Abstract
一种便携式电子产品的翻盖铰链(300),包括连接部件(1)和轴(2)。轴(2)包括处在同一轴线上的两段轴,在两段轴之间用螺旋弹簧(23)连接。螺旋弹簧的一端套在两段轴中的第一轴(21)的内侧端(210)上,另一端套在两段轴中的第二轴(22)的内侧端上,连接部件具有与两段轴摩擦配合的轴套(11、12)。通过翻盖铰链,该电子产品能够实现打开盖时比较轻松,关闭盖时需要用力。
Description
本实用新型涉及便携式电子产品的翻盖铰链及便携式电子产品,所述便携式电子产品可以是笔记本电脑、pad、手机、游戏机等。
目前,对于诸如笔记本电脑等便携式电子产品,其厚度越来越薄,不仅如此,对其打开盖和关闭盖操作性能的要求也越来越高,比如打开盖时比较轻松关闭时需更用力,或相反,这样,对铰链的结构提出了更高要求。然而,薄型化设计意味着对铰链结构有更多的限制,这又往往成为改进结构最大障碍的障碍。
发明内容
本实用新型的第一个目的是提供一种便携式电子产品的翻盖铰链,其结构简单,能实现打开盖和关闭盖的不同操作手感。为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种便携式电子产品的翻盖铰链,包括连接部件和轴,所述连接部件具有和铰接连接的两个主体的其中之一连接的部位,所述轴具有和铰接连接的两个主体的其中之另一连接的部位;其特征在于所述轴包括处在同一轴线上的两段轴,在两段轴之间用螺旋弹簧连接,所述螺旋弹簧的一端套在两段轴中的第一轴的内侧端上,所述螺旋弹簧的另一端套在两段轴中的第二轴的内侧端上,所述连接部件上具有与所述两段轴摩擦配合的轴套,所述两段轴均与连接架上的轴套摩擦配合,所述轴上的和铰接连接的两个主体的其中之另一连接的部位处在第一轴的外侧端上。
本实用新型的另一个目的是提供一种应用上述翻盖铰链的便携式电子产品。
为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种便携式电子产品,包括两个主体,其中一个主体为盖,另一个主体为便携式电子产品的基体,其特征在于所述两个主体通过上述的翻盖铰链铰接。
由于采用本实用新型的技术方案,本实用新型实现了能够开合扭力有差异,且占用空间小,结构非常简单,对便携式电子产品能实现打开盖时比较轻松关闭时需更用力的操作手感或相反的操作手感,提高便携式电子产品的使用舒适度和盖的机械性能。
图1为使用本实用新型的笔记本电脑的示意图。

图3为图2所示实施例的爆炸图。
参照附图。本实施例中,便携式电子产品以笔记本电脑为例。
笔记本电脑包括两个主体,其中一个主体为盖100,另一个主体为供笔记本电脑放置在桌面、地面等支撑体上的基体200,所述两个主体通过本实用新型所提供的翻盖铰链铰接,附图表300为翻盖铰链所处的部位。
所述翻盖铰链300包括连接部件1和轴,所述连接部件1具有和上述两个主体的其中之一连接的部位10,所述轴具有和上述主体的其中之另一连接的部位20;所述轴2包括处在同一轴线上的两段轴,在两段轴之间用螺旋弹簧23连接,所述螺旋弹簧23的一端套在两段轴中的第一轴21的内侧端210上,所述螺旋弹簧的另一端套在两段轴中的第二轴22的内侧端上,所述连接部件1上具有与所述两段轴摩擦配合的轴套11、12,所述两段轴21、22分别与连接架上的轴套11、12摩擦配合,所述轴上的和上述主体的其中之另一连接的部位20处在第一轴的外侧端上。所述摩擦配合能使被打开的主体(盖)依靠两段轴和轴套的静摩擦力而克服重力保持打开状态,任何一段轴在被施加外力后,其又能和轴套之间发生
相对转动。
所述螺旋弹簧与轴的连接方式可以采用箍紧的方式连接,也即其套在轴上的那部分的弹簧圈比所述轴的被套部位(比如内侧端210)略小,这样,能利用螺旋弹簧的变形特点,既可以将螺旋弹簧与第一轴和第二轴连接,又在第一轴发生转动和停止转动后,能立即响应,被拧松或恢复箍紧。
所述连接部件1可采用钣金件,其中的轴套11、12为通过卷曲形成的开口套。
本实用新型对便携式电子产品能实现打开盖时比较轻松关闭时需更用力的操作手感或相反的操作手感。
在一种安装模式中,第一轴21的正转(旋转方向是打开盖的旋转方向)可以依靠它和螺旋弹簧的连接力而在正转一开始即拧松螺旋弹簧箍在第一轴内侧端上的螺旋,使螺旋弹簧被暂时脱开与第一轴的连接,第二轴未被带动正转,当第一轴不转时,螺旋弹簧的螺旋又恢复箍紧第一轴;第一轴的反转(旋转方向是关闭盖的旋转方向)可以依靠它和螺旋弹簧的连接力而拧紧螺旋弹簧箍在第一轴内侧端上的螺旋,保持螺旋弹簧和第一轴的连接力,由此,第二轴就能被第一轴通过螺旋弹簧而带动反转。这样,在第一轴21正转时,第二轴不能转,在打开盖的过程中,只有第一轴21在和轴套11进行摩擦配合,开盖操作非常轻松(扭力小);在第一轴反转时(旋转方向是关闭盖的旋转方向),第二轴也能反转,在打开盖的过程中,只有第一轴21在和轴套11进行摩擦配合,关闭盖需更大的力(扭力大)。
本实用新型对便携式电子产品也能实现关闭盖时比较轻松,打开时需更用力的操作手感,这只要将所提供的螺旋弹簧的螺旋方向与前述的螺旋方向相反即可。也即本实用新型通过简单的结构为翻盖铰链提供了两种可选择的模式。

- 一种便携式电子产品的翻盖铰链,包括连接部件和轴,所述连接部件具有和铰接连接的两个主体的其中之一连接的部位,所述轴具有和铰接连接的两个主体的其中之另一连接的部位;其特征在于所述轴包括处在同一轴线上的两段轴,在两段轴之间用螺旋弹簧连接,所述螺旋弹簧的一端套在两段轴中的第一轴的内侧端上,所述螺旋弹簧的另一端套在两段轴中的第二轴的内侧端上,所述连接部件上具有与所述两段轴摩擦配合的轴套,所述两段轴均与连接架上的轴套摩擦配合,所述轴上的和铰接连接的两个主体的其中之另一连接的部位处在第一轴的外侧端上。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种便携式电子产品的翻盖铰链,其特征在于所述螺旋弹簧套在轴上部分,其弹簧圈比所述轴的被套部位略小。
- 一种便携式电子产品,包括两个主体,其中一个主体为盖,另一个主体为便携式电子产品的基体,其特征在于所述两个主体通过权利要求1或2所述的翻盖铰链铰接。
