Abstract
一种照相或摄像用的LED型聚光灯,包括灯壳(1)以及设置在灯壳(1)上的LED光源(2)、散热器(3)、电路板(4)、聚光透镜(5,10)、焦距调节器(6)、电池卡座(7)、安装连接器(8),其中散热器(3)通过焦距调节器(6)安装在灯壳(1)内,聚光透镜(5,10)安装在灯壳(1)的前端口上,LED光源(2)安装在散热器(3)的前端面上,所述LED光源(2)和聚光透镜(5,10)各为二个,二个LED光源(2)分别与其对应的聚光透镜(5,10)配合,所述焦距调节器(6)由与散热器(3)作滑动配合并安装固定在灯壳(1)内的导轨件(11)、灯壳(1)底面上的调节通槽(12)和从调节通槽(12)外侧进入灯壳(1)内与散热器(3)作螺纹配合的手旋调节螺钉(13)构成。
Description
本实用新型涉及照相或摄像用的照明灯,具体是一种照相或摄像用的LED型聚光灯。
目前已有同类的照相或摄像用的LED型聚光灯,结构一般包括灯壳以及设置在灯壳上的LED光源、散热器、聚光透镜、焦距调节器、电源、固定连接器。但是由于焦距调节器一般结构比较复杂、构件较多,导致聚光灯体积较大、制造成本较高、一般不便于安装在照相机或摄像机上。
本申请人在先申请的中国专利第201320187482.7号一种照相或摄像用的LED型聚光灯,结构包括灯壳以及设置在灯壳上的LED光源、散热器、聚光透镜、焦距调节器、电源、固定连接器,其中散热器通过焦距调节器安装在灯壳内,聚光透镜安装在灯壳的前端口上,LED光源安装在散热器的前端面上,特征是焦距调节器由转动配合在灯壳内上部的丝杆、安装承载散热器的移动架、连接移动架顶部并与丝杆作螺纹配合的螺母件和丝杆外伸端上的手旋钮构成。这一技术方案的缺点:一是采用一个较大功率的LED光源,散热器体积必须较大,聚光灯重量较重;二是焦距调节器结构较为复杂,制造和安装较麻烦。
发明内容
为了克服现有同类照相或摄像用的LED型聚光灯存在聚光灯重量较重、焦距调节器结构较复杂、制造和安装较麻烦的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种照相或摄像用的LED型聚光灯,可以克服现有技术的缺陷。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种照相或摄像用的LED型聚光灯,包括灯壳以及设置在灯壳上的LED光源、散热器、电路板、聚光透镜、焦距调节器、电池卡座、安装连接器,其中散热器通过焦距调节器安装在灯壳内,聚光透镜安装在灯壳的前端口上,LED光源安装在散热器的前端面上,其特征是:所述LED光源和聚光透镜各为二个,二个LED光源分别与其对应的聚光透镜配合,所述焦距调节器由与散热器作滑动配合并安装固定在灯壳内的导轨件、灯壳底面上的调节通槽和从调节通槽外侧进入灯壳内与散热器作螺纹配合的手旋调节螺钉构成。
上述技术方案所述灯壳内在LED光源和聚光透镜之间,可以安装固定有一带有二个反射器的反射板。
上述技术方案所述的LED光源可以是灯珠、贴片、模块等。
上述技术方案所述的聚光灯还可以带有调光手旋钮、电源开关等。
上述技术方案所述的聚光透镜可以是凸透镜、菲涅耳(Fresnel)透镜、平板渐变形折射率透镜等。
本实用新型的有益效果:由于LED光源和聚光透镜各为二个,二个LED光源分别与其对应的聚光透镜配合,所以LED光源可以采用较小功率的器件,这样散热器体积较小,聚光灯重量较轻;由于焦距调节器由与散热器作滑动配合并安装固定在灯壳内的导轨件、灯壳底面上的调节通槽和从调节通槽外侧进入灯壳内与散热器作螺纹配合的手旋调节螺钉构成,所以焦距调节器的结构比较简单、制造和安装较方便。
以下结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。

参照图1~图2,本照相或摄像用的LED型聚光灯,包括灯壳1以及设置在灯壳1上的LED光源2等、散热器3、电路板4、聚光透镜5等、焦距调节器6、电池卡座7、安装连接器8,其中散热器3通过焦距调节器6安装在灯壳1内,聚光透镜5等安装在灯壳1的前端口上,LED光源2等安装在散热器3的前端面上,其特征是:所述LED光源为二个2和9,所述聚光透镜为二个5和10,二个LED光源2、9分别与其对应的聚光透镜5、10配合,所述焦距调节器6由与散热器3作滑动配合并安装固定在灯壳1内的导轨件11、灯壳1底面上的调节通槽12和从调节通槽12外侧进入灯壳1内与散热器3作螺纹配合的手旋调节螺钉13构成。
另外,灯壳内在LED光源2等和聚光透镜5等之间,安装固定有一带有二
个反射器14、15的反射板16;聚光灯上还设有调光手旋钮17和电源开关18。
使用时,可将一块电池安装在电池卡座7上;通过安装连接器8将聚光灯安装在照相或摄像设备上;打开电源开关18,让LED光源2和9亮起;旋松手旋调节螺钉13并前后移动手旋调节螺钉13位置,带动散热器3作前后移动,以改变聚光灯的照明聚光程度或散光程度,调整好了就旋紧手旋调节螺钉13,这时照相或摄像设备便可拍摄。

- 一种照相或摄像用的LED型聚光灯,包括灯壳以及设置在灯壳上的LED光源、散热器、电路板、聚光透镜、焦距调节器、电池卡座、安装连接器,其中散热器通过焦距调节器安装在灯壳内,聚光透镜安装在灯壳的前端口上,LED光源安装在散热器的前端面上,其特征是:所述LED光源和聚光透镜各为二个,二个LED光源分别与其对应的聚光透镜配合,所述焦距调节器由与散热器作滑动配合并安装固定在灯壳内的导轨件、灯壳底面上的调节通槽和从调节通槽外侧进入灯壳内与散热器作螺纹配合的手旋调节螺钉构成。
- 按权利要求1所述的照相或摄像用的LED型聚光灯,其特征是所述灯壳内在LED光源和聚光透镜之间安装固定有一带有二个反射器的反射板。
- 按权利要求1或2所述的照相或摄像用的LED型聚光灯,其特征是所述聚光灯还带有调光手旋钮和电源开关。
