Abstract

본 발명은 광역학 치료용 테트라피라지노폴피라진 유도체에 관한 것으로서 실리콘 테트라피라지노폴리라진 유도체의 축방향에 다양한 알코올을 치환함으로써, 용매에 따른 광학적 물성 및 용해도가 향상되었을 뿐만 아니라, 광학적 특성도 개선되어, 광역학 치료를 위한 효과적인 광감작제로 사용될 수 있다.
