- the terminal receives the configuration data returned by the server, where the configuration data is returned after the server successfully authenticates the SIM card chip, and the configuration data includes the SIM card chip using the carrier network. Required data;
- the terminal writes the configuration data to the SIM card chip to complete corresponding carrier network configuration of the SIM card chip.
- Another aspect of the present invention provides a terminal in which a SIM card chip is fixedly embedded, and the terminal includes:
- An acquiring module configured to acquire an identifier of a SIM card chip according to the received user instruction, where the user instruction includes an identifier of a carrier network that the user currently needs to use;
- a communication module configured to send, by using a wireless network, a download request to the server, where the download request includes an identifier of the operator network and an identifier of the SIM card chip, where the download request is used to cause the server to use the SIM Card chip for authentication;
- the communication module is further configured to receive configuration data returned by the server, where the configuration data is returned after the server successfully authenticates the SIM card chip, and the configuration data includes the SIM card chip usage The data required for the carrier network;
- a processing module configured to write the configuration data to the SIM card chip to perform corresponding carrier network configuration on the SIM card chip.
- the SIM card reading and writing method and terminal replace the traditional SIM card with the SIM card chip embedded in the terminal, and there is no need to set the card seat, so it is not necessary to consider the surrounding clearance, effectively reducing the occupied area, and when When the user wants to replace the operator, the terminal may obtain a corresponding configuration file from the server through the wireless network according to the user instruction, and write the configuration data into the SIM card chip, thereby completing corresponding to the SIM card chip.
- the carrier network configuration does not require the user to replace the SIM card chip, thereby conveniently and quickly replacing the carrier network required by the user.
