本专利申请要求于2014年09月29日提交的、申请号为201410512415.7、申请人为青岛胶南海尔洗衣机有限公司、发明名称为“干衣机用控制面板装置及干衣机”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全文以引用的方式并入本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种干衣机用控制面板装置以及安装有该控制面板装置的干衣机。
背景技术
干衣机是一种常用的家电。为了操作方便,干衣机可以正常放置,也可以处于倒置状态(叠放于洗衣机上或固定安装于墙面上时倒置可以降低操作面板与地面间的距离)。干衣机倒置后导致贴于控制面板上的盘膜也倒置了,给用户带来不便。
为了解决这一问题,需要将原有的盘膜揭下、重新粘贴对应机器放置状态的新盘膜。由于盘膜使用粘胶的方式固定,揭去时会出现盘膜难以取下、大面积留胶、留胶难以清理等问题。即使产品出厂时不预先粘贴任何盘膜、以用户家实际安装状态粘贴相应的盘膜,当用户在使用过程中需要调整干衣机放置形式时仍然会面对这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提出一种拆装便捷、干衣机倒置时不影响用户正常使用的干衣机用控制面板装置。
本发明的另一个目的是提出一种操作面板和安装面板之间连接方式稳定、拆装方便的干衣机用控制面板装置。
本发明的还一个目的是提出一种拆装容易、方便于倒置使用的干衣机。
为达此目的,一方面,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种干衣机用控制面板装置,所述控制面板装置包括可拆卸连接的操作面板和安装面板;所述操作面板电连接至干衣机的控制装置,用于向所述控制装置发送控制信号、并接收所述控制装置发送的显示信号;所述操作面板能正向或倒向安装在所述安装面板上,所述安装面板能固定连接至干衣机壳体上。

本发明干衣机的壳体上固定连接有上述安装面板,使用方便、拆装容易,方便于当干衣机摆放位置较高时倒置使用。

下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
优选实施例一:
本优选实施例公开一种干衣机用控制面板装置。如图1和图2所示,控制面板装置包括可拆卸连接的操作面板1和安装面板2、以及设置在操作面板1外侧的盘膜3,盘膜3上设置有用于标示按键或显示灯含义的显示图标。安装面板2呈中心对称结构。操作面板1通过线路连接至干衣机的控制装置,用于向控制 装置发送控制信号、并接收控制装置发送的显示信号。操作面板1能正向或倒向安装在安装面板2上,安装面板2能固定连接至干衣机壳体5上。
因为操作面板1和安装面板2可以方便地拆装、且安装面板2呈中心对称结构,所以当干衣机需要倒置时可以很方便、快捷地将操作面板1从安装面板2上卸下、翻转后再次安装,如图3和图4所示。保证干衣机倒置状态下显示图标仍然是正向的,不影响用户使用的方便度和舒适度。
如图5所示,操作面板1和安装面板2之间通过螺钉11连接,安装后结构牢固,结构简单、成本低。
如图6所示,安装面板2与干衣机壳体5之间通过固定螺钉21连接,拆装方便。操作面板1和安装面板2平齐,外形美观,加工方便。
优选实施例二:
本优选实施例公开一种干衣机用控制面板装置,其结构与优选实施例一基本相同。控制面板装置包括可拆卸连接的操作面板1和安装面板2。操作面板1电连接至干衣机的控制装置,用于向控制装置发送控制信号、并接收控制装置发送的显示信号。操作面板1能正向或倒向安装在安装面板2上,安装面板2能固定连接至干衣机壳体5上。
不同之处在于:操作面板1上直接设置有标示按键或显示灯含义的显示图标,无需另外设置盘膜;电连接的具体方式不限,除了有线连接以外还可以是无线连接。
操作面板1和安装面板2之间具体的连接方式不限,能够实现两者之间稳定、便捷地固定连接即可。具体的,如图7所示,操作面板1和安装面板2之间可以通过卡爪12连接,拆装方便;如图8所示,操作面板1和安装面板2之间同时使用螺钉11和卡爪12连接,既保证了安装的稳定性又提高了拆装的方便度;如图9所示,操作面板1和安装面板2之间还可以通过卡钩13进行连接,拆装便捷;如图10所示,操作面板1和安装面板2之间也还可以通过磁性件14进行连接。
制备磁性件14的材料不做具体限定,当安装空间小、需要具有相当好的磁 力时可选择钕铁硼磁钢,当需要降低成本时可选择铁氧体磁钢,当使用环境复杂、需要磁性件14具有良好稳定性时可选择铝镍钴磁钢。
如图11所示,操作面板1上设置有拆装槽15,便于方便地拆装操作面板1;安装面板2与干衣机壳体5之间通过固定螺钉21连接的同时还配有卡扣22,安装时卡扣22能对安装面板2起到预固定的作用,安装后卡扣22能增强安装面板2和干衣机壳体5之间的牢固度。
如图12所示,操作面板1的边缘伸出形成翻边16,翻边16包在安装面板2的边缘处,拆装方便,外形美观。
优选实施例三:
本优选实施例公开一种干衣机。该干衣机包括壳体和如优选实施例一或二所述的控制面板装置,安装面板固定连接在干衣机壳体上。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种干衣机用控制面板装置,其特征在于,所述控制面板装置包括可拆卸连接的操作面板(1)和安装面板(2);所述操作面板(1)电连接至干衣机的控制装置,用于向所述控制装置发送控制信号、并接收所述控制装置发送的显示信号;所述操作面板(1)能正向或倒向安装在所述安装面板(2)上,所述安装面板(2)能固定连接至干衣机壳体(5)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的干衣机用控制面板装置,其特征在于,所述安装面板(2)呈中心对称结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的干衣机用控制面板装置,其特征在于,所述电连接为有线连接或无线连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的干衣机用控制面板装置,其特征在于,所述操作面板(1)和所述安装面板(2)之间通过螺钉(11)、卡爪(12)、卡钩(13)和/或磁性件(14)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的干衣机用控制面板装置,其特征在于,所述磁性件(14)由钕铁硼磁钢、铁氧体磁钢和/或铝镍钴磁钢制成。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的干衣机用控制面板装置,其特征在于,所述操作面板(1)上设置有拆装槽(15)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的干衣机用控制面板装置,其特征在于,所述操作面板(1)和所述安装面板(2)平齐;或,所述操作面板(1)的边缘伸出形成翻边(16),所述翻边(16)包在所述安装面板(2)的边缘处。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的干衣机用控制面板装置,其特征在于,所述操作面板(1)外侧设置有盘膜(3),所述盘膜(3)上设置有用于标示按键或显示灯含义的显示图标。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一所述的干衣机用控制面板装置,其特征在于,所述安装面板(2)与所述干衣机壳体(5)之间通过固定螺钉(21)和/或卡扣(22)连接。
  10. 一种干衣机,包括干衣机壳体(5),其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至9任一所述的控制面板装置,所述安装面板(2)固定连接在干衣机壳体(5)上。
