一种内嵌RFID的PVC杆号牌 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电力系统用PVC杆号牌。
背景技术
对于电力公司监督考核线路、杆塔巡视工作是否到位落实,一直是设备巡视管理工作亟待解决的难题,以往通过悬挂抽检性标牌、抓拍现场图片等手段进行管理,经过长期运行,在管理效率、资金投入等方面,效果均不理想。
采用悬挂标牌的策略,需要增加现场抽检人员,并且在野外悬挂的抽检性标牌,由于悬挂高度底,容易丢失,无法保证抽检质量,如果采取高挂策略,则影响实际的巡视质量,因为巡视人员可以不用到杆塔周边巡视,在远处即可发现标牌,从而出现只到挂牌处巡视的现象。采用抓拍现场图片的策略,需要给巡视人员配置相机等设备,增加管理投资,同时,图片可以反复使用,容易制造“假现场”。
当前在杆塔巡视工作管理中,较为先进的手段是借助于“巡视扣”或“巡更扣”。在使用过程中,需要将“巡视扣”楔入或嵌入杆塔固定安装,否则极易丢失,但是,对于杆塔结构来讲,这是一种局部破坏行为,造成了装置性违章。
本专利通过将RFID电子标签嵌入PVC杆号牌内,即实现了“巡视扣”数据存储的功能,又能杜绝装置性违章的问题。
通过采用此种杆号牌,抽检人员可以通过“手持机”随机将某基杆塔杆号牌的电子标签存储信息进行人为更新,巡视人员并不能通过 外观发现那基杆塔是设定的抽检数据。考核人员可以通过核对巡视人员巡视数据和设定的抽检数据是否对应,可以直接核查出巡视人员是否到位巡视,准确可靠,效率高。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种内嵌RFID的PVC杆号牌。
本实用新型主要由杆号牌组成,解决其问题所采用的技术方案是,杆号牌为PVC材质,杆号牌上镶嵌RFID电子标签,所述RFID电子标签为无源型,RFID电子标签内存储唯一识别的ID号以及数据信息。
本实用新型所述杆号牌具有信息存储功能,巡视人员可以通过手持读卡设备,读取牌内电子标签存储的数据信息,为提升电力杆塔巡视管理工作,提供可靠的信息支撑。采用本实用新型即实现了“巡视扣”数据存储的功能,又能杜绝装置性违章的问题。

具体实施方式
如图所示,PVC杆号牌1上镶嵌RFID电子标签2,RFID电子标签2为无源型,RFID电子标签2内存储唯一识别的ID号以及数据信息。RFID电子标签2内存储数据不易丢失,存储期长,同时, 该标签不受雨淋、风吹、日晒等外部恶劣环境影响,且在折叠、弯曲(30度以内)情况下,不影响卡内数据读取。该杆号牌在水泥杆或是钢管杆上可以粘贴安装。在铁塔上安装时,可以通过加装铝制或塑制底板后悬挂安装。
通过采用此种杆号牌,抽检人员可以通过“手持机”随机将某基杆塔杆号牌的电子标签存储信息进行人为更新,巡视人员并不能通过外观发现该基杆塔是设定的抽检数据。
考核人员可以通过核对巡视人员巡视数据和设定的抽检数据是否对应,可以直接核查出巡视人员是否到位巡视,准确可靠,效率高。

  1. 一种内嵌RFID的PVC杆号牌,主要由杆号牌组成,其特征在于,杆号牌为PVC材质,杆号牌上镶嵌RFID电子标签,所述RFID电子标签为无源型,RFID电子标签内存储唯一识别的ID号以及数据信息。
