Abstract

本发明实施例提供一种移动终端的控制方法和移动终端;使得移动终端在向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接时,至少可忽略向所述服务小区对应的接入网元发送指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,直接向所述目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,使得移动终端可及时的向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,从而提升了移动终端的移动性。

移动终端的控制方法和移动终端 技术领域
本发明实施例涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种移动终端的控制方法和移动终端。
背景技术
当今移动终端与用户的生活紧密相连,常见的,用户在使用公共汽车、地铁等交通工具的同时,使用移动终端进行聊天等通信业务,此时移动终端随着交通工具也在高速移动,因为移动终端的移动速度比较快,导致移动终端在物理位置上由之前服务小区的覆盖范围进入新的小区的覆盖范围后,服务小区提供的通信服务的质量下降,且此时移动终端也未能及时地与新的小区建立连接,则会影响移动终端的移动性;例如由于服务小区提供的通信服务的质量下降,移动终端也未能及时地与新的小区建立连接,则移动终端上正在进行的通信业务会出现中断。
具体的,移动终端与新的小区对应的接入网元建立连接之前,是需要将针对新的小区的测量报告发送至服务小区对应的接入网元,当移动终端接收到服务小区对应的接入网元发送的允许建立连接的指示后,移动终端才可与新的移动终端建立连接,可以理解的,采用上述现有技术,移动终端由发现新的小区到与新的小区建立连接所需等待的时间较长,不能及时的与新的小区建立连接以获取新的小区提供的通信服务;尤其在移动终端处于DRX(Discontinuous Reception,非连续接收)状态时,移动终端对服务小区和新的小区的测量周期拉长,例如DRX周期是320ms时,移动终端对相邻小区的RRM((Radio Resource Management,无线资源管理)测量需要5倍的DRX周期,则移动终端发现新的小区到与新的小区建立连接所需的时间则变得更长,移动终端的移动性不能达到用户的基本要求;因此,如何使移动终端及时地与新的小区建立连接是提升移动终端性能的一个重要方面。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种移动终端的控制方法和移动终端,用于提升移动终端的移动性。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种与移动终端与接入网元建立连接的处理方法,包括:
移动终端根据测量配置信息对目标小区进行测量,获得目标小区的测量结果,其中,所述测量配置信息是所述移动终端通过与服务小区对应的接入网元之间建立的无线资源控制RRC连接从所述服务小区对应的接入网元获得的;
当所述移动终端根据所述测量结果和指示信息,确定所述测量结果满足所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,则所述移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,其中,所述指示信息用于指示所述移动终端如果所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;或者
当所述移动终端根据所述测量结果生成测量报告,以及所述移动终端确定所述测量报告为指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则所述移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,其中,所述指示信息用于指示所述移动终端如果生成所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;或者,

当所述移动终端通过评估所述下行无线链路质量,确定所述下行无线链路的连续的失步指示的次数达到预设门限,
则所述移动终端启动计时器,并在所述计时器超时之前,将所述移动终端从DRX状态迁移至非DRX状态,或者将所述移动终端从长周期DRX状态迁移至短周期DRX状态,或者缩短所述DRX状态的周期。

图1为本发明移动终端与接入网元建立连接的处理方法实施例一的流程示意图。如图1所示,本实施例的执行主体为移动终端,具体包括:
S101、移动终端根据测量配置信息对目标小区进行测量,获得目标小区的测量结果。
所述移动终端与服务小区建立了RRC(Radio Resource Control,无线资源控制)连接,测量配置信息是所述移动终端通过所述RRC连接从所述服务小区对应的接入网元(具体可以为管理服务小区的基站)获得的;具体的,测量配置信息中包括针对测量报告事件(measurement reporting event)的配置;其中测量报告事件具体可以为A3、A4、A5等事件。
具体的,移动终端根据测量配置信息对目标小区进行RRM测量,获得RRM测量结果;上述目标小区可以为上述服务小区的相邻小区,也可以为某个对应的小区;当目标小区为某个对应的小区时,移动终端需要在测量之前从服务小区获取所对应的小区的标识。
S102、当移动终端根据目标小区的测量结果和指示信息,确定测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,则移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接。

无论上述S102、S103、S104中任意一个步骤中,上述指示信息是所述移动终端预先从所述服务小区对应的接入网元获得的;可选的,所述移动终端通过所述RRC连接,接收所述服务小区对应的接入网元发送的所述指示信息;具体的,服务小区对应的接入网元可以在向移动终端下发测量配置信息时一起下发上述指示信息,也可以是在本实施例执行之前下发给移动终端; 本实施例中测量报告事件以A3事件或A4事件为例,当测量报告事件具体为A3事件时,则测量报告事件的进入条件(entering condition)为:“Mn+Ofn+Ocn-Hys>Ms+Ofs+Ocs+Off”,当测量报告事件为A4事件时,则测量报告事件的进入条件为“Mn+Ofn+Ocn-Hys>Thresh”,其中,Mn为目标小区的测量结果,Ofn为目标小区的频率特定偏移量,Ocn为目标小区的小区特定偏移量,若目标小区没有配置小区特定偏移量,则在应用上述公式时,Ocn的取值可以为0,Ms为服务小区的测量结果,Ofs为服务小区的频率特定偏移量,Ocs为服务小区的小区特定的偏移量;Hys为事件的迟滞参数;off为事件的偏移参数;Thresh为事件的阈值参数;参数Ofn、Ocn、Hys、Ofs、Ocs、Off是移动终端预先获取的。
具体来说,通信传输中,指示信息具体为至少一个数据,所述至少一个数据中包括测量报告事件的标识,例如至少一个数据中包括了标识“A3”,即说明该指示信息对应的测量报告事件为A3事件;或者上述至少一个数据具体为特定的标识,该特定的标识可位于测量位置信息中,并与测量配置信息中针对测量报告事件的配置相关联,例如测量配置信息中的部分内容是针对A3事件的配置,而上述特定的标识在测量配置信息中与针对A3事件的配置相关联,则可表明指示信息对应的测量报告事件为A3事件;
可能的,上述指示信息的数量为至少一个;所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的数量为至少一个。
可选的,上述指示信息具体可以为直接重建(Direct Reestablishment)指示、小区更新(Cell Update)指示、或者为前向切换(Forward Handover)指示。
本实施例中,由于指示信息用于指示移动终端如果所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;或者用于指示所述移动终端如果生成了所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,或者用于指示所述移动终端如果所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件并且所述移动终端生成了所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,则移动终端在向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接时,至少可忽略向所述服务小区对应的接入 网元发送指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,直接向所述目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,使得移动终端可及时的向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,从而提升了移动终端的移动性。

S201、移动终端接收服务小区对应的接入网元发送的测量配置信息和指示信息。
测量配置信息和指示信息可以是服务小区对应的接入网元采用同一条信令向移动终端发送的,也可以是服务小区对应的接入网元采用不同的信令向移动终端发送的。
S202、移动终端对目标小区进行测量,获得目标小区的测量结果。
具体如S101,但需要说明的是,目标小区除了新发现的相邻小区以外,还可以是前述S101中所述的某个指定的小区,具体可以由上述指示信息来指定,即指示信息中还携带某个小区的标识,则指示信息携带的小区标识对应的小区即为目标小区。
S203、移动终端判断目标小区的测量结果是否满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件;若是,执行S204,若否,则停止.;
可选的,本实施例中,所述指示信息的数量为至少一个;所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的数量为至少一个;
举例来说,移动终端在S201中接收了两个指示信息,则该两个指示信息中一个指示信息对应于A3事件,另一个指示信息对应于A4事件,则在S202中获取的测量结果满足A3事件和A4事件二者中任意一个测量报告事件的进入条件,即测量结果满足了指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,则移动终端执行下述S204;

需补充说明的是,若指示信息用于指示所述移动终端如果所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,则移动终端通过S203,确定目标小区的测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件后,可直接执行S205,但为了不影响通信网络中网络侧设备对移动终端的控制效果,且兼顾移动终端的移动性,本实施例较优的,指示信息是用于指示所述移动终端如果所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件并且移动终端生成了所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,则移动终端通过S203的判断,确定测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,随后依次执行S204和S205。

需要补充说明的是,通过S203的判断,确定停止本实施例,是指不会继续执行S204~S205,但移动终端依照现有技术继续执行其他操作,例如指示信息对应的测量报告事件为A3事件,但移动终端在S203中确定目标小区的 测量结果不满足A3事件的进入条件,但目标小区的测量结果满足A4事件的进入条件,则移动终端满足A4事件的进入条件的测量结果,生成A4事件的测量报告,并将A4事件的测量报告发送至服务小区对应的接入网元,等待服务小区对应的接入网元向移动终端下发允许建立连接的指示后;当移动终端接收到服务小区对应的接入网元向移动终端下发的允许建立连接的指示后,移动终端才会与目标小区建立连接。
也就是说在现有技术中,当目标小区的测量结果满足测量报告事件后,需要先生成测量报告,并上报至服务小区对应的接入网元,随后需等待服务小区对应的接入网元下发的允许建立连接的指示后,在这一过程中移动终端需要花费的时间较长,不利于提高移动终端与目标小区对应的接入网元建立连接的效率,而本申请中,只要目标小区的测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则移动终端便可在移动终端与目标小区之间建立连接,提高了移动终端与目标小区对应的接入网元建立连接的效率,提升了移动终端的移动性。
本实施例中,由于指示信息用于指示所述移动终端如果所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件并且生成了所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,则移动终端在向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接时,可忽略向所述服务小区对应的接入网元发送指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,直接向所述目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,使得移动终端可及时的向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,从而提升了移动终端的移动性。
图8为本发明移动终端与接入网元建立连接的处理方法实施例三的流程示意图。如图8所示,本实施例是在图1所示的实施例的基础上,以较优的实现方式进行描述,具体包括:

上述移动状态评估(MSE,Mobility State Estimation)为移动终端在当前时刻获知的移动终端的移动情况,例如移动终端随着用户乘坐的交通工具移动时,移动终端可获知移动终端是否处于高速移动,当移动终端处于高速移动时,为了保障移动终端的移动性,移动终端需向服务小区对应的接入 网元发送移动终端的移动状态评估。

S405、移动终端对目标小区进行测量,获得目标小区的测量结果。
在移动终端接收到指示信息之前,移动终端依照S-Measure发现目标小区,也就是说,只有移动终端获知服务小区的服务质量低于预设值时,移动终端才会对相邻小区进行RRM测量,以发现测量结果满足测量报告事件的目标小区,但在本实施例中,移动终端接收指示信息之后,移动终端可忽略S-Measure,即移动终端不需等待服务小区的服务质量低于预设值,可随时对相邻小区进行RRM测量,以便及时确定目标小区的测量结果是否满足测量报告事件的进入条件,进一步提升了移动终端的移动性。

可以理解的,若移动终端在任意时刻只要确定目标小区的测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,便与目标小区建立连接,则会弱化了网络侧设备(如基站,基站控制器)对移动终端的控制,但考虑到移动 终端处于短周期DRX状态或者长周期DRX状态时,对移动性影响较大,因此可选的,本实施例中移动终端是在短周期DRX状态或长周期DRX时,根据指示信息的指示,与目标小区建立连接,即移动终端执行S406后还需要执行下述S407;
S407、移动终端判断移动终端是否处于DRX状态;若是,执行S409,或S408;若否,执行S410;
上述DRX状态为短周期DRX状态或者长周期DRX状态;
在现有技术中,移动终端处休眠状态的时长也会影响移动终端的移动性,而且当移动终端处于短周期DRX状态或长周期DRX状态时,移动终端处于休眠的时长较长,对移动终端的移动性的影响更加严重;但本实施例中,移动终端处于短周期DRX状态或长周期DRX状态时,移动终端会根据指示信息的指示,可及时地与目标小区建立连接,并不会因移动终端处于DRX状态或长DRX状态而影响移动终端的移动性。
S408、移动终端判断移动终端的移动状态评估是否小于移动终端设置的速度门限;若否,则执行S409;若是,则执行S410。
移动终端处于服务小区和目标小区的临界处,且移动终端的移动速度越慢,则移动终端越有可能在目标小区和服务小区之间出现“乒乓切换”的情况,为了避免出现乒乓切换的情况,较优的,需要执行S408;也就是说,当移动终端确定移动终端的移动状态评估大于或等于移动终端设置的速度门限,移动终端应用指示信息,即执行下述S409;
另外,移动终端的设置的速度门限和服务小区对应的接入网元设置的速度门限可相同,也可不同,而且移动终端设置的速度门限可以是服务小区对应的接入网元配置给移动终端的,或者是通信协议规定的,例如移动终端的速度门限为High-mobility state(高移动速度)。
进一步的,上述S407和S408为可选步骤,即在实际应用中实施本实施例时,在执行S406后,可以选择执行S407和/或S408,且S407和S408的执行次序不做限定,本实施例中以执行S407确定移动终端处于DRX状态后执行S408进行示例。
S409、移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接。
由于本实施例中,指示信息用于指示所述移动终端如果所述测量结果满 足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,因此当所述移动终端根据所述测量结果和指示信息,确定所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,则所述移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;也就是说,移动终端在确定目标小区的测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件后,可忽略生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,且忽略向所述服务小区对应的接入网元发送指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,并向所述目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,使得移动终端可及时的向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,从而提升了移动终端的移动性。
S410、移动终端生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,并将指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告发送至服务小区对应的接入网元。
本实施例中即使移动终端接收到指示信息,且目标小区的测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,但通过S407和/或S408的判断结果,移动终端可选择应用指示信息(即执行S409);或者通过S407和/或S408的判断结果,移动终端选择不应用指示信息,仍然按照现有技术与目标小区对应的接入网元建立连接,即执行S410,随后等待服务小区对应的接入网元向移动终端下发允许建立连接的指示后;当移动终端接收到该接入网元向移动终端下发的允许建立连接的指示,移动终端才会与目标小区对应的接入网元建立连接。
本实施例中,移动终端根据指示信息的指示,在根据目标小区的测量结果确定测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件后,可忽略生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,且忽略将指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告发送至服务小区对应的接入网元,移动终端可直接向所述目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;从而提升了移动终端的移动性。

本实施例中,移动终端确定目标小区的测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件后,生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,随后便可直接向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,而在现有技术中,目标小区的测量结果满足测量报告事件的进入条件后,生成测量报告事件的测量报告,随后向服务小区对应的接入网元发送测量报告,以等待接入网元下发允许建立连接的指示后;对比现有技术和本实施例可知,本实施例中只要目标小区的测量结果满足测量事件指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则移动终端便可立即在移动终端与目标小区之间建立连接,提高了小区的切换效率,提升了移动终端的移动性。

通过S802,服务小区对应的接入网元获知移动终端当前的移动速度为快速时,为了保障移动终端的移动性,若仍然采用现有技术中的移动终端与目标小区对应的接入网元建立连接的方法,则会影响移动终端的移动性,因此服务小区对应的接入网元执行S803,向移动终端下发指示信息。
上述测量配置信息和指示信息可以同时下发,即上述S803和S804通过同一条信令实现;可选的,S804也可以发生在S803之前,或发生在S802之前或同时,或S801之前或同时;例如移动终端先接收到测量配置信息,随后接入网元确定移动终端的移动速度为快速时,再下发指示信息。另外,可选的,上述S801和S802均不发生,即接入网元向移动终端下发指示信息时,并不以移动终端的移动速度为限制。
S805、移动终端对目标小区进行测量,获得目标小区的测量结果。
S806、移动终端判断目标小区的测量结果是否满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件;若是,执行S807;若否,则执行S812。
本实施例中,指示信息用于指示所述移动终端如果所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件并且生成了所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则发起与目标小区对应的接入网元建立连接;因此本实施例中移动终端会通过执行S806,确定测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件。
考虑到可能的,测量结果不满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,也不满足除指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件以外的其他测量报告事件的进入条件,则本实施例则停止,也即移动终端不再执行下述各个步骤;
但测量结果不满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,但满足除指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件以外的其他测量报告事件的进入条件,则本实施例依照现有技术,执行S812,随后执行S813;图13中以测量结果不满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,但满足除指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件以外的其他测量报告事件的进入条件为例,进行示例。

S810、移动终端确定生成指示信息对应的测量报告后的时间长度达到预定时长。
具体可以是移动终端生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告后,移动终端启动计时器,并确定计时器计时至时间门限。
本实施例中的计时器具体可以为计时器T312,或者一个新的计时器T313;在现有技术中,移动终端在开启计时器T312之前,需确定计时器T310已开启,如果T310没有开启,那么不能开启T312;但在本实施例中,可忽略计时器T310,以便提高小区的切换效率,提升移动终端的移动性。
S811、移动终端向所述目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接。
可以理解的,现有技术中的通信流程中已存在关于生成测量报告、等待计时器T312计时至时间门限的协议、配置等,因此基于已有的协议和配置应用本实施例时,需要调整、修改的内容、范围较小,便于本实施例的实施。
可选的,在移动终端向所述目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接后,移动终端与服务小区对应的接入网元保持连接。
S812、移动终端根据满足除指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件以外的其他测量报告事件的进入条件的测量结果,生成测量报告。
S813、移动终端将测量报告发送至服务小区对应的接入网元。

本实施例中,移动终端根据指示信息的指示,生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告后,可以忽略计时器T310,立即开启T312,待计时器T312计时至时间门限后,便可在移动终端与所述目标小区之间建立连接;使得移动终端可及时的由服务小区切换至目标小区,从而提升了移动终端的移动性。
图14为本发明移动终端与小区建立连接的处理方法实施例九的流程示意图。如图14所示,是在图1所示的实施例的基础上,做出进一步的描述,则本实施例具体包括:
S901、移动终端向服务小区对应的接入网元发送移动终端的移动状态评估。
上述移动状态评估(MSE,Mobility State Estimation)为移动终端在当前时刻获知的移动终端的移动情况,例如移动终端随着用户乘坐的交通工具移动时,移动终端可获知移动终端是否处于高速移动,当移动终端处于高速移动时,为了保障移动终端的移动性,移动终端需向服务小区对应的接入网元发送移动终端的移动状态评估。
S902、服务小区对应的接入网元确定所述移动状态评估大于或等于所述服务小区对应的接入网元设置的速度门限。
S903、移动终端接收服务小区对应的接入网元发送的指示信息。

S906、移动终端根据判断测量结果是否满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件;若是,则执行S907或S908或S909;若否,则执行S912。
本实施例中,指示信息用于指示所述移动终端在所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件并且所述测量结果满足所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件的时间长度达到预定时长时,向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接。因此本实施例中移动终端会通过执行S906,确定测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件。

本实施例中的计时器具体可以为计时器T312;在现有技术中,移动终端开启计时器T312之前,需确定生成测量报告并且确定计时器T310已开启;但在本实施例中,可忽略测量报告是否生成以及忽略计时器T310,以便提高小区的切换效率,提升移动终端的移动性。
S910、移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接。
可以理解的,现有技术中的通信流程中已存在关于启动计时器T312且等待计时器T312计时至时间门限的协议、配置等,因此基于已有的协议和配置应用本实施例时,需要调整、修改的内容、范围较小,便于本实施例的实施。
可选的,在移动终端向所述目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接后,移动终端与服务小区对应的接入网元保持连接。
S911、移动终端生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,并将指 示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告发送至服务小区对应的接入网元。

图15为本发明移动终端与接入网元建立连接的处理方法实施例十的流程示意图。如图15所示,本实施例中是基于前述任意一个实施例的基础上,在移动终端向目标小区的接入网元发起建立连接的同时或之后,还与服务小区对应的接入网元保持连接,具体的,一种较好的实现方式如下:

上述测量配置信息和指示信息可以同时下发,即上述D13和D14通过同一条信令实现;可选的,D14也可以发生在D13之前,或发生在D12之前或同时,或D11之前或同时;例如移动终端先接收到测量配置信息,随后服务小区对应的接入网元确定移动终端的移动速度为快速时,再下发指示信息。另外,可选的,上述D11和D12均不发生,即接入网元向移动终端下发指示信息时,并不以移动终端的移动速度为限制。
D15、移动终端对目标小区进行测量,获得目标小区的测量结果。

可以理解的,若移动终端在任意时刻只要确定目标小区的测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,便与目标小区建立连接,则会弱化了网络侧设备(如基站,基站控制器)对移动终端的控制,但考虑到移动终端处于短周期DRX状态或者长周期DRX状态时,对移动性影响较大,因此可选的,本实施例中移动终端是在短周期DRX状态或长周期DRX时,根据指示信息的指示,与目标小区建立连接,即移动终端执行D17后还需要执行D18;
上述DRX状态为短周期DRX状态或长周期DRX状态;
D19、移动终端判断移动终端的移动状态评估是否小于移动终端设置的速度门限;若否,则执行D20;若是,则执行D22。
移动终端处于服务小区和目标小区的临界处,且移动终端的移动速度越慢,则移动终端越有可能在目标小区和服务小区之间出现“乒乓切换”的情况,为了避免出现乒乓切换的情况,则较优的,需要执行D19;也就是说,当移动终端确定移动终端的移动状态评估大于或等于移动终端设置的速度门限,移动终端应用指示信息,即执行下述D20。
D20、移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,且移动终端与服务小区对应的接入网元保持连接。
例如随着移动终端的移动,移动终端进入目标小区的覆盖范围,通过前述D15和D16确定目标小区A的测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,且在执行D17或D17~D19后,移动终端会在所述移动终端与所述目标小区A之间建立连接,但此时移动终端所在的位置位于服务小区和目标小区A的叠加覆盖范围中,此时移动终端仍然与服务小区保持连接,则移动终端在获取通信服务的过程中,服务小区可使移动终端与通信网络的连接不中断,而目标小区A可是移动终端获得较大的吞吐量体验;比如说,服务小区的中心频率为800MHz,目标小区的中心频率为1800MHz,而移动终端与目标小区建立连接后,此时移动终端仍然与服务小区保持连接,则移动终端在获取通信服务的过程中,可使用的无线资源除了来自1800MHz的目标小区以外,还可以来自800MHz的服务小区,即移动终端可使用的无线资源包括服务小区和目标小区的无线资源,可将服务小区和目标小区的无线资源进行聚合;通过无线资源的聚合,可以获得更高的峰值速率和较大的吞吐量。
D21、移动终端根据满足除指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件以外的其他测量报告事件的进入条件的测量结果,生成测量报告。
需要说明的是,在上述D16中,测量结果不满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,也不满足除指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件以外的其他测量报告事件的进入条件,则移动终端也不会向目标小区的接入网元发起建立连接,即本实施例在D16后则停止;但可能的,测量结果不满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,但满足除指示信息对应的测量报 告事件的进入条件以外的其他测量报告事件的进入条件,则本实施例依照现有技术,执行D21,随后执行D22;图9中以测量结果不满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,但满足除指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件以外的其他测量报告事件的进入条件为例,进行示例。
D22、移动终端将测量报告发送至服务小区对应的接入网元。
若D22之前的步骤为D18或D19,则移动终端发送的测量报告为指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告;若D22之前的步骤为D21,则移动终端发送的测量报告为,移动终端根据满足除指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件以外的其他测量报告事件的进入条件的测量结果而生成的测量报告。
当D22之前的步骤为D18或D19,也就是说即使移动终端接收到指示信息,且目标小区的测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,并生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告后,但通过D18和/或D19的判断结果,移动终端选择应用指示信息(即执行D10);或者通过D18和/或D19的判断结果,移动终端选择不应用指示信息,仍然按照现有技术与目标小区建立连接,即执行D22,将测量报告发送至服务小区对应的接入网元,随后等待服务小区对应的接入网元向移动终端下发允许建立连接的指示后;当移动终端接收到该接入网元向移动终端下发的允许建立连接的指示后,移动终端才会与目标小区对应的接入网元建立连接;
本实施例中,移动终端确定目标小区的测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件后,生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,随后便可直接向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,而在现有技术中,目标小区的测量结果满足测量报告事件的进入条件后,生成测量报告事件的测量报告,随后向服务小区对应的接入网元发送测量报告,以等待接入网元下发允许建立连接的指示后;对比现有技术和本实施例可知,本实施例中只要目标小区的测量结果满足测量事件指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则移动终端便可立即在移动终端与目标小区之间建立连接,提高了小区的切换效率,提升了移动终端的移动性。
对于本实施例中与上述方法实施例五中相同的步骤,具体可参考方法实施例五中各个对应的步骤。
本实施例中,移动终端确定目标小区的测量结果满足指示信息指示的测量报告事件的进入条件后,便生成指示信息指示的测量报告事件的测量报告,随后便可与目标小区建立连接,而在现有技术中,目标小区的测量结果满足测量报告事件的进入条件后,生成测量报告事件的测量报告,随后向服务小区对应的接入网元发送测量报告,以等待接入网元下发允许建立连接的指示后;对比现有技术可本实施例可知,本实施例中只要目标小区的测量结果满足测量事件指示信息指定的测量报告事件的进入条件,生成指示信息指定的测量报告事件的测量报告,则移动终端便可立即在移动终端与目标小区之间建立连接,提高了小区的切换效率,提升了移动终端的移动性。
图16为本发明移动终端的DRX状态的控制方法实施例一的流程示意图。如图16所示,包括:
S1、移动终端根据服务小区的下行参考信号,对服务小区进行无线链路监测RLM(Radio Link Monitoring)以获得所述服务小区的下行无线链路质量。
S2、当移动终端通过评估下行无线链路质量,确定下行无线链路的连续的失步指示(out-of-sync)的次数达到预设门限,
则所述移动终端启动计时器,并在所述计时器超时之前,将所述移动终端从DRX状态迁移至非DRX状态,或者将移动终端从长周期DRX状态迁移至短周期DRX状态,或者缩短所述DRX状态的周期。
上述预设门限具体为服务小区对应的接入网元配置的参数(如N310),上述计时器可以为计时器T310或T312;
具体的,当UE处于DRX状态时,UE发现相邻小区、RRM测量以及无线链路检测所需的时间具体可参照协议3GPP TS 36.133中的表1(Requirement to identify a newly detectable FDD intrafrequency cell)、表2(Requirement to measure FDD intrafrequency cells)和表3(Qout and Qin Evaluation Period in DRX),具体如下:

以表3为例,如当DRX cycle length(DRX状态的周期)=640ms时, UE发现一个新的小区需要20倍DRX周期,RRM测量需要5倍DRX周期,RLM评估(Qout and Qin Evaluation)需要5倍DRX周期。
当DRX cycle length=320ms时,UE发现一个相邻小区需要20倍DRX周期,RRM测量需要5倍DRX周期,RLM评估需要10倍DRX周期。
也就是说,DRX周期越长,那么RLM、RRM、发现新的小区所需的时间就越长;而在本实施例中,移动终端确定无线链路变差时,可将DRX周期缩短,进一步使得RLM、RRM、发现相邻小区发现所花的时间缩短。这样就能让UE更快的发现相邻小区,完成相邻小区的RRM测量,从而更快的接入到目标小区。
具体的,在执行S2中缩短DRX周期时,具体可以使DRX周期乘以一个因子,从而确定的新的DRX周期与执行S802之前的DRX周期短;上述因子可以是服务网元对应的接入网元之前下发的、或者是协议预定义的、或者是和移动状态评估关联的;例如在移动状态评估和因子之间存在映射关系,当根据移动状态评估确定移动终端处于高速时,因子等于0.1;在确定移动终端处于中速时因子等于0.5;在确定移动终端处于低速时因子等于1。
可选的,在执行S1之前,还执行了“所述移动终端确定所述移动终端的移动状态评估满足所述移动终端设置的速度门限”;通常而言,移动终端的移动速度越快,移动终端和服务小区的信号变化就越剧烈,当移动终端远离服务小区时,服务小区的信号强度就衰减越快,这时一旦服务小区的无线链路出现失步,后续很大的可能是和服务小区断开连接,因此速度越快,越需要及时的发现相邻小区,完成相邻小区的RRM测量,从而更快的接入到目标小区,因此当移动状态评估满足所述移动终端设置的速度门限,比如高速时,通过上述S801~S802,移动终端从DRX状态迁移至非DRX(Non-DRX)状态,或者所述移动终端从长DRX状态迁移至短DRX状态,或者所述移动终端缩短DRX周期,以便加快移动终端的RLM测量、RRM测量、或者相邻小区的发现。
在本实施例中,移动终端确定无线链路变差时,将所述移动终端从DRX状态迁移至非DRX状态,或者将移动终端从长周期DRX状态迁移至短周期DRX状态,或者缩短所述DRX状态的周期,进一步使得RLM、RRM、发 现相邻小区发现所花的时间缩短。这样就能让UE更快的发现相邻小区,完成相邻小区的RRM测量,从而更快的接入到目标小区。

本实施例中,移动终端确定目标小区的测量结果满足指示信息指示的测量报告事件的进入条件后,便生成指示信息指示的测量报告事件的测量报告,随后便可与目标小区建立连接,而在现有技术中,目标小区的测量结果满足测量报告事件的进入条件后,生成测量报告事件的测量报告,随后向服务小区对应的接入网元发送测量报告,以等待接入网元下发允许建立连接的指示后;对比现有技术可本实施例可知,本实施例中只要目标小区的测量结果满足测量事件指示信息指定的测量报告事件的进入条件,生成指示信息指定的测量报告事件的测量报告,则移动终端便可立即在移动终端与目标小区之间建立连接,提高了小区的切换效率,提升了移动终端的移动性。
需要说明的是,图17至图22所示的各个移动终端的实施例,其中各个模块、器件与前述各个方法实施例中的各个步骤一一对应,各个模块、器件的具体工作过程与技术效果可参考前述各个方法实施例。

    移动终端根据测量配置信息对目标小区进行测量,获得目标小区的测量结果,其中,所述测量配置信息是所述移动终端通过与服务小区对应的接入网元之间建立的无线资源控制RRC连接从所述服务小区对应的接入网元获得的;
    当所述移动终端根据所述测量结果和指示信息,确定所述测量结果满足所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,则所述移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,其中,所述指示信息用于指示所述移动终端如果所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;或者
    当所述移动终端根据所述测量结果生成测量报告,以及所述移动终端确定所述测量报告为指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则所述移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,其中,所述指示信息用于指示所述移动终端如果生成所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;或者,

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,所述移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,包括:所述移动终端忽略向所述服务小区对应的接入网元发送所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,并向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的处理方法,其特征在于,在所述移动终端 根据测量配置信息对目标小区进行测量之前,还包括:
    所述移动终端通过所述RRC连接,接收所述服务小区对应的接入网元发送的所述指示信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的处理方法,其特征在于,
    所述指示信息用于指示所述移动终端在所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件并且所述测量结果满足所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件的时间长度达到预定时长时,向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;则所述移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,包括:当所述移动终端根据所述测量结果和指示信息,确定所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,并且,确定所述测量结果满足所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件的时间长度达到所述预定时长,则所述移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;或者
    所述指示信息用于指示所述移动终端生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告且生成所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告后的时间长度达到预定时长,向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;则所述移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,包括:所述移动终端生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,并且,确定生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告后的时间长度达到预定时长,则所述移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;
  5. 根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的处理方法,其特征在于,所述移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接包括:
    若所述移动终端确定所述移动终端处于非连续接收DRX状态,所述移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的处理方法,其特征在于,所述DRX状态为短周期DRX状态或长周期DRX状态。
  7. 根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的处理方法,其特征在于,所述移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接包括:
    若所述移动终端判断所述移动终端的移动状态评估大于或等于所述移动终端设置的速度门限,所述移动终端向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的处理方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述服务小区对应的接入网元发送的所述指示信息之前,所述处理方法还包括:
    所述移动终端向所述服务小区对应的接入网元发送所述移动终端的移动状态评估;
    所述指示信息是所述服务小区对应的接入网元确定所述移动状态评估大于或等于所述服务小区对应的接入网元设置的速度门限后发送的。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的处理方法,其特征在于,所述建立连接包括:
    所述移动终端向所述目标小区对应的发起随机接入过程;和/或下述任意一种处理:
    所述移动终端向所述目标小区发起RRC连接重建过程、小区更新过程、RRC连接建立过程、或者前向切换过程。
  10. 根据权利要求1~9任一项所述的处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述移动终端与服务小区对应的接入网元保持连接。
  11. 一种移动终端的DRX状态的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    移动终端根据服务小区的下行参考信号,对服务小区进行无线链路监测RLM,以获得所述服务小区的下行无线链路质量;
    当所述移动终端通过评估所述下行无线链路质量,确定所述下行无线链路的连续的失步指示的次数达到预设门限,
    则所述移动终端启动计时器,并在所述计时器超时之前,将所述移动终端从DRX状态迁移至非DRX状态,或者将所述移动终端从长周期DRX状态迁移至短周期DRX状态,或者缩短所述DRX状态的周期。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述移动终端确定所述移动终端的移动状态评估满足所述移动终端设置的速度门限。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的控制方法,其特征在于,所述计时器为计时器T310或计时器T312。
  14. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:
    测量模块,用于根据测量配置信息对目标小区进行测量,获得目标小区的测量结果,其中,所述测量配置信息是所述移动终端通过与服务小区对应 的接入网元之间建立的无线资源控制RRC连接从所述服务小区对应的接入网元获得的;
    处理模块,用于当根据所述测量结果和指示信息,确定所述测量结果满足所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,其中,所述指示信息用于指示所述处理模块如果所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;或者
    当根据所述测量结果生成测量报告,以及确定所述测量报告为指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,其中,所述指示信息用于指示所述处理模块如果生成所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;或者,

    所述指示信息用于指示所述移动终端在所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件并且所述测量结果满足所述指示信息对应的测量 报告事件的进入条件的时间长度达到预定时长时,向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;则所述处理模块具体用于:当所根据所述测量结果和指示信息,确定所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,并且,确定所述测量结果满足所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件的时间长度达到所述预定时长,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;或者

    当根据所述测量结果和指示信息确定,所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件并且所述处理器生成所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接,其中,所述指示信息用于指示所述处理器如果所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件并且所述处理器生成所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;
    其中,所述指示信息是所述处理器预先从所述服务小区对应的接入网元获得的。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的移动终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    发送器;则所述处理器具体用于控制所述发送器忽略向所述服务小区对应的接入网元发送所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,并向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接。
  29. 根据权利要求27或28所述的移动终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收器,用于通过所述RRC连接,接收所述服务小区对应的接入网元发送的所述指示信息。
  30. 根据权利要求27~29任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,
    所述指示信息用于指示所述处理器在所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件并且所述测量结果满足所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件的时间长度达到预定时长时,向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;则所述处理器具体用于:当根据所述测量结果和指示信息,确定所述测量结果满足指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件,并且,确定所述测量结果满足所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的进入条件的时间长度达到所述预定时长,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;或者
    所述指示信息用于指示所述处理器生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告且生成所述指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告后的时间长度达到预定时长,向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;则所述处理器用于:生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告,并且,确定生成指示信息对应的测量报告事件的测量报告后的时间长度达到预定时长,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接;
  31. 根据权利要求27~30中任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于
    若确定所述移动终端处于非连续接收DRX状态,向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述DRX状态为短周期DRX状态或长周期DRX状态。
  33. 根据权利要求27~32中任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述处理器用于:
    若判断所述移动终端的移动状态评估大于或等于所述处理器设置的速度门限,则向目标小区对应的接入网元发起建立连接。
  34. 根据权利要求27~33任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述发送器还用于向所述服务小区对应的接入网元发送所述移动终端的移动状态评估;
    所述指示信息是所述服务小区对应的接入网元确定所述移动状态评估大于或等于所述服务小区对应的接入网元设置的速度门限后发送的。
  35. 根据权利要求27~34任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述处理器具体用于向所述目标小区对应的发起随机接入过程;和/或下述任意一种处理:
    所述移动终端向所述目标小区发起RRC连接重建过程、小区更新过程、RRC连接建立过程、或者前向切换过程。
  36. 根据权利要求27~35任一项所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于与服务小区对应的接入网元保持连接。
  37. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器,用于根据服务小区的下行参考信号,对服务小区进行无线链路监测RLM,以获得所述服务小区的下行无线链路质量;
    当通过评估所述下行无线链路质量,确定所述下行无线链路的连续的失步指示的次数达到预设门限,
    则启动计时器,并在所述计时器超时之前,将所述移动终端从DRX状态迁移至非DRX状态,或者将所述移动终端从长周期DRX状态迁移至短周期DRX状态,或者缩短所述DRX状态的周期。
  38. 根据权利要求37所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于确定所述移动终端的移动状态评估满足所述处理器设置的速度门限。
  39. 根据权利要求37或38所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述计时器为计时器T310或计时器T312。
