Description

Multifunction mask
The present invention relates to a multifunctional mask.
Rapid industrial development has resulted in a complicated industrial structure and an increase in the size and number of operators, which have resulted in the use or handling of various hazardous substances. These harmful substances are a major detrimental factor to workers' health, and dust masks or gas masks have been developed as a means of controlling them.
Here, a dust mask or a gas mask (hereinafter, a mask) is usually divided into a face part and a purifier, and a purifier is provided with a filter to purify the air. In particular, the mask is produced in a variety of forms, such as a small mask covering only the nose and mouth, and a full face mask covering the entire face. Such a mask should allow the wearer to have sufficient visibility so as not to disturb the work, and the longer the replacement cycle of the canister, the better the cost reduction.
However, the mask according to the prior art, as disclosed in the patent document of the prior art document, is provided with a large volume purifying container on one side or both sides of the portion where the wearer's mouth is located. Thus, there is a problem that the purifier of the mask narrows the wearer's field of view, thereby obstructing work. In addition, since the purifying container is located in front of the mask, fine substances such as dust generated as the work is directly absorbed into the purifying container. As a result, the mask according to the prior art has a problem that the replacement cycle of the trash can is shortened, and thus the replacement cost is excessively consumed. On the other hand, in the mask according to the prior art, the moisture is generated in the lens due to the temperature difference between the inside of the lens and the outside of the lens, there is a problem that there is no means for removing the moisture of the lens. In addition, the mask according to the prior art has a problem that can not cope with the size of the wearer's nose or mouth size is fixed size.

1 to 2 is an exploded perspective view of a multifunctional mask according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 3 is a combined perspective view of the multifunctional mask according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the multi-function mask 100 according to the present embodiment is provided with a protective lens 113 to cover the eyes of the wearer and to secure a field of view, the suction hole 115 is formed on one side A first check valve 123 coupled to the upper mask 110 and the upper mask 110 to be detachable, covering the wearer's nose or mouth, and communicating with the upper mask 110, and a second communicating with the outside. The check valve 125 is formed with a lower mask 120, the first check valve 123, the gas can pass only in the direction of the lower mask 120 from the upper mask 110, the second check valve ( The gas may pass through the lower mask 120 only in an outward direction, and the gas introduced into the upper mask 110 through the suction hole 115 may pass through the lower checker 120 through the first check valve 123. Gas inhaled into the wearer's nose or mouth and expelled from the wearer's nose or mouth It is discharged to the outside through the check valve (125).
The upper mask 110 serves to protect the wearer's eyes. Here, the upper mask 110 is provided with a protective lens 113 on the front. In this case, the protective lens 113 may cover the eyes of the wearer, but may be formed of a transparent material to secure a field of view. In addition, a suction hole 115 is formed at one side of the upper mask 110. Here, the suction hole 115 may be formed at the upper end and the side end of the upper mask 110. However, the suction hole 115 is not necessarily formed at both the upper end and the side end of the upper mask 110, it may be formed only at any one of the upper end or side end of the upper mask 110. Gas purified from the filter unit 130 or gas outside may be introduced into the upper mask 110 through the suction hole 115. In particular, when the air is sucked into the wearer's nose or mouth, the air is introduced into the upper mask 110 through the suction hole 115, thereby preventing the moisture generated in the protective lens 113, Detailed information related to this will be described later.
On the other hand, the protective lens 113 of the upper mask 110 is formed with a depression 113a recessed from the lower center to the upper side. That is, the protective lens 113 is a depression 113a is formed at the position where the wearer's nose is disposed. In addition, the upper mask 110 supports the protective lens 113 and includes a first frame 140 and a second frame 145 in close contact with the face of the wearer. Here, the first frame 140 supports the edge of the protective lens 113, but has an open portion 140a cut out from the center of the protective lens 113 to correspond to the depression 113a, the protective lens It protrudes from 113 in a wearer direction. In addition, both ends of the second frame 145 extend from the first frame 140 (opening portion 140a) to support the edge of the recess 113a. The lower mask 120 is detachably coupled using the first frame 140 and the second frame 145, which will be described later.
4 is a perspective view of the filter unit is added to the multi-function mask according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figure 4, the upper end of the upper mask 110 may be provided with a filter unit 130 for purifying the gas. The filter unit 130 supplies the purified gas to the upper mask 110 through the suction hole 115. By providing the filter unit 130, the multifunctional mask 100 can be used as a dust mask or a gas mask. Here, the filter unit 130 is not particularly limited, but may be a dust filter formed of a carbon filter such as activated carbon, a filter paper, or the like.
The lower mask 120 supplies the gas or external gas purified by the filter unit 130 to the wearer's nose or mouth, and discharges the gas discharged from the wearer's nose or mouth to the outside. Here, the lower mask 120 covers the wearer's nose or mouth, and is provided with a packing in close contact with the wearer and the face, thereby preventing external bacteria, fine dust, water, or the like from entering. Meanwhile, the lower mask 120 (refer to FIGS. 1 to 3) may include a first check valve 123 communicating with the upper mask 110 and a second check valve 125 communicating with the outside. Here, the first check valve 123 may pass the gas only in the direction of the lower mask 120 in the upper mask 110, it may not pass in the direction of the upper mask 110 in the lower mask 120. Therefore, the gas introduced into the upper mask 110 through the suction hole 115 may be delivered to the lower mask 120 through the first check valve 123 and sucked into the wearer's nose or mouth. At this time, since a new gas is continuously introduced into the upper mask 110 through the suction hole 115, the temperature difference between the inside of the protective lens 113 and the outside of the protective lens 113 is reduced, accordingly the protective lens Moisture can be prevented from being generated at 113. In addition, in the second check valve 125, the gas may pass through the lower mask 120 only in an outward direction, and may not pass outside from the outside in the direction of the lower mask 120. Therefore, the gas discharged from the wearer's nose or mouth is discharged to the outside through the second check valve 125, it is not discharged toward the upper mask 110. As a result, the occurrence of moisture in the protective lens 113 of the upper mask 110 by the gas discharged from the wearer's nose or mouth can be prevented in advance.
More specifically, the lower mask 120 may be a nose mask 120a, the width of which is narrow between both sides toward the upper side to cover the wearer's nose. In this case, the lower mask 120 covers only the wearer's nose and does not cover the wearer's mouth. As such, when the lower mask 120 is the nose mask 120a, the first check valve 123 is formed on the side of the nose mask 120a, and the second check valve 125 is a nose mask ( It may be formed on the lower surface of 120a).
However, the lower mask 120 is not necessarily composed of only nose mask (120a). 5A to 5B are perspective views in which an acquisition mask is added to a multifunctional mask according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 5A to 5B, the lower mask 120 covers the wearer's nose, and the lower side of the nose receiving mask 120a and the nose receiving mask 120a, the width of which is narrowed between both sides toward the upper side. It may be provided, and may include an inlet mask 120b formed to cover the wearer's mouth. In this case, the lower mask 120 covers both the mouth and nose of the wearer. As such, when the lower mask 120 includes the nose mask 120a and the acquisition mask 120b, the first check valve 123 is formed on the side surface of the nose mask 120a and the second check valve. 125 may be formed on the front surface of the acquisition mask 120b.
However, the positions of the first check valve 123 and the second check valve 125 described above are exemplary, but are not necessarily limited thereto. In addition, the type of the first check valve 123 and the second check valve 125 is not particularly limited, but as shown in FIGS. 1A to 1B, the panel 126a having openings formed therein to allow gas to pass therethrough. And a check member 126b fixed to one side of the panel 126a. Due to the panel 126a and the check member 126b, when pressure is applied in one direction, the gas passes through the panel 126a while the check member 126b is bent, and the pressure in the other direction (the direction opposite to the one direction). When this is applied, the check member 126b closes the panel 126a to prevent gas from passing through.
On the other hand, Figures 6 to 7 is a perspective view showing the operation of the multi-function mask according to an embodiment of the present invention, with reference to this to look at the operation of the multi-function mask 100 according to this embodiment.
First, as shown in FIG. 6, when the wearer inhales air through the nose or mouth covered by the lower mask 120 while the wearer wears the multi-function mask 100, the upper part is provided through the first check valve 123. Air is transferred from the mask 110 to the lower mask 120. In addition, as the air of the upper mask 110 is transferred to the lower mask 120, new air is supplied to the upper mask 110 through the suction hole 115. Therefore, each time the wearer inhales air, the air continues to flow into the upper mask 110, and the temperature difference between the inside and the outside of the protective lens 113 decreases, so that moisture is generated in the protective lens 113. Can be prevented. On the other hand, the second check valve 125 is the air can pass only in the outer direction from the lower mask 120, and can not pass in the direction of the lower mask 120 from the outside, it is covered with the lower mask 120 Even if the air is sucked through the nose or mouth, external air is not directly supplied to the lower mask 120 through the second check valve 125.
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, when the wearer discharges air to the nose or mouth covered by the lower mask 120 while the wearer wears the multi-function mask 100, the lower portion is passed through the second check valve 125. Air is exhausted from the mask 120 to the outside. However, the first check valve 123 may pass the air only in the direction of the lower mask 120 from the upper mask 110, and may not pass in the direction of the upper mask 110 from the lower mask 120, Even though the air is discharged through the nose or mouth covered by the lower mask 120, the air discharged through the nose or mouth is not transferred to the upper mask 110. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the moisture generated in the protective lens 113 of the upper mask 110 by the air discharged from the nose and mouth.
Meanwhile, FIG. 8 is a front view in which an induction tube is added to the multifunctional mask according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 8, an induction tube 150 may be provided below the nose receiving mask 120a. Here, the induction pipe 150 is the center is coupled to the lower side of the nose mask 120a, the fluid communication with the second check valve 125, both ends of the pipe extending from both sides in the direction of the upper mask 110 Is formed. Therefore, the induction pipe 150 may guide the gas discharged to the outside through the second check valve 125 to both side surfaces of the upper mask 110. In this way, the induction pipe 150 guides the gas to both sides of the upper mask 110, so that the protective lens 113 of the upper mask 110 by the gas discharged to the outside through the second check valve 125. Moisture can be prevented from occurring.
In the multifunction mask 100 according to the present exemplary embodiment, the lower mask 120 is coupled to the upper mask 110 in a detachable manner. As such, since the lower mask 120 is detachably coupled to the upper mask 110, there is an advantage in that the lower mask 120 may be replaced to correspond to the shape or size of the wearer's nose.
Specifically, the lower mask 120 may be formed separately from the upper mask 110, and may be attached to the first frame 140 and the second frame 145 as an adhesive component. In this case, since the adhesive component has an adhesive force that can be separated when a predetermined force is applied, the lower mask 120 may be detachably coupled to the first frame 140 and the second frame 145. .
Also, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lower mask 120 may be structurally coupled to the first frame 140 and the second frame 145.
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1A to 1B, a first groove 141 extending in the direction of the protective lens 113 from the wearer is formed at a side of the first frame 140 exposed by the opening 140a. The first protrusion 121 protruding to be inserted along the first groove 141 may be formed at lower ends of both sides of the lower mask 120. The lower mask 120 may slide in the forward direction from the rear of the upper mask 110 by the first groove 141 and the first protrusion 121. In addition, a second groove portion 122 extending along an edge is formed at the front end of the upper mask 110, and a second protrusion 146 protruding to correspond to the second groove portion 122 in front of the second frame 145. ) May be formed. Therefore, the lower mask 120 slides forward from the rear of the upper mask 110 in the forward direction, and the second groove 122 may be caught by the second protrusion 146 to stop.
