Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition d'émulsion pharmaceutique comprenant : (i) un hydrogel de chitosane comprenant du chitosane réticulé et de l'eau, ledit hydrogel de chitosane pouvant être obtenu en faisant réagir du chitosane désacétylé de manière aléatoire ayant un degré de désacétylation de 30 à 75 % et un agent de réticulation ; et (ii) une émulsion d'eau dans l'huile dispersée dans l'hydrogel, ladite huile étant une huile pharmaceutiquement acceptable, ladite eau contenant un principe actif pharmaceutique, et ladite émulsion d'eau dans l'huile comprenant en outre un émulsifiant. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de ladite composition consistant à : (i) utiliser une composition de chitosane réticulable comprenant un chitosane désacétylé de manière aléatoire ayant un degré de désacétylation de 30 à 75 %, un agent de réticulation et de l'eau ; (ii) disperser une émulsion d'eau dans l'huile dans la composition, ladite huile étant une huile pharmaceutiquement acceptable, ladite eau contenant un principe actif pharmaceutique, et ladite émulsion d'eau dans l'huile comprenant en outre un émulsifiant ; et (iii) réticuler la composition de chitosane réticulable pour former un hydrogel, avant, pendant ou après l'étape (ii).
