一种决策方法、装置、终端及计算机存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及富通信套件(Rich Communication Suite,RCS)技术,特别是涉及一种决策方法、装置、终端及计算机存储介质。
背景技术
基于IP的下一代通信网络以及宽带通信网络的演进和发展,第三代(3G)移动通信系统、长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)系统等移动通信和无线接入技术的不断涌现,促进了移动与互联网的融合;与此同时,移动终端也经历了前所未有的发展,从原先功能单一、以语音通话为主的非智能机到如今功能强大、友好易用、互联网体验出色的智能手机,移动终端的智能化成为未来的发展趋势,也为未来移动互联网应用的发展注入了新的活力。
面对通信方式的改变,用户的需求也在不断丰富,随着网络的演进、技术的发展、终端的智能化、移动互联网应用的丰富,运营商从用户的沟通需求出发,以未来通信服务的发展趋势以及自身的优势资源为基础,突破了传统语音及消息类应用的框架,推出了融合语音、消息、视频、呈现技术、社区网络等多种通信方式及功能的未来沟通产品--RCS,RCS能为用户提供融合、丰富的通信体验。
具体的,所述RCS是集短信息服务(Short Message Service,SMS)、多媒体短信服务(Multimedia Messaging Service,MMS)、视频、聊天等为一体的融合通信服务,主要包括增强地址簿(Enhanced Address book)、内容共享(Content Sharing)、文件传输(File Transfer)、以及增强信息(Enhanced Messaging)。RCS服务将使用标准化的IP多媒体子系统(IP Multimedia  Subsystem,IMS)核心基础设施来传送信令和媒体流。
RCS服务中的增强信息使用移动用户国际综合业务数字网(Mobile Subscriber International ISDN,MSISDN)用户标识(ID)带来了类似于QQ等即时通信(IM)聊天软件的信息用户体验,支持RCS服务的移动终端支持一对一聊天以及群聊,能统一多媒体与普通文本的消息交互界面,但同时带来了支持RCS的移动终端与原有移动终端的SMS和MMS业务的融合问题,因此,现在亟需一种解决方案能实现RCS业务与传统信息业务之间的业务融合。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种决策方法、装置、终端及计算机存储介质,能实现RCS业务与传统信息业务的融合。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明实施例提供了一种决策方法,包括:发送信息时,信息融合平台判断对端用户是否支持RCS功能,如果支持,则通过RCS的信息方式发送信息;否则,确定要发送信息的类型,通过确定的类型对应的信息方式发送信息。
在另一实施例中,所述确定要发送信息的类型,通过确定的类型对应的信息方式发送信息,包括:判断要发送的信息是否为多媒体信息,如果是,则通过MMS信息方式发送信息;否则通过SMS信息方式发送信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种决策方法,包括:接收信息时,信息融合平台通过不同接口获取接收到的RCS信息或非RCS信息,并将所述RCS信息或非RCS信息发送给用户界面(UI)展示。
在另一实施例中,所述获取接收到的非RCS信息包括:获取通过MMS信息方式接收的信息,或通过SMS信息方式接收的信息。
在另一实施例中,所述方法还包括:将通过不同接口获得的所述RCS 信息或所述非RCS信息保存。

本发明实施例提供的RCS与传统信息业务平台化综合决策方法、装置及终端,发送信息时,信息融合平台判断对端用户是否支持RCS功能,如果支持,则通过RCS的信息方式发送信息;否则,确定要发送信息的类型,通过确定的类型对应的信息方式发送信息;接收信息时,信息融合平台通过不同接口获取接收到的RCS信息或非RCS信息,并将获得的接收信息发送给UI展示。如此,通过移动终端中信息融合平台的判断和转换,可使支持RCS的移动终端和不支持RCS的移动终端进行聊天通信,并发送相应的信息,解决了SMS和MMS无法与RCS进行互通的问题,实现了RCS业务与传统信息业务之间的融合,进而提高了用户的体验。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例中,发送信息时,信息融合平台判断对端用户是否支持RCS功能,如果支持,则通过RCS的信息方式发送信息;否则,确定要发送信息的类型,通过确定的类型对应的信息方式发送信息;接收信息时,信息融合平台通过不同接口获取接收到的RCS信息或非RCS信息,并将获得的接收信息发送给UI展示。
本发明实施例中,在移动终端中预先设置有信息融合平台,所述信息融合平台配置为在发送信息时判断发送信息的类型,并控制相应信息模块发送;还配置为在接收信息时,通过不同的接口接收不同类型的信息,并向UI展示接收的信息。
另外,本发明实施例所涉及的方法及装置应用于移动终端中,所述移动终端支持RCS功能,且所述移动终端作为本端与对端用户进行通信,对端用户可以是至少一个,对端用户所属的移动终端可以是支持RCS功能的移动终端,也可以是不支持RCS功能的移动终端。
这里,非RCS的信息可以是MMS或SMS;所述要发送的信息可以是聊天信息,比如:一对一的单聊信息,一对多的群聊信息等等。
进一步的,所述确定要发送信息的类型,通过确定的类型对应的信息方式发送信息包括:判断要发送的信息是否为多媒体信息,如果是,则通过MMS信息方式发送信息,否则通过SMS信息方式发送信息。
所述确定要接收信息的类型,通过确定的类型对应的信息方式接收信息包括:判断要接收的信息是否为多媒体信息,如果是,则通过MMS信息 方式接收信息,否则通过SMS信息方式接收信息。
本发明实施例所述的决策方法包括发送消息部分和接收消息部分,其中,发送消息的具体处理流程如图1a所示,包括:

这里,所述信息融合平台判断对端用户是否支持RCS功能,可通过向对端发送RCS协议的指令,根据返回的信息内容获知对方是否支持RCS功能,具体如何发送及获知的过程属于现有技术,在此不再赘述。
步骤11a:通过RCS的信息方式发送信息,结束本处理流程。
步骤12a:确定要发送信息的类型,通过确定的类型对应的信息方式发送信息。
这里,所述的类型可以包括MMS或SMS;相应的,步骤12a具体包括:判断要发送的信息是否为多媒体信息,如果是,则通过MMS信息方式发送信息,否则通过SMS信息方式发送信息。

对于底层模块而言,各个模块时刻都在等待接收信息,信息能被哪个模块识别接收就是哪种类型的信息,如:RCS信息自然会被RCS模块识别接收,MMS信息自然会被MMS模块识别接收;SMS信息自然会被SMS模块识别接收;对于UI显示模块来说,只需要接收信息融合平台模块发来的信息并显示,不需要了解所接收信息到底是哪种类型的信息,由信息融合平台模块统一完成接口屏蔽,信息融合平台模块会将各类信息统一接口后发送给UI显示模块。

在本发明实施例所述决策方法执行之前,需要先对实现本发明实施例方法的移动终端进行初始化的处理;图3为本发明实施例中移动终端启动及初始化的流程示意图;如图3所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤101、移动终端正常开机。
步骤102、移动终端通过AT命令获取用户识别模块(SIM)卡的集成电路识别码(Integrate circuit card identity,ICCID)。
步骤103、移动终端根据获取ICCID的结果判断是否有卡,如果有卡,则转入步骤105,否则转入步骤104。
步骤104、将之前SIM卡中的信息从存储模块清除,并清除在存储模块中保存的之前SIM卡的ICCID,执行步骤107。
具体的,本步骤中所述的清除包括清除SIM卡中的SMS信息和清除SIM卡中的ICCID信息。
本发明实施例中,移动终端是将SIM卡中的SMS信息,以及移动终端本地的RCS信息、MMS信息、SMS信息统一存储并统一管理的。
步骤105、根据获取到的ICCID信息与存储模块中的ICCID信息进行比对,判断是否需要重新同步SIM卡信息,如果需要重新同步,则转入步骤106,否则转入步骤107。
步骤106、将之前SIM卡中的信息从存储模块清除,将当前获取的SIM卡中的信息同步到存储模块并形成信息记录,在存储模块中保存该SIM卡的ICCID。

这里,图3所示的开机初始化流程,具体给出了如何将SIM卡中的SMS信息同步到移动终端本地。通常,默认移动终端的信息收发的存储均只放 在移动终端本地保存,比如:通过SQLITE数据库保存在本地数据库文件中;本处理流程就是将SIM卡中信息保存在本地数据库中,对于SIM卡中的信息只读不写,类似于Android终端的处理方式;其中,所述移动终端收发的信息包括RCS信息、SMS信息、MMS信息;因此,移动终端本地的RCS信息、MMS信息、SMS信息是统一存储并管理的。
下面分别以实际应用中的一对一单聊模式和一对多群聊模式为例,进一步说明本发明在实际应用场景中的实现过程。
应用实施例一
本应用实例针对于一对一单聊模式的应用场景,本实施例中,图4为本发明应用实施例一中单聊模式发送信息的流程示意图;如图4所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤201、移动终端准备发送单聊信息。
步骤202、信息融合平台模块判断聊天的对端用户是否支持RCS功能,如支持,则转入步骤203,否则转入步骤204。
步骤203、信息融合平台模块调用RCS模块以RCS的信息方式发送信息,并将信息记录存储在存储模块中,执行步骤207。

应用实施例二
本应用实例针对于一对多群聊模式的应用场景,本实施例中,图6为本发明应用实施例二中发起群聊模式的流程示意图;如图6所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤401、移动终端发起群聊聊天。
步骤402、UI显示模块判断是否新建一个群聊会话,如果是,则转入步骤404,否则,转入步骤403。
步骤403、UI显示模块判断是否在单聊的聊天中发起聊天邀请,如果是,则转入步骤404,否则,转入步骤409。
步骤404、信息融合平台模块通过名片夹模块选择群聊的多个用户。
步骤405、信息融合平台模块判断选择的用户是否支持RCS功能,如 果是,则进入步骤406,否则进入步骤408。
步骤406、RCS模块等待对方用户接受聊天请求。
步骤407、对方用户接受聊天请求。
步骤408、成功将该用户拉入群聊。
步骤409、结束移动终端发起群聊聊天模式。
本实施例中,当被邀请的移动终端用户不支持RCS功能时,会在群聊UI上给予提示,比如:该用户不支持RCS增强功能,但能收到您所发送的群聊信息;这种情况下,如果该用户给本移动终端回复信息,则只有本移动终端能收到并查看此信息,且接收的信息统一在群聊UI上呈现,群聊模式中的其他用户则不会查看到相关信息;相应接收的信息也会在聊天记录中保存,以免群聊消失后,丢失该聊天记录。
本实施例中,图7为本发明应用实施例二中群聊模式发送信息的流程示意图;如图7所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤501、移动终端发起群聊聊天模式发送信息。
步骤502、UI显示调用信息融合平台模块接口发送消息。
步骤503、信息融合平台模块判断选择的用户是否支持RCS功能,如果是,则转入步骤504,否则转入步骤505。
步骤504、信息融合平台模块调用RCS模块接口针对支持RCS功能的用户发送群聊信息,发送成功则将信息存入临时存储模块,执行步骤508。
步骤505、信息融合平台模块判断是否是多媒体信息,如果是,则进入步骤506,否则进入步骤507。
步骤506、信息融合平台模块调用MMS模块接口针对不支持RCS功能的用户发送群聊信息,发送成功则将信息存入临时存储模块,执行步骤508。
步骤507、信息融合平台模块调用SMS模块接口针对不支持RCS功能 的用户发送群聊信息,发送成功则将信息存入临时存储模块,执行步骤508。
步骤508、结束移动终端群聊聊天模式发送信息的流程。
本实施例中,图8为本发明应用实施例二中群聊模式接收信息的流程示意图;如图8所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤601、移动终端在群聊中接收信息。
步骤602、RCS模块判断接收的信息是否为RCS信息,如果是,则转入步骤603,否则转入步骤604。
步骤603、信息融合平台模块通过RCS模块接口接收信息,并将信息记录存储在临时存储模块,同时将信息通知UI显示模块展现给用户,执行步骤607。
步骤604、MMS模块判断接收的信息是否为多媒体信息,如果是,则转入步骤605,否则转入步骤606。
步骤605、信息融合平台模块通过MMS模块接口接收信息,并将信息记录存储在临时存储模块,同时将信息通知UI显示模块展现给用户,执行步骤607。
步骤606、信息融合平台模块通过SMS模块接口接收信息,并将信息记录存储在临时存储模块,同时将信息通知UI显示模块展现给用户,执行步骤607。
步骤607、结束移动终端群聊聊天模式接收信息的流程。
本发明实施例解决了传统的SMS业务和MMS业务无法与RCS通讯的问题,扩大了使用者的会话范围,并方便了用户的体验。
本发明实施例在实际应用中,将所有基于MSISDN用户ID的信息通过MSISDN的方式排序归类,包括SIM卡中存储的SMS、本地存储的SMS和MMS、RCS增强信息的文本和多媒体信息;所有信息的呈现都是以单一MSISDN用户ID组成一个对话式会话模式,在同一MSISDN用户ID中的 聊天内容都是以时间顺序在对话试显示模式中逐一显示,用户不需要区分也无需关心是属于哪种类型的信息。本发明实施例针对与MSISDN用户的聊天统一在此会话中呈现,由信息融合平台综合决策使用哪种类型的信息方式与对方交互。
需要说明的是,在实际应用中,所述第一信息融合平台模块20a、第一RCS模块21a、第一MMS模块22a、第一SMS模块23a、第一存储模块25a、第一UI显示模块24a;第二信息融合平台模块20b、第二RCS模块21b、第二MMS模块22b、第二SMS模块23b、第二UI显示模块24b、第二存储模块25b、临时存储模块26b、名片夹模块27b;信息融合平台模块20、RCS模块21、MMS模块22、SMS模块23、存储模块25、UI显示模块24、临时存储模块26和名片夹模块27的功能可由位于移动终端上的中央处理器(CPU)、或微处理器(MPU)、或数字信号处理器(DSP)、或可编程门阵列(FPGA)实现。

工业实用性
本发明实施例通过移动终端中信息融合平台的判断和转换,可使支持RCS的移动终端和不支持RCS的移动终端进行聊天通信,并发送相应的信息,解决了SMS和MMS无法与RCS进行互通的问题,实现了RCS业务与传统信息业务之间的融合,进而提高了用户的体验。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种决策方法,所述方法包括:
    发送信息时,信息融合平台判断对端用户是否支持RCS功能,如果支持,则通过RCS的信息方式发送信息;否则,确定要发送信息的类型,通过确定的类型对应的信息方式发送信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述确定要发送信息的类型,通过确定的类型对应的信息方式发送信息,包括:
    判断要发送的信息是否为多媒体信息,如果是,则通过多媒体短信服务MMS信息方式发送信息;否则通过短信息服务SMS信息方式发送信息。
  3. 一种决策方法,所述方法包括:
    接收信息时,信息融合平台通过不同接口获取接收到的RCS信息或非RCS信息,并将所述RCS信息或非RCS信息发送给用户界面UI展示。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述获取接收到的非RCS信息包括:
    获取通过MMS信息方式接收的信息,或通过SMS信息方式接收的信息。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:将通过不同接口获得的所述RCS信息或所述非RCS信息保存。
  6. 一种决策装置,所述装置包括:第一信息融合平台模块、第一RCS模块和第一非RCS模块;其中,
    所述第一信息融合平台模块,配置为在发送信息时,判断对端用户是否支持RCS功能,如果支持,则触发所述第一RCS模块;否则,确定要发送信息的类型,触发所述第一非RCS模块;
    所述第一RCS模块,配置为通过RCS的信息方式发送信息;
    所述第一非RCS模块,配置为通过所述第一信息融合平台模块确定的 类型对应的信息方式发送信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述第一非RCS模块包括第一MMS模块和第一SMS模块;
    所述第一信息融合平台模块确定要发送信息的类型包括:判断要发送的信息是否为多媒体信息,如果是,则触发所述第一MMS模块;否则,触发所述第一SMS模块;
    所述第一MMS模块,配置为通过MMS信息方式发送信息;
    所述第一SMS模块,配置为通过SMS信息方式发送信息。
  8. 一种决策装置,所述装置包括:第二信息融合平台模块、第二RCS模块、第二非RCS模块和第二用户界面UI显示模块;其中,
    所述第二信息融合平台模块,配置为在接收信息时,通过不同接口获取所述第二RCS模块接收的RCS信息或所述第二非RCS模块接收的非RCS信息,并将获得的所述RCS信息或非RCS信息发送给所述第二UI显示模块;
    所述第二RCS模块,配置为通过RCS的信息方式接收RCS信息;
    所述第二非RCS模块,配置为根据要接收信息的类型对应的信息方式接收非RCS信息;
    所述第二UI显示模块,配置为将收到的所述RCS信息或非RCS信息展示给用户。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述第二非RCS模块包括第二MMS模块和第二SMS模块;
    所述第二MMS模块,配置为通过MMS信息方式接收非RCS信息;
    所述第二SMS模块,配置为通过SMS信息方式接收非RCS信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括第二存储模块,配置为将通过不同接口获得的所述RCS信息或所述非RCS信息保 存。
  11. 一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括:信息融合平台模块、RCS模块、非RCS模块和UI显示模块;其中,
    所述信息融合平台模块,配置为发送信息时,判断对端用户是否支持RCS功能,如果支持,则触发所述RCS模块;否则,确定要发送信息的类型,触发所述非RCS模块;在接收信息时,通过不同接口获取所述RCS模块接收的RCS信息或所述非RCS模块接收的非RCS信息,并将获得的所述RCS信息或非RCS信息发送给所述UI显示模块;
    所述RCS模块,配置为通过RCS的信息方式发送或接收信息;
    所述非RCS模块,配置为在发送信息时,通过所述信息融合平台模块确定的类型对应的信息方式发送信息;在接收信息时,根据要接收信息的类型对应的信息方式接收信息;
    所述UI显示模块,配置为将收到的信息和/或发送的信息展示给用户。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的移动终端,其中,所述非RCS模块包括MMS模块和SMS模块;
    所述信息融合平台模块确定要发送信息的类型包括:判断要发送的信息是否为多媒体信息,如果是,则触发所述MMS模块;否则,触发所述SMS模块;
    所述MMS模块,配置为通过MMS信息方式发送或接收非RCS信息;
    所述SMS模块,配置为通过SMS信息方式发送或接收非RCS信息。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的移动终端,其中,所述装置还包括存储模块,配置为保存发送的信息、和/或保存通过不同接口获得的所述RCS信息或所述非RCS信息。
  14. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1或2所述的决策方法。
  15. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求3至5任一项的决策方法。
