器12的前端部,散热器后盖14安装固定在散热器12的后端部,所述灯安装架3通过连接座17等与散热器12连接,所述固定筒4安装固定在散热器前盖13的前端部上,电路板16安装固定在散热器后盖14内侧。所述前转动调节筒6的前端部是一个可分离的前圈座18,所述聚光透镜7安装固定在前圈座18上。所述前转动调节筒6的前圈座18的前端部安装固定有座圈19,座圈19前端部上铰接有四片开合式遮光板20等。所述前转动调节筒6的前圈座18的前端部安装固定有蜂窝板21及其板座22。所述散热器前盖13和散热器后盖14上安装固定有一处于散热器12上方的防烫罩23,使得在调焦或调整其他功能时供人手放在上面,以免放在烫手的的散热器12上。
使用上,当需要调焦时,用手转动后转动调节筒5或者前转动调节筒6即可。

  1. 一种调整透镜聚焦的LED型聚光灯,包括灯主体、透镜聚焦器和灯安装架,透镜聚焦器安装固定在灯主体前侧部,灯安装架连接在灯主体上,其特征是:透镜聚焦器包括固定筒、后转动调节筒、前转动调节筒和聚光透镜,其中固定筒安装固定在灯主体前侧部、其内筒壁设有内螺纹,后转动调节筒的内、外筒壁分别设有内、外螺纹,后转动调节筒由其外螺纹与固定筒的内螺纹进行螺纹配合,前转动调节筒的外筒壁设有外螺纹,并由其外螺纹与后转动调节筒的内螺纹进行螺纹配合,聚光透镜安装固定在前转动调节筒的前端部上。
  2. 按权利要求1所述的调整透镜聚焦的LED型聚光灯,其特征是所述灯主体包括散热器、散热器前盖、散热器后盖、LED光源、电路板,其中LED光源安装固定在散热器的前端面上,散热器前盖安装固定在散热器的前端部,散热器后盖安装固定在散热器的后端部,所述灯安装架与散热器连接,所述固定筒安装固定在散热器前盖的前端部上,电路板安装固定在散热器后盖内侧。
  3. 按权利要求1或2所述的调整透镜聚焦的LED型聚光灯,其特征是所述前转动调节筒的前端部是一个可分离的前圈座,所述聚光透镜安装固定在前圈座上。
  4. 按权利要求1或2所述的调整透镜聚焦的LED型聚光灯,其特征是所述前转动调节筒的前圈座的前端部安装固定有座圈,座圈前端部上可以铰接有开合式遮光板。
  5. 按权利要求1或2所述的调整透镜聚焦的LED型聚光灯,其特征是所述前转动调节筒的前圈座的前端部安装固定有蜂窝板及其板圈。
