Description

网络的接入方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,更具体地说,涉及一种网络的接入方法及装置。
背景技术
本地IP接入(Local IP Access,简称为LIPA)是基于演进型家庭基站(Home E-UTRAN NodeB,简称为HeNB)网络提出的,其核心思想是用户本地网络的通信数据可以不经过运营商的核心网络,直接从HeNB就分流出去,从而减轻了核心网络的负荷和传输成本,其中IP为互联网协议(Internet Protocol)的简称。
LTE LIPA技术在相关文件中提到,HeNB可以通过3种方式通知LIPA能力给UE。
第一种情况:UE配置;Solution 1:UE configuration
非公开授权用户组(Closed Subscriber Group,简称为CSG)ID List会预先绑定在UE/USIM上,UE收到HeNB下发的SIB消息后解析出CSG ID List后,从而得知其HeNB的LIPA能力。同时提案也提出这种方法只适应于家庭级的HeNB,不适应于企业级网络,因为同一个CSG ID下有些HeNB使能LIPA,而有些不使能LIPA,因此无法单从CSG ID来正确得到网络的LIPA能力。
第二种情况:非接入层(Non Access Stratum,简称NAS)Solution 2:NAS signaling
UE接入后移动性管理实体(Mobile Management Entity,简称为MME)通过NAS消息携带LIPA能力给UE,但此方案需要UE接入后才能得知。
第三种情况:无线资源控制(Radio Resource Control,简称为RRC)发送信号;Solution 3:RRC signaling。
在无线接入网(Radio Access Network,简称为RAN)层信令里指示LIPA能力,可以在系统消息块(System Information Block,简称为SIB)消息里指示LIPA能力,但并没有携带具体的网络信息,所以还是无法让UE自行正确选出所属的具体接入点名称(Access Point Name,简称为APN)。
针对相关技术中UE无法自行正确接入到需要接入的网络问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种网络的接入方法及装置,以至少解决上述问题。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种网络的接入方法,包括:获取网络侧的本地IP接入LIPA能力;根据预先存储的LIPA能力与接入点名称APN的对应关系,查找与所述网络侧的LIPA能力对应的APN;根据查找到的APN接入网络。
优选地,获取网络侧的LIPA能力,包括:接收网络侧下发的系统消息,从所述系统消息中携带的指定字段获取所述LIPA能力。
优选地,所述指定字段包括:本地局域网络标识LHNID字段。
优选地,所述预先存储的LIPA能力与APN的对应关系通过以下方式获取:下载应用软件,其中,该应用软件与所述对应关系存在绑定关系。
优选地,获取网络侧的本地IP接入LIPA能力之前,包括:获取LIPA能力所支持的网络对应的网络信息,其中,根据所述网络信息建立所述LIPA能力与所述APN的对应关系。

综上所述,本发明实施例提供的是一种HeNB通知LIPA能力的方法。其原理是在SIB消息里携带HeNB所属的LHN-ID,UE可以预先存储LHN-ID与APN Name对应关系,当UE解析出SIB消息里携带的LHN-ID,就能根据LHN-ID选出APN Name,因此可以自动使用所预置的APN Name建立LIPA连接,接入网络。
采用本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,UE进入到LIPA覆盖网络区域后,收到HeNB发出的SIB消息后,解析出其携带的LHN-ID,如果UE上的应用已经开启并且预置了APN Name与LHN-ID对应关系,就可以根据LHN-ID找到所对应的APN Name,自行建立LIPA连接。
为了更好的理解上述实施例中的网络接入过程,以下结合一个优选实施例进行说明:

需要说明的是,图2中,如表二所示,运营商网络:宏站网络,不具备LIPA能力;企业A:企业级网络,具备LIPA能力,由HeNB1组成;企业B:企业级网络,具备LIPA能力,由HeNB2构成。
UE:具有访问运营商网络,企业A网络的能力,但不具备访问企业B网络的能力,UE需要预先存储运营商网络的APN Name以及企业A网络的APN Name与LHNID对应关系(这个可以由企业A提供的应用软件自行绑定,用户只需下载应用软件到UE即可)。

具体过程如下:
1、当UE驻留在eNB下,采用默认APN Name:4g.net接入网络,由于eNB下发的SIB消息里不携带LHNID字段,因此当UE收到后可以得知eNB不具备LIPA能力,所以UE不尝试建立LIPA连接。
2、当UE移动到企业A网络的覆盖范围内时,由于企业A下的HeNB1具备LIPA能力,因此HeNB1下发的SIB消息里携带了LHNID字段,UE解析到LHNID字段后就得知到了HeNB1具备LIPA能力,并且可以根据预先绑定的LHNID与APN Name关系找到APN Name,然后使用CorpA.com接入到HeNB1,建立LIPA隧道,用户可以通过LIPA隧道访问企业A内部服务器。
3、当UE移动到企业B网络的覆盖范围内时,由于用户不是企业B的员工,所以没有权限下载到企业B的应用软件,因此UE没有企业B的LHNID与APN Name的对应关系,虽然UE可以解析到HeNB2下发的SIB消息里携带的LHNID,但是由于没有预置LHNID与APN Name的对应关系,因此无法选出一个APN Name接入HeNB2建立LIPA连接。
即本发明实施例也可以理解为是提供了一种HeNB通知LIPA能力的方法,使用本发明实施例提供的方法,UE进入到LIPA覆盖网路区域后,通过收到HeNB发送的SIB消息,不仅可以得知HeNB是否具有LIPA能力,而且还能根据其携带的LHN-ID得知其具体所属的LIPA网络,因此UE可以匹配到具体的APN Name并自行建立连接,提高了LIPA功能的易用性。
在本实施例中还提供了一种网络的接入装置,用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述,下面对该装置中涉及到的模块进行说明。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。图3为根据本发明实施例的网络的接入装置的结构框图。如图3所示,该装置包括:

通过上述各个模块的综合作用,采用在获知需要接入的网络侧的LIPA能力后,根据预先存储的LIPA能力与接入点名称APN的对应关系确定网络侧LIPA能力对应的APN,进而根据APN接入网络的技术方案,解决了相关技术中UE无法自行正确接入到需要接入的网络的问题,实现了UE可以匹配到具体的APN Name并自行建立连接,提高了LIPA功能的易用性。
可选地,第一获取模块30,设置为接收网络侧下发的系统消息,从所述系统消息中携带的指定字段获取所述LIPA能力,其中,所述指定字段包括:本地局域网络标识LHNID字段。
在本发明实施例的一个优选示例中,所述装置还包括:下载模块36,设置为下载应用软件,其中,该应用软件与所述对应关系存在绑定关系,在实际应用中,只要能够获取到上述对应关系均在本发明实施例的保护范围内,本发明实施例对此不限定。
为了更好的理解上述接入模块的接入过程,在本发明实施例的一个优选实施例中,如图4所示,所述装置还包括:第二获取模块38,设置为获取LIPA能力所支持的网络对应的网络信息,其中,根据上述网络信息建立上述LIPA能力与上述APN的对应关系。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
需要说明的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。应该理解这样使用的对象在适当情况下可以互换,以便这里描述的本发明的实施例能够以除了在这里图示或描述的那些以外的顺序实施。此外,术语“包括”和“具有”以及他们的任何变形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含,例如,包含了一系列步骤或单元的过程、方法、系统、产品或设备不必限于清楚地列出的那些步骤或单元,而是可包括没有清楚地列出的或对于这些过程、方法、产品或设备固有的其它步骤或单元。
综上所述,本发明实施例实现了以下有益效果:本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,涉及LTE网络中实现本地IP接入技术(LIPA)后,当用户进入到LIPA网络区域后,可以自行得知网络的LIPA能力及所属园区,便于终端应用使用LIPA技术自行连接到所属的园区网络。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
基于本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,采用在获知需要接入的网络侧的LIPA能力后,根据预先存储的LIPA能力与接入点名称APN的对应关系确定网络侧LIPA能力对应的APN,进而根据APN接入网络的技术方案,解决了相关技术中UE无法自行正确接入到需要接入的网络的问题,实现了UE可以匹配到具体的APN Name并自行建立连接,提高了LIPA功能的易用性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种网络的接入方法,包括:
    获取网络侧的本地IP接入LIPA能力;
    根据预先存储的LIPA能力与接入点名称APN的对应关系,查找与所述网络侧的LIPA能力对应的APN;
    根据查找到的APN接入网络。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,获取网络侧的LIPA能力,包括:
    接收网络侧下发的系统消息,从所述系统消息中携带的指定字段获取所述LIPA能力。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述指定字段包括:本地局域网络标识LHNID字段。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述预先存储的LIPA能力与APN的对应关系通过以下方式获取:
    下载应用软件,其中,该应用软件与所述对应关系存在绑定关系。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,获取网络侧的本地IP接入LIPA能力之前,包括:
    获取LIPA能力所支持的网络对应的网络信息,其中,根据所述网络信息建立所述LIPA能力与所述APN的对应关系。
  6. 一种网络的接入装置,包括:
    第一获取模块,设置为获取网络侧的本地IP接入LIPA能力;
    查找模块,设置为根据预先存储的LIPA能力与接入点名称APN的对应关系,查找与所述网络侧的LIPA能力对应的APN;
    接入模块,设置为根据查找到的APN接入网络。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述第一获取模块,设置为接收网络侧下发的系统消息,从所述系统消息中携带的指定字段获取所述LIPA能力。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述第一获取模块设置为在所述指定字段包括:本地局域网络标识LHNID字段时,从所述系统消息中携带的指定字段获取所述LIPA能力。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    下载模块,设置为下载应用软件,其中,该应用软件与所述对应关系存在绑定关系。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    第二获取模块,设置为获取LIPA能力所支持的网络对应的网络信息,其中,根据所述网络信息建立所述LIPA能力与所述APN的对应关系。
